Abstract
一种卷簧式三爪夹头，有一个带内锥孔的钵体，
在锥孔内有三个带锥面的卡爪与其相配合，三爪内部
有一道槽，放置有卷簧，使卡爪与钵体内锥孔紧密接
触，在三个卡爪外有一个套圈，钵体外面有螺纹与外
壳相连接。本实用新型卡爪完全置于钵体锥孔内，增
强了夹持力，使用套圈与卷簧定位，能较好地维持中
心。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种刀具夹具，它用于夹持直柄钻头、铣刀、铰刀等工具的夹具。
现有的扳手式钻夹头，其卡爪锥体小端朝外，沿斜孔上下移动，这种夹具夹紧刀具的夹持力不大，且易偏离中心。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种卡爪不外露，能较好维持中心，夹持力强的夹头。
本实用新型是这样实现的：有一个带内锥孔的钵体，在锥孔内有三个带锥面的卡爪与其相配合，三爪内部有一道槽，放置有卷簧，使卡爪与钵体内锥孔紧密接触，在三个卡爪外有一个套圈，钵体外面有螺纹与外壳相连接。
下面结合附图对本实用新型加以描述。
附图是实用新型的剖视图。
参照附图，钵体1，上端有一锥孔，是与机床轴相连接的孔，下端有一锥孔，大头朝下，锥孔内有三个带锥面的卡爪2与其相配合，三个卡爪2内部有一道槽，放置有卷簧4，在卷簧4的强力下，使其带锥面的卡爪2与钵体1内锥孔紧密接触，卡爪2外部有一道槽置于套圈5，将三个卡爪套在一起，因而使三个卡爪2轴向移动量一致。钵体1与外壳3用螺纹连接。卡爪2、外壳3、卷簧4、套圈5组成一个装配件，用专用扳手转动外壳3，套圈5跟着转，带动三个卡爪2在钵体1锥孔中上下移动，若装配件往上移动，三个卡爪2形成的夹持孔缩小，若装配件往下移动，三个卡爪2形成的夹持孔增大，从而实现夹紧和拆卸不同直径的刀具。本实用新型钵体1上部锥孔也可加工成螺纹状，以便与冲击式电钻连接。
本实用新型卡爪完全置于钵体锥孔内，增强了夹持力，使用套圈与卷簧定位，能较好地维持中心。

1、一种卷簧式三爪夹头，由钵体、卡爪、外套等组成，其特征在于：有一个带内锥孔的钵体，在锥孔内有三个带锥面的卡爪与其相配合，三爪内部有一道槽，放置有卷簧，使卡爪与钵体内锥孔紧密接触，在三个卡爪外有一个套圈，钵体外面有螺纹与外壳相连接。
