As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the embodiment provides an article boxing apparatus, including an article box loading and unloading device 1, a main body conveying device 2, and an article loading and unloading device 3, where the article box loading and unloading device 1 includes a first conveying mechanism 11 and a first grabbing mechanism 12, the first grabbing mechanism 12 is disposed on the first conveying mechanism 11, and the first conveying mechanism 11 can move the first grabbing mechanism 12 along a predetermined direction; the main body conveying device 2 comprises a second conveying mechanism 21, the second conveying mechanism 21 is used for conveying article boxes, and the first grabbing mechanism 12 can place empty article boxes on the second conveying mechanism 21 and take out article boxes filled with articles on the second conveying mechanism 21; the article loading device 3 includes a second gripping mechanism 31, and the second gripping mechanism 31 is used for gripping the article and loading the article into the empty article box on the second conveying mechanism 21.
The main process of boxing the articles is as follows: the first grabbing mechanism 12 grabs empty article boxes and conveys the empty article boxes to the main body conveying device 2 through the first conveying mechanism 11, the first grabbing mechanism 12 places the empty article boxes on the second conveying mechanism 21, the empty article boxes are conveyed to the article feeding device 3 through the second conveying mechanism 21, the second grabbing mechanism 31 grabs articles and feeds the articles into the article boxes according to a set arrangement rule, the article boxes filled with the articles are conveyed to the article box feeding and discharging device 1 through the second conveying mechanism 21, and the article boxes are grabbed by the first grabbing mechanism 12 and output finished products. In the process, the automatic feeding of the article box and the automatic discharging of the article box filled with articles are realized through the article box feeding and discharging device 1; the automatic conveying of the article box is realized through the main body conveying device 2; the automatic feeding of the articles and the automatic boxing of the articles are realized through the article feeding device 3. The whole article boxing process is automatic, the boxing precision is high, and the boxing efficiency is high.
In this embodiment, the first conveying mechanism 11 further includes a first track line 111 and a first sliding member 112, the first sliding member 112 is disposed on the first track line 111, the first sliding member 112 is capable of moving along the first track line 111, and the first grabbing mechanism 12 is disposed on the first sliding member 112; the second conveying mechanism 21 includes a second track line 211 and a second slider 212, the second slider 212 is disposed on the second track line 211, the second slider 212 is capable of moving along the second track line 211, and the article box carrier 22 is disposed on the second slider 212. The first sliding part 112 slides along the first track line 111 to drive the first grabbing mechanism 12 on the first sliding part 112 to move, the first grabbing mechanism 12 is used for taking and placing the article box, after the first grabbing mechanism 12 grabs the article box, the article box moves along with the first grabbing mechanism 12, so that the automatic conveying of the article box is realized, and the conveying efficiency is high; the second sliding member 212 slides along the second track line 211 to drive the article box carrier 22 on the second sliding member 212 to move, and the article box carrier 22 is used for carrying the article box, so that the article box is automatically conveyed on the main body conveying device 2, and the conveying efficiency is high. In other embodiments, the first conveying mechanism 11 and the second conveying mechanism 21 may be provided in other conveying structures, such as a belt conveying.
In this embodiment, each of the first track line 111 and the second track line 211 includes two first tracks 41 and two second tracks 42, the two first tracks 41 are disposed in parallel, and the two second tracks 42 are respectively connected to two adjacent ends of the two first tracks 41. The first rails 41 are arranged in parallel, so that the rail arrangement is compact, and the space occupied by the rail arrangement is saved, the two second rails 42 are connected to two adjacent ends of the two first rails 41 respectively, that is, the communication between the first rails 41 is realized through the second rails 42, the two first rails 41 and the two second rails 42 jointly form a first rail line 111 which is communicated in the circumferential direction and a second rail line 211 which is communicated in the circumferential direction, the space occupied by the rail arrangement is further saved, so that the first sliding member 112 or the second sliding member 212 can circularly move on the first rail line 111, and the conveying efficiency is improved. In other embodiments, the first track 41 line 111 and the second track line 211 may be provided in other forms, and are not limited to the track arrangement manner of the present embodiment.
In this embodiment, the two first rails 41 are linear rails, and the two second rails 42 are arc rails. The first rail 41 is a linear rail, so that the moving angle of the first sliding part 112 or the second sliding part 212 does not need to be adjusted in the moving process on the first rail 41, and the moving efficiency is improved; the two second rails 42, which are the connecting rails between the two first rails 41, are provided as arc-shaped rails so that the movement of the first slider 112 or the second slider 212 at the connecting position of the first rails 41 and the second rails 42 is more smooth.
In this embodiment, the first track line 111 is a stator structure, the first sliding member 112 is a mover structure, and the first sliding member 112 can move along the first track line 111 by a magnetic force; the second track line 211 has a stator structure, the second slider 212 has a mover structure, and the second slider 212 is movable along the second track line 211 by a magnetic force. The first track line 111 and the second track line 211 adopt stator structures, correspondingly, the first sliding part 112 and the second sliding part 212 adopt rotor structures, and transmission is carried out through magnetic power, so that the starting speed of the first transmission mechanism 11 and the second transmission mechanism 21 is high, the operation is stable, and the positioning accuracy is high.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the first grasping mechanism 12 includes a first moving assembly 122 and a first grasping assembly 121; the first moving assembly 122 is disposed on the first conveying mechanism 11, and the first conveying mechanism 11 can move the first moving assembly 122; the first grabbing component 121 is connected to the first moving component 122, and the first grabbing component 121 can be moved by the first moving component 122. The first grabbing component 121 is moved through the first moving component 122, so that the first grabbing component 121 is conveniently aligned with the article box, the article box is grabbed through the first grabbing component 121, then conveyed along with the first grabbing component 121 after being grabbed by the first grabbing component 121, and after the article box reaches a designated position, the first grabbing component 121 places the article box on the second conveying mechanism 21, and then automatic feeding of the article box is achieved.
In this embodiment, the first grasping assembly 121 includes two horizontal pushers 1211 and two clamping jaws 1212, the two horizontal pushers 1211 are configured to move toward each other or away from each other, the two clamping jaws 1212 are respectively connected to the two horizontal pushers 1211, and the two clamping jaws 1212 are configured to grasp the article box. The two clamping jaws 1212 are connected to the two horizontal pusher 1211, and when the article box is grabbed, the two horizontal pusher 1211 moves back and forth, the distance between the two clamping jaws 1212 increases gradually until there is a receiving space for conveniently grabbing the article box, and the first article box is located in the receiving space, and then the two horizontal pusher 1211 moves back and forth, and the distance between the two clamping jaws 1212 decreases gradually until the article box is grabbed. The process is convenient to locate and high in grabbing efficiency. In other embodiments, the first grasping element 121 may take the form of other grasping mechanisms known in the art.
In this embodiment, the first moving assembly 122 includes a vertical lifting member 1221, one end of the vertical lifting member 1221 is connected to the first conveying mechanism 11, two horizontal pushing members 1211 are respectively connected to two sides of the vertical lifting member 1221, and the vertical lifting member 1221 is used for lifting the horizontal pushing members 1211. The vertical lifting member 1221 can vertically lift the horizontal pushing member 1211, when the article box and the clamping jaw 1212 have a height difference in the vertical direction, so that the article box is not convenient to be grabbed, the vertical lifting member 1221 can lift the horizontal pushing member 1211, and then the height of the clamping jaw 1212 is adjusted, so that the article box is lifted to a height convenient to be grabbed, and the positioning accuracy and the grabbing success rate of the first grabbing assembly 121 are improved.
In this embodiment, the vertical lifting member 1221 and the horizontal pushing member 1211 are any one of a pneumatic member, an electric member, and a hydraulic member, and have a simple structure and are convenient to mount.
In this embodiment, the magazine loader/unloader 1 further includes a first conveyor belt 13, the first conveyor belt 13 is disposed adjacent to the first track line 111, and the first conveyor belt 13 is used for conveying empty magazines and magazines containing articles. The first conveyor belt 13 is arranged adjacent to the first track line 111, the empty article boxes are conveyed to the position adjacent to the first track line 111 through the first conveyor belt 13, the empty article boxes are grabbed and placed on the second conveyor mechanism 21 by the first grabbing mechanism 12, meanwhile, the article boxes filled with articles on the second conveyor mechanism 21 are grabbed and placed on the first conveyor belt 13 by the first grabbing mechanism 12, and the finished products are output by the first conveyor belt 13. In the process, the first conveyor belt 13 simultaneously carries out input of the empty article box and output of the article box filled with the articles, and the first grabbing mechanism 12 simultaneously carries out grabbing of the empty article box and grabbing of the article box filled with the articles, so that the production efficiency of the whole article box filling is improved.
In this embodiment, the first conveyor belt 13 includes an input portion 131, an exchange portion 132, and an output portion 133 connected in this order; the input section 131 is used to transfer empty article cassettes to the exchanging section 132; the exchange portion 132 is adjacent to the first track line 111, the first grasping mechanism 12 can grasp empty article boxes on the exchange portion 132 and place the empty article boxes on the second conveying mechanism 21, and the first grasping mechanism 12 can grasp article boxes with articles on the second conveying mechanism 21 and place the article boxes on the exchange portion 132; the output unit 133 is used for conveying the article box in which the article is loaded on the exchanging unit 132. The empty article boxes are conveyed to the exchanging part 132 through the input part 131, the exchanging part 132 is arranged adjacent to the first track line 111, and the exchange of the article boxes is facilitated between the first grabbing mechanism 12 and the exchanging part 132, namely, the empty article boxes are grabbed by the first grabbing mechanism 12 and placed on the second conveying mechanism 21, the article boxes filled with articles on the second conveying mechanism 21 are grabbed by the first grabbing mechanism 12 and placed on the exchanging part 132, and then the finished products are output through the output part 133.
In this embodiment, the first track line 111 includes a first linear track, and the exchanging part 132 includes a second linear track, and the first linear track and the second linear track are parallel and adjacent to each other. The first linear rail and the second linear rail are parallel and adjacent to each other, and the distance between the first linear rail and the second linear rail is not changed, so that the first grabbing mechanism 12 on the first conveying mechanism 11 and the exchanging part 132 can exchange the article boxes conveniently.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the main body transporting device 2 further includes a box carrier 22, the box carrier 22 is disposed on the second transporting mechanism 21, and the second transporting mechanism 21 can move the box carrier 22. The article box carrier 22 is arranged to facilitate carrying and positioning of the article box, and to prevent the article box from falling or shifting during the conveying process by the second conveying mechanism 21.
In this embodiment, the magazine carrier 22 has a plurality of adjustment slots 221 and a plurality of positioning blocks 222, the plurality of positioning blocks 222 are disposed in the adjustment slots 221 in a one-to-one correspondence, a positioning space for positioning a magazine is formed between the plurality of positioning blocks 222, and the positioning blocks 222 can move along the adjustment slots 221 to adjust the size of the positioning space. The positioning blocks 222 are used for positioning different sides of the article box, positioning spaces are formed among the positioning blocks 222, and the size of the positioning spaces is changed by the movement of the positioning blocks 222 along the adjusting grooves 221 so as to adapt to the article boxes with different sizes and shapes, and the stability of the article boxes in the conveying process is improved.
In this embodiment, the adjustment slot 221 extends from the center of the cassette carrier 22 to the periphery of the cassette carrier 22, the adjustment slot 221 having a center end 2211 and a slot end 2212, the center end 2211 being located at the center of the cassette carrier 22 and the slot end 2212 being located at the periphery of the cassette carrier 22; the article box carrier 22 further comprises a first adjusting screw 223 and a positioning nut 224, the first adjusting screw 223 is disposed in the adjusting groove 221, one end of the first adjusting screw 223 is connected to the central end 2211 through the positioning nut 224, and the other end of the first adjusting screw 223 is located at the notch end 2212; the positioning block 222 is disposed on the first adjustment screw 223, and the positioning block 222 can move along the adjustment groove 221 with the rotation of the screw. The adjusting groove 221 extends from the center of the article box carrier 22 to the periphery of the article box carrier 22, and the positioning block 222 can move along the axial direction of the adjusting groove 221, so that the size of the positioning space can be conveniently adjusted, and the article box can be quickly positioned; the two ends of the first adjusting screw 223 are respectively located at the center end 2211 and the notch end 2212 of the adjusting groove 221, so that the moving path of the positioning block 222 is longer, the adjusting range of the positioning space is larger, and the adjusting device is suitable for more types of article boxes. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the article box carrier 22 further includes a screw seat 226, the screw seat 226 is fixed to the slot end 2212, and the screw seat 226 and the positioning nut 224 are respectively used for positioning two ends of the first adjusting screw 223.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the magazine carrier 22 has four sets of adjusting slots 221, first adjusting screws 223 and positioning blocks 222, which are disposed in one-to-one correspondence, the four adjusting slots 221 are connected to form a cross-shaped slot, and the four positioning blocks 222 are respectively disposed on the four first adjusting screws 223 for positioning four sides of the magazine. The four adjusting grooves 221 are communicated to form a cross-shaped groove, so that the processing is convenient, and the four positioning blocks 222 can position the four sides of the article box from four directions, so that the positioning of the article box is more reliable, and the stability of the article box in the conveying process is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the main body conveying device 2 further includes a rotating mechanism 23, and the rotating mechanism 23 includes a power assembly 231 and a rotating assembly 232; the power assembly 231 is used for driving the rotating assembly 232 to rotate; the rotating assembly 232 is used for carrying the article box carrier 22 and driving the article box carrier 22 to rotate. Rotate the article box through power component 231 and rotating assembly 232, make things convenient for article at the dress box in-process, carry out angular adjustment between article box and the article, be favorable to the alignment, and when article need pack into the article box according to certain arrangement rule, can keep the second to snatch the position that mechanism 31 was changeed, position and second that wait to assemble in making the article box through rotatory article box carrier 22 snatch mechanism 31 and align, and then make things convenient for the second to snatch mechanism 31 and pack into the settlement position in the article box with article, article dress box efficiency has been improved.
In this embodiment, the rotating assembly 232 includes a rotating disk 2321, the rotating disk 2321 is used for carrying the article cassette carrier 22; the article box carrier 22 is provided with a limiting groove 225, the rotating disc 2321 is provided with a positioning piece 23211, and the positioning piece 23211 is used for being matched with the limiting groove 225 to position the article box carrier 22. The article box carrier 22 is carried by the rotating disc 2321, and the article box carrier 22 is limited on the rotating disc 2321 by the matching of the limiting groove 225 and the positioning piece 23211, so that the reliability of the limitation of the article box carrier 22 on the article box is improved, and the stability of the article box in the conveying and rotating processes is further improved.
In this embodiment, the article loading device 3 further includes a third conveying mechanism 32, and the third conveying mechanism 32 is configured to move the second gripping mechanism 31. The second grabbing mechanism 31 is convenient to move through the arrangement of the third conveying mechanism 32, and when an article needs to be grabbed, the second grabbing mechanism 31 can be moved to the article, so that the article is convenient to grab; when the article needs to be loaded into the empty article box on the second conveying mechanism 21, the second grabbing mechanism 31 can be moved to the upper part of the article box, so that the article is conveniently loaded into the box.
In this embodiment, the third transfer mechanism 32 includes a third track line 321 and a third slider 322, the third slider 322 can reciprocate along the third track line 321, and the second capture mechanism 31 is connected to the third slider 322. The second grabbing mechanism 31 is moved through the third track line 321 and the third sliding piece 322, the second grabbing mechanism 31 is convenient to align to the article and grab, meanwhile, the second grabbing mechanism 31 is convenient to align to the article box and pack the article into the article box, automation of article feeding and article boxing is achieved, and then efficiency of article boxing is improved. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the third track line 321 is a straight track.
In this embodiment, the third track line 321 is a stator structure, the third slider 322 is a mover structure, and the third slider 322 moves along the third track line 321 by a magnetic motive force. The third slider 322 moves by magnetic power, and has a high starting speed, high movement stability, and high positioning accuracy.
In this embodiment, the second gripping mechanism 31 includes a connecting member 311 and a vacuum suction nozzle 312, the connecting member 311 is connected to the third slider 322, the vacuum suction nozzle 312 is connected to the connecting member 311, and the vacuum suction nozzle 312 is used for sucking the article. In this embodiment, the article feeding device 3 further includes a frame 33, the frame 33 includes a cross beam 331 and a plurality of vertical columns 332, and the third track line 321 is installed on the cross beam 331. The frame 33 is arranged to make the third transmission mechanism 32 have a firm installation base, so as to ensure the smoothness of the movement of the third sliding member 322 along the third track line 321; the third track line 321 is installed on the cross beam 331, so that the third sliding member 322 connected with the cross beam and the second grabbing mechanism 31 connected with the third sliding member 322 have a certain height, and an article conveying space is reserved below the second grabbing mechanism 31, so that articles can be conveniently conveyed below the second grabbing mechanism 31 and grabbed.
In this embodiment, the article loading device 3 further includes a second conveyor belt 34, an output end of the second conveyor belt 34 is located below the cross beam 331 and between the columns 332, and the second conveyor belt 34 is used for conveying the article below the second grabbing mechanism 31. The output end of the second conveyor belt 34 is located below the cross beam 331 and between the upright columns 332, so that the articles can be conveniently conveyed to the lower part of the second grabbing mechanism 31 through the first conveyor belt 13 and grabbed by the second grabbing mechanism 31, the automation of article feeding is realized, and the article feeding efficiency is improved.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, a part of the third trajectory line 321 crosses over the second conveyor 21, and another part of the third trajectory line 321 is positioned directly above the output end of the second conveyor belt 34. After the second grabbing mechanism 31 grabs the article, the third sliding part 322 drives the second grabbing mechanism 31 to slide from the position right above the output end of the second conveyor belt 34 to the position right above the second conveyor mechanism 21, and then the second grabbing mechanism 31 loads the article into the article box on the second conveyor mechanism 21.
As shown in fig. 8, in this embodiment, the article loading device 3 further includes a positioning mechanism 35, the positioning mechanism 35 is located below the second gripping mechanism 31, the output end of the second conveyor belt 34 is connected to the positioning mechanism 35, and the positioning mechanism 35 is configured to terminate the movement of the article in the conveying direction and position the article below the second gripping mechanism 31. The positioning mechanism 35 is connected with the output end of the second conveyor belt 34, the articles are conveyed to the positioning mechanism 35 through the second conveyor belt 34, then the articles are positioned by the positioning mechanism 35, the positioning mechanism 35 is located below the second grabbing mechanism 31, the articles after positioning are conveniently grabbed by the second grabbing mechanism 31, and grabbing precision and grabbing efficiency of the second grabbing mechanism 31 are improved.
In this embodiment, the positioning mechanism 35 includes a support frame 351 and a positioning assembly 352, the positioning assembly 352 is located on the support frame 351, the positioning assembly 352 has a positioning slot 3521 matching with the shape of the article, and the opening of the positioning slot 3521 faces the second conveyor 34 so that the article on the second conveyor 34 enters the positioning slot 3521. The support frame 351 provides support for the positioning assembly 352, so that the stability of the positioning assembly 352 is improved, the positioning assembly 352 and the second conveyor belt 34 can be positioned at the same height, articles can be conveniently conveyed onto the positioning assembly 352 by the second conveyor belt 34, and the positioning efficiency of the articles is improved; the opening of the positioning slot 3521 faces the second conveyor belt 34 so that the articles are conveyed by the conveyor belt into the positioning slot 3521 for positioning.
In this embodiment, the positioning assembly 352 includes a lateral positioning block 3522 and an end positioning block 3523, and a positioning slot 3521 is formed between the lateral positioning block 3522 and the end positioning block 3523. The articles are conveyed to the positioning assembly 352 by the second conveyor belt 34, and the lateral positioning blocks 3522 are positioned at two sides of the articles along the conveying direction so as to limit the lateral sides of the articles and avoid deviation; the end positioning block 3523 is positioned in the conveying direction of the articles and opposite to the articles, and prevents the articles from further moving along the conveying direction; a positioning groove 3521 is formed between the lateral positioning block 3522 and the end positioning block 3523, so that the positioning of the article is more accurate.
In this embodiment, the positioning assembly 352 further includes a plurality of second adjusting screws 3524, and the plurality of second adjusting screws 3524 are respectively connected with the lateral positioning block 3522 and the end positioning block 3523 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and can drive the lateral positioning block 3522 and the end positioning block 3523 to move so as to change the size of the positioning slot 3521. By moving or rotating the second adjusting screw 3524, the lateral positioning block 3522 and the end positioning block 3523 can be driven to move, so that the size of the positioning groove 3521 can be adjusted to adapt to articles with different shapes and sizes, and the application range of the device is widened.
In this embodiment, the positioning mechanism 35 further includes a guide assembly 353, the guide assembly 353 is located on the support frame 351, the guide assembly 353 has a guide groove 3531 arranged along the conveying direction of the second conveyor belt 34, and the guide groove 3531 is communicated with the positioning groove 3521. In this embodiment, the article boxing apparatus includes a plurality of article loading devices 3, and the plurality of article loading devices 3 are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the second conveying mechanism 21. s3, grabbing the articles through the second grabbing mechanism 31 and filling the articles into empty article boxes according to a set arrangement rule;
and S4, conveying the article box filled with the articles to the first grabbing mechanism 12 again through the second conveying mechanism 21, grabbing the articles through the first grabbing mechanism 12, and outputting the finished products through the first conveying mechanism 11.
According to the article boxing method, automatic feeding and automatic conveying of the article boxes, automatic feeding and automatic boxing of the articles and automatic blanking of the article boxes filled with the articles are achieved, wherein the first grabbing mechanism 12 and the first conveying mechanism 11 are recycled in the feeding and blanking processes, the occupied space of equipment is saved, the production efficiency is improved, automation is achieved in the whole article boxing process, and the boxing precision and efficiency are high.
The following specifically describes the application of the method by taking the production process of the pressed powder packing box as an example:
s1, a feeding process of the pressed powder box.
The empty powder cake box is conveyed to the exchanging part 132 from the input part 131 of the first conveyor belt 13, at this time, the powder cake box is grabbed by the first grabbing mechanism 12 on the first conveying mechanism 11 adjacent to the exchanging part 132, the first grabbing mechanism 12 is conveyed to a position adjacent to the second conveying mechanism 21 along the first track line 111 by the first sliding part 112, and the powder cake box is placed on the powder cake box carrier on the second conveying mechanism 21 by the first grabbing mechanism 12, so that the feeding process of the powder cake box is completed.
And S2, conveying the pressed powder box.
The second slider 212 on the second track line 211 conveys the compact case carrier and the empty compact case to below the third track line 321 of the article feeding device 3.
S3, feeding the pressed powder and boxing.
The pressed powder is conveyed to the positioning mechanism 35 by the second conveyor belt 34, and then is grabbed by the second grabbing mechanism 31. Specifically, in the present embodiment, three article loading devices 3 are provided, and each article loading device 3 is provided with four second conveyor belts 34, and each second conveyor belt 34 is used for conveying different color pressed powders. Correspondingly, the third track line 321 of the third conveying mechanism 32 is provided with four third sliding parts 322, each third sliding part 322 is connected with a vacuum suction nozzle 312, and the four vacuum suction nozzles 312 suck the cakes with different colors transmitted by the corresponding four second conveying belts 34. Three article loading attachment 3 work simultaneously, have greatly improved muffin loading efficiency. The third slider 322 moves from directly above the positioning mechanism 35 along the third track line 321 to directly above the compact case, and the vacuum suction nozzle 312 loads the compact into the compact case.
And S4, outputting a finished product.
After the compact case is filled with the compact, the second sliding member 212 drives the compact case to move continuously along the second track line 211 to a position adjacent to the first conveying mechanism 11, and at this time, the first grabbing mechanism 12 grabs the compact case filled with the compact. The first sliding member 112 drives the first grabbing mechanism 12 to move to a position adjacent to the exchanging portion 132 along the first track line 111, at this time, the first grabbing mechanism 12 places the compact case containing the compact on the exchanging portion 132, the compact case containing the compact is conveyed to the output portion 133 by the exchanging portion 132, and then the output portion 133 outputs the finished product.
The application of the pressed powder packing box is only one application scene of the method, and the method can be also applied to the production process of packing other articles, and is not limited to the production process.

1. An article boxing apparatus, comprising:
the article box loading and unloading device comprises a first conveying mechanism and a first grabbing mechanism, wherein the first grabbing mechanism is arranged on the first conveying mechanism and can move along a preset direction;
the main body conveying device comprises a second conveying mechanism, the second conveying mechanism is used for conveying the article boxes, and the first grabbing mechanism can place the empty article boxes on the second conveying mechanism and take out the article boxes filled with articles on the second conveying mechanism;
and the article feeding device comprises a second grabbing mechanism, and the second grabbing mechanism is used for grabbing articles and loading the articles into the empty article boxes on the second conveying mechanism.
2. The article boxing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first transfer mechanism includes a first track line and a first slide, the first slide being disposed on the first track line, the first slide being movable along the first track line, the first capture mechanism being disposed on the first slide; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the second conveying mechanism comprises a second track line and a second sliding piece, the second sliding piece is arranged on the second track line and can move along the second track line, and an article box carrier is arranged on the second sliding piece.
3. The article boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 2, wherein the first rail line and/or the second rail line comprises two first rails and two second rails, the two first rails being disposed in parallel, and the two second rails being connected to adjacent ends of the two first rails, respectively.
4. The article boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 3, wherein the two first rails are linear rails and the two second rails are arcuate rails.
5. The article boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 2, wherein the first track line is of a stator construction and the first slide is of a mover construction, the first slide being movable along the first track line by a magnetomotive force; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the second track line is of a stator structure, the second sliding piece is of a rotor structure, and the second sliding piece can move along the second track line through magnetic power.
6. The article boxing apparatus of claim 1, wherein said first gripper mechanism includes a first movement assembly and a first gripper assembly;
the first moving assembly is arranged on the first conveying mechanism, and the first conveying mechanism can move the first moving assembly;
the first grabbing component is connected to the first moving component and can move under the driving of the first moving component.
7. The article boxing apparatus of claim 6, wherein said first gripping assembly includes two horizontal pushers for moving toward and away from each other and two jaws respectively connected to said two horizontal pushers for gripping the article boxes.
8. The article boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 7, wherein the first moving assembly includes a vertical lift member having one end connected to the first transfer mechanism, two of the horizontal pushing members being connected to both sides of the vertical lift member, respectively, the vertical lift member being for lifting and lowering the horizontal pushing members.
9. The article boxing apparatus of claim 8, wherein said vertical lift member and said horizontal pusher member are one of pneumatic, electric or hydraulic.
10. The article boxing apparatus of claim 2, wherein the article box loading and unloading device further comprises a first conveyor belt disposed adjacent to the first track line, the first conveyor belt being for conveying empty article boxes and article boxes filled with articles.
11. The article boxing apparatus of claim 10, wherein said first conveyor comprises an input section, an exchange section and an output section connected in series;
the input part is used for conveying empty article boxes to the exchange part;
the exchange part is adjacent to the first track line, the first grabbing mechanism can grab and place empty article boxes on the exchange part on the second conveying mechanism, and the first grabbing mechanism can grab and place article boxes with articles on the second conveying mechanism on the exchange part;
the output part is used for conveying the article boxes filled with articles on the exchange part.
12. The article boxing apparatus of claim 11, wherein the first track line comprises a first linear track and the exchange portion comprises a second linear track, the first linear track being disposed parallel to and adjacent to the second linear track.
13. The article boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 1, wherein the main body conveying device further comprises an article box carrier provided on the second conveying mechanism, the second conveying mechanism being capable of moving the article box carrier.
14. The article boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 13, wherein the article box carrier has a plurality of adjustment grooves and a plurality of positioning blocks, the plurality of positioning blocks are disposed in the adjustment grooves in a one-to-one correspondence, a positioning space for positioning the article box is provided between the plurality of positioning blocks, and the positioning blocks can move along the adjustment grooves to adjust the size of the positioning space.
15. The article boxing apparatus of claim 14,
the adjustment slot extends from the center of the cassette carrier to the periphery of the cassette carrier, the adjustment slot having a center end and a slot end, the center end being located at the center of the cassette carrier and the slot end being located at the periphery of the cassette carrier;
the article box carrier further comprises a first adjusting screw and a positioning nut, the first adjusting screw is arranged in the adjusting groove, one end of the first adjusting screw is connected to the central end through the positioning nut, and the other end of the first adjusting screw is located at the end of the groove opening;
the positioning block is arranged on the first adjusting screw rod and can move along the adjusting groove along with the rotation of the screw rod.

The article boxing apparatus in claim 15, wherein the article box carrier has four sets of the adjustment slots, the first adjustment screws and the positioning blocks, the four adjustment slots being arranged in one-to-one correspondence, the four adjustment slots being connected to form a cross-shaped slot, and the four positioning blocks being respectively arranged on the four first adjustment screws for positioning four sides of the article box.
17. The article boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 13, wherein the main body conveying means further comprises a rotation mechanism including a power assembly and a rotation assembly;
the power assembly is used for driving the rotating assembly to rotate;
the rotating assembly is used for bearing the article box carrier and driving the article box carrier to rotate.
18. The article boxing apparatus of claim 17, wherein the rotation assembly comprises a rotating disk for carrying the article cassette carrier;
the article box carrier is provided with a limiting groove, the rotating disc is provided with a positioning piece, and the positioning piece is matched with the limiting groove to position the article box carrier.
19. The article loading apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said article loading device further comprises a third transport mechanism for moving said second gripping mechanism.
20. The article boxing apparatus of claim 19, wherein the third transport mechanism includes a third track line and a third slide, the third slide being reciprocally movable along the third track line, the second gripper mechanism being connected to the third slide.
21. The article boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 20, wherein said third track line is of a stator construction and said third slide is of a mover construction, said third slide being moved along said third track line by magnetomotive force.
22. The article boxing apparatus of claim 20 wherein said second gripper mechanism includes a link connected to said third slide and a vacuum nozzle connected to said link, said vacuum nozzle for gripping articles.
23. The article boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 20, wherein the article feeding means further comprises a frame including a cross member and a plurality of columns, the third rail line being mounted to the cross member.
24. The article boxing apparatus of claim 23 wherein said article loading means further comprises a second conveyor, the output end of said second conveyor being located below said cross member and between said posts, said second conveyor being for conveying articles below said second gripper mechanism.
25. The article loading apparatus according to claim 24, wherein said article loading device further comprises a positioning mechanism located below said second gripper mechanism, said output end of said second conveyor belt being coupled to said positioning mechanism, said positioning mechanism being adapted to terminate movement of the article in the conveying direction and position the article below the second gripper mechanism.
26. The article loading apparatus according to claim 25, wherein said positioning mechanism includes a support frame and a positioning assembly, said positioning assembly being located on said support frame, said positioning assembly having a positioning slot matching the shape of the article, said positioning slot opening toward said second conveyor for the article on said second conveyor to enter said positioning slot.
27. The article boxing apparatus of claim 26, wherein the positioning assembly includes a lateral positioning block and an end positioning block, the lateral positioning block and the end positioning block defining the positioning slot therebetween.
28. The article boxing apparatus of claim 27, wherein the positioning assembly further comprises a plurality of second adjustment screws, the plurality of second adjustment screws being respectively connected to the lateral positioning block and the end positioning block in a one-to-one correspondence and being capable of moving the lateral positioning block and the end positioning block to change the size of the positioning slot.
29. The article loading apparatus according to claim 26, wherein said positioning mechanism further comprises a guide assembly, said guide assembly being located on said support frame, said guide assembly having a guide groove provided along a conveying direction of said second conveyor, said guide groove communicating with said positioning groove.
30. The article boxing apparatus of claim 29, wherein said guide assembly includes a docking platform connected to the output end of said second conveyor and guide blocks disposed on either side of said docking platform, said guide blocks defining said guide slots therebetween.
31. The article loading apparatus according to claim 26, wherein said positioning mechanism further comprises a lift assembly, said support frame having a receiving cavity, said lift assembly being located within said receiving cavity, said lift assembly being adapted to lift the articles in said positioning slot.
32. The article boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 25, wherein the article loading means comprises a plurality of sets of the second conveyor belts, the positioning mechanisms, the second gripping mechanisms, and the third slides arranged in one-to-one correspondence, and each of the plurality of third slides is slidably connected to the third rail line.
33. The article boxing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 32, wherein the article loading apparatus includes a plurality of said article loading devices, the plurality of said article loading devices being arranged in series along the conveying direction of said second conveying mechanism.
34. An article boxing apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 32, wherein said first gripping mechanism is provided in plurality, and a plurality of said first gripping mechanisms are provided in sequence on said first transfer mechanism in the transfer direction.
