Referring to fig. 1, a through hole 410 is formed on a pot lid 400, a stop portion 710 is formed on a temperature probe 700, the temperature probe 700 at least partially extends into a pot 300 to detect the temperature of a food material, and the stop portion 710 of the temperature probe 700 stops outside the pot lid 400, so that the temperature probe 700 is prevented from falling into the pot 300 and being inoperable when detecting the temperature.

Claims (10)

1. A cooking utensil is characterized by comprising a heating base and a side seat; the heating base has a heating function; the side seat is arranged on the heating base, the side seat and the heating base are detachably connected, and an installation cavity is formed by enclosing the side seat and the heating base; the mounting cavity is used for placing a deep pot; the heating base can also be used for heating the griddle to fry food materials when the side seat is not arranged on the heating base.

The cooking appliance of claim 1 wherein said side base has a heating function, said side base having an inner peripheral wall adapted to abut against an outer peripheral wall of said pot; the side seat and the heating base form detachable electric connection and detachable mechanical connection.
3. The cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein the side seat and the heating base are electrically and mechanically connected by a rotating snap or plug fit.

The cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein the side seat comprises a mounting frame, a heat generating ring and a first electrical connection seat; the first electric connecting seat is mounted on the mounting frame, the heating ring is sleeved on the mounting frame, and the heating ring is electrically connected with the first electric connecting seat;
the heating base comprises a bottom shell, a heating plate, a control plate and a second electric connecting seat; the control plate and the heating plate are both arranged in the inner cavity of the bottom shell, the second electric connecting seat is arranged on the bottom shell, and the heating plate and the second electric connecting seat are respectively and electrically connected with the control plate;
the mounting frame is borne on the bottom shell, and the first electric connecting seat is in plug-in fit with the second electric connecting seat.
5. The cooking appliance of claim 4, wherein the side base further comprises a thermal sleeve disposed outside the mounting bracket and the heat ring.

The cooking appliance of claim 5 wherein a bottom end of said heat ring is in mating engagement with a top end of said mounting bracket; the heat insulation sleeve comprises a sleeve body and a pressing ring, the sleeve body is arranged around the outer sides of the mounting frame and the heating ring, and the pressing ring extends downwards from the top end of the sleeve body to be pressed against the top end of the heating ring; the internal perisporium of mounting bracket the internal perisporium of heating ring reaches the internal perisporium of clamping ring is used for respectively the laminating butt of the periphery wall of deep pot.

The cooking appliance of claim 6 wherein said mounting bracket includes a mounting cylinder and a mounting ring; the top end of the mounting cylinder is in inserted fit with the heating ring, and the mounting ring is formed on the outer side of the bottom end of the mounting cylinder; the bottom end of the sleeve body is abutted against the outer side wall of the mounting ring, and the top end of the sleeve body is connected with the pressure ring through a connecting ring; the sleeve body, the mounting ring, the mounting cylinder, the heating ring, the pressure ring and the connecting ring are enclosed to form a cavity.
8. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a temperature sensor is provided at a top center of the heating base for detecting a temperature of the deep pot or the shallow pot.
9. The cooking appliance of claim 8, wherein the cooking appliance comprises a temperature probe that is capable of penetrating a lid of the pot to detect a temperature of a food material within the pot.
10. The cooking appliance according to claim 9, wherein a receiving drawer is formed at an outer side of the heating base, and the temperature probe can be received in the receiving drawer, and the temperature probe is connected to the heating base through a connection line.
