Abstract

一种摩托车车轮,其特征是制动毂与轮圈通过连 接加强筋连为一体,选用铝合金材料制成,其结构合 理,性能可靠,强度高,装配方便,使用寿命长。

Description

本实用新型属于摩托车上使用的车轮。
摩托车上目前使用的车轮为组合式,即由轮毂、辐条和钢圈组合而成。这种车轮存在易断辐条、轮毂易脱铆钉、钢圈易生锈等缺点,且装配不便,难以保证车轮的偏摆系数,从车轮的整体性能上看,由于强度达不到要求,因而冲击性能差。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种强度高且轻便、装配方便的摩托车车轮。
本实用新型包括轴套和轮圈,轴套上连有制动套,制动套上连有制动毂,制动毂与轮圈通过连接加强筋连为一体。
本实用新型的制动毂、轮圈和连接加强筋选用铝合金材料,采用低压铸造工艺一次性压铸成型,不但轻便,且结构合理,性能可靠,强度高,装配方便,使用寿命长,其整体性能及车轮的耐冲击性、径向疲劳耐久性、弯曲疲劳耐久性等,均达到了现代国际轮毂标准ISO8645-1988(E),其中径向疲劳与弯曲疲劳性能达到日本汽车轮毂标准JASOT203-85(戴卡轮毂制造有限公司中心试验室检测报告)。

实施例1        本实施例包括轴套(5)和轮圈(1),轴套(5)上连有制动套(4),制动套(4)上连有制动毂(3)。制动毂(3)与轮圈(1)通过连接加强筋(2)连为一体,并选用铝合金材料制成,所说的连接加强筋(2)共有3辐,每一辐均呈半圆状,均匀分布在制动毂(3)与轮圈(1)之间。
实施例2本实施例的连接加强筋(2)共有5辐,均呈三角状。其他技术特征同实施例1。

Claims (3)

1、一种摩托车车轮,包括轴套(5)和轮圈(1),轴套(5)上连有制动套(4),制动套(4)上连有制动毂(3),其特征在于制动毂(3)与轮圈(1)通过连接加强筋(2)连为一体,并选用铝合金材料制成。
2、如权利要求1所述的摩托车车轮,其特征是所说的连接加强筋(2)共有3辐,均匀分布在制动毂(3)与轮圈(1)之间,每一副均呈半圆状。
3、如权利要求1所述的摩托车车轮,其特征是所说的连接加强筋(2)共有5辐,均匀分布在制动毂(3)与轮圈(1)之间,每一辐均呈三角状。
