A floor brush 100 for a vacuum cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 17.
As shown in fig. 1 to 17, a floor brush 100 for a vacuum cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a ground brush base 1 and a rolling brush body 3.
In particular, the floor brush base 1 defines a rolling brush chamber. The rolling brush body 3 is rotatably provided in the rolling brush cavity, the floor brush 100 has a first cleaning mode and a second cleaning mode, the first cleaning mode and the second cleaning mode are suitable for cleaning different working surfaces (such as carpet or floor, etc.), the rolling brush body 3 at least comprises a first rolling brush body 31 and a second rolling brush body 32 which are interchangeable, the first rolling brush body 31 is suitable for working in the first cleaning mode, and the second rolling brush body 32 is suitable for working in the second cleaning mode. Therefore, the first rolling brush body 31 and the second rolling brush body 32 can be interchangeably installed in the rolling brush cavity to enable the floor brush 100 to be in the first cleaning mode or the second cleaning mode, so that the floor brush 100 can clean different working surfaces.
Meanwhile, the rolling brush body 3 can rotate in the rolling brush cavity, so that the working surface can be cleaned, and the dust collection function of the dust collector is realized. In the floor brush 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the first rolling brush body 31 and the second rolling brush body 32 are interchangeable, and when a user needs to clean different working surfaces, the user can select the first cleaning mode or the second cleaning mode according to the actual environment of the working surface to be cleaned, and further select different rolling brush bodies 3, so that the dust collection function of the dust collector can be improved, the use range of the dust collector is expanded, and the use of the floor brush 100 is more flexible.
According to the floor brush 100 for the dust collector of the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the rolling brush body 3, the rolling brush body 3 at least comprises the first rolling brush body 31 and the second rolling brush body 32 which can be exchanged, the first rolling brush body 31 is suitable for working in the first cleaning mode, and the second rolling brush body 32 is suitable for working in the second cleaning mode, so that the dust collecting function of the dust collector can be improved, the use range of the dust collector is expanded, and the use of the floor brush 100 is more flexible.
As shown in fig. 13 to 17, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning elements provided on the surface of the first brush body 31 are formed as bristle members, and the cleaning elements provided on the surface of the second brush body 32 are formed as fur members. As is known, bristles are generally referred to as hard, long hairs on horses or pigs, while pile hairs are referred to as soft, fine hairs. It can thus be seen that the first rolling brush body 31 is adapted to cleaning a carpet, i.e., the first cleaning mode can be used for cleaning a carpet, and the second rolling brush body 32 is adapted to cleaning a floor, i.e., the second cleaning mode can be used for cleaning a floor. So that the user can select a cleaning mode of the floor brush according to the environment of the work surface to be cleaned, thereby selecting the first drum brush body 31 or the second drum brush body 32, while being advantageous to secure the cleaning ability of the floor brush 100.
As shown in fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the floor brush 100 further includes an upper cover assembly 2, and the upper cover assembly 2 is detachably disposed on the floor brush base 1 and connected to the roller brush body 3. Therefore, when the upper cover assembly 2 is matched and connected with the floor brush base 1, the dust collector can work normally. When a user needs to clean or replace the rolling brush body 3, the upper cover assembly 2 can be disengaged from the floor brush base 1 (i.e. detached from the floor brush base 1), and the rolling brush body 3 can be cleaned or replaced. The structure is arranged, so that the operation of cleaning or replacing the rolling brush body 3 by a user is convenient, time and labor are saved, and the use feeling of the user can be improved. In addition, it can be understood that, since the upper cover assembly 2 is detachably connected to the floor brush base 1, a user can replace the upper cover assembly 2 engaged with the roller body 3 at the same time when replacing the roller body 3. So, the user need not to dismantle the rolling brush body 3 from with it complex upper cover subassembly 2, and then can improve the efficiency of changing the rolling brush body 3, improves user's use and experiences.
As shown in fig. 13 to 14, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the upper cover assembly 2 includes a first upper cover 2a and a second upper cover 2b, the first upper cover 2a is coupled to the first rolling brush body 31, the second upper cover 2b is coupled to the second rolling brush body 32, and the first rolling brush body 31 and the first upper cover 2a and the second rolling brush body 32 and the second upper cover 2b are interchangeably mounted to the floor brush base 1 to clean different working surfaces. Therefore, when the user replaces the rolling brush body 3, the upper cover assembly 2 correspondingly matched with the rolling brush body 3 can be replaced at the same time. So, the user need not to dismantle the rolling brush body 3 from the upper cover subassembly 2 that corresponds the complex with it, and then can improve the efficiency of changing the rolling brush body 3, improves user's use and experiences.
It will also be understood that the cleaning elements provided on the surface of the roller brush body 3 may be formed as pile members (for cleaning the floor), as shown in fig. 9 and 11, or as bristle members (for cleaning the carpet), as shown in fig. 8 and 10. When a user uses the vacuum cleaner to clean different working surfaces (carpets or floors), different cleaning modes of the floor brush 100 can be selected according to the environment of the working surface to be cleaned, and then different types of rolling brush bodies 3 can be selected. As shown in fig. 8 and 10, when the user selects the rolling brush body 3 whose surface is provided with the cleaning element as the bristle member to clean the carpet, the friction between the rolling brush body 3 and the carpet is large, and at the same time, the small dust on the carpet is more and is scraped by the rolling brush body 3, so that the area of the bottom opening of the rolling brush cavity is relatively small, which is beneficial to increasing the negative pressure in the rolling brush cavity, increasing the suction force of the dust collector, and sucking more dust into the dust collector, thereby enhancing the cleaning effect of the dust collector. As shown in fig. 9 and 11, when the user selects the rolling brush body 3 whose cleaning element is a fluff piece to clean the floor, the dust particles on the floor are large, so that the dust collector can suck large dust particles into the interior, the opening area of the bottom of the rolling brush cavity should be relatively large, and the cleaning effect of the dust collector can be enhanced. It will be appreciated that the variation in the size of the area of the bottom opening of the roller brush chamber may be achieved by selecting different sizes of the upper cover assembly 2. That is, the rolling brush bodies 3 with different cleaning elements arranged on the surface can have different sizes of the upper cover assembly 2 correspondingly matched with the rolling brush bodies, thereby improving the cleaning capability of the floor brush 100 and the dust collection function of the dust collector.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, one end of the upper cover assembly 2 is pivotally connected to the floor brush base 1, and the other end of the upper cover assembly 2 is detachably connected to the floor brush base 1. Therefore, when the other end of the upper cover component 2 is matched and connected with the floor brush base 1, the dust collector can work normally. When the other end of the upper cover assembly 2 is disengaged from the floor brush base 1 (i.e., detached from the floor brush base 1), the upper cover assembly 2 can rotate relative to the floor brush base 1 around the end of the upper cover assembly 2 pivotally connected to the floor brush base 1, i.e., the upper cover assembly 2 can rotate relative to the floor brush base 1. Meanwhile, when the user needs to clean or replace the rolling brush body 3, the user only needs to make the other end of the upper cover assembly 2 disengaged from the floor brush base 1 and then rotate the upper cover assembly 2 to a position convenient for the user to operate, so that the rolling brush body 3 can be cleaned or replaced. The structure is arranged, so that the operation of cleaning or replacing the rolling brush body 3 by a user is convenient, time and labor are saved, and the use feeling of the user can be improved.
As shown in fig. 1, 3-8, and 10-11, in some embodiments of the present invention, the upper cover assembly 2 includes: a cover 21, a first end cap 22 and a second end cap 23. Specifically, the first end cap 22 is disposed at one end of the cover body 21 and connected to the cover body 21, and the first end cap 22 is pivotally connected to the floor brush base 1. The second end cover 23 is arranged at the other end of the cover body 21 and connected with the cover body 21, and the second end cover 23 is detachably connected with the floor brush base 1. Therefore, the upper cover assembly 2 is pivotally connected with the floor brush base 1 through the first end cover 22, and the upper cover assembly 2 is detachably connected with the floor brush base 1 through the second end cover 23.
Specifically, the cover body 21 is detachably connected to the first end cap 22 and the second end cap 23, respectively, and the roll brush body 3 is detachably connected to the cover body 21 and the second end cap 23, respectively. It can be seen that the cover 21 can be detached separately, the second cap 23 can be detached separately, and the cover 21 and the second cap 23 can be detached together. The rolling brush body 3 can be detached together with the cover body 21, the rolling brush body 3 can also be detached together with the second end cap 23, the rolling brush body 3 can also be detached together with the cover body 21 and the second end cap 23 at the same time, and the rolling brush body 3 can also be detached separately after at least one of the cover body 21 and the second end cap 23 is detached. Thereby the mode of making clean and change the round brush body 3 is diversified, and the user can take off the round brush body 3 through multiple mode, and the user of being convenient for cleans or changes the round brush body 3.
For example, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, the cover body 21 is detachably connected to the first end cap 22, and the roll brush body 3 is detachably connected to the cover body 21. Therefore, when the second end cap 23 is disengaged from the floor brush base 1 and then the cover body 21 is disengaged from the first end cap 22, the whole body formed by the cover body 21 and the second end cap 23 can be detached from the floor brush base 1. Since the roller brush body 3 is detachably coupled to the cover body 21, the roller brush body 3 can be detached simultaneously with the cover body 21 if the roller brush body 3 is coupled to the cover body 21. If the roller brush body 3 is disengaged from the cover body 21, the user can first detach the cover body 21 and the second end cap 23 from the floor brush base 1, and then remove the roller brush body 3. Thereby be convenient for the user more and clean or change the round brush body 3, promote user's use experience.
At this time, there are two ways for the user to clean or replace the roller brush body 3, the first being: as shown in fig. 5, the cover 21, the second end cap 23 and the roller brush body 3 are removed from the floor brush base 1. The second method is as follows: as shown in fig. 4, the cover 21 and the second end cap 23 are removed from the base 1, and then the roller brush body 3 is removed.
At this time, the second end cap 23 may be fixedly connected to the cover body 21 by screws. So that the reliability of the upper cap assembly 2 can be improved.
For another example, as shown in fig. 6, the cover body 21 is detachably connected to the second end cap 23, and the roll brush body 3 is detachably connected to the second end cap 23. Therefore, when the second end cap 23 is disengaged from the floor brush base 1 and then the cover body 21 is disengaged from the second end cap 23, the second end cap 23 can be removed as a whole. Since the roll brush body 3 is detachably coupled to the second end cap 23, if the roll brush body 3 is coupled to the second end cap 23, the roll brush body 3 and the second end cap 23 can be simultaneously detached. If the rolling brush body 3 is disengaged from the second end cap 23, the user can first remove the second end cap 23 and then remove the rolling brush body 3. Thereby be convenient for the user more and clean or change the round brush body 3, promote user's use experience.
At this time, there are two ways for the user to clean or replace the roller brush body 3, the first being: as shown in fig. 6, the second end cap 23 is removed together with the roller brush body 3. The second method is as follows: the second end cap 23 is removed first and then the brush body 3 is removed. Therefore, in the floor brush 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the manner of taking the rolling brush body 3 is flexible, and the user can select the manner of taking the rolling brush body 3 according to actual requirements.
Specifically, the roll brush body 3 is axially separable from the cover body 21. Accordingly, when the user detaches the roller brush body 3 from the upper cover assembly 2, the user can move the roller brush body 3 in the axial direction of the roller brush body 3 and separate the roller brush body 3 from the cover body 21.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the floor brush 100 further includes a connecting assembly 5, the connecting assembly 5 is disposed on the floor brush base 1, and the upper cover assembly 2 is pivotally connected to the connecting assembly 5. Therefore, the upper cover assembly 2 is pivotally connected with the floor brush base 1 through the connecting assembly 5, and the rotating function of the upper cover assembly 2 relative to the floor brush base 1 can be realized. The reliability of the floor brush 100 is ensured.
In some embodiments of the invention, the connecting member 5 is a hinge. Therefore, the connecting assembly 5 has a simple structure, low cost and wide source, and is beneficial to ensuring the reliability of the pivotal connection between one end of the upper cover assembly 2 and the floor brush base 1, and further ensuring the reliability of the floor brush 100. In particular, the hinge may be fixed to the floor brush base 1 by means of screws. The hinge and the cover assembly 2 may be connected by a pivot axis to ensure the reliability of the cover assembly 2 being pivotable relative to the brush base 1.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, an assembly space a is provided in the rolling brush body 3, and the floor brush 100 further includes a driving assembly 4, the driving assembly 4 being provided in the assembly space a and connected to the rolling brush body 3 to drive the rolling brush body 3 to rotate. It can be seen that the rotational power of the roller brush body 3 in the roller brush chamber is provided by the drive assembly 4. Meanwhile, the driving assembly 4 is arranged in the assembly space a, so that the occupied space of the driving assembly 4 can be reduced to a certain extent, the driving assembly 4 is convenient to be connected and matched with the rolling brush body 3, the reliability of the driving assembly 4 for driving the rolling brush body 3 to rotate is improved, the interference of other parts of the floor brush 100 on the driving assembly 4 is effectively reduced, the whole occupied space of the floor brush 100 is favorably reduced, the manufacturing cost of the floor brush 100 is reduced, and the reliability of the floor brush 100 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the driving assembly 4 is connected to the upper cover assembly 2, and the driving assembly 4 is detachably connected to the roller brush body 3. It follows that when the roller brush body 3 is removed, the drive unit 4 needs to be disengaged from the roller brush body 3. When mounting the roller brush body 3 to the roller brush chamber, the roller brush body 3 needs to be reconnected to the drive assembly 4.
It should be noted that the driving assembly 4 may not be connected to the upper cover assembly 2. For example, the driving assembly 4 has a driving shaft connected to the roller brush body 3 to drive the roller brush body 3 to rotate, and when the driving assembly 4 is operated, only the driving shaft rotates, at this time, at least one bearing may be provided between the outer circumferential wall of the driving assembly 4 and the inner circumferential wall of the roller brush body 3, so that the driving assembly 4 can drive the roller brush body 3 to rotate. At this time, when the roll brush body 3 is removed, the drive unit 4 is removed at the same time. When the user replaces the roller brush body 3, the drive assembly 4 can be replaced together, or the drive assembly 4 can be taken out of the roller brush body 3 which is taken down and then be mounted on a new replaced roller brush body 3.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the drive assembly 4 comprises: motor 41, motor cover 44 and support mechanism 6. Specifically, the motor 41 has a motor shaft 411, the motor cover 44 wraps and supports the motor 41, and the motor shaft 411 protrudes from the motor cover 44 to drive the rolling brush body 3 to rotate around the motor cover 44. The supporting mechanism 6 is disposed at one end of the upper cover assembly 2, and the supporting mechanism 6 is connected to the motor cover 44 to position the motor cover 44. Therefore, the driving assembly 4 has simple and reliable structure and convenient manufacture. The driving assembly 4 drives the rolling brush body 3 to rotate through the motor shaft 411. The driving assembly 4 is connected to the upper cover assembly 2 through a support mechanism 6, and thus can be fixed on the upper cover assembly 2.
Specifically, the motor cover 44 includes a first motor cover 42 and a second motor cover 43 that are engaged with each other, the first motor cover 42 and the second motor cover 43 are coupled to define a placement space b, and the motor 41 is fixed in the placement space b. Therefore, the motor cover 44 is formed by connecting and matching the first motor cover 42 and the second motor cover 43. The motor shaft 411 is extended out of the placing space b to be connected to the roll brush body 3, thereby driving the roll brush body 3 to rotate.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of clamping seats c are respectively disposed on the inner peripheral walls of the first motor cover 42 and the second motor cover 43, and the plurality of clamping seats c are disposed at intervals, so that the motor 41 can be stably disposed between the plurality of clamping seats c, and the position stability of the motor 41 relative to the first motor cover 42 and the second motor cover 43 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first motor cover 42 is provided with a connection hook 421, the second motor cover 43 is provided with a connection hook hole 431, and the connection hook 421 is adapted to extend into the connection hook hole 431. Therefore, the first motor cover 42 and the second motor cover 43 can be connected by matching the connecting hooks 421 with the connecting hook holes 431, and the connecting matching mode is simple and convenient to mount and dismount.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the connection card hole 431 penetrates the second motor cover 43 in the thickness direction of the second motor cover 43. Thereby facilitating the production and manufacture of the second motor cover 43 and facilitating the installation and detachment of the first motor cover 42 and the second motor cover 43.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the second motor cover 43 is provided with a connection post 432, the connection post 432 is provided with a connection hole, the first motor cover 42 is provided with a through hole penetrating therethrough in a thickness direction thereof, and the floor brush 100 further includes a first connection member penetrating through the through hole to protrude into the connection hole to connect the first motor cover 42 and the second motor cover 43. Therefore, the connection mode of the first motor cover 42 and the second motor cover 43 is simple and easy to operate, and meanwhile, the reliability of connection of the first motor cover 42 and the second motor cover 43 can be guaranteed, so that the reliability of the driving assembly 4 is guaranteed, and the reliability of the floor brush 100 is guaranteed. Wherein the first connector may be a screw.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the end of the motor shaft 411 extending out of the placing space b is provided with a positioning portion 412, the cross section of the positioning portion 412 is formed in a non-circular shape in the axial direction of the motor shaft 411, the rolling brush body 3 is provided with a driving connecting portion 31 therein, the driving connecting portion 31 is provided with a limit recess 311 opened toward the motor shaft 411, the limit recess 311 is engaged with the positioning portion 412, and when the positioning portion 412 extends into the limit recess 311, the rolling brush body 3 rotates synchronously with the motor shaft 411. Accordingly, the motor shaft 411 and the rolling brush body 3 are connected by the engagement of the stopper groove 311 and the positioning part 412. The cross section of the positioning part 412 is formed in a non-circular shape, which is beneficial to ensuring that the positioning part 412 and the limiting groove 311 do not rotate relatively, and further ensuring the reliability of synchronous rotation of the rolling brush body 3 and the motor shaft 411. And also facilitates disengagement of the positioning part 412 from the stopper groove 311.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 7, the positioning portion 412 is provided with a limiting column 413, the limiting column 413 extends along the radial direction of the motor shaft 411, the peripheral wall of the limiting groove 311 is provided with two limiting notches with openings facing the motor shaft 411, and two ends of the limiting column 413 respectively extend out of the two limiting notches. Therefore, when the motor shaft 411 rotates, the limit column 413 applies force to the limit notch, so that the rolling brush body 3 rotates under the driving of the motor shaft 411, and the cleaning of the working surface is realized. The arrangement of the limiting column 413 and the limiting notch can further improve the reliability of the motor shaft 411 for driving the rolling brush body 3 to rotate, and improve the reliability of the matching of the motor shaft 411 and the rolling brush body 3.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, 7, and 12, the support mechanism 6 includes: a fixed shaft 62 and a rotary support 63. One end of the fixed shaft 62 is disposed at one end of the upper cover assembly 2, and the other end of the fixed shaft 62 is fixedly connected to the motor cover 44. The rotating supporting member 63 is sleeved on the fixed shaft 62 and can rotate relative to the fixed shaft 62, and the rotating supporting member 63 is axially matched with one end of the rolling brush body 3 in a transmission manner. It will thus be seen that the drive assembly 4 is connected to the upper cover assembly 2 by a fixed shaft 62. Since the motor cover 44 is coupled to the fixed shaft 62, and thus the motor cover 44 is maintained relatively stationary with respect to the upper cover assembly 2 while the motor shaft 411 rotates, the roll brush body 3 rotates with respect to the motor cover 44, and the rotary support 63 rotates in synchronization with the roll brush body 3.
Specifically, one of the inner peripheral wall of the drum brush body 3 and the outer peripheral wall of the rotary support member 63 is provided with a fitting projection 32, and the other of the inner peripheral wall of the drum brush body 3 and the outer peripheral wall of the rotary support member 63 is provided with a fitting groove 631, the fitting projection 32 being adapted to protrude into the fitting groove 631 to cause the drum brush body 3 to rotate in synchronization with the rotary support member 63. It can be seen that the rotation supporting member 63 can rotate together with the rolling brush body 3 by the cooperation of the engaging protrusion 32 and the engaging groove 631, and further, the rotation supporting member 63 is not only beneficial to the reliable rotation of the rolling brush body 3, but also can play a role of supporting the rolling brush body 3, so that the position of the rolling brush body 3 in the rolling brush cavity is relatively stable. The reliability of the floor brush 100 is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the supporting mechanism 6 further includes a first bearing 64, the first bearing 64 is sleeved on the fixed shaft 62, one end of the rotating supporting member 63 abuts against the motor cover 44, and the other end of the rotating supporting member 63 is sleeved on the first bearing 64. It can be seen that the first bearing 64 and the rotary supporting member 63 are disposed at positions that are beneficial for defining the position of the rotary supporting member 63, and the rotary supporting member 63 is matched with the rolling brush body 3, so as to be beneficial for defining the displacement of the rolling brush body 3 in the axial direction, and improving the reliability of the floor brush 100. Meanwhile, the arrangement of the first bearing 64 is also beneficial to improving the rotating reliability of the rotating support member 63, reducing the rotating resistance of the rolling brush body 3, improving the rotating speed of the rolling brush body 3 and improving the working efficiency of the dust collector.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3 and 12, one end of the rotating support 63 away from the motor cover 44 is provided with a limiting flange 632, the limiting flange 632 extends in an axial direction away from the fixed shaft 62, and one end surface of the engaging protrusion 32 can stop against the limiting flange 632. Therefore, the arrangement of the limiting flange 632 can limit the movement of the rolling brush body 3 towards the first bearing 64 to a certain extent, so that the relative stability of the position of the rolling brush body 3 in the rolling brush cavity is improved, and the reliability of the floor brush 100 is improved.
Further, the supporting structure 6 further includes a fixed end cover 61, the fixed end cover 61 is disposed on the upper cover assembly 2, and one end of the fixed shaft 62 is disposed on the fixed end cover 61. It will thus be seen that the support structure 6 is connected to the lid assembly 2 by means of a fixed end cap 61.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the fixed end cover 61 is provided with a stop protrusion 611, and one end of the first bearing 64 stops against the stop protrusion 611. It can be seen that the stop protrusions 611 can limit the axial displacement of the first bearing 64 to some extent, indirectly limit the displacement of the rotary support 63, and further improve the reliability of the support mechanism 6, and limit the axial displacement of the rolling brush body 3 to some extent, and further improve the reliability of the floor brush 100.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the positioning post 221 is disposed on the upper cover assembly 2, the first positioning hole 221a is disposed on the positioning post 221, the fixing end cover 61 is disposed with a second positioning hole 612 penetrating through the fixing end cover in the thickness direction thereof, and the floor brush 100 further includes a second connecting member passing through the second positioning hole 612 to extend into the first positioning hole 221a to connect the fixing end cover 61 and the upper cover assembly 2. Therefore, the connection mode of the upper cover assembly 2 and the fixed end cover 61 is simple and easy to operate, and meanwhile, the reliability of the fixed end cover 61 arranged on the upper cover assembly 2 can be guaranteed, so that the reliability of the supporting mechanism 6 is guaranteed, and the reliability of the floor brush 100 is guaranteed. Wherein the second connector may be a screw.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, a positioning enclosing plate 613 is disposed on an end surface of the fixed end cover 61 facing the positioning post 221, the positioning enclosing plate 613 is disposed around the second positioning hole 612, and the positioning post 221 is adapted to extend into the positioning enclosing plate 613. Therefore, when the fixed end cover 61 is assembled with the upper cover assembly 2, the positioning of the fixed end cover 61 is facilitated, the efficiency of installing the fixed end cover 61 on the upper cover assembly 2 can be improved to a certain extent, and the assembly efficiency of the floor brush 100 is further improved.
Specifically, one end of the fixing shaft 62 connected to the motor cover 44 extends into the motor cover 44, a positioning rod extending along the radial direction of the fixing shaft 62 is disposed on the outer peripheral wall of a portion of the fixing shaft 62 extending into the motor cover 44, a positioning seat is disposed on the inner peripheral wall of the motor cover 44, and the positioning rod extends into the positioning seat to fixedly connect the fixing shaft 62 to the motor cover 44. Whereby the reliability of the connection of the fixed shaft 62 with the motor cover 44 can be ensured. While ensuring that the motor cover and the stationary shaft 62 do not rotate relative to each other.
As shown in fig. 3, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the roller brush body 3 is provided with a fitting shaft 33, the end of the upper cover assembly 2 is provided with a fitting hole 231, and the fitting shaft 33 is adapted to extend into the fitting hole 231 and to be rotatable with respect to the fitting hole 231. It can be seen that the rolling brush body 3 can be provided on the upper cover assembly 2 by fitting the fitting shaft 33 to the fitting hole 231, and the upper cover assembly 2 functions to support and fix the rolling brush body 3 to some extent. Meanwhile, the reliability of the rotation of the rolling brush body 3 in the rolling brush cavity can be ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the floor brush 100 further includes a second bearing 7, and the second bearing 7 is disposed on the mating shaft 33 and located in the mating hole 231. Therefore, the arrangement of the second bearing 7 is beneficial to reducing the resistance received by the rolling brush body 3 when rotating, so that the rolling brush body 3 can rotate more smoothly, the rotating speed of the rolling brush body 3 can be improved, and the working efficiency of the dust collector can be improved. The upper cover component 2 and the floor brush base 1 are connected with each other through an elastic buckle. Therefore, the connection mode of the upper cover component 2 and the ground brush base 1 is simple and reliable. Which is beneficial to reducing the production cost of the floor brush 100.

Therefore, the locking protrusion 232 can be disposed on the upper cover assembly 2, and the locking groove 11 can be disposed on the floor brush base 1. The locking protrusion 232 may also be disposed on the base 1 of the floor brush, and the locking groove is disposed on the upper cover assembly 2. The upper cover assembly 2 can be connected to the floor brush base 1 through the cooperation of the locking clamping protrusions 232 and the locking clamping grooves 11. When the locking clamping protrusion 232 is disengaged from the locking clamping groove 11, the upper cover assembly 2 can be disengaged from the floor brush base 1. In conclusion, the detachable connection of the upper cover assembly 2 and the upper cover assembly 2 can be realized. The detachable connection mode of the upper cover component 2 and the ground brush base 1 is simple and reliable.
As shown in fig. 3, 10 and 11, in some embodiments of the present invention, the upper cover assembly 2 is provided with a locking protrusion 232, the upper cover assembly 2 is further provided with an elastic member 8, and the elastic member 8 is connected to the locking protrusion 232 to normally push the locking protrusion 232 to extend into the locking groove 11. Therefore, under the condition of no external force, the locking clamping convex 232 can keep the state of extending into the locking clamping groove 11 under the action of the elastic thrust of the elastic piece 8. When a user applies force to the locking protrusion 232 to overcome the elastic pushing force of the elastic member 8, the locking protrusion 232 can be pulled out from the locking groove 11, and the upper cover assembly 2 and the brush base 1 are disengaged. Thereby the detachable connection mode of the upper cover component 2 and the ground brush base 1 is simple and reliable.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 13, a floor brush 100 for a vacuum cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a ground brush base 1 and a rolling brush body 3.
In particular, the floor brush base 1 defines a rolling brush chamber.
Wherein, the rolling brush body 3 is internally provided with an assembly space a and a driving component 4 arranged in the assembly space a, and the driving component 4 is coaxially connected with the rolling brush body 3 to drive the rolling brush body 3 to rotate. The driving assembly 4 is arranged in the assembly space a of the rolling brush body 3, so that the whole occupied space of the floor brush 100 is reduced, the manufacturing cost of the floor brush 100 is reduced, and the reliability of the floor brush 100 is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, 8 to 11, a floor brush 100 for a vacuum cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a ground brush base 1 and a rolling brush body 3.
Wherein one end of the rolling brush body 3 is connected with one side of the floor brush base 1 through a pivot, the other end of the rolling brush body 3 is in buckling fit with the other side of the floor brush base 1, the other end of the rolling brush body 3 overturns relative to one side of the floor brush base 1 and is far away from the rolling brush cavity to enter a disassembly and interchange state, and the other end of the rolling brush body 3 enters the rolling brush cavity and is in buckling fit with the other side of the floor brush base 1 to enter a working state.
It should be noted that since the first rolling brush body 31 and the second rolling brush body 32 are interchangeably installed in the rolling brush chamber, the "one end of the rolling brush body 3 is pivotally connected to the side of the floor brush base 1" refers to a case after the rolling brush body 3 is installed in the rolling brush chamber and connected to the floor brush base 1. The following steps can be also included: the floor brush 100 further includes a structure having one end pivotally connected to one side of the floor brush base 1 and the other end snap-fitted to the other side of the floor brush base 1, and then the roll brush body 3 is connected to or detachably provided to the structure.
Thus, it can be understood that, in the disassembled and interchanged state, the other end of the rolling brush body 3 is out of the snap fit with the floor brush base 1, and is turned over relative to one side of the floor brush base 1 and rotates towards the direction far away from the rolling brush cavity. In the working state, the rolling brush body 3 is positioned in the rolling brush cavity, and the other end of the rolling brush body 3 is connected with the floor brush base 1 in a buckling fit manner.
Therefore, in the working state, the other end of the rolling brush body 3 is in snap fit connection with the floor brush base 1, and the dust collector can work normally. In the disassembled and exchanged state, the other end of the rolling brush body 3 is separated from the buckling fit with the floor brush base 1, the rolling brush body 3 can rotate around one end of the rolling brush body 3 which is pivotally connected with the floor brush base 1 relative to the floor brush base 1, namely, the rolling brush body 3 can rotate relative to the floor brush base 1.
Thereby when the user need clean or change the round brush body 3, only need to make the scrubbing brush 100 be in the dismantlement interchange state, even the other end of the round brush body 3 breaks away from the snap-fit with the scrubbing brush base 1, then rotate the round brush body 3 to the position of being convenient for user operation, can clean or change the round brush body 3. The structure is arranged, so that the operation of cleaning or replacing the rolling brush body 3 by a user is convenient, time and labor are saved, and the use feeling of the user can be improved.
Through the one end and the 1 one side pivot connection of scrubbing brush base that make the round brush body 3, and the other end of the round brush body 3 then with 1 other side looks buckle cooperation of scrubbing brush base to make the clean convenient operation of or changing the round brush body 3 of user, labour saving and time saving can promote user's use impression.
As shown in fig. 8-9, the floor brush 100 further includes a cover assembly 2 according to some embodiments of the present invention. The upper cover component 2 is arranged on the floor brush base 1 and is connected with the rolling brush body 3, one end of the upper cover component 2 is connected with the floor brush base 1 in a pivoting mode, and the other end of the upper cover component 2 is matched with the floor brush base 1 in a buckling mode. In the disassembly interchange state, the other end of the upper cover component 2 is disengaged from the ground brush base 1, and rotates towards the direction away from the rolling brush cavity around the end, pivoted with the ground brush base 1, of the upper cover component 2, and in the working state, the rolling brush body 3 is positioned in the rolling brush cavity, and the other end of the upper cover component 2 is connected with the ground brush base 1 in a buckling mode.
Therefore, in the working state, the other end of the upper cover component 2 is in snap fit connection with the floor brush base 1, and at the moment, the rolling brush body 3 is positioned in the rolling brush cavity, so that the dust collector can work normally.
