The floor brush comprises a shell, a first rolling brush and a second rolling brush, wherein the shell comprises a first side wall and a second side wall which are positioned at two sides, the front end of the shell is provided with a fixing support and a transmission support which are oppositely arranged, the fixing support is flush with the first side wall, and the transmission support is arranged close to the second side wall; the first rolling brush is detachably connected between the fixed support and the transmission support; one end of the second rolling brush is detachably connected to one side, back to the fixed support, of the transmission support, the other end of the second rolling brush is flush with the second side wall, and the length of the second rolling brush is smaller than that of the first rolling brush. The utility model adopts a long and short rolling brush structure, one end of the second rolling brush as the short rolling brush is fixed on the transmission bracket, and the other end is flush with the side wall of the shell. The first rolling brush has larger mass and is fixed at the two ends of the first rolling brush through the fixed bracket and the transmission bracket; and the second rolling brush has smaller mass and is fixed only by the transmission bracket, so that the design is reasonable. And first round brush and second round brush can be dismantled and connect on fixed bolster and transmission support, and the dismouting and the change of being convenient for maintain with low costs.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the embodiment of the present application provides a floor brush 100, which is applied to a floor washing machine, and the floor brush 100 can be mounted on a steering mechanism 200 of the floor washing machine, and the steering mechanism is connected with moving wheels 300 at the left and right sides. In the moving process of the floor washing machine, the floor brush 100 moves along with the moving wheel 300, so that the floor can be cleaned conveniently. The floor brush 100 includes a housing 10, a first roll brush 20, and a second roll brush 30.
The casing 10 comprises a first side wall 11 and a second side wall 12 which are positioned at two sides of the casing, the front end of the casing 10 is provided with a fixing bracket 13 and a transmission bracket 14 which are oppositely arranged, the fixing bracket 13 is flush with the first side wall 11, and the transmission bracket 14 is arranged close to the second side wall 12. The front end of the housing 10 is an end far away from the moving wheel 300, and the first side wall 11 and the second side wall 12 are formed by extending downward from two sides of the top of the housing. The transmission bracket 14 is provided with a first transmission shaft 141 connected with the first rolling brush 20 and a second transmission shaft 142 connected with the second rolling brush 30, the first transmission shaft 141 and the second transmission shaft 142 are coaxially arranged and penetrate through the transmission bracket 14, and therefore, the first rolling brush and the second rolling brush 30 are coaxially arranged. In some embodiments, the housing 10 may include an upper housing and a lower housing, and the fixing bracket 13 may be integrally injection-molded with the housing 10; the transmission bracket 14 may be mounted to the front of the housing 10 or may be integrally injection molded with the housing 10. The first transmission shaft 141 and the second transmission shaft 142 may be made of a metal material and may be integrally formed. The first side wall 11 and the second side wall 12 are of a flat design so that the floor brush 100 can be cleaned against a wall.
The first rolling brush 20 is detachably coupled between the fixing bracket 13 and the driving bracket 14, and the fixing bracket 13 and the driving bracket 14 support the first rolling brush 20 from both sides.
The second rolling brush 30 is coaxially arranged with the first rolling brush 20, one end of the second rolling brush 30 is detachably connected to one side of the transmission bracket 14, which is back to the fixed bracket 13, the other end of the second rolling brush is flush with the second side wall 12, and the length of the second rolling brush 30 is smaller than that of the first rolling brush 20.
