the separator is provided with a separator inlet, a soapstock outlet and a crude oil outlet, the separator inlet is communicated with the pressure stabilizing reactor outlet, the soapstock outlet is used for flowing out of the soapstock generated by deacidification of the rubber seed oil to be processed, and the crude oil outlet is used for flowing out of the crude oil obtained after deacidification of the rubber seed oil to be processed.
2. The rubber seed oil deacidification apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
the inlet of the intermediate oil storage tank is communicated with the crude oil outlet;
the oil transfer pump is provided with an oil transfer pump inlet, a first oil transfer pump outlet and a second oil transfer pump outlet, the oil transfer pump inlet is communicated with the outlet of the intermediate oil storage tank, the first oil transfer pump outlet is used for communicating the second inlet, and the second oil transfer pump outlet is used for discharging the qualified rubber seed oil after deacidification.
3. The deacidification apparatus for rubber seed oil according to claim 2, further comprising an alkali liquor tank and an oil tank;
the alkali liquor tank is used for containing the alkaline substance solution, and an outlet of the alkali liquor tank is communicated with the first inlet;
the oil tank is used for containing the rubber seed oil to be processed, the outlet of the first oil delivery pump is communicated with the inlet of the oil tank, and the outlet of the oil tank is communicated with the second inlet.
4. The rubber seed oil deacidification apparatus according to claim 3, further comprising:
the first filter is arranged between the lye tank and the proportioning pump, an inlet of the first filter is communicated with an outlet of the lye tank, and an outlet of the first filter is communicated with the first inlet;
and the second filter is arranged between the oil tank and the proportioning pump, the inlet of the second filter is communicated with the outlet of the oil tank, and the outlet of the second filter is communicated with the second inlet.
5. The rubber seed oil deacidification device according to claim 2, further comprising a clear oil skimming tank, wherein the clear oil skimming tank is positioned between the separator and the intermediate oil storage tank, an inlet of the clear oil skimming tank is communicated with the crude oil outlet, and an outlet of the clear oil skimming tank is communicated with an inlet of the intermediate oil storage tank.
6. The rubber seed oil deacidification apparatus in accordance with claim 1, further comprising a soapstock tank, wherein an inlet of said soapstock tank is in communication with said soapstock outlet.
7. The rubber seed oil deacidification device according to claim 6, further comprising a soapstock pump and a deoiling pot, wherein an inlet of the soapstock pump is communicated with an outlet of the soapstock tank, and an outlet of the soapstock pump is communicated with the deoiling pot.
8. The rubber seed oil deacidification apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a waste oil tank, wherein an inlet of said waste oil tank is in communication with said second outlet, said pressure stabilization reactor outlet, and all of said crude oil outlets.
9. The rubber seed oil deacidification device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a hot water tank and a high-level water tank, wherein the hot water tank is provided with a heating device, a water outlet of the hot water tank is communicated with a water inlet of the high-level water tank, and a water outlet of the high-level water tank is communicated with all the separator inlets.
10. The rubber seed oil deacidification apparatus defined in any one of claims 1-7, further comprising a steam distributor having a steam outlet in communication with the separator inlet of all of the separators.
