Abstract
本案提供一种样品采检管,包括管身、管盖、及区隔组件。管身具有一开口并用以容置一采样拭子,管盖与管身结合,以封盖开口,以及区隔组件设置于管身内并包括阻档部、限位部、及弯折机构,其中阻挡部邻近开口而设置,以遮挡开口的一部分并使未被遮挡的另一部分作为置入采样拭子的一入口,限位部与阻挡部相连接并往管身内延伸,以在采样拭子通过入口后将采样拭子限制于管身内对应于入口的一空间中,以及弯折机构设置于阻挡部与限位部之间,以使阻挡部可在一外部移液管进入时朝向限位部弯折。本案的提供的样品采检管,可定位放置于其中的采样拭子,以确保自动化设备的移液管进入时不受阻碍。
Description
技术领域
本案涉及一种样品采检管,尤其涉及一种适用于自动化设备的样品采检管。
背景技术
许多疾病(例如呼吸道、生殖道、泌尿道等相关疾病)的检测多以采样拭子,例如植绒拭子或棉花棒,进行采样,采样拭子则在采样后置入样品采检管中,使沾有样品的拭子头浸入样品采检管内的样品保存液中,且采样拭子在放入样品采检管后被折断成可容置于管内的长度,盖上管盖后即完成采样。
在完成第一线的采集后,样品采检管便被运送至后端检验室进行检测,例如以移液管(例如微量吸管)吸取样品采检管内含有样品的溶液,再进行核酸扩增及分析。由于采样拭子随机地以任意角度放置于样品采检管内,故当移液管进入样品采检管内时,容易受到采样拭子阻挡,因而需操作人员手动调整管内采样拭子的位置才能顺利进入取液。
近年来有关呼吸道传染病的检测需求大量增加,利用自动化设备进行样品检测处理的需求亦随之升高,而自动化设备的移液管进入采检管时,同样容易发生上述的问题,使得自动化流程因碰到采样拭子而中断,结果造成在自动化操作前增加人工调整或移除采样拭子的步骤,除了人力成本增加外,也提高了样品污染及人员感染的风险。
因此,实有必要开发一种适用于自动化设备的样品采检管。
实用新型内容
本案的目的在于提供一种样品采检管,其可定位放置于其中的采样拭子,以确保自动化设备的移液管进入时不受阻碍。
本案的另一目的在于提供一种样品采检管,其是通过于内部设置一区隔组件而将管内空间分隔为两部分,以分别用于接收采样拭子及供外部移液管通过进行取液,且区隔组件同时提供防止采样拭子错置的功能。
本案的又一目的在于提供一种样品采检管,其管身及管盖的结构进一步设计为有利于自动取液及自动开关盖程序的进行。
为达上述目的,本案提供一种样品采检管,其包括一管身、一管盖、及一区隔组件。管身具有一开口并用以容置一采样拭子,管盖与管身结合,以封盖开口,以及区隔组件设置于管身内并包括一阻档部、一限位部、及一弯折机构,其中阻挡部邻近开口而设置,以遮挡开口的一部分,并使未被遮挡的另一部分作为置入采样拭子的一入口,限位部与阻挡部相连接并往管身内延伸,以在采样拭子通过入口后,将采样拭子限制于管身内对应于入口的一空间中,以及弯折机构设置于阻挡部与限位部之间,并包括一弯折线以及一弯折间隙,其中弯折线用以引导阻挡部的弯折位置,以及弯折间隙用以提供阻挡部朝向限位部弯折时所需的一形变空间,以使阻挡部可在一外部移液管进入时朝向限位部弯折,并露出开口被遮挡的部分,进而供外部移液管进入管身。
在一实施例中,限位部还包括一缺口,以在阻挡部弯折时收纳阻挡部的一部分。
在一实施例中,限位部为一片状结构,且限位部的一长度方向大致平行于管身的一长轴方向。
在一实施例中,限位部的一长度小于管身于长轴方向的一管身长度,且限位部的一底缘与管身的一底部间具有一距离。
在一实施例中,阻挡部为一板状结构,且阻挡部与限位部以大致垂直的方向相交。
在一实施例中,样品采检管还包括二卡合件,固设于管身内,并与限位部相抵顶,以将区隔组件定位于管身内。
在一实施例中,管身具有一定向结构,以在管身垂直放置时提供一定向功能。
在一实施例中,管盖包括一第一端及一第二端,第一端与管身的开口螺旋结合,以及第二端与一外部开关盖装置螺旋结合,且第一端与第二端的旋紧方向相反。
在一实施例中,管身的开口的外侧具有一凸点,以及管盖上具有一凹口,对应于凸点,以在管盖与管身螺旋结合时,提供一旋转到位提示。

具体实施方式
体现本案特征与优点的一些典型实施例将在后段的说明中详细叙述。应理解的是本实用新型能够在不同实施例上具有各种的变化,然其皆不脱离本实用新型的范围,且其中的说明及图示在本质上当作说明之用,而非用以限制本实用新型。
请参阅图1,其显示本案实施例的样品采检管的示意图。一样品采检管1 包含一管身11、一管盖12、及一区隔组件13。管身11具有一开口111,一采样拭子2可通过开口111并容置于管身11内,管盖12可与管身11相结合,以封盖开口111,除可使采样拭子2留置于管身11中外,亦可防止管身11内的液体3 (例如样品保存液)泄漏出,并确保样品采检管1内的样品不受污染。在一实施例中,开口111为一圆形开口,有利于以螺旋方式与管盖12结合,以确保封盖效果,但不受限于此;另,管身11可为一圆柱状或类圆柱状管身、或其他柱状的管身,但亦不以此为限;又,管盖12内可设置一密封件(未显示),例如橡胶圈或硅胶圈,以进一步提升防止液体泄漏的效果。
请接着参阅图1及图2A-图2B,图2A显示本案实施例的区隔组件13的示意图,以及图2B显示本案实施例的区隔组件13设置于管身11内时自开口111方向的俯视图。区隔组件13设置于管身11内,且本案通过区隔组件13来解决现有技术中自动取液时所遇到的问题。区隔组件13包含一阻挡部131以及一限位部 132。阻挡部131设置于管身11内邻近开口111的位置,其作用在于遮挡开口111 的一部分,并露出另一部分,故阻挡部131大致平行于开口111的截面,亦即,大致垂直管身11的一长轴方向,以有效达成遮挡效果。据此,在一较佳实施例中,阻挡部131可为大致平行于开口111的一平面板状结构,例如一挡片或一挡板,并具大致贴合开口111的受遮挡部分的一内缘的形状,但不以此为限,只要能达到遮挡开口111的部分的结构选择皆为可行。而露出的另一部分则作为采样拭子2进入管身11的一入口1111,换言之,通过设置阻挡部131,开口 111被分成了两部分,一部分被遮挡,另一部分成为入口1111,故当管盖12 移除后,将可见开口111被限缩为仅余入口1111,因而可自然地将采样拭子2 通过入口1111并置入管身11内。
另一方面,限位部132与阻挡部131相连接,例如,以大致垂直的方向与阻挡部131相交,并自阻挡部131延伸进入管身11内,而通过设置限位部132,即可限制通过入口1111并进入管身11内部的采样拭子2的位置。更具体而言,当采样拭子2进入管身11后,由于限位部132的设置,将不会如现有技术所述地以任意角度停留于管身11内,而是被限制于限位部132与管身11之间所隔出的空间,亦即,采样拭子2会被限制于管身11内对应于入口1111的空间内。
在一实施例中,限位部132为一片状结构,且其长度方向大致平行于管身 11的长轴方向,以尽可能使采样拭子2于管身11内维持直立状态并减少采样拭子2在垂直管身11的长轴方向的截面中所占的面积,换言之,尽可能最大化阻挡部131在截面中所占的面积及最大化外部移液管(例如自动化设备的移液管)可通过的空间。另,限位部132的片状结构在垂直于其长度方向的一截面形状则可根据需求而不同,由于入口1111的范围由限位部132及管身11所共同定义,亦即,由片状结构于一宽度方向与管身11相交所形成,故在管身11为圆柱状或类圆柱状管身的情形下,入口1111的至少一部分边界为管身11的一部分,例如,为弧形或类弧形,而在此前提下,只要限位部132与管身11所共同定义的空间足以容置采样拭子2,片状结构的截面形状即不受限制。在一较佳实施例中,基于采样拭子2(例如植绒拭子或棉花棒)的一采样头21经常为一球状或类球状,片状结构的截面形状可实施为弧形,以与为弧形或类弧形的管身11的一部份一起形成类圆形的入口1111,但不受限于此。
在一实施例中,为使采样拭子2上主要附着采样样品的采样头21与样品采检管1内的液体3能充分混合,限位部132的长度小于管身11于长轴方向的一管身长度,且限位部132的一底缘1322与管身11的一底部113之间具有一距离D。换言之,限位部132并未延伸至管身11的底部113,亦即,管身11于靠近底部 113处并未被限位部132区隔成两个空间,使得采样头21与容置于管身11内不同区域的液体3皆可不受阻隔地进行充分混合,且外部移液管进入管身11时,可于底部113附近取得含有采样样品的液体3,进而有效提高检测结果的准确性。在一实施例中,限位部132的长度大致大于管身11的管身长度的一半,例如介于1/2至2/3之间,但不以此为限。
在一实施例中,为使外部移液管顺利进入管身11并取得含有采样样品的液体3,区隔组件13进一步包括一弯折机构133,设置于阻挡部131与限位部132 之间。移液管通过接触阻挡部131并下压阻挡部131而进入管身11,而弯折机构133的作用即在于使阻挡部131可在移液管进入管身11时,因移液管的施力而产生朝向管身11内部的一弯折,亦即,朝向限位部132弯折,并露出开口111 原本被遮挡的部分,而使移液管可顺利进入管身11并取得含有采样样品的液体3。
然,如前所述,本案限位部132的截面形状可能因应需求不同而改变,因此,阻挡部131与限位部132间的交界线相应地可能为不同形状,例如,因应限位部132为一弧形片状结构而为一弧形交界线,在此情形下,阻挡部131要朝向限位部132弯折即变得不容易实施。
故为了有效达成阻挡部131的弯折,本案提供了弯折机构133。请参阅图 2A-图2B以及图3,图3显示本案实施例的区隔组件13在阻挡部131弯折时的示意图。弯折机构133包括一弯折线1331及一弯折间隙1332,其中弯折线1331 用以引导阻挡部131的弯折位置,亦即,弯折线1331为阻挡部131上邻近限位部132的一预折线,供阻挡部131于弯折时依循,另,弯折间隙1332为阻挡部 131与限位部132之间的一镂空部,并包括与限位部132相邻的一第一缘1333、与第一缘相对的一第二缘1334、及分别连接第一缘1333及第二缘1334的一第三缘1335以及一第四缘1336。
为了最大化外部移液管可通过的空间,弯折线1331以尽可能接近限位部 132为佳,亦即接近弧形交界线,然因限位部132的弧形片状结构可能增加弯折难度,故本案更设计弯折间隙1332来提供形变空间以利弯折。在一实施例中,弯折间隙1332邻接于弧形交界线,且第一缘1333大致呈与弧形交界线对应的弧形,弯折线1331自弯折间隙1332的第三缘1335及第四缘1336朝相反方向延伸至阻挡部131的边缘,换言之,弯折线1331通过弯折间隙1332,故阻挡部131实际产生弯折的位置即在弯折间隙1332两侧。更具体而言,通过弯折间隙1332提供阻挡部131朝向限位部132弯折时所需的形变空间,无论阻挡部131 与限位部132间交界线的形状为何及无论弯折线1331设置的位置为何,弯折皆能顺利地进行且不造成限位部132和/或阻挡部131的变形。
在一实施例中,为避免弯折的阻挡部131仍可能阻碍外部移液管的取液操作,本案于邻近限位部132的一顶缘的位置提供一缺口1321,以在弯折时收纳阻挡部131的至少一部分,使阻挡部131弯折后不突出于限位部132的弧形曲面的位置。其中缺口1321的一顶缘与限位部132的顶缘间的距离小于弯折间隙 1332的最小高度(亦即第一缘1333及第二缘1334间的最小距离),换言之,当阻挡部131沿弯折线1331弯折时,弯折间隙1332可供缺口1321的顶缘与限位部132的顶缘间的部分通过,另,缺口1321的一底缘与其顶缘之间的距离大于弯折间隙1332的第二缘1334与阻挡部131边缘的一直线距离,以使向下弯折的阻挡部131可进入并收纳于缺口1321中,如此一来,阻挡部131在弯折时即可达到不突出于限位部132的弧形曲面的位置,而外部移液管也可顺利进入管身 11中并吸取液体3。
因此,本案通过弯折机构133配合缺口1321的设计,而可在维持限位部132 为弧形片状结构且阻挡部131为平面板状结构的情形下达成阻挡部131向下弯折并提供最大移液管可通过空间的目标。
而在外部移液管离开管身11后,因受力产生弯折的阻挡部131即会因施力消失而恢复至原先的位置,亦即,遮挡开口11的部分的位置,也因此,区隔组件13较佳由一具弹性的材质制成,例如但不限于塑胶,以确保阻挡部131 可因应移液管的进入及离开而弯折及回弹。
请参阅图4A-图4C,图4A显示本案实施例的管身11于长轴方向的剖面图,图4B显示本案实施例的管身11自开口111的俯视图,以及图4C显示本案实施例的区隔组件13设置于管身11中时自管身11底部的透视图。在一实施例中,管身11内部更设置有二卡合件112,通过二卡合件112与限位部132相互抵顶,使区隔组件13定位于管身11内。二卡合件112以相隔一距离且平行于管身的长轴方向的方式设置于管身11的内侧管壁上,其中每一卡合件112自管身11的管壁朝向管身11内部突出,以形成一第一卡合部分1121,例如,沿长轴方向且自邻近开口111的位置向下延伸至管身11的底部113的条状凸块,限位部132 的宽度方向的两端即分别抵顶于每一第一卡合部分1121与管身11之间,并因此使区隔组件13定位于管身11内。换言之,通过第一卡合部分1121及管身11 与限位部132之间的相互抵顶并定位,区隔组件13被固定,且阻挡部131所遮挡的部分以及限位部132与管身11所定义出用以通过采样拭子2的入口1111亦被固定。
其中二卡合件112间的设置距离由限位部132而决定,换言之,由于二卡合件112的作用在于通过抵顶限位部132而定位区隔组件13,因此,因应限位部132的形状不同,二卡合件112的位置及二第一卡合部分1121的突出方向亦会随之不同,例如,在一较佳实施例中,二第一卡合部分1121的位置及突出方向恰好可向弧形限位部132的两端施压并使弧形限位部132产生回弹抵顶力,以达到固定的效果。而为达成此抵顶,限位部132较佳地由具弹性的材质制成,例如但不限于塑胶,以增加抵顶固定的效果。
再者,在每一第一卡合部分1121的下端部进一步形成一第二卡合部分1122,每一第二卡合部分1122自每一第一卡合部分1121延伸突出并大致垂直于第一卡合部分1121,且第二卡合部分1122的顶缘接触限位部132的底缘。更具体而言,第二卡合部分1122于下方支撑限位部132,并因此使限位部13的底缘的位置高于管身11的底部113,也因此,限位部132的底缘与管身11的底部 113间相隔第二卡合部分1122的一高度,而此高度即为前述限位部132的底缘 1322与管身11的底部113之间的距离D(如图1所示)。
当然,第二卡合部分1122的目的在于自下方支撑限位部132,故其自第一卡合部分1121的延伸突出方向只需能达成支撑效果即可,故两者的突出方向不限于垂直相交,亦可呈相互平行、或以其他角度相交,甚至两者可为不相交的独立构件。此外,根据实际制造程序的不同,区隔组件13与管身11可为相互独立的两个构件,也可为一体成形的单一构件,亦无限制。
另一方面,由于本案样品采检管1于内部设置有区隔组件13,亦即,管身 11内的空间已被分隔为两部分,因此,当有多个样品采检管1欲利用自动化设备同时进行处理时,例如,批次地置于一采检管架上以利用自动化设备操作时,若采检管架上垂直放置的多个样品采检管1能够有相同的摆放方向,则能避免自动化设备因不同管身11内分隔方向不同而出现卡顿。换言之,较佳为使多个样品采检管1在垂直放置于采检管架上时,限位部132相对于采检管架的角度及位置皆相同,以确保所有移液管皆能顺利进入每一个样品采检管1中。
请参阅图5A-图5B,图5A显示本案实施例的样品采检管1的示意图,以及图5B显示本案实施例的自样品采检管1底部的俯视图。管身11进一步设有一定向结构114,以在管身11上形成不对称的部分,并在管身11垂直放置时提供一定向功能。举例而言,定向结构114可为圆柱或类圆柱的管身11上的一管壁内缩,因而造成管身11垂直于长轴方向的截面形成一不对称形状,如此只需再配合采检管架中每一个放置槽的形状,即可达到定向样品采检管1的效果。
又,为了进一步减少人工操作,本案样品采检管1亦设计了有助于执行自动化开关盖程序的结构。请参阅图6A-图6B,图6A显示本案实施例的管盖12 于一长轴方向的剖面图,以及图6B显示本案实施例的管盖12与管身11的示意图。管盖12包括一第一端121、一第二端122及一隔板123,第一端121具有一第一开口1211及一第一螺纹1212,第二端122具有一第二开口1221及一第二螺纹1222,隔板123设置于第一端121及第二端122之间,亦即,第一端121及第二端122分设于隔板123的相对两侧且第一开口1211与第二开口1221朝向相反方向开设。
其中第一螺纹1212具有一第一旋紧方向以及第二螺纹1222具有一第二旋紧方向,且第一旋紧方向与第二旋紧方向相反,例如,若第一旋紧方向为顺时针方向,则第二旋紧方向为逆时针方向;另,第一端121利用第一螺纹1212 与位于管身11的开口111附近的螺纹115螺旋结合,亦即,管身11在邻近开口 111处的外壁上设有对应于第一螺纹1212的螺纹115;而第二端122用以与一自动开关盖装置螺旋结合。
自动开盖的流程是,在管盖12已以第一端121与管身11螺旋结合的情形下,自动开关盖装置以第二旋紧方向(例如逆时针方向)与第二端122的第二螺纹1222旋紧结合,此时,由于第一螺纹1212的第一旋紧方向(例如顺时针方向)与第二螺纹1222的第二旋紧方向(例如逆时针方向)相反,故当自动开关盖装置与第二螺纹1222螺旋至锁紧后再继续以同方向(例如逆时针方向) 旋转时,将会带动管盖12整体一起继续朝第二旋紧方向(例如逆时针方向) 旋转,此恰好相反于第一旋紧方向(例如顺时针方向),故可旋开第一端121 与管身11间的螺旋结合。
自动关盖的流程是,在管盖12已以第二端122与自动开关盖装置螺旋结合的情形下,自动开关盖装置以第一旋紧方向(例如顺时针方向)旋转管盖12 整体、并使第一端121的第一螺纹1212与管身11的螺纹115螺旋结合,当自动开关盖装置与螺纹115旋转至锁紧后再继续以同方向(例如顺时针方向)旋转时,由于管盖12已锁紧并停止旋转,故仅自动开关盖装置继续朝第一旋紧方向(例如顺时针方向)旋转,此恰好相反于第二旋紧方向(例如逆时针方向),故可旋开第二端122与自动开关盖装置间的螺旋结合。
需注意地,执行上述自动开盖及自动关盖流程的前提是,样品采检管1 的管身11可于螺旋旋转期间大致维持固定不动,而此则可通过前述的定向结构114以及相对应的采检管架来达成,故通过管身11上的定向结构114与采检管架的放置槽于形状上的相互配合,除了可使多个样品采检管1于采检管架上有相同的设置方向以利于移液管进行取液外,亦可达到使管身11固定而有助于自动开关盖的执行,进而使自动化操作流程中需要人工参与的比例降至最低。
再者,为了让操作人员在第一线采样完成关盖时能清楚感知管盖12已完成与管身11的螺纹115间的旋紧,本案于管身11的开口111的外侧上进一步设置一凸点116以及对应地于管盖12上设置一凹口124,故当管盖12旋转至螺旋行程的最后时,凸点116可刚好卡入凹口124,因而产生一旋转到位提示,例如,旋转的手可感知到停顿和/或可感知到结构卡入的声音,以让操作人员清楚得知关盖作业已完成。
此外,在一实施例中,本案样品采检管1在管身11更设置有一个或多个条码(未显示),以便于样本的识别和追溯。例如,在管身11侧面设置有一维条码,便于在采样时使用条码枪将受检者信息与样品采检管1进行快速标记,还可以在管身11底部设置二维条码,使自动化设备能对样品采检管1进行快速自动识别,并将样本信息导入后续自动化处理流程,提高检测效率。
综上所述,本案提供了一种样品采检管,其通过于内部设置一区隔组件而将管内空间分隔为接收采样拭子的部分及供外部移液管进入的部份,其中区隔组件的限位部将采样拭子限位于大致垂直且贴近管身的管壁的位置,以最大化供外部移液管进入的空间,进而解决现有技术中自动化设备的移液管进入时容易受到任意角度放置的采样拭子的阻碍而停顿的问题。另外,区隔组件的阻挡部用以遮挡管身开口的一部分,以防采样拭子的不小心错置,又限位部与阻挡部之间进一步设有弯折机构,使得供移液管通过的空间可在移液管进入且阻挡部弯折时才露出,故无论对操作人员或对自动化设备操作而言皆为具优势的设计。
须注意,上述仅是为说明本案而提出的较佳实施例,本案不限于所述的实施例,本案的范围由如权利要求决定。且本案得由本领域技术人员任施匠思而为诸般修饰,然皆不脱如附全力压器所欲保护的。
Claims (9)
1.一种样品采检管,其特征在于,包括:
管身,具有开口,用以容置采样拭子;
管盖,与管身结合,以封盖开口;以及
区隔组件,设置于管身内,且包括:
阻档部,邻近开口设置,用以遮挡开口的一部分,使未被遮挡的另一部分作为置入采样拭子的入口;
限位部,与阻挡部相连接并往管身内延伸,以在采样拭子通过入口后,将采样拭子限制于管身内对应于入口的空间中;以及
弯折机构,设置于阻挡部与限位部之间,并包括弯折线以及弯折间隙,其中弯折线用以引导阻挡部的弯折位置,以及弯折间隙用以提供阻挡部朝向限位部弯折时所需的形变空间,以使阻挡部可在外部移液管进入时朝向限位部弯折,并露出开口被遮挡的部分,进而供外部移液管进入管身。
2.根据权利要求1所述的样品采检管,其特征在于,限位部还包括缺口,以在阻挡部弯折时收纳阻挡部的一部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的样品采检管,其特征在于,限位部为片状结构,且限位部的长度方向大致平行于管身的长轴方向。
4.根据权利要求3所述的样品采检管,其特征在于,限位部的长度小于管身于长轴方向的管身长度,且限位部的底缘与管身的底部间具有距离。
5.根据权利要求1所述的样品采检管,其特征在于,阻挡部为板状结构,且阻挡部与限位部以大致垂直的方向相交。

8.根据权利要求1所述的样品采检管,其特征在于,管盖包括第一端及第二端,第一端与管身的开口螺旋结合,以及第二端与外部开关盖装置螺旋结合,且第一端与第二端的旋紧方向相反。
9.根据权利要求1所述的样品采检管,其特征在于,管身的开口的外侧具有凸点,以及管盖上具有凹口,对应于凸点,以在管盖与管身螺旋结合时,提供旋转到位提示。
