an electric cooking pan heating assembly (4) arranged within the lower housing (2), and a lower coupler (41) is included in the electric cooking pan heating assembly (4);

the electric cooker cover component (5) is arranged in the upper shell (1), and the electric cooker cover component (5) and the air-frying heating component (3) can be replaced and disassembled;

wherein the upper coupler (31) and the lower coupler (41) are positioned and sized to be mountable together to energize the air-fry heating assembly (3) to select the air-fry heating function.

2. Multifunctional electrothermal cooking appliance according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower casing (2) is further provided with a handle (21), the handle (21) being provided with an operating control panel (22) and a lower coupler opening (23).

3. A multifunctional electric heating cooking appliance as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that said handle (21) further comprises a waterproof and dustproof cover (25) with a cover catch (24), and said waterproof and dustproof cover (25) matches the size and shape of said lower coupler (41).

4. The multifunctional electrothermal cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the air-fry heating assembly (3) comprises a cooling air exhaust assembly (32), a heating tube inner cover (33) and a heating tube A (34) which are connected together in sequence.
