Abstract

一种闪光X光管,其输出窗是由可伐合金封接 环和置于其中部的钛窗构成。其阴极采用多针尖阴 极,从而能使闪光X光管的输出强度提高2—3倍, 而且结构简单,制作容易。

Description

本实用新型属于X光闪光管结构的改进。
闪光X光管是用于脉冲状态运转下的X光光源,其脉冲持续时间为几微秒至几百纳秒,由于脉冲运转时间极短,在闪光X光管上所加的高电压使瞬间电流高达几百至数千安培,因此在医疗、公安、科研方面有重要作用。目前在国内外市场上能购买到的有中科院电子所和美国制作的二种闪光X光管,其最大输出X射线强度在1米远处为2毫伦。因为其输出窗口均为可阀合金片制成,而可阀合金片对X光的透过率很低,并且其阴极是刀口状,严重地影响着输出的X光强度。
本实用新型的目的在于,改进现有闪光X光管输出窗和阴极的结构,克服现有结构的缺点,提高X光的输出强度。
本实用新型的特征在于,采用多针尖阴极替代刀口状阴极,多针尖阴极是由多根(如30-60)针状阴极垂直布置于阴极园筒内壁,把这许多针等量分成若干组(如2-6),各组均匀布置于阴极园筒内壁;输出窗是由可阀合金封接环和钛窗构成,钛窗置于可阀合金封接环中部,可阀合金封接环与外壳过渡园筒封接。
附图1亦为摘要附图,是本实用新型所设计的闪光X光管结构示意图,图中1为钛窗,2为可阀合金封接环,3为过渡园筒,4为阴极园筒,5为多针尖阴极,6为外壳,7为阳极。由于本实用新型采用了钛窗结构和多针尖阴极,从而使闪光X光管的输出强度提高2-3倍,而且结构简单,制作容易。
本实用新型所设计的多针尖阴极的直径0.8-1.2mm,各针的间距0.3-0.6mm,针尖直径1-5μm,可选用钨或钼为材料,以银铜焊接于阴极园筒的内壁。发明人按本实用新型的要求,采用0.1mm厚的钛窗,多针尖阴极40根,分为4组,每组10根,针直径1mm,尖直径5μm,针间距0.4mm,组间距90°,制成的闪光X光管与现有的二种闪光X光管相比较,在其他参数相同条件下,其X光输出强度提高2倍。

Claims (4)

1、一种有阳极、阴极、输出窗、外壳的闪光X光管,其特征在于,阴极为多针尖阴极,是把多根针状阴极垂直布置于阴极园筒内壁。
2、根据权利要求1所述的X光管,其特征在于,输出窗由可阀合金封接环和钛窗构成,钛窗置于可阀合金封接环中部,可阀合金封接环与外壳过渡园筒封接。
3、根据权利要求2所述的X光管,其特征在于,把许多的针状阴极等量分成若干组,各组均匀布置于阴极园筒内壁。
4、根据权利要求3所述的X光管,其特征在于,钛窗厚0.1mm,多针尖阴极的针直径0.8-1.2mm,尖直径1-5μm,各针的间距0.3-0.6mm。
