Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems that the garbage accumulated in the equipment is easy to block a water channel, and the cleaning operation is inconvenient and the like in the existing sweeping, dragging, washing and other integrated cleaning tools, the application provides a cleaning head comprising a water tank assembly with a flip cover, a second roller assembly capable of being integrally disassembled, and a garbage box assembly capable of being integrally disassembled.
The application provides a cleaning head, includes:
a first drum;
the water tank assembly is provided with a turnover cover and is arranged above the first roller;
the second roller assembly capable of being integrally disassembled comprises a second roller, and the second roller is arranged behind the first roller in the rotating direction;
the garbage box assembly capable of being integrally detached is arranged behind the second roller.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the flip-top sink assembly comprises:
a sink housing;
the water squeezing and filtering device is arranged below the water tank shell and is in contact with the surface of the first roller;
the water sealing device is arranged below the water tank shell and is in contact with the surface of the first roller;
the water tank sealing cover is arranged above the water tank shell and used for sealing or opening the water tank component;
and a water storage space communicated with the water tank shell is formed on the surfaces of the water squeezing and filtering device, the water sealing device and the first roller.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the flip-open sink sealing cover comprises:
a first cover plate;
and the cover plate sealing plugs are arranged below the first cover plate.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the wringing filter device comprises:
a wringing end in contact with a surface of the first roller;
the filtering end is connected with the water squeezing end and extends to the water sealing device from the water squeezing end;
the filtering end and the water squeezing end are integrally formed or assembled after being formed in a split mode.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the filter end comprises: a filter cut or a filter hole.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the water sealing device comprises:
a water receiving end in contact with a surface of the first drum;
the water sealing strip is connected with the water receiving end and extends from the water receiving end to the direction of the water tank sealing cover;
the water sealing strip and the water receiving end are integrally formed or assembled after being formed in a split mode.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the one-piece removable trash can assembly includes:

the garbage box sealing cover is connected with the garbage box;

According to some embodiments of the present application, the first roller comprises a sponge roller; the second roller comprises a brush roller.
The application also provides a cleaning tool comprising the cleaning head.
By arranging the water tank assembly with the flip cover, when larger garbage enters the water tank, the flip cover can be opened to discharge the garbage, the sponge roller does not need to be disassembled to take out the garbage, and the use is convenient and quick; the water in the water tank permeates into the sponge through the cuts or the filtering holes of the water squeezing strips to clean the sponge roller by making the cuts or the filtering holes on the water squeezing strips, and simultaneously, the garbage can be prevented from entering the water tank, so that the water channel is prevented from being blocked; the second roller assembly and the garbage box assembly which can be integrally disassembled enable the brush and the garbage box to be more convenient and faster to clean; in addition, the garbage box can be automatically opened through the button, so that the contact between people and garbage is reduced, and the garbage box is more sanitary.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the drawings are merely schematic representations of exemplary embodiments, which may not be to scale. The blocks or flows in the drawings are not necessarily required to practice the present application and therefore should not be used to limit the scope of the present application.
The inventor finds that when the existing sweeping, mopping, washing and other integrated cleaning tools are used, on one hand, after the garbage cleaned by the roller is cleaned by the cleaning tools, the cleaned garbage easily enters the water tank and easily blocks the water channel; when larger garbage enters the water tank, the sponge roller needs to be disassembled to take out the garbage, so that the operation is complex; on the other hand, the brush roller or the garbage box can be taken out only by taking out a plurality of peripheral parts in the replacement process of the brush roller and the cleaning process of the garbage box, the operation process is complex, and the use feeling of a user is influenced.
In order to solve the problems, the application provides a cleaning head and a corresponding cleaning tool, which can conveniently take out garbage in a water tank, reduce the risk of water path blockage, simplify the operation of a brush roller and a garbage box and improve the use feeling of a user. The embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the present application provides a cleaning head for a self-cleaning tool that can clean both wet and dry debris. As shown in fig. 1-3, the present application provides a cleaning head 1000 comprising: the garbage can comprises a first shell 400, a second shell 500, a first roller 600, a water trough assembly 100 with a flip cover, a second roller assembly 200 capable of being integrally detached and a garbage box assembly 300 capable of being integrally detached. Wherein the second housing 500 serves as a base of the cleaning head 1000, and the first roller 600, the integrally detachable second roller assembly 200, the integrally detachable trash can assembly 300, and the water sump assembly 100 with the folder are accommodated in the second housing 500. The first housing 400 may be a flip-top lid that cooperates with the second housing 500 to enclose the above-described components within the cleaner head 1000.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the water tank assembly 100 with a flip cover is disposed above the first drum 600 for providing a self-cleaning water path for the first drum 600. The integrally detachable second roller assembly 200 includes a second roller 210; the second roller 210 is disposed behind the first roller 600 in a rotation direction, and is used for cleaning the first roller 600, so that the first roller 600 is always kept in a clean state. An integrally detachable garbage can assembly 300 is disposed behind the second roller assembly 200 for collecting various garbage entering the cleaning head 1000. According to some embodiments of the present application, the first roller 600 may be a sponge roller and the second roller 210 may be a brush roller.
Referring to fig. 3, the sink assembly 100 with a flip cover includes a flip-open sink sealing cover 110, a sink housing 120, a wringing filter device 130, and a water sealing device 140. The sump housing 120 is connected to the second housing 500 of the cleaning head 1000 of fig. 1. A reversible sink sealing cover 110 is disposed above the sink housing 120 for sealing or opening the sink assembly. The wringing filter device 130 is disposed below the tub case, and contacts the surface of the first drum 600 to press the first drum 600, thereby promoting the discharge of the dirty water in the first drum 600. The water sealing device 300 is disposed below the water tank case 120 and contacts the surface of the first drum 600. The water squeezing and filtering device 130, the water sealing device 140 and the surface of the first roller 600 form a water storage space communicated with the water tank shell.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view illustrating a positional relationship between a water sump assembly with a flip cover and a first drum according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the wringing filter device 130 includes a wringing end 131 and a filter end 132. The squeezing end 131 contacts the surface of the first roller 600 to squeeze the first roller 600. The filtering end 132 is connected to the water squeezing end 131 and extends from the water squeezing end 131 to the water sealing device 140. According to the embodiment of the present application, the filtering end 132 and the water squeezing end 131 may be integrally formed, or may be assembled after being separately formed. According to an example embodiment of the present application, the wringing end 131 can be a wringing strip, and the filter end 132 can be a filter cut or a filter hole formed in the wringing strip.
The water sealing device 140 includes a water receiving end 141 and a water sealing strip 142. The water receiving end 141 contacts with the surface of the first roller 600 to collect and guide the sewage extruded from the first roller 600 to the formed water storage space. In addition, the fine garbage adhered thereto is peeled off during the rotation of the first drum 600. The water sealing strip 142 is connected to the water receiving end 141, and extends from the water receiving end 141 toward the water tank sealing cover 110. According to the embodiment of the present application, the water sealing strip 142 and the water receiving end 141 may be integrally formed, or may be assembled after being separately formed. During the self-cleaning process of the cleaning head 1000, clean water in the water tank assembly permeates into the sponge roller through the filtering cuts or filtering holes of the water squeezing strips to clean the sponge roller; since the filtering end 132 extends to the water sealing strip 142, a filtering structure is formed, so that garbage in the cleaned sewage is prevented from entering the water tank.
FIG. 5 illustrates a schematic view of a sink sealing lid according to an example embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 5, the flip-open sink sealing cover 110 includes a first cover plate 111 and a set of cover plate sealing plugs 112. A set of cover plate sealing plugs 112 is provided below the first cover plate 111. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the cover sealing plug 112 may be a soft rubber plug to ensure the sealing of the sump assembly. The number of the cover plate sealing plugs 112 may be set according to the type and size of the cleaning head, which is not limited in this application.
FIG. 6 shows a schematic view of a cleaning head with an integrally detachable second roller assembly removed according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; fig. 7 is a schematic view illustrating an installation state of an integrally detachable second drum assembly according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; fig. 8 is a schematic view illustrating a state where the second roller assembly is removed as being integrally detachable according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6, the present application provides a cleaning head 1000 in which the second roller assembly 200 may be an integral detachment assembly. When the garbage in the sink assembly needs to be cleaned, the first housing 400 can be opened, the second switch 210 on the second roller assembly 200 is pulled to take out the whole garbage, and the garbage in the sink assembly can be taken out by opening the openable sink sealing cover.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the integrally detachable second roller assembly 200 includes a second roller fixing part 220 and a second locking device 230 in addition to the second roller 210. The second roller fixing part 220 is connected to the second roller 210, and is used for fixing the second roller. The second locking device 230 is disposed on the second roller fixing part 220, and includes: a rotatable second switch 231 and a set of second lock tongues 232. Wherein, the rotatable second switch 231 is connected to the set of second locking tongues 232, and drives the set of second locking tongues 232 to move, such as to extend or retract the second roller fixing part 220, so as to lock or unlock the integrally detachable second roller assembly 200.
According to an example implementation of the present application, the rotatable second switch 231 may be a rotatable handle. As shown in FIG. 7, when the second roller assembly 200 is mounted in the cleaning head, the handle 231 is laid in the second roller holding part 220, and the second locking tongue 232, which is a set of tongues, extends out of the second roller holding part 220 to engage with the housing of the cleaning head to lock the second roller assembly 200. When the second drum assembly 200 is removed, the handle 231 is rotated, i.e., the handle 231 is lifted, and the set of second locking tongues 232 is retracted into the second drum fixing part 220, thereby unlocking the second drum assembly 200, which the user can then remove in its entirety.
Fig. 9 illustrates a second locking device of the integrally detachable second roller assembly according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the second locking device 230 includes a set of elastic members 233 and a set of coupling members 234 in addition to a rotatable second switch 231 and a set of second locking tongues 232. One end of the connecting member 234 is connected to the second rotatable switch 231, and the other end is connected to the second latch 232, so that the rotation of the second switch 231 is converted into the second linear motion of the second latch 232. According to an example implementation of the present application, the connector 234 may be a cam hook. A set of elastic members 233 are respectively disposed at the periphery of a set of second locking tongues 232. According to an example embodiment of the present application, the elastic member 233 may be a spring. When the rotatable second switch 231 is lifted up and the second latch 232 is driven to retract into the second drum fixing portion by the cam hook 234, the elastic member 233 is compressed. When the second switch 231 is released, the second latch 232 extends out of the second drum fixing portion under the resilient force of the elastic member 233, and is engaged with the housing of the cleaning head to lock the same.
Fig. 10 shows a second roller assembly schematic according to an example embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 10, the second roller 210 includes a driving device 213, an inner roller shaft (not shown) and a brush 212 wrapped around the inner roller shaft. The driving device 231 is arranged in the roller inner shaft and is connected with the roller inner shaft through a shaft sleeve to drive the roller inner shaft to rotate.
One end of the second roller fixing part 220 includes a fixing seat 221 hinged to a mounting seat of the driving device 213 of the second roller 210. According to some embodiments of the present application, the hinge is hinged with the mounting seat of the driving device 213 by a pin. One end of the pin shaft is a boss surface, and the other end of the pin shaft is provided with a clamp spring groove, so that a clamp spring can be arranged in the pin shaft, and the pin shaft is prevented from axially moving. The fixing base 221 and the mounting base of the driving device 213 are hinged with each other about the pin shaft.
The other end of the second roller fixing portion 220 is provided with a locking groove 222. The second drum 210 can be mounted on or removed from the second drum fixing part 220 by the locking piece 211 at the end of the second drum 210 being engaged with the locking groove 222.
FIG. 11 shows a schematic view of an integrally detachable trash can assembly according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; fig. 12 is a schematic view illustrating an opened state of a sealing cover of the trash can according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, according to an embodiment of the present application, the integrally detachable trash can assembly 300 includes a trash can 310, a trash can sealing cover 320, a first locking device 330, and a set of finger grips 340. According to some embodiments of the present application, the trash receptacle 310 may be a carton or other blister receptacle. A waste bin sealing cap 320 is coupled to the waste bin 310 for sealing the same. The first locking device 330 is disposed on the trash can sealing cover 320, and is used for locking or unlocking the trash can assembly 300. According to some embodiments of the present application, a set of finger grips 340 may be provided on top of the trash can sealing lid 320. The entire trash can assembly 300 can be removed from the cleaning head by hooking a set of finger fasteners 340.
According to an example embodiment of the present application, the trash can sealing cover 320 may be a flip-open sealing cover. The first locking device 330 includes a first switch 331 and a set of first locking tongues 332. The first switch 331 is connected to the set of first locking tongues 332, and the set of first locking tongues 332 can be driven to move by pressing the first switch 331 so as to automatically open the trash can sealing cover 320. As shown in fig. 12, the sealing cover 320 of the garbage box is automatically opened to 90 degrees, so that the garbage in the sealing cover is convenient to be everywhere, and the contact of people with the garbage is reduced. For example, when the first switch slider 331 is pressed inward, the set of first latch bolts 332 are driven to move outward of the trash can sealing cover 320 to be disengaged from the trash can 310, so that the trash can sealing cover 320 is automatically opened.
According to another aspect of the present application, a cleaning tool is provided that can clean both dry and wet, sticky waste, while also having a self-cleaning function. The cleaning tool provided by the application comprises the cleaning head, the handle assembly and the water tank assembly. Wherein the water tank assembly provides clean water for the self-cleaning function of the cleaning tool.
In the cleaning tool provided by the application, water can be circulated for multiple times, and garbage (dust) can be cleaned smoothly.
This application utilizes the clean technique of water dirt circulation can realize the automatically cleaning of cylinder, will sweep moreover, drag, wash, twist and combine together, and very good convenient to use person just can realize very good clean effect, especially to the stickness rubbish of extremely intractable such as tomato ketchup, chocolate sauce, has splendid clearance effect.
