With the improvement of living standard of people, the attention on cooking is gradually paid. A wide variety of kitchen appliances are gradually moved into the field of view of the user and become the standard configuration for the kitchen. Such as ovens and subsequently developed steaming and baking integrated boxes (which may also be considered as a type of oven) have become the standard for chinese style kitchens.
In recent years, air fryer is developed, which is a cooking device capable of frying with hot air, and mainly uses air to replace the hot oil in the original fryer to make food cooked; meanwhile, the hot air blows away the moisture on the surface layer of the food, so that the food achieves the effect of approximate frying. Air fryers are becoming increasingly popular because they fry food with its own fat, thereby dehydrating the food, rendering the surface golden and crispy, and almost achieving the frying effect.
This results in more and more cooking appliances in the kitchen, which affects the user experience.

Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous details are provided to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. One skilled in the art will recognize, however, that the following description is merely illustrative of a preferred embodiment of the utility model, and that the utility model can be practiced without one or more of these details. In other instances, well known features have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the utility model.
According to one aspect of the present invention, a fry basket, particularly for use in an oven, including a steambox, is provided. It should be noted that the fry basket can be used not only for holding food during frying, but also for holding food during any suitable cooking method, such as steaming, boiling or baking. Of course, one skilled in the art could also apply the fry basket to an air fryer or the like, if desired. Therefore, according to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a cooking appliance, in particular comprising an oven.
As shown in fig. 1-5, the fry basket may include a support base and a basket 200.
It should be understood that the mesh may be provided on the bottom surface of the basket 200, and the basket 200 has a basket shape. The number and shape of the meshes are not limited. The mesh may be formed by punching a plate to form a mesh, or may be formed by interlacing a plurality of rods to form a mesh, for example. During cooking, high-temperature air or oil and water may pass through the mesh holes to directly act on the food contained in the basket 200. Thus, even if the food portion abuts against the bottom surface of the basket 200, it can be guaranteed that it is heated uniformly. And the mesh can also filter oil and water during cooking so as to improve the dryness of the food. In order to further enhance the above effect, the side of the basket 200 may be preferably provided with meshes. Thus, the food contained in the basket 200 is heated more uniformly and the drying speed of the food is faster. The mesh on the side and the mesh on the bottom may be the same or different.
Both sides (e.g., left and right sides) of the basket 200 may be provided with a first handle 211 and a second handle 212. Illustratively, the first handle 211 may be disposed on one of the two sides, e.g., the left side, and the second handle 212 may be disposed on the other of the two sides, e.g., the right side. The basket 200 may be moved by holding the first handle 211 and the second handle 212. The first handle 211 and the second handle 212 may have any structure as long as they are easy to grip. The first handle 211 and the second handle 212 may be the same or different.
The basket 200 may be fixed to the top of the support base by any suitable means such as welding, connection, or integral molding. The number and structure of the supporting seats may be arbitrary as long as the basket 200 can be supported.
Because the fry basket has a support seat, the fry basket can support the basket 200 to a certain degree, thereby providing a certain support strength for the basket 200. When food held within the basket 200 is to be cooked, the support base may be placed directly within a cooking device, such as an oven, for example, directly on the bottom surface of the oven liner. Thus, the distance between the bottom surface of the basket 200 and the bottom surface of the cooking appliance is large, thereby increasing the space between the bottom surface of the basket 200 and the bottom surface of the cooking appliance. Therefore, high-temperature air or oil and water can more smoothly act on the food through the meshes of the basket 200, so that the food can be heated uniformly and rapidly. Also, the support base may be placed on an object such as a table top after the fry basket is removed from the cooking apparatus. Like this, the food that holds in the basket 200 is great apart from the distance of desktop, neither can appear food direct contact desktop to lead to the contaminated condition of food, also can not appear that the food of high temperature scalds the desktop, thereby leads to the condition that the desktop damaged. Therefore, the use experience of the frying basket is better. In addition, since the fry basket further comprises the first handle 211 and the second handle 212, the fry basket can be conveniently carried, and the first handle 211 and the second handle 212 can also occupy space on two sides, so that the net basket 200 is spaced apart from two side walls of the inner container of the cooking device, the space between the net basket 200 and the inner container of the cooking device is increased, and food can be uniformly and rapidly heated. Therefore, when the frying basket provided by the utility model is used in a cooking device such as an oven, a better cooking effect can be achieved.
Based on the effects, the frying basket provided by the utility model can achieve a good cooking effect no matter the frying basket is used for containing food in any suitable cooking mode such as steaming, boiling or baking. Accordingly, the fry basket may be applied to an integrated cooking device of a steam box, an oven, a steam fryer, or any combination thereof, such that the number of cooking appliances may be reduced.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1-5, the support base may include a plurality of legs 100, including but not limited to 4 as shown, such as 3, 5, or 6, etc. Each of the plurality of legs 100 may be a unitary piece formed from a rod. Each leg 100 may be the same or different. The difference includes, but is not limited to, different rod body materials, different rod body models, different rod body structures, and/or the like. By providing a plurality of legs 100, the supporting strength and the supporting stability of the basket 200 can be improved, thereby facilitating the basket 200 to contain more or heavier foods.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-5, each of the plurality of legs 100 may include a first shaft 111, a second shaft 112, and a connecting shaft 113. The upper end of the first rod 111 may be connected to the outer side of the basket 200. The upper end of the second stick 112 may be connected to the bottom surface of the basket 200. The connection rod 113 may be connected between the lower end of the first rod 111 and the lower end of the second rod 112. The connection rod 113 may extend in a horizontal direction. So set up, the structure of landing leg 100 is succinct, the convenient production. In addition, the first rod 111 and the second rod 112 may respectively support different portions of the basket 200, so that the basket 200 may be stressed more uniformly, thereby further improving the stability of supporting the basket 200. Meanwhile, the contact area with a foreign object (such as the bottom surface or the table top of the cooking device) can be increased by arranging the connecting rod body 113, so that the stability of the frying basket during placement is improved.
Since the upper end of the first rod 111 is connected to the outer side of the basket 200, in order to prevent the volume of the fry basket from being excessively large, it is preferable that the first rod 111 extends vertically downward from the outer side of the basket 200. Since the upper end of the second rod 112 is connected to the bottom surface of the basket 200, the extending direction of the second rod 112 may be more free, and the extending direction may be a straight line or a curved line. Illustratively, the first rod 111 may extend vertically downward from the bottom surface of the basket 200, as shown in fig. 1-5. For example, the first lever 111 may extend obliquely downward from the bottom surface of the basket 200, as shown in fig. 6.
Still further, as shown in fig. 1-5, the plurality of legs 100 may be arranged in a plurality of pairs, including but not limited to 2 pairs as shown in the figures, such as 3 pairs, 4 pairs, or 5 pairs. Each pair of legs 100 may include a first leg 101 and a second leg 102. The first leg 101 and the second leg 102 may be oppositely disposed at both sides, for example, left and right sides, of the basket 200. The first leg 101 of the plurality of legs 100 may be located on one of two sides, for example, the left side. The second leg 102 of the plurality of legs 100 may be located on the other of the sides, such as the right side. The second rod 112 of the first leg 101 and the second rod 112 of the second leg 102 may be located between the first rod 111 of the first leg 101 and the first rod 111 of the second leg 102, respectively. That is, of the first leg 101 and the second leg 102 of each pair of legs 100, 2 of the second rods 112 are closer and 2 of the first rods 111 are further apart. The support base may further include a first support rod 121. First support bar 121 may be connected between second bar 112 of first leg 101 and second bar 112 of second leg 102. The basket 200 may be supported on the first support rod 121 by any suitable means such as welding, connecting or abutting. Through setting up first support rod body 121, the supporting strength of supporting seat to basket 200 further improves.
Still further, as shown in fig. 1-5, the support base may further include a second support rod 122. The second support rod 122 may be connected between adjacent first support rods 121. The basket 200 may be supported on the second support rod 122 by any suitable means such as welding, connecting, or abutting. The number of the second support rods 122 may be arbitrary. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 5, 2 second support rods 122 are connected between adjacent first support rods 121; in the embodiment shown in fig. 7, 1 second support rod 122 is connected between adjacent first support rods 121. Through setting up second support rod body 122, the supporting strength of supporting seat to basket 200 further improves.
The positional relationship between the first support rod 121 and the second support rod 122 may be arbitrary. Preferably, the second support rod body 122 may be perpendicular to the first support rod body 121. Thus, the design and production difficulty of the supporting seat is lower.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1-5, the first leg 101 and the second leg 102 of each pair of legs 100 may be integral with a first support rod body 121 connected between the first leg 101 and the second leg 102. It should be noted that the integral body described herein and hereinafter includes, but is not limited to, a welded integral body, a cast integral body, and the like. Thus, the connection strength of the first leg 101, the second leg 102 and the first support rod body 121 therebetween is high, so that the overall support strength of the support base can be high.
Similarly, adjacent first support rods 121 may be integral with second support rods 122 connected therebetween. Thus, the connection strength between the adjacent first support rod bodies 121 and the second support rod body 122 therebetween is high, so that the overall support strength of the support seat can be high.
Preferably, the first handle 211 and the second handle 212 may each have a C-shape. It should be noted that the C-shape need only be substantially C-shaped, such as the C-shape of fig. 1-5, and the C-shape of fig. 8. The basket 200 may include a frame rod 221 and a net body 222. The mesh body 222 may be connected to the frame rod 201. It is understood that the mesh may be provided on the mesh body 201. Both ends of the first handle 211 may be connected to the frame bar 221. Both ends of the second handle 212 may be connected to the frame bar 221. Thus, the first handle 211 and the second handle 212 are compact in structure and easy to hold.
Further, the support base may include two pairs of legs 100. Each pair of legs 100 may include a first leg 101 and a second leg 102. The first leg 101 and the second leg 102 may be oppositely disposed at both sides of the basket 200. The first leg 101 of the two pairs of legs 100 may be located on one of two sides. The second leg 102 of the two pairs of legs 100 may be located on the other of the two sides.
Both ends of the first handle 211 may be connected to the tops of the first legs 101 of the two pairs of legs 100, respectively. Alternatively, both ends of the first handle 211 may be directly connected to the top of the first leg 101 of the two pairs of legs 100, as shown in fig. 1-5. Alternatively, both ends of the first handle 211 may be indirectly connected to the top of the first leg 101 of the two pairs of legs 100, for example both ends of the first handle 211 may be connected to the top of the first leg 101 of the two pairs of legs 100 via frame bar 221, as shown in fig. 6 and 8. The first handle 211 may be integral with the first legs 101 of the two pairs of legs 100. In embodiments where both ends of first handle 211 are connected to the top of first legs 101 of two pairs of legs 100 by frame bar 221, first handle 211 may be integral with first legs 101 of two pairs of legs 100 and frame bar 221.
Both ends of the second handle 212 may be connected to the tops of the second legs 102 of the two pairs of legs 100, respectively. Alternatively, the second handle 212 may be directly connected at both ends to the top of the second leg 102 of the two pairs of legs 100, as shown in fig. 1-5. Alternatively, both ends of the second handle 212 may be indirectly connected to the tops of the second legs 102 of the two pairs of legs 100, for example, both ends of the second handle 212 may be connected to the tops of the second legs 102 of the two pairs of legs 100 through the frame bar 221, as shown in fig. 6 and 8. The second handle 212 may be integral with the second legs 102 of the two pairs of legs 100. In embodiments where both ends of the second handle 212 are connected to the tops of the second legs 102 of the two pairs of legs 100 by frame bar 221, the second handle 212 may be integral with the second legs 102 of the two pairs of legs 100 and the frame bar 221.
Through the arrangement, the connection strength of the first handle 211 and the first legs 101 of the two pairs of legs 100 is high, so that the overall strength of the first handle 211 is high, and the situation that food is scattered due to breakage in the process of moving the frying basket is prevented. The connection strength of the second handle 212 and the second legs 102 of the two pairs of legs 100 is high, so that the overall strength of the second handle 212 is high, and the phenomenon that food is spilled due to breakage in the process of moving the frying basket is prevented.
Preferably, the fry basket may also include a front handle 213. The front handle 213 may be connected to the front end of the basket 200 by any suitable means such as welding, a connector connection, or integral molding. Note that the front side refers to a side close to the user. The basket 200 can be turned by holding the front handle 213, so that the food in the basket 200 can be turned, and the conditions of food adhesion, uneven heating and the like can be prevented. Therefore, in order to facilitate the flipping of the basket 200, it is preferable that the front handle 213 may vertically extend upward from the front end of the basket 200, which is more convenient to grip. The structure of the front grip 213 may be arbitrary as long as it is easy to hold. Preferably, the front handle 213 may be C-shaped. The C-shape need only be substantially C-shaped, as with the first handle 211 and the second handle 212.
Preferably, in order to reduce the variety of types of materials and the difficulty of manufacturing, the above-mentioned structure except the net body 222 may use the same type of rod bodies, such as the leg 100, the frame rod body 221, the first handle 211, the second handle 212, and the front handle 213. Of course, if necessary, the net body 222 may also be a rod body of the same type as the above structure.
