In another embodiment of the application, the decolorizing tank is further provided with a sight glass, and the sight glass is arranged to facilitate a worker to observe the reaction condition in the decolorizing tank.
The utility model discloses a set up at least one decoloration jar 110 and one decoloration jar 120 again in advance, and two at least first filters 300, when carrying out the decoloration to rubber seed oil, need not to add the decolorant in the decoloration jar 110 in advance, rubber seed oil in the decoloration jar 110 in advance can, the decolorant after utilizing the rubber seed oil filtration in the decoloration jar 120 of recoloring carries out the decoloration in advance, then get back to again and carry out decoloration in the decoloration jar 120 of recoloring again, thereby not only can make full use of decolorant, save the cost, and treat the rubber seed oil of decoloration and through two decoloration links of decolouration in advance and recolorization, the decoloration effect is better. In addition, at least two first filters 300 are arranged, when one of the first filters is cleaned with a decolorant, the other one of the first filters can be used for filtering, and the two first filters 300 alternately filter and clean, so that the decoloring efficiency can be improved.
The above only is the preferred embodiment of the present invention, not limiting the scope of the present invention, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
