Fig. 2 shows a first stationary part mounting schematic according to an example embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 3 illustrates a first fixing part structure diagram according to an example embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the first fixing portion 100 is installed inside one end of the drum assembly 300 and connected to the sleeve 311 of the driving device.
As shown in fig. 3, the first fixing portion 100 includes a central shaft 110, a first supporting portion 120, and a second supporting portion 130. The central shaft 110 may be an elongated cylindrical shaft having one end connected to the second support portion 130, the shaft body passing through the first support portion 120, and the other end extending from the first support portion 120. The first support 120 provides a resilient force for the movement of the middle shaft 110 in the axial direction. The second support portion 130 provides a fixed support for the bottom bracket 110 and ensures that the bottom bracket 110 rotates with the drum inner shaft.
The first support 120 includes an elastic device 121, an elastic device holder 122, and a first end cap 123. The elastic means support 122 is of a hollow structure and has a certain length for accommodating the elastic means 121. According to some embodiments of the present application, the elastic device 121 may be a spring, or may be other hollow elastic members, and the present application is not limited thereto. The first end cap 123 may be a thin plate structure with a central aperture through which the central axle 110 may pass. The first end cap 123 is connected to the resilient means support 122 to contain the resilient means 121 within the cavity of the resilient means support 122. The middle shaft 110 is provided with a first retaining ring 111 protruding from the shaft body. After the bottom bracket 110 is assembled with the first support part 120, the retainer ring 111 and the first end cap 123 limit the length of the elastic device 121 in the axial direction of the bottom bracket 110, thereby compressing or releasing the elastic device 121. According to some embodiments of the present application, the first end cap 123 and the elastic device support 122 may be connected by bolts, or may be connected by other coupling structures.
The assembling process of the middle shaft 110 and each part of the first supporting part 120 is as follows: one end of the central shaft 110 is fitted into the elastic means support 122. The elastic means 121 is fitted around the outer surface of the bottom bracket 110 and fitted into the elastic means holder 122, with one end abutting against the first stop 111 on the bottom bracket 110. A first end cap 123 is fitted around the other end of the shaft 110 and is connected to the elastic means support 122. The first end cap 123 and the elastic means support 122 are locked using a coupling member. Thus, the middle shaft 110 may be axially moved within the first support 120 by an external force. Axial movement of the central shaft 110 causes the elastic means 121 to be compressed. After the external force is removed, the middle shaft 110 moves back to the initial position along the axis direction under the resilient force of the elastic device 121.
The second supporting portion 130 is disposed at an end of the bottom bracket 110 opposite to the first end cap 123. The second support portion 130 includes a bearing 131, a bearing retainer 132, and a second end cap 133. The end of the central shaft 110 is fitted into the bearing 131. The outer race of the bearing 131 is a close fit with the second end cap 133. The diameter of the part of the middle shaft 110 inserted into the bearing 131 is smaller than the diameter of the shaft body to form a step. Therefore, the bearing 131 can be limited by the second retainer 132 cooperating with the step of the shaft, and the bearing 131 is prevented from moving in the axial direction of the middle shaft 110. The second end cap 133 includes a boss portion that mates with a mounting hole in the cleaning tool housing to secure the second end cap 133 to the housing so that the entire roller securement structure 100 not only rotates with the roller, but also supports the positioning of the roller in engagement with the housing.
The central axis of the first fixing part 100 is matched with the central hole in the roller and is fixed and locked with the axis through screws, so that the concentric requirement of the first fixing part and the roller after assembly is ensured. Therefore, after the roller and the cleaning tool shell are assembled, good concentricity is achieved, the whole roller can rotate stably, and vibration and noise are reduced.
