Therefore, the rolling brush 3 can rotate in the rolling brush cavity, so that a working surface (such as a carpet, a floor and the like) can be cleaned, and the dust collection function of the dust collector is realized. Simultaneously because round brush 3 links to each other with upper cover subassembly 2 to when the user need clean or change round brush 3, only need make the other end of upper cover subassembly 2 and scrubbing brush body 1 break away from the cooperation, then rotate upper cover subassembly 2 to the position of the user operation of being convenient for, can clean or change round brush 3. The structure is arranged, so that the operation of cleaning or replacing the rolling brush 3 by a user is convenient, time and labor are saved, and the use experience of the user can be improved.
The driving assembly 4 is disposed in the assembly space a and is connected to the roll brush 3 to drive the roll brush 3 to rotate. It will be appreciated that the rotational power of the roller brush 3 within the roller brush chamber is provided by the drive assembly 4. Meanwhile, the driving assembly 4 is arranged in the assembly space a, so that the occupied space of the driving assembly 4 can be reduced to a certain extent, the driving assembly 4 is convenient to be connected and matched with the rolling brush 3, the reliability of the driving assembly 4 for driving the rolling brush 3 to rotate is improved, the interference of other parts of the floor brush 100 on the driving assembly 4 is effectively reduced, the whole occupied space of the floor brush 100 is favorably reduced, the manufacturing cost of the floor brush 100 is reduced, and the reliability of the floor brush 100 is improved.
According to the floor brush 100 for the dust collector of the embodiment of the invention, one end of the upper cover assembly 2 is pivotally connected with the floor brush body 1, the other end of the upper cover assembly 2 is detachably connected with the floor brush body 1, the rolling brush 3 is connected with the upper cover assembly 2, and the driving assembly 4 is arranged in the assembly space a in the rolling brush 3, so that the operation of cleaning or replacing the rolling brush 3 by a user is convenient, time and labor are saved, and the use feeling of the user can be improved. Meanwhile, the overall occupied space of the floor brush 100 is reduced, the manufacturing cost of the floor brush 100 is reduced, and the reliability of the floor brush 100 is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, 3-8, and 10-11, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the upper cover assembly 2 includes: a cover 21, a first end cap 22 and a second end cap 23. Specifically, the first end cap 22 is disposed at one end of the cover body 21 and connected to the cover body 21, and the first end cap 22 is pivotally connected to the floor brush body 1. The second end cover 23 is arranged at the other end of the cover body 21 and connected with the cover body 21, and the second end cover 23 is detachably connected with the floor brush body 1. Therefore, the upper cover assembly 2 is pivotally connected with the floor brush body 1 through the first end cover 22, and the upper cover assembly 2 is detachably connected with the floor brush body 1 through the second end cover 23.
Specifically, the cover body 21 is detachably connected to the first end cap 22 and the second end cap 23, respectively, and the roll brush 3 is detachably connected to the cover body 21 and the second end cap 23, respectively. It can be seen that the cover 21 can be detached separately, the second cap 23 can be detached separately, and the cover 21 and the second cap 23 can be detached together. The rolling brush 3 can be detached together with the cover body 21, the rolling brush 3 can also be detached together with the second end cover 23, the rolling brush 3 can also be detached together with the cover body 21 and the second end cover 23, and the rolling brush 3 can also be detached separately after at least one of the cover body 21 and the second end cover 23 is detached. Thereby make the mode of cleaning and change round brush 3 diversified, user's accessible multiple mode takes off round brush 3, and the user's of being convenient for cleans or changes round brush 3.
For example, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, the cover body 21 is detachably coupled to the first end cap 22, and the roll brush 3 is detachably coupled to the cover body 21. Therefore, when the second end cap 23 is disengaged from the floor brush body 1 and then the cover body 21 is disengaged from the first end cap 22, the whole body formed by the cover body 21 and the second end cap 23 can be detached from the floor brush body 1. Since the rolling brush 3 is detachably connected to the cover body 21, the rolling brush 3 and the cover body 21 can be detached at the same time if the rolling brush 3 is connected to the cover body 21. If the rolling brush 3 is disengaged from the cover body 21, the user can first detach the cover body 21 and the second end cap 23 from the floor brush body 1, and then remove the rolling brush 3. Thereby be convenient for more that the user cleans or changes round brush 3, promote user's use and experience.
At this time, there are two ways for the user to clean or replace the roll brush 3, the first being: as shown in fig. 5, the cover 21, the second end cap 23 and the roller brush 3 are removed from the floor brush body 1. The second method is as follows: as shown in fig. 4, the cover 21 and the second end cap 23 are removed from the floor brush body 1, and then the roller brush 3 is removed.
At this time, the second end cap 23 may be fixedly connected to the cover body 21 by screws. So that the reliability of the upper cap assembly 2 can be improved.
For another example, as shown in fig. 6, the cover body 21 is detachably connected to the second end cap 23, and the roll brush 3 is detachably connected to the second end cap 23. Therefore, when the second end cap 23 is disengaged from the floor brush body 1, and then the cover body 21 is disengaged from the second end cap 23, the second end cap 23 can be removed as a whole. Since the rolling brush 3 is detachably connected to the second end cap 23, if the rolling brush 3 is connected to the second end cap 23, the rolling brush 3 and the second end cap 23 can be detached at the same time. If the rolling brush 3 is disengaged from the second end cap 23, the user can remove the second end cap 23 and then remove the rolling brush 3. Thereby be convenient for more that the user cleans or changes round brush 3, promote user's use and experience.
At this time, there are two ways for the user to clean or replace the roll brush 3, the first being: as shown in fig. 6, the second end cap 23 is removed together with the roller brush 3. The second method is as follows: the second end cap 23 is removed first and then the roller brush 3 is removed. Therefore, in the floor brush 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the manner of taking the rolling brush 3 is flexible, and the user can select the manner of taking the rolling brush 3 according to actual requirements.
Specifically, the roll brush 3 is axially separable from the cover body 21. Accordingly, when the user detaches the roller brush 3 from the upper cover assembly 2, the user can move the roller brush 3 in the axial direction of the roller brush 3 and separate the roller brush 3 from the cover body 21.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 9, 11, 13 and 14, the roller brush 3 may be formed as a pile brush (for cleaning a floor), and as shown in fig. 8, 10, 13 and 14, the roller brush 3 may be formed as a brush (for cleaning a carpet). When a user cleans different work surfaces (carpets or floors) using the cleaner, different kinds of the drum brush 3 may be selected according to the work surfaces. As shown in fig. 8 and 10, when the user selects the brush-planting brush to clean the carpet, the friction between the brush-planting brush and the carpet is large, and meanwhile, the fine dust on the carpet is more and is scraped by the brush-planting brush, so that the area of the bottom opening of the rolling brush cavity is relatively small, which is beneficial to increasing the negative pressure in the rolling brush cavity, increasing the suction force of the dust collector, and enabling more dust to be sucked into the dust collector, thereby enhancing the cleaning effect of the dust collector. As shown in fig. 9 and 11, when the user uses the lint brush to clean the floor, since the dust particles on the floor are large, the dust particles are sucked into the floor by the vacuum cleaner, so that the opening area of the bottom of the roller brush chamber is relatively large, and the cleaning effect of the vacuum cleaner is enhanced. It will be appreciated that the variation in the size of the area of the bottom opening of the roller brush chamber can be achieved by selecting different sizes of cover 21. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, when the user replaces the rolling brush 3, the cover body 21 and the second end cover 23 that are engaged with the rolling brush 3 can be replaced at the same time, so as to satisfy different working environments of the dust collector and improve the working efficiency of the dust collector.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the floor brush 100 further includes a connecting assembly 5, the connecting assembly 5 is disposed on the floor brush body 1, and the upper cover assembly 2 is pivotably connected to the connecting assembly 5. Therefore, the upper cover assembly 2 is pivotally connected with the floor brush body 1 through the connecting assembly 5, and the rotatable function of the upper cover assembly 2 relative to the floor brush body 1 can be realized. The reliability of the floor brush 100 is ensured.
In some embodiments of the invention, the connecting member 5 is a hinge. Therefore, the connecting assembly 5 is simple in structure, low in cost and wide in source, and is beneficial to ensuring the reliability of the pivotal connection between one end of the upper cover assembly 2 and the floor brush body 1, and further ensuring the reliability of the floor brush 100. In particular, the hinge may be fixed to the floor brush body 1 by means of screws. The hinge and the upper cover assembly 2 can be connected by a pivot shaft to ensure the reliability of the upper cover assembly 2 pivoting relative to the brush body 1.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the floor brush 100 further comprises a fixed shaft assembly 6, one end of the fixed shaft assembly 6 is disposed on the upper cover assembly 2, and the other end of the fixed shaft assembly 6 is connected to the driving assembly 4. It will thus be seen that the drive assembly 4 is connected to the upper cover assembly 2 by a fixed shaft assembly 6. It should be noted that the portion of the driving assembly 4 connected to the fixed shaft assembly 6 is a non-rotating portion of the driving assembly 4.
As shown in fig. 1-5, 7 and 12, in some embodiments of the invention, the stationary shaft assembly 6 comprises: a stationary end cover 61, a stationary shaft 62 and a rotary support 63.
Specifically, a fixed end cover 61 is provided on an end portion of the upper cover assembly 2, one end of a fixed shaft 62 is provided on the fixed end cover 61, and the other end of the fixed shaft 62 is fixedly connected with the housing of the driving assembly 4. The rotating support member 63 is sleeved on the fixed shaft 62 and can rotate relative to the fixed shaft 62, and the rotating support member 63 is axially matched with one end of the rolling brush 3 in a transmission manner. Thus, the stationary shaft assembly 6 is coupled to the upper cover assembly 2 through the stationary end cap 61. The driving assembly 4 is connected to the fixed shaft 62, and thus may be fixed to the upper cover assembly 2. It should be noted that the driving assembly 4 has a driving shaft disposed in a housing of the driving assembly 4, the driving shaft rotates to drive the roller brush 3 to rotate, while the housing is stationary, and the fixed shaft 62 is connected to the housing of the driving assembly 4 which does not rotate. So that the reliability of the floor brush 100 can be ensured.
Specifically, the fixed end cap 61 is provided on an end of the upper cover assembly 2 pivotally connected to the floor brush body 1.
Specifically, one of the inner peripheral wall of the drum brush 3 and the outer peripheral wall of the rotary support 63 is provided with a fitting projection 32, and the other of the inner peripheral wall of the drum brush 3 and the outer peripheral wall of the rotary support 63 is provided with a fitting groove 631, the fitting projection 32 being adapted to protrude into the fitting groove 631 to cause the drum brush 3 to rotate in synchronization with the rotary support 63. It can be seen that the rotation supporting member 63 can rotate together with the rolling brush 3 by the cooperation of the engaging protrusion 32 and the engaging groove 631, and further, the rotation supporting member 63 is not only beneficial to the rolling brush 3 to rotate reliably, but also can play a role of supporting the rolling brush 3, so that the position of the rolling brush 3 in the rolling brush cavity is relatively stable. The reliability of the floor brush 100 is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the fixed shaft assembly 6 further includes a first bearing 64, the first bearing 64 is sleeved on the fixed shaft 62, one end of the rotating support 63 abuts against the driving assembly 4, and the other end of the rotating support 63 is sleeved on the first bearing 64. It can be seen that the positions of the first bearing 64 and the rotating support 63 are set to facilitate the position limitation of the rotating support 63, and the rotating support 63 is engaged with the roller brush 3 to facilitate the displacement of the roller brush 3 in the axial direction, thereby improving the reliability of the floor brush 100. Meanwhile, the arrangement of the first bearing 64 is also beneficial to improving the rotating reliability of the rotating support member 63, reducing the rotating resistance of the rolling brush 3, improving the rotating speed of the rolling brush 3 and improving the working efficiency of the dust collector.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 12, the end of the rotary support 63 away from the driving assembly 4 is provided with a limit flange 632, the limit flange 632 extends in an axial direction away from the fixed shaft 62, and an end surface of the engaging protrusion 32 can abut against the limit flange 632.
