Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the utility model and are not to be construed as limiting the utility model.
In the related art, the rolling brush for scrubbing the floor is usually fixedly connected with the equipment, so that the rolling brush is inconvenient to disassemble and assemble and poor in connection reliability, and the damage to the connection structure of the equipment is increased after the rolling brush is disassembled and assembled for many times, so that the service life is shortened; accordingly, there is much room for improvement in the life span, reliability, and ease of replacement of the related art roll brush device.
As technology and applications have evolved and changed, there is a great need in the art for improved roll brushes that overcome the above-mentioned deficiencies in the related art, as well as other related art problems.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a rolling brush, which is suitable for being detachably connected with a rotating shaft 1; referring to fig. 1 to 3, the roll brush includes: a roller brush cylinder 10, a pushing assembly 20 and a releasing assembly 30.
The drum 10 includes a cylindrical drum body 1012 and brush bristles 1011 formed outside the drum body 1012. The bristles 1011 can play a role of cleaning the floor during the rolling of the rolling brush cylinder body 1012.
The rolling brush cylinder 10 is cylindrical with a predetermined length and has a hollow cavity, the pushing assembly 20 is disposed in the cavity and can elastically move along the axial direction of the rolling brush cylinder 10, and the pushing assembly 20 is used for generating a pushing force for pushing the rotating shaft 1 when the releasing assembly 30 releases the rotating shaft 1, so that the rolling brush is separated from the rotating shaft 1.
The releasing assembly 30 is arranged in the chamber and used for locking and releasing the rotating shaft 1, and the releasing assembly 30 can be switched between a locking state and a releasing state; when the releasing assembly 30 locks the rotating shaft 1, the pushing force of the pushing assembly 20 is applied to the rotating shaft 1. That is to say, the releasing component 30 can lock the rotating shaft 1 to form a connection with the rotating shaft 1, so that the rotating shaft 1 drives the whole rolling brush to rotate, and when the releasing component 30 is switched to a releasing state, the connection with the rotating shaft 1 can be released, so that the rolling brush can be detached from the rotating shaft 1. The roller brush that gets off can clean the maintenance back and continue to use, to the roller brush that can't use, can directly abandon, installs new roller brush on the pivot 1 and continues to use.
The locking of the spindle 1 in the embodiment described mainly consists in limiting the axial movement of the spindle 1.
The pushing assembly 20 is used for applying an elastic force to the rotating shaft 1 after the releasing assembly 30 locks the rotating shaft 1, so that the rolling brush and the rotating shaft 1 are in a tensioning state, and the rolling brush is prevented from shaking relative to the rotating shaft 1. When the releasing component 30 is in the releasing state, the thrust of the pushing component 20 enables the rolling brush to be separated from the rotating shaft 1 more easily, so that the rolling brush is replaced more conveniently, and the user experience is improved.
The thrust of the pushing assembly 20 to the rotating shaft 1 may be an elastic force always applied to the rotating shaft 1, the elastic force is released only when the releasing assembly 30 releases the rotating shaft 1, or a rigid thrust generated at the moment when the releasing assembly 30 releases the rotating shaft 1.
Illustratively, the pushing assembly 20 is compressed when the releasing assembly 30 locks the rotating shaft 1, so that its own elastic potential energy is exerted on the rotating shaft 1 to make the rotating shaft 1 and the roller brush relatively tense, when the releasing assembly 30 releases the rotating shaft 1, the elastic potential energy of the pushing assembly 20 is released, and the elastic thrust on the rotating shaft 1 makes the whole roller brush quickly disengaged from the rotating shaft 1.
In some embodiments, a partition 11 and a guide tube 12 for guiding and matching with the rotating shaft 1 are arranged in the chamber, the partition 11 is connected with the inner wall of the chamber, the pushing assembly 20 and the releasing assembly 30 are respectively arranged on different sides of the partition 11, as shown in fig. 3-5, and the pushing assembly 20 is positioned on one side close to the rotating shaft 1, so as to apply elastic force to the rotating shaft 1.
The guide pipe 12 is arranged on the partition plate 11; the pushing assembly 20 is in guiding connection with the roller brush cylinder 10 and can apply elastic pushing force to the rotating shaft 1 at one side of the partition 11. The partition 11 may limit the position of the release assembly 30, thereby improving the reliability of the connection after the release assembly 30 locks the rotation shaft 1. The guide tube 12 can be used for the rotating shaft 1 to penetrate through and provide a guiding function for the rotating shaft 1, so that the coaxiality of the rotating shaft 1 and the rolling brush is better.
Wherein the central axis of the guide tube 12, the central axis of the roll brush cylinder 10, and the central axis of the release unit 30 are overlapped, and the roll brush cylinder body 1012, the partition plate 11, and the guide tube 12 are integrally formed by injection molding.
In some embodiments, the release assembly 30 includes: a key cylinder 31, a latch bolt assembly 32 and a pressing assembly 33; the lock cylinder 31 includes a support 311 and a locking member 312 disposed on the support 311, wherein the support 311 is supported on the inner wall of the cavity; the supporting member 311 and the locking member 312 are connected by a connecting rib plate, and the lock cylinder 31 is an integrally formed structure.
For example, the supporting member 311 may be cylindrical, and an outer wall of the cylindrical supporting member 311 abuts against an inner wall of the chamber and is capable of moving along a central axis of the roller brush cylinder 10 relative to the inner wall of the chamber.
The latch bolt assembly 32 is disposed on the supporting member 311, and can extend into the locking member 312 under the action of elastic force to lock the rotating shaft 1; the pressing assembly 33 is used to push the latch bolt assembly 32 against the elastic force of the latch bolt assembly 32 to release the rotary shaft 1. When the pressing assembly 33 does not apply an external force to the latch bolt assembly 32, it only has its own elastic force, which makes a partial structure of the latch bolt assembly 32 extend into the locking piece 312 of the key cylinder 31 to limit the inserted rotating shaft 1 from moving from the locking piece 312, thereby achieving the purpose of locking the rotating shaft 1.
In some embodiments, the supporting member 311 has a mounting slot, and the latch bolt assembly 32 is mounted in the mounting slot; the locking member 312 defines a locking hole 3121, and the latch bolt assembly 32 can extend into the locking member 312 from the locking hole 3121.
The latch bolt assembly 32 is detachably connected to the support 311, and a part of the latch bolt assembly 32 can move relative to the support 311, so that the part can be extended into the locking member 312 from the locking hole 3121 (locking state), or removed from the locking member 312 (releasing state).

After the cover plate 323 is connected to the supporting member 311, the cover plate is fixed relative to the supporting member 311, the first elastic member 322 may be a spring, and may be compressed when receiving an external force, the locking tongue 321 may move relative to the supporting member 311, the locking tongue 321 has at least two moving positions, and in a locking state, a local structure of the locking tongue 321 extends into the locking member 312 through the locking hole 3121 to lock the rotating shaft 1.
In some embodiments, the latch 321 is formed with a lock block 3211 and a wedge 3212, and the pressing assembly 33 pushes the wedge 3212 to move the lock block 3211 out of the locking member 312 through the lock hole 3121. The pushing of the pressing assembly 33 to the wedge 3212 can make the bolt 321 overcome the elastic force of the first elastic member 322, so that the lock block 3211 is removed from the locking member 312.
In some embodiments, the pressing assembly 33 includes a pressing member 331 and a second elastic member 332, the pressing member 331 is connected with the support member 311 and can move relative to the support member 311; the second elastic member 332 is compressed between the pressing member 331 and the locking member 312. The second elastic member 332 allows the pressing member 331 to move away from the wedge 3212 when no external force is applied, so that the locking piece 3211 is maintained in the locked state.
In some embodiments, the pressing member 331 has a pressing slant plate 3311 formed thereon, and the pressing slant plate 3311 is used to press the wedge 3212, so that the lock block 3211 is moved out of the locking member 312 through the lock hole 3121. The push swash plate 3311 presses the latch 321 through the wedge 3212, and the latch 321 is easily pushed, thereby changing the position of the lock 3211.
In some embodiments, the pressing member 331 has a latch 3312 formed thereon, the supporting member 311 has a latch hole 3111 formed thereon, and the latch 3312 is assembled in the latch hole 3111. When the pressing member 331 is connected to the supporting member 311, the latch 3312 is inserted into the supporting member 311, the inner wall of the supporting member 311 presses the latch 3312, so that the latch 3312 is slightly elastically deformed, and when the latch 3312 moves to the position of the latch hole 3111, the latch 3312 is ejected into the latch hole 3111, so that the pressing member 331 is connected to the supporting member 311. The card hole 3111 has a predetermined length so that the card 3312 can move in the card hole 3111.
In some embodiments, the push assembly 20 includes a push seat 21 and a third elastic member 22, the push seat 21 is connected to the drum brush 10, and an elastic force of the third elastic member 22 is applied to the push seat 21. The pushing seat 21 may apply an elastic force to the rotation shaft 1, so that the rotation shaft 1 has a tendency to be disengaged from the locking member 312.
