In addition, an air inlet and an air outlet are generally arranged on a shell of the indoor unit, under the action of an indoor fan, indoor air enters the shell through the air inlet, and the air is subjected to heat exchange with an indoor heat exchanger and then is output to the outside through the air outlet so as to adjust the indoor temperature.
For the outdoor unit, in order to improve the heat exchange efficiency, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, air inlets 101 are respectively formed at both sides and the back of the casing 1 of the outdoor unit, and an air outlet 102 is formed at the front of the casing 1;
the cross section of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 is of a U-shaped structure, and the outdoor heat exchanger 2 is arranged in the shell 1 and distributed on the two side parts and the back part of the shell 1; the outdoor heat exchangers 2 will be distributed in the areas where both side portions and the back portion of the casing 1 are located.
The outdoor fan 3 is disposed in the casing 1 and located inside the air outlet 102.
The compressor 4 is disposed in the casing 1, and the electronic control box 5 is disposed in the casing 1.
The outdoor heat exchanger 2 wraps the outdoor fan 3, the compressor 4 and the electric control box 5, the outdoor fan 3 and the compressor 4 are arranged side by side, and the electric control box 5 is located on the side or above the compressor 4.
Because the outdoor heat exchanger 2 is designed to be a heat exchanger with a U-shaped cross section, the outdoor heat exchanger 2 can cover the two side parts and the back part of the shell 1 to the maximum extent, so that the heat exchange area of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 is effectively increased.
Meanwhile, the compressor 4, the outdoor fan 3 and the electric control box 5 are all arranged in a semi-surrounding structure formed by the outdoor heat exchanger 2, so that two side parts of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 are directly attached to the side part of the shell 1, the limited space in the shell 1 is utilized, and the heat exchange area of the outdoor heat exchange is increased to the maximum extent.
Referring to the gas flow path shown by arrows in fig. 5, the external air enters the inside of the case 1 from both sides and the back of the case 1, and the air is outputted from the case 1 after exchanging heat with both sides and the back of the heat exchanger.
In some embodiments, in order to facilitate installation of the electronic control box 5, the electronic control box 5 is located above the compressor 4, a support column 6 is disposed in the housing 1, and the electronic control box 5 is disposed on an upper portion of the support column 6. The electric control box 5 is supported and installed above the compressor 4 through the supporting upright 6, so that the top space of the compressor 4 is fully utilized to install the electric control box 5.
In a preferred embodiment, a mounting bracket 61 is further arranged between the support column 6 and the upper part of the outdoor heat exchanger 2, and the electronic control box 5 is arranged on the mounting bracket 61. Specifically, the mounting bracket 61 supports and mounts the two components of the supporting upright 6 and the outdoor heat exchanger 2, and meanwhile, the electric control box 5 can be conveniently and firmly mounted on the mounting bracket 61, so that the electric control box 5 can be conveniently and reliably mounted and fixed.
For the mounting bracket 61, the connecting portion with the supporting column 6 can be directly fixed together by means of screws or the like.
In order to facilitate the connection between the mounting bracket 61 and the outdoor heat exchanger 2, the rear end of the mounting bracket 61 is provided with a lapping claw 611, the lapping claw 611 is lapped on the upper part of the outdoor heat exchanger 2, and the front end of the mounting bracket 61 is fixedly mounted on the upper part of the supporting upright 6. In the actual installation process, the mounting bracket 61 can be assembled by lapping the lapping claws 611 on the upper portion of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 and then fastening the mounting bracket 61 and the support column 6 by screws.
In another embodiment, in order to conveniently and reliably mount and fix the outdoor fan 3, the outdoor unit further includes a fan bracket 7, the fan bracket 7 is disposed in the casing 1, a motor base 71 is disposed in the middle of the fan bracket 7, and a motor of the outdoor fan 3 is fixedly mounted on the motor base. The fan bracket 7 is directly fixed inside the casing 1 and located between the outdoor heat exchanger 2 and the air outlet 102, so that the motor of the outdoor fan 3 is conveniently and fixedly installed on the motor base.
In some embodiments, in order to enable the outdoor fan 3 to be more firmly and reliably mounted and fixed, the connection reliability of the fan bracket 7 needs to be further enhanced. Correspondingly, the bottom of the fan bracket 7 may be directly fixedly mounted on the casing 1 by screws, and the top of the fan bracket 7 is provided with a first connection portion 72 extending toward the rear side, the first connection portion 72 being transversely arranged, the first connection portion 72 overlapping the upper portion of the outdoor heat exchanger 2. Specifically, after the bottom of the fan bracket 7 is fixed by screws, the upper portion of the fan bracket 7 is further connected with the outdoor heat exchanger 2 by the first connecting portion 72, so as to improve the installation strength of the fan bracket 7.
Preferably, the top of the fan bracket 7 is further provided with a second connection portion 73 extending toward the front side, the second connection portion 73 being transversely arranged, the second connection portion 73 being in contact with an upper portion of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 of the casing 1. Specifically, the second connection portion 73 can be connected to the front side of the casing 1, so that the top of the blower bracket 7 can be reliably supported by means of the first connection portion 72 and the second connection portion 73.
In some embodiments, for the case 1, in order to improve the efficiency of ventilation and heat dissipation, the case 1 includes a bottom plate 11, two side plates 12, a front plate 13, and a top plate 14, the front plate 13 is vertically arranged and mounted at the front of the bottom plate 11, the side plates 12 are vertically arranged and mounted at the corresponding sides of the bottom plate 11, the front plate 13 is connected between the two sides, and the top plate 14 is disposed at the upper portions of the front plate 13 and the two side plates 12; the air inlet 101 is divided into a side air inlet and a rear air inlet, the side air inlet is formed in the side plate 12, the rear air inlet is formed between the two side plates 12, and the air outlet 102 is arranged on the front panel 13; the side portion of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 is connected to the side plate 12 of the corresponding side.

5. The air conditioner of claim 1, further comprising a fan bracket, wherein the fan bracket is disposed in the housing, a motor base is disposed in the middle of the fan bracket, and a motor of the outdoor fan is fixedly mounted on the motor base.

The air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein the bottom of the fan bracket is fixedly installed on the casing, and the top of the fan bracket is provided with a first connection portion extending toward the rear side, the first connection portion being arranged laterally, and the first connection portion overlapping the upper portion of the outdoor heat exchanger.

The air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the top of the fan bracket is further provided with a second connection portion extending toward the front side, the second connection portion being transversely arranged, the second connection portion being connected to an upper portion of the outdoor heat exchanger of the casing.

The air conditioner according to any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the housing comprises a bottom plate, two side plates, a front panel and a top plate, the front panel is vertically arranged and mounted at the front of the bottom plate, the side plates are vertically arranged and mounted at the corresponding sides of the bottom plate, the front panel is connected between the two sides, and the top plate is disposed at the upper portions of the front panel and the two side plates; the air inlet is divided into a side air inlet and a rear air inlet, the side air inlet is formed in the side plate, the rear air inlet is formed between the two side plates, and the air outlet is formed in the front panel; and the side part of the outdoor heat exchanger is connected with the side plate on the corresponding side.
9. The air conditioner according to claim 8, wherein the front panel comprises an air outlet plate and an access plate, the air outlet plate and the access plate are arranged side by side, and the air outlet is arranged on the air outlet plate.
10. The air conditioner of claim 9, wherein a side portion of the outlet panel and a side portion of the access panel are respectively connected to the support posts.
