Problem to be solved by utility model
In the above-described conventional structure, the pre-filter can be stably supported by using the support column which is firmly supported by being erected from the body frame. However, the pre-filter needs to be disposed at a high position in order to take in the outside air with as little dust as possible being suspended. As a result, the height of the support column is increased, and the support column is a large-sized member to increase the rigidity, which disadvantageously increases the cost.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
Therefore, it is desirable to support an air purification device for purifying the supply air to the engine with a simple structure.
Means for solving the problems
The utility model discloses a combine's characteristic structure lies in, possesses: a driving part provided at a front portion of the body; an engine disposed below the driver section; a threshing device which threshes the harvested crops; and a grain storage unit that is located behind the cab unit and is disposed in a state of being arranged in a lateral direction of the threshing device, stores grains obtained by the threshing device, and includes a support member between the cab unit and the grain storage unit in a state of being extended in a cantilever shape from a part of the threshing device on the grain storage unit side, and the support member supports an air cleaning device that purifies air supplied to the engine.
According to the utility model, the supporting part for supporting the air purifying device is arranged in a state of extending and setting in a cantilever shape from the threshing device. The support member may be supported by the threshing device at a height required for supporting the air cleaning device, and does not need to extend vertically long, and can be handled with a small and simple structure.
Therefore, the air cleaning device for cleaning the supply air to the engine can be supported with a simple structure.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the support member includes: a longitudinal frame portion extending in a longitudinal direction at a position apart from the threshing device; and a plurality of horizontal connecting portions which connect the threshing device and the vertical frame portion at a plurality of upper and lower positions, respectively.
According to this structure, the support member connects the vertical frame portion and the plurality of vertical connecting portions spaced apart from each other, and therefore, the frame structure is obtained, and the rigidity is high. As a result, the air cleaning device can be stably supported.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the grain storage portion is configured to be capable of switching the posture between an operation posture in which the grain storage portion is retracted inward of the machine body and a maintenance posture in which the grain storage portion is extended outward of the machine body, and the support member includes a position holding member for holding the grain storage portion in a position when the grain storage portion is in the operation posture.
According to this configuration, the grain storage unit can be held in position by the support member, and the configuration can be simplified as compared with a configuration including a dedicated support mechanism for the position holder.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the grain storage part includes a locking piece for locking the position holding piece, and the locking piece is supported by the front wall of the grain storage part so as to be capable of changing and adjusting the position along the surface of the front wall.
According to this configuration, the position of the locking member is adjusted, so that the locking member is locked in an appropriate state with respect to the position holding member, and the position of the grain storage portion can be held satisfactorily.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the grain storage portion side portion of the threshing device is provided with a secondary processed object returning device for returning a secondary processed object in the threshing processed object to the swing sorting portion, and a height of a lower end portion of the support member is substantially the same as a height of an upper end portion of the secondary processed object returning device.
According to this configuration, since the lower side of the support member is an open space, the support member does not hinder the maintenance operation of the secondary processed object restoration apparatus.
In the present invention, it is preferable that a hydraulic valve unit for supplying and discharging hydraulic oil to and from the hydraulic device be provided below the support member.
According to this configuration, since the hydraulic valve unit is disposed by using the free area on the lower side of the support member, the degree of freedom of the disposition in the case where the other member is provided is increased in the other portion where the hydraulic valve unit is conventionally provided.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the support member supports a precleaner for preliminarily purifying the supply air of the air cleaning device, and the precleaner includes an air cleaner on a lateral side thereof for further purifying the supply air passing through the precleaner.
According to this configuration, the supply air preliminarily purified by the precleaner is smoothly supplied to the air cleaner provided on the lateral side of the precleaner and further purified. As a result, the engine is supplied with air after being purified well.
