The present invention will be more clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
The embodiment discloses a battery pack leveling device 1, which is used for solving at least one of the problems of heavy weight, high machining precision requirement, complex machining and the like of a tray 11 applied to a battery replacement device.
As shown in fig. 1, the battery pack leveling device 1 is configured to be disposed on a battery mounting portion 3 of a shuttle-type battery replacing device, the battery pack leveling device 1 includes a plurality of trays 11 that are separately disposed, the plurality of trays 11 are respectively connected to the battery mounting portion 3 in a floating manner, and the plurality of trays 11 are used for placing a battery pack 200. Specifically, a plurality of trays 11 all float and connect on battery installation department 3, have improved tray 11's degree of freedom, and then can improve the degree of freedom of placing battery package 200 on tray 11 when a plurality of trays 11 bear battery package 200 jointly for can carry out the fine setting along the flexible direction of elastic component 4 through tray 11 when installation battery package 200, realize the stationary contact of battery package 200 with electric automobile 300 bottom. In addition, when the battery pack 200 is unlocked, the tray 11 can better accommodate the inclination of the vehicle due to load or the like when the battery pack 200 is removed from the electric vehicle 300 and is mounted on the electric vehicle 300, and the battery pack 200 can be conveniently positioned. For the separately arranged trays 11, by adopting the structure, compared with the integrally large-area tray 11, the separately arranged trays 11 have the advantages that the overall weight is lighter and the inertia is smaller while the bearing range is unchanged; the tray 11 which is arranged separately is more convenient to arrange more mechanisms for realizing floating; furthermore, the tray 11 arranged in a split manner avoids the defect that the precision requirement for machining a large-size integrated tray is high, and also avoids the defect that the machining of a combined (such as welding combined) large-size tray is complex.
Two trays 11 are arranged, and the two trays 11 are arranged side by side at intervals along the walking direction of the shuttle-type battery replacing equipment. By adopting the structure, under the condition that the battery pack 200 can be normally placed, the weight of the trays 11 is reduced, and the two trays 11 are arranged side by side at intervals along the walking direction of the shuttle type battery replacing device, so that the swinging of the battery pack 200 in the walking direction (especially when the battery replacing device starts and stops) can be better inhibited, and the stable placement of the battery pack 200 is ensured. In other embodiments, the number of trays 11 may be other numbers, and is not limited herein.
Along the walking direction of the shuttle-type battery replacing device, the distance between the outer edges of the two trays 11 is 60% -70% of the length of the battery pack 200, so that the stable placement of the battery pack 200 is better realized, and the service life of the battery pack 200 is prolonged. Specifically, since the two trays 11 are symmetrically arranged about the middle position of the battery pack 200 in the length direction, if the distance between the two trays 11 is longer, the bending moment applied to the middle position of the tray 11 is also larger, which affects the service life of the battery pack 200. In addition, if the distance between the two trays 11 is smaller, the length of the battery pack 200 that the two ends of the battery pack 200 extend out of the trays 11 is longer, so that the two ends of the battery pack 200 are subjected to larger bending moment, which affects the service life of the battery pack 200. Therefore, the distance between the outer edges of the two trays 11 is 60% -70% of the length of the battery pack 200, so that the bending moments applied to the two ends and the middle of the battery pack 200 can be balanced, and the service life of the battery pack 200 is prolonged. In other embodiments, the distance between the outer edges of the two trays 11 is any value between 50% and 100% of the length of the battery pack 200.
The two trays 11 are floatingly disposed at the edges of two opposite sides of the battery mounting portion 3. With the above configuration, the distance between the two trays 11 for supporting the battery pack 200 is increased as much as possible without interfering with the movement of the battery mounting portion 3, thereby improving the stability of the battery pack 200.
A through hole 111 penetrating the tray 11 is provided in a portion of the tray 11 for accommodating the battery pack 200, and the through hole 111 is used for the unlocking member 2 provided in the battery mounting portion 3 to pass through to position and unlock the battery pack 200. Specifically, since the tray 11 is floatingly attached to the battery mounting portion 3, the above-mentioned floating may be either a horizontal floating or a vertical floating. That is, the tray 11 can be moved in a direction toward the battery mounting portion 3 or in a direction away from the battery pack 200 mounting portion 3 by an external force. By adopting the structure, the battery pack 200 is placed on the tray 11, so that the tray 11 moves towards the direction close to the battery mounting part 3 under the action of the gravity of the battery pack 200, the unlocking piece 2 extends out of the through hole 111 for a longer length, and the unlocking piece 2 can extend into the battery pack 200 to position the battery pack 200, thereby improving the placing stability of the battery pack 200; that is, the battery pack 200 is placed on the tray 11, and the tray 11 is moved downward relative to the battery mounting portion 3 by the gravity of the battery pack 200, so that the unlocking member 2 is inserted into the battery pack 200 to position the battery pack 200. In other words, the through-hole 111 facilitates the unlocking member 2 to be inserted into the battery pack 200 to position the battery pack 200. When the battery pack 200 is removed from the electric vehicle 300, the tray 11 is driven by the battery mounting portion 3 to move upward, and after the upper surface of the tray 11 is attached to the lower surface of the battery pack 200, the tray 11 cannot move upward. But unlocking part 2 moves upwards under the drive of unlocking device, so that the length of unlocking part 2 extending out of through hole 111 is lengthened, and unlocking part 2 can extend into battery pack 200 to contact with ejector rod 101 and eject ejector rod 101 out of battery pack 200. The ejector rod 101 ejected out of the battery pack 200 can trigger the locking mechanism 9, so that the battery pack 200 is unlocked. By adopting the structure, the bearing and the positioning of the battery pack 200 are respectively realized by the tray 11 and the unlocking piece 2 separated from the tray 11, so that the tray 11 can be directly formed by using a metal plate (such as a steel plate), the related structures (such as a limiting block and the like) for positioning the battery pack 200 are not required to be arranged on the tray 11, and the forming is more convenient; in addition, the positioning function of the battery pack 200 is integrated on the unlocking piece 2, the integration level is improved while the unlocking function is not influenced, the work is more reliable, and the defect that the unlocking structure is complex because the positioning and the unlocking are respectively borne by the tray 11 (for example, a limit block is arranged on the tray 11) and the unlocking piece 2 in the prior art is overcome.
The edge of tray 11 is formed with turn-ups 112 to keeping away from battery package 200 direction extension, and then has improved the bending strength of tray 11 through tray 11 to turn-ups 112 is to keeping away from battery package 200 direction extension, also can prevent that turn-ups 112 from producing the interference to battery package 200. In addition, when the battery pack 200 is placed on the tray 11, the battery pack 200 will contact with the edge of the tray 11, and the edge can be prevented from damaging the battery pack 200 by the flanging 112, thereby prolonging the service life of the battery pack 200. Specifically, the tray 11 includes a placing plate for contacting the battery pack 200 and the placing plate is a flat surface, which increases the contact area of the battery pack 200 and the battery pack 200, thereby improving the stability of placing the battery pack 200, and a burring 112. The flanges 112 are formed at the edges of the placing plates, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the flanges 112 are arranged on two opposite sides of each placing plate in the traveling direction of the battery replacing device, the flanges 112 are as long as the edges of the placing plates where the flanges 112 are located, and the placing plates are reinforced in the whole length of the edges where the flanges 112 are located, so that the bending strength of the tray 11 is improved better.
The surface of the tray 11, which faces away from the battery pack 200, is provided with a first positioning member 5, and the first positioning member 5 is used for positioning and mounting the tray 11. With the adoption of the structure, the position of the tray 11 can be positioned through the first positioning piece 5, so that the stability of the position of the tray 11 is improved. Specifically, one of the first positioning member 5 and the tray 11 has a protrusion 51, and the other is opened in a positioning hole matched with the protrusion 51. In this embodiment, the first positioning member 5 has a protrusion 51 thereon, and the tray 11 has a positioning hole matching with the protrusion 51. By adopting the structure, the first positioning piece 5 is sleeved at the head end of the elastic piece 4, so that the head end of the elastic piece 4 can not move in the horizontal direction relative to the tray 11, and the placing stability of the elastic piece 4 is improved.
When the battery pack is used specifically, the protrusions 51 are connected with the positioning holes in a welding manner, and after welding is completed, in order to prevent the protrusions from protruding from the upper surface of the tray 11 to interfere with positioning work and placement of the battery pack 200, it is preferable that the welded portions protrude from the upper surface of the tray 11 and are ground flat, so that the upper surfaces of the protrusions 51 and the upper surface of the tray 11 are located on the same horizontal plane. Further, as shown in fig. 6, the outer side edge of one end of the projection 51 remote from the first positioning member 5 is inclined inward so that the projection 51 forms a groove therebetween with the side wall of the positioning hole, thereby making welding easier.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the present embodiment provides a battery mounting apparatus 100, the battery mounting apparatus 100 is configured to be disposed on a shuttle-type battery replacement device, the battery mounting apparatus 100 includes a battery mounting portion 3 and a battery pack leveling device 1, and a tray 11 is floatingly disposed on the battery mounting portion 3 through a plurality of elastic members 4. By adopting the structural form, the battery pack leveling device 1 is applied to the battery installation device 100, so that the weight and inertia of the tray 11 are reduced while the bearing range of the tray 11 is unchanged; the tray 11 which is arranged separately is more convenient to arrange more mechanisms for realizing floating; furthermore, the tray 11 which is arranged in a split manner avoids the defect that the requirement for precision is high when a large-size integrated tray is machined, and also avoids the defect that the machining of a combined (such as welding combined) large-size tray is complex; in addition, the split tray 11 can also improve the freedom of movement of the battery pack 200, and can better adapt to the inclination of the vehicle caused by load and the like when the battery pack 200 is taken off from the electric vehicle 300 and is mounted on the electric vehicle 300, thereby facilitating the positioning of the battery pack 200.
In particular use, the elastic member 4 is a spring. In other embodiments, the elastic member 4 may be a rubber block.
The distribution of the plurality of elastic members 4 may be implemented as follows. In the first embodiment, the plurality of elastic members 4 are symmetrically arranged along the length direction of the tray 11 and are arranged on the tray 11 at a position close to the edge; in the second embodiment, the plurality of elastic members 4 are symmetrically arranged along the width direction of the tray 11 and are arranged on the tray 11 near the edge; in the third embodiment, the plurality of elastic members 4 are symmetrically disposed in both the length direction and the width direction of the tray 11, and are disposed on the tray 11 at positions close to the edges. Preferably, the plurality of elastic members 4 are symmetrically arranged along both the length direction and the width direction of the tray 11, and are arranged on the tray 11 near the edge, as shown in fig. 7, six elastic members 4 are correspondingly arranged on each tray 11. In other embodiments, the number of the elastic members 4 provided for each tray 11 may be other, for example, four elastic members 4 may be provided for each tray 11 (for example, formed by removing the middle elastic member 4 of three elastic members 4 in the length direction of the tray 11 among the six elastic members 4 in fig. 7). By adopting the structure, the stability of floating connection of the tray 11 is improved.
An orthographic projection of the tray 11 on the battery mounting portion 3 is rectangular, and a plurality of elastic members 4 are provided at least four corner regions of the tray 11. By adopting the structure, the distance between two adjacent elastic pieces 4 is increased, so that the tray 11 moves more stably under the action of the elastic force, and the movement stability of the tray 11 is further improved. The tray 11 is preferably shaped like a cube, and the distance between two adjacent elastic members 4 can be increased while increasing the connection area with the battery pack 200, thereby further improving the stability of the tray 11. It is preferable that the number of the elastic members 4 is more than four to further improve the stability of the floating of the tray 11.
The elastic member 4 has a head end and a tail end along its elastic expansion direction, the head end being connected to the tray 11, and the tail end being connected to the battery mounting portion 3. Specifically, in the process of taking the battery pack 200 off the electric vehicle, the battery mounting part 3 drives the tray 11 to move up, after the tray 11 contacts the battery pack 200, the tray 11 can float through the elastic part 4, so that the tray 11 can perform fine adjustment on the expansion direction of the elastic part through the elastic part 4, the tray 11 can be better attached to the battery pack 200 at the bottom of the electric vehicle 300, after the battery pack 200 is unlocked, the battery pack 200 can be stably placed on the tray 11, and the tray 11 can also adjust the height of each corner of the tray 11 according to the chassis of the electric vehicle 300, that is, when the chassis inclines, the tray 11 can also be well attached to the battery pack 200; in addition, in the process of mounting the battery pack 200 on the electric vehicle 300, the tray 11 can be finely adjusted in the extending and retracting direction of the elastic member through the elastic member 4, so that the battery pack 200 can be stably connected with the locking mechanism 9 on the electric vehicle 300 (usually, the battery pack is connected with the locking mechanism 9 in a locking manner), the structural form can play a leveling role, a certain offset error is allowed between the battery pack 200 and the locking mechanism 9, and the accuracy and stability of the battery pack 200 connection are improved. The extending direction of the elastic member 4 is preferably perpendicular to the bottom surface of the tray 11, so that the direction of the elastic force of the elastic member 4 is parallel to the upward or downward direction of the tray 11, and thus better buffering effect can be provided for the tray 11 by the elastic member 4, and the stability of the movement of the tray 11 can also be improved.
The surface of the tray 11 departing from the battery pack 200 is provided with a first positioning member 5, the battery mounting portion 3 corresponds to the position of the first positioning member 5 and corresponds to the second positioning member 6, and the head end and the tail end of the elastic member 4 are respectively sleeved on the first positioning member 5 and the second positioning member 6. Specifically, one of the first positioning member 5 and the tray 11 has a protrusion 51, and the other is opened in a positioning hole matched with the protrusion 51. In this embodiment, the first positioning member 5 has a protrusion 51 thereon, and the tray 11 has a positioning hole matching with the protrusion 51. By adopting the structure, the first positioning piece 5 is sleeved at the head end of the elastic piece 4, so that the head end of the elastic piece 4 can not move in the horizontal direction relative to the tray 11, and the placing stability of the elastic piece 4 is improved. In addition, the second positioning member 6 includes a positioning tube 61 and a connecting portion 62, the positioning tube 61 is connected to the battery mounting portion 3 through the connecting portion 62, and the tail end of the elastic member 4 is sleeved on the positioning tube 61, so that the tail end of the elastic member 4 does not generate horizontal displacement relative to the battery mounting portion 3, and the placing stability of the elastic member 4 is further improved. By adopting the structure, the stability of the tray 11 and the battery pack 200 placed on the tray 11 is improved through the stability of the elastic piece 4, and the unlocking and the installation of the battery pack 200 are facilitated.
In specific use, the protrusions 51 are connected with the positioning holes by welding, and after the welding is completed, in order to prevent the protrusions 51 from protruding from the upper surface of the tray 11 to prevent interference with the positioning work and the battery pack 200, it is preferable to grind the portions of the protrusions 51 protruding from the upper surface of the tray 11 so that the upper surfaces of the protrusions 51 and the upper surface of the tray 11 are located on the same horizontal plane.
The first positioning member 5 and the second positioning member 6 are kept out of contact within the elastic expansion range of the elastic member 4. Specifically, when the battery pack 200 is placed on the tray 11, or during unlocking of the battery pack 200, there is movement of the tray 11 in a direction to approach the battery mounting portion 3. At this time, the first positioning member 5 is also moved closer to the second positioning member 6. Since the first positioning member 5 and the second positioning member 6 are kept out of contact, the elastic member 4 has a compression margin, so that the unlocking member 2 can sufficiently extend out of the through hole 111 to unlock and position the battery pack 200, and the above structural form can also improve the compression range of the elastic member 4, thereby ensuring the effectiveness of the leveling function.
Battery installation device 100 still includes unlocking piece 2, and 2 one end of unlocking piece is connected on battery installation department 3, and the other end of unlocking piece 2 extends to the direction that is close to battery package 200, and unlocking piece 2 is used for inserting battery package 200 in order to fix a position and unlock battery package 200 when battery package 200 is placed on tray 11. Specifically, when the battery pack 200 is mounted, the battery pack 200 is placed on the tray 11, so that the tray 11 moves towards the direction close to the battery mounting part 3 under the action of the gravity of the battery pack 200, and the unlocking part 2 extends into the battery pack 200 for a longer length, so that the battery pack 200 can be positioned through the unlocking part 2, and the stability of the battery pack 200 in the mounting process is improved; the battery mounting portion 3 moves up to drive the tray 11 and the battery pack 200 on the tray 11 to move up, when the battery pack 200 reaches the bottom of the electric vehicle 300, because the tray 11 is connected to the battery mounting portion 3 in a floating manner, the tray 11 can perform fine adjustment on the extending and retracting direction of the elastic element according to the locking mechanism 9, and further the battery pack 200 can be stably connected to the locking mechanism 9 at the bottom of the electric vehicle 300. When the battery pack 200 is taken down from the electric vehicle 300, the battery mounting part 3 drives the tray 11 to move upwards, when the upper surface of the tray 11 is attached to the lower surface of the battery pack 200, the tray 11 cannot move upwards continuously, and at the moment, the unlocking device continuously drives the unlocking piece 2 to move upwards, so that the unlocking piece 2 extends into the battery pack 200 to unlock the battery pack 200; in the unlocking process, the battery pack 200 can also be positioned through the matching of the unlocking piece 2 and the battery pack 200, so that the movement of the battery pack 200 in the unlocking process is more stable. Adopt above-mentioned structural style, the ejector pin 101 contact in unlocking piece 2 and the battery package 200, act on locking mechanism 9 with the ejecting battery package 200 of ejector pin 101 in the battery package 200, realize the unblock, battery package 200 after the unblock is located tray 11, adopt above-mentioned structural style, conveniently know the unlocking of locking piece 2 to battery package 200, the unblock correlation structure is simpler, and the reliability is higher.
When the battery pack is used specifically, the unlocking member 2 is an unlocking lever, one end of the unlocking lever is connected to the battery mounting portion 3, and the other end extends in a direction away from the battery mounting portion 3. It is preferable that the extending direction of the lock release lever is perpendicular to the upper surface of the battery mounting portion 3. For ease of mounting, the end of the lock release lever near the battery mounting portion 3 has a mounting flange 23, and the lock release lever is mounted to the battery mounting portion 3 via the mounting flange 23.
The unlocking member 2 includes an unlocking location part 21 and an unlocking guide part 22, and when unlocking and positioning the battery pack 200, the unlocking guide part 22 enters the battery pack 200 first and moves on the battery pack 200 in the insertion direction to bring the unlocking location part 21 to move in the battery pack 200. The unlocking guide part 22 has a guide sliding surface at an end toward the battery pack 200 to facilitate the insertion of the unlocking lever into the battery pack 200. With the above configuration, guidance is achieved by the unlocking guide portion 22 to facilitate insertion of the unlocking lever, and positioning of the battery pack 200 can be achieved by the unlocking positioning portion 21. When the battery pack 200 is unlocked, the upper end of the unlocking guide portion 22 may abut against the ejector 101, thereby unlocking.
The tray 11 is formed with a through hole 111, and the unlocking member 2 passes through the through hole 111 when the battery pack 200 is placed on the tray 11. Specifically, when installing battery package 200, battery package 200 is placed on tray 11 for tray 11 is to the direction that is close to battery installation department 3 under the battery package 200 action of gravity and removes, and then makes unlocking piece 2 stretch out the length of through-hole 111 longer, and unlocking piece 2 can stretch into battery package 200 at this moment and fix a position battery package 200, has improved the stability that battery package 200 placed. Namely, the battery pack 200 is placed on the tray 11, and the tray 11 moves downward relative to the battery mounting portion 3 by the gravity of the battery pack 200, so that the unlocking member 2 extends into the battery pack 200 to position the battery pack 200. As will be understood with reference to fig. 8 to 11, the lock mechanism 9 is connected to the electric vehicle 300, and is used to connect the battery pack 200 to the electric vehicle 300. The plunger 101 is located inside the battery pack 200. When the battery pack 200 is removed from the electric vehicle 300, the battery mounting portion 3 moves the tray 11 upward, and when the upper surface of the tray 11 is attached to the lower surface of the battery pack 200, the tray 11 cannot move upward. The unlocking means drives the unlocking member 2 to move upward continuously, so that the length of the unlocking member 2 extending out of the through hole 111 becomes long. The unlocking member 2 at this time can be inserted into the battery pack 200 to be in contact with the plunger 101 in the battery pack 200. When the unlocking piece 2 continues to ascend, the ejector rod 101 is also driven to continue to ascend, so that the ejector rod 101 is finally ejected out of the battery pack 200, and the ejected ejector rod 101 can trigger the locking connecting rod in the locking mechanism 9 to unlock the battery pack 200. In addition, the unlocking member 2 inserted into the battery pack 200 may also position the battery pack 200 so that the unlocked battery pack 200 may be stably placed on the tray 11. Adopt above-mentioned structural style, the bearing and the location of battery package 200 are realized by tray 11 and the deblocking piece 2 that breaks away from tray 11 respectively, make tray 11 can directly use sheet metal (for example, the steel sheet) to form, need not to set up the relevant structure (for example stopper etc.) of location battery package 200 on tray 11, it is more convenient to shape, in addition, integrate the locate function of battery package 200 on deblocking piece 2, when not influencing the unblock function, the integrated level has been improved, and work is more reliable, overcome among the prior art location and unblock and born the defect that causes the unblock structure complicacy by tray body (for example, set up the stopper on the tray) and deblocking piece respectively.
An annular gap 8 is formed between the through hole 111 and the unlocking member 2 so that the tray 11 can float with respect to the unlocking member 2. Specifically, the inner diameter of the through-hole 111 is larger than the outer diameter of the unlocking member 2, and an annular gap 8 is formed between the outer diameter of the unlocking member 2 and the inner diameter of the through-hole 111. By adopting the structure, when the tray 11 is placed with the battery pack 200 and then moves downwards, the unlocking piece 2 can conveniently penetrate through the through hole 111. In addition, because the inner diameter of the through hole 111 is larger than the outer diameter of the unlocking piece 2, the through hole 111 is allowed to have a certain deviation relative to the unlocking piece 2 due to the generation of the annular gap 8, so that the position accuracy requirement of the through hole 111 relative to the unlocking piece 2 is reduced, and the annular gap 8 also gives a horizontal floating space to the tray 11, so that the floating of the tray 11 is smoother.
The lifting device further comprises a positioning member 7, one end of the positioning member 7 is connected to the battery mounting portion 3, the other end of the positioning member 7 extends towards the direction close to the battery pack 200, and the positioning member 7 is used for extending into the battery pack 200 when the battery pack 200 is placed on the tray 11 so as to position the battery pack 200. When the battery pack 200 is placed on the tray 11, the unlocking member 2 can stretch into the battery pack 200 to unlock and position the battery pack 200, and meanwhile, the positioning member 7 can also stretch into the battery pack 200 to position the battery pack 200, so that the stability of the battery pack 200 placed on the tray 11 is further improved. In addition, when the battery pack 200 is unlocked, the positioning member 7 may also extend into the battery pack 200 together with the unlocking lever, so that the positioning accuracy of the battery pack 200 is improved, and thus, the stable unlocking of the battery pack 200 is realized.

Therefore, the unlocking member 2 is required to be matched with the top bar 101 in the battery pack 200 when extending into the battery pack 200, and the positioning member 7 is required to be arranged to be capable of positioning the battery pack 200 when extending into the battery pack 200. By adopting the structure, when the unlocking piece 2 unlocks the battery pack 200, the contact area between the battery pack 200 and the battery mounting part 3 is realized by matching the positioning piece 7 and the battery pack 200, and the stability of the unlocking battery pack 200 is improved.
The positioning member 7 includes a positioning portion and a guide portion, and when positioning the battery pack 200, the guide portion first enters the battery pack 200 and moves on the battery pack 200 in the insertion direction to bring the positioning portion to move in the battery pack 200. The end of the guide portion facing the battery pack 200 has a guide sliding surface to facilitate insertion of the locking lever into the battery pack 200. With the above configuration, the guide is achieved by the guide portion to facilitate the insertion of the positioning member 7.
The spacer 7 is provided on the battery mount section 3 at a position corresponding to the center of the battery pack 200. By adopting the structure, the positions of the positioning piece 7 and the center of the battery pack 200 can be completely corresponding, and the positioning reliability of the positioning piece 7 on the battery pack 200 is ensured.
The embodiment provides a shuttle type battery replacing device which comprises a battery pack leveling device 1 or a battery mounting device 100. By adopting the structure form, the battery pack leveling device 1 or the battery installation device is applied to the shuttle type battery replacement equipment. With the above configuration, the battery pack leveling device 1 is applied to the battery mounting device 100, which reduces the weight and inertia of the tray 11 and can reduce the requirements for the machining and mounting accuracy of the tray 11. The battery pack bracket comprises a lock connecting structure 36 for realizing locking by matching with a locking mechanism 9 on the vehicle beam. The lock connection structure 36 includes a mounting seat 367 and a lock shaft 366, the mounting seat 367 has a second opening 365 extending in a vertical direction, the lock shaft 366 is vertically disposed in the second opening 365, the lock shaft 366 is movable in the vertical direction relative to the mounting seat 367, and a second thread portion 364 matched with the first thread portion 354 is disposed on the lock shaft 366, and the second thread portion 364 can be engaged with the first thread portion 354, so as to lock and unlock the lock mechanism 9 and the lock connection structure 36.
In other embodiments, the lock shaft of the battery pack bracket has a position-limiting portion 353, the locking mechanism 9 includes a lock base 351, the lock base 351 has a first opening 352 extending in a vertical direction, and a stop portion 362 is disposed in the first opening 352 and cooperates with the position-limiting portion 353. The lock base 351 and the lock shaft are connected in a T-shaped lock mode, and the lock base and the lock shaft can be locked through the matching of the limiting portion 353 and the stopping portion 362.

When the locking rod 363 is at the first angle, the locking rod 363 can pass through the first opening and enter the limiting portion 353 of the lock base 351, and when the locking rod 363 rotates to the second angle, the locking rod 363 can be limited in the limiting portion 353, so that the locking mechanism 9 and the lock connecting structure 36 are relatively fixed.
The lifting part drives the battery mounting part to lift, so that the related technology of the battery replacing equipment in the prior art can be adopted, the characteristics of heavy weight and large volume of a battery pack of a large vehicle are considered, and related products with larger specification and size can be adopted for a power source and a mechanical transmission part.

and/or a flanging extending towards the direction far away from the battery pack is formed at the edge of the tray;
and/or a first positioning piece is arranged on the surface of the tray, which deviates from the battery pack, and the first positioning piece is used for positioning and mounting the tray.

A battery mounting device for mounting on a shuttle-type battery changing apparatus, the battery mounting device comprising a battery mounting portion and a battery pack leveling device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, the tray being floatingly mounted on the battery mounting portion by a plurality of elastic members.
7. The battery mounting apparatus according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of the elastic members are symmetrically disposed near the edge in the length direction and/or the width direction of the tray.
8. The battery mounting apparatus according to claim 7, wherein an orthogonal projection of the tray on the battery mounting portion is rectangular, and a plurality of the elastic members are provided at least four corner regions of the tray.
9. The battery mounting apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein the elastic member has a head end and a tail end along an elastic expansion direction thereof, the head end being connected to the tray, and the tail end being connected to the battery mounting portion.
10. The battery installation apparatus as claimed in claim 9, wherein a first positioning member is disposed on a surface of the tray facing away from the battery pack, a second positioning member is correspondingly disposed on a position of the battery installation section corresponding to the first positioning member, and a head end and a tail end of the elastic member are respectively sleeved on the first positioning member and the second positioning member;
and in the elastic expansion range of the elastic piece, the first positioning piece and the second positioning piece are kept not in contact.
11. The battery mounting apparatus according to any one of claims 6 to 10, further comprising an unlocking member having one end connected to the battery mounting portion and the other end extending in a direction close to the battery pack, the unlocking member being adapted to be inserted into the battery pack to position and unlock the battery pack when the battery pack is placed on the tray.
12. The battery mounting apparatus of claim 11, wherein the tray defines a through-hole, and the unlocking member passes through the through-hole when the battery pack is placed on the tray.
13. The battery mounting apparatus of claim 12, wherein an annular gap is formed between the through-hole and the unlocking member to allow the tray to float relative to the unlocking member.
14. The battery mounting apparatus according to claim 11, further comprising a positioning member, wherein one end of the positioning member is connected to the battery mounting portion, and the other end of the positioning member extends in a direction close to the battery pack, and the positioning member is configured to extend into the battery pack when the battery pack is placed on the tray, so as to position the battery pack.
15. The battery mounting apparatus according to claim 14, wherein one positioning member is provided, and a distance between one end of the positioning member extending in a direction close to the battery pack and the battery mounting portion is greater than a distance between one end of the unlocking member extending in a direction close to the battery pack and the battery mounting portion.
16. The battery mounting apparatus according to claim 15, wherein the positioning member is provided on the battery mounting portion at a position corresponding to a center of the battery pack.
