Abstract
本实用新型的落地台灯脚架结构,其特征在于:
枢接三角座系一体成型铸造而成,轴体中央设有一插
置孔,轴体上设一锁合螺孔,轴体其侧设有等角度三
枢接体,其左、右扣合片之圆弧上设有内凹的多个定
卡位,左、右扣合片设有一销孔;活动扣体系一塑料注
塑成型,其上设有一凹陷弧形按压定位,其侧延伸一
突片,下端设置一定位柱及一对称之压片,延伸突片
两侧形成一缺口,活动扣体两侧亦设有穿孔以供销柱
穿置。
Description
本实用新型提供一种落地台灯脚架结构,该结构主要提供一种加工、组装迅速便捷且符合经济效益的装置。
一般传统公知的灯脚架结构装置,其结构如图1所示可供参考,轴体1a与枢接体2b需用螺丝3c螺合固定,并用螺丝3c锁合伸出部分来作挡体的定位件,另外枢接体2b需冲床冲制加工及组装到轴体1a,极不具经济效益。传统及已知结构在制造及安装上,仍存有许些缺失或不尽完善之处,经本发明人综合有下列几点,其亦为同行业间希望改进的缺失,综列如下:
1.传统灯脚架结构的轴体及枢接体需螺丝来组装固定,如此设置较不美观。
2.枢接轴需冲床冲制加工,手续繁复并组装锁合于轴体上,长时间频繁调整使用,亦会使螺合松动,且加工、安装上浪费工时,减低组装工作效率。
3.传统轴体及枢接体的组合方式及制造上,其设计在制造成本上、组装上亦不经济。
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种落地台灯脚架结构,利用铸造一体成型的枢接三角座,用以取代现有的需冲床冲制之枢接体,及与轴体用螺丝螺合固定,克服繁复加工手续及组装之弊。
本实用新型的另一目的提供一种采用本结构可防止因使用现有的枢接体因长时间频繁调整使用,造成其锁合之螺丝与轴松动情形,本实用新型的一体成型则不会有此情况产生。
本实用新型的再一目的是,设置一种结构较简易方式,却能发挥其最大功效及节省成本,符合经济效益。
为此,本实用新型提供了一种落地台灯脚架结构,其主要构成包括枢接三角座、活动扣体、角架及伸缩体;其特征在于:
枢接三角座,枢接三角座系一体成型铸造而成,其由轴体及枢接体所构成,其中轴体中央设有一插置孔,插置孔下有一挡片,轴体上设一锁合螺孔,以供螺栓锁合固定伸缩体,轴体其侧设有等角度三枢接体,其左、右扣合片的圆弧上设有内凹的多个定卡位,左、右扣合片设有一销孔,用以插销柱,梢柱末端设有环槽,以C型扣环扣定;
活动扣体,系一塑料注塑成型,其上设有一凹陷弧形按压定位,其侧延伸一突片,下端设置一定位柱及一对称压片,延伸突片两侧则形成一缺口,活动扣体两侧亦设有穿孔;
脚架,脚架设有一冂型缺口,冂型缺口上缘铆接一弧形簧片,二侧各设有销孔及活动销孔,其内置有一圆柱销。
下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型,其中:

图5A、B、C是本实用新型的动作实施例的平面剖视示意图。
如图1所示为传统的灯脚架结构,其构成情形以及其缺失,已如前所述,此处不再重复叙述。
请参阅图2至4所示,其系本实用新型构造立体图,由该图所示,可以很明显地看出落地台灯脚架结构的主要构成:
枢接三角座1,枢接三角座1为一体成型铸造而成,其由轴体11及枢接体12构成,其中轴体11中央设有一插置孔111,供置放伸缩体4,插置孔111下有一挡片112,供挡至伸缩体4,轴体11上设一锁合螺孔113,以供固定栓114锁合固定伸缩体4,轴体11其侧设有等角度三枢接体12,其左、右扣合片121的圆弧上设有内凹的多个定卡位122,以供脚架3角度变换及脚架收合,左、右扣合片121设有一销孔123,用以插销柱124,销柱124末端设有环槽124a,使以C型扣环125得以扣定。
活动扣体2,系为塑料注塑成型,其上设有一凹陷弧形按压定位21,其侧延伸一突片22,下端设置一定位柱23及一对称压片24,延伸突片22两侧则形成一缺口25,活动扣体2两侧亦有穿孔26以供销柱穿置;
脚架3,脚架3设有一冂型缺口31,冂型缺口31上缘铆接一弧形簧片32,冂型缺口31二侧各设有销孔33及活动销孔34,其内置有一圆柱销35;
上述元件即为本实用新型的落地台灯脚架结构,现将其与锁具组配后的整体结构的实施例,作进一步分析说明如下:
枢接三角座1系一体成型铸造而成,将活动扣体2两侧之缺口25与枢接体12左、右扣合片121对合,并使活动扣体2两则穿孔26与枢接体12的左、右扣合片121的销孔123对合,并使脚架3之冂型缺口31二侧销孔33亦相对合,再用插销柱124插合活动扣体2、枢接体12左、右扣合片、脚架3之贯穿销孔26、123及33,销柱124末端设有环槽124a,再以C型扣环125予以扣定,并使脚架3的活动销孔34内一圆柱销35定位于枢接体12左、右扣合片121的圆弧上内凹的多个定卡位122内,即可完成组装,其组配容易,制造加工方便,为一节省工时及成本的装置。
其动作实施例分述如下:当按压活动扣体2的凹陷弧形按压定位21时,导致延伸突片22下端一对称压片24按触脚架3的活动销孔34内的圆柱销35,迫使圆柱销35压迫弧形簧片32,使圆柱销35在脚架3之活动销孔34内动作,得以使圆柱销35在枢接体12的左、右扣合片121之圆弧上内凹的多个定卡位122动作,用以供脚架3调整角度变换及脚架收合(如图5A、B、C所示)。
综观上述结构叙述及说明,得知本实用新型具备下列几项优点:
1.本实用新型的枢接三角座为一体成型铸造而成,其勿需以螺丝来定位组装,故具有其整体美观性。
2.本实用新型安装组配容易、制造加工极为方便,为一节省工时及成本之设计。
3.枢接体左、右扣合片的圆弧上内凹的多个定卡位,其具有较好的调整角度变换性。
4.本实用新型结构简易,组配容易,制造加工方便,节省组装之工时及成本,为一符合实用性及经济效益之新设计。
由上所述可知,本实用新型的落地台灯脚架结构,其确实具有制造加工方便、组装便捷快迅之效用,又其组构简易且具经济效益之效果,而这些功效确实可以改进现有结构的加工制造不便、定位组配不易及易松动之弊。
Claims (1)
1、一种落地台灯脚架结构,其包括枢接三角座、活动扣体、角架及伸缩体;其特征在于:
枢接三角座,枢接三角座系一体成型铸造而成,其由轴体及枢接体所构成,其中轴体中央设有一插置孔,插置孔下有一挡片,轴体上设一锁合螺孔,以供螺栓锁合固定伸缩体,轴体其侧设有等角度三枢接体,其左、右扣合片的圆弧上设有内凹的多个定卡位,左、右扣合片设有一销孔,用以插销柱,销柱末端设有环槽,以C型扣环扣定;
活动扣体,系一塑料注塑成型,其上设有一凹陷弧形按压定位,其侧延伸一突片,下端设置一定位柱及一对称压片,延伸突片两侧则形成一缺口,活动扣体两侧亦设有穿孔;
脚架,脚架设有一冂型缺口,冂型缺口上缘铆接一弧形簧片,二侧各设有销孔及活动销孔,其内置有一圆柱销。
