Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 , the floor scrubber roller brush provided by an embodiment of the present application, the floor scrubber roller brush includes a roller brush cylinder 1 , a bristle layer 2 , a roller brush driving end cap 3 and a roller brush locking end cap 4 .

The cylinder body 1 of the roller brush is a hollow tubular structure, and a bristle layer 2 is wrapped on the outside thereof. The bristle layer 2 is wrapped on the entire outer peripheral surface of the roller brush cylinder 1. When the roller brush cylinder 1 rotates around its own rotation axis, it drives the bristle layer 2 to rotate in a circumferential direction, and the bristle layer 2 can roll in contact with the ground to clean the ground.

The roller brush driving end cover 3 is fixedly connected to one end of the roller brush cylinder 1 and blocks one end of the roller brush cylinder 1 . The roller brush driving end cover 3 is in the shape of a cylinder as a whole, and a driving groove 31 is arranged on an end surface of the roller brush cylinder body 1 facing away from it. Several engaging structures are uniformly arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the driving groove 31.

The rolling brush locking end cap 4 is fixedly connected to the other end of the rolling brush cylinder 1 and blocks the other end of the rolling brush cylinder 1 . The rolling brush locking end cover 4 may include a rolling brush locking end cover main body 41 and a rolling brush handle 42 rotatably connected to one end surface of the rolling brush locking end cover main body 41 . The main body 41 of the locking end cover of the rolling brush is in the shape of a cylinder as a whole, and the handle 42 of the rolling brush is rotatably connected to an end surface of the locking end cover 41 of the rolling brush facing away from the cylindrical body 1 of the rolling brush. The rotation axis of the rolling brush handle 42 coincides with the rotation axis of the rolling brush cylinder 1 , and the rolling brush handle 42 and the rolling brush cylinder 1 can rotate relative to each other.

Both ends of the roller brush cylinder 1 are provided with a plurality of fitting grooves 11 on the inner peripheral surface, and the plurality of fitting grooves 11 are uniformly arranged along the inner peripheral surface circumferential direction. Fitting protrusions 12 are provided corresponding to each fitting groove 11 on the outer peripheral surface of the roller brush driving end cover 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the roller brush locking end cap main body 41 corresponding to each fitting groove 11 . When the roller brush driving end cap 3 and the roller brush locking end cap 4 are respectively fixedly connected to the two ends of the roller brush cylinder body 1, the fitting protrusion 12 is clamped in the fitting groove 11, so that the roller brush driving end cap 3 and the roller brush locking end cap 4 are relatively fixed to the two ends of the roller brush cylinder body 1 in the axial direction, so as to prevent the rolling brush driving end cap 3, the roller brush locking end cap 4 and the roller brush cylinder body 1 from slipping and rotating.

When the washing machine roller brush is installed on the floor brush of the floor washing machine, the driving end of the roller brush driving assembly in the floor washing machine floor brush can be inserted into the inside of the driving groove 31, and the outer peripheral surface of the driving end of the roller brush driving assembly is engaged with the engaging structure on the inner peripheral surface of the driving groove 31, and the roller brush handle 42 is locked on the floor brush of the floor washing machine. The roller brush driving assembly can be but not limited to a motor, and its driving end can be but not limited to a spline, so that the spline engages with the drive groove 31, and when the motor works, the roller brush cylinder 1 is driven to rotate by the spline.

Please continue to refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 , the roller brush handle 42 includes a handle base 421 , a radial portion 422 and a horizontal portion 423 . The handle base 421 is rotatably sleeved in the main body 41 of the roller brush locking end cover. One end of the radial portion 422 is connected to the handle base 421 , and the other end is integrally connected to one end of the horizontal portion 423 . The radial portion 422 extends along the radial direction of one end surface of the handle base 421 . The included angle between the radial portion 422 and the horizontal portion 423 is 140-160 degrees, preferably 146 degrees, which is convenient for holding and rotating the roller brush handle 42 . The side of the horizontal part 423 close to the roller brush cylinder 1 is provided with a card groove 426. When the floor scrubber roller brush is installed on the floor brush of the floor scrubber, the roller brush handle 42 can engage with the corresponding protrusion on the floor brush shell of the floor washer through the card groove 426, and the roller brush of the floor washer is locked on the floor brush shell, thereby preventing the handle 42 from getting loose from the floor brush shell of the floor scrubber when the floor scrubber roller brush rotates at high speed.

The handle 42 of the roller brush also includes an arc portion 424 , one end of the arc portion 424 extends downward from the other end of the horizontal portion 423 and bends toward the cylinder body 1 of the roller brush. One end of the arc portion 424 is integrally connected with the other end of the horizontal portion 423 . By providing the arc portion 424 , it is convenient to hold and rotate the brush handle 42 . A protrusion 425 extends from the other end of the arc portion 424 . The wall surface of the protrusion 425 close to the cylinder body 1 of the roller brush is flush with the wall surface of the arc portion 424 close to the cylinder body 1 of the roller brush, and the thickness of the protrusion 425 is smaller than that of the arc portion 424 . It can be understood that the other end of the arc portion 424 is provided with a bump 425 as an engaging structure. When the washing machine roller brush is installed on the floor scrubber, the roller brush handle 42 can engage with the corresponding groove on the floor scrubber shell through the protrusion 425, further strengthening the cooperation stability between the roller brush handle 42 and the floor scrubber shell, thereby preventing the roll brush handle 42 from loosening from the floor scrubber shell.

Please refer to Fig. 6 to Fig. 7, the floor scrubber brush provided by an embodiment of the present application, the floor scrubber brush includes a floor brush housing 5, a roller brush driving assembly arranged in the floor brush housing 5, and a roller brush 6 detachably mounted on the floor brush housing 5. Wherein, the roller brush 6 is the floor scrubber roller brush provided by the foregoing embodiments, and the structure of the floor scrubber roller brush will not be repeated here.

The side end of the floor brush housing 5 is provided with an accommodation recess 51 that matches the roller brush handle 42, the driving end of the roller brush driving assembly cooperates with the driving groove 31 of the roller brush driving end cover 3, and the roller brush handle 42 is matched in the accommodation recess 51, thereby installing the roller brush 6 on the floor brush housing 5. The accommodating recess 51 includes an arc-shaped groove 52 matching with the arc-shaped portion 424 of the roller brush handle 42 , and the thickness of the arc-shaped portion 424 is the same as that of the arc-shaped groove 52 . A bottom end of the arc-shaped groove 52 is provided with a groove 53 , and a protrusion 425 extending from an end of the arc-shaped portion 424 fits into the groove 53 . A protrusion 511 is also provided in the receiving recess 51 , and the protrusion 511 matches with the engaging groove 426 of the horizontal portion 423 of the brush handle 42 . When the arc portion 424 is accommodated in the arc slot 52 , the engagement slot 426 engages with the protrusion 511 , thereby preventing the arc portion 424 from moving inside the arc slot 52 .

Specifically, when installing the roller brush 6 to the ground brush housing 5, first align the driving end of the roller brush driving assembly with the driving groove 31 of the roller brush driving end cover 3 and insert it. At this time, the rotation axis of the roller brush 6 coincides with the rotation axis of the roller brush driving assembly, and then rotate the roller brush handle 42 along the first rotation direction a, so that the arc portion 424 of the roller brush handle 42 can be completely accommodated in the arc groove 52, and the protrusion 425 extending from the end of the arc portion 424 can be snapped into the groove 53 In this way, the arc portion 424 is prevented from getting loose from the arc groove 52 . The thickness of the arc-shaped portion 424 is the same as that of the arc-shaped groove 52. When the arc-shaped portion 424 is completely accommodated in the arc-shaped groove 52, the outer surface of the arc-shaped portion 424 is flush with the outer surface of the ground brush housing 5, thereby ensuring the smoothness and aesthetics of the overall surface of the ground brush housing 5.

As shown in FIG. 6 , correspondingly, when the roller brush 6 is disassembled from the floor brush housing 5, an outward force is first applied to the roller brush handle 42 along the second rotation direction opposite to the first rotation direction a, and at this time the protrusion 425 is disengaged from the groove 53, and the arc portion 424 is disengaged from the arc groove 52. When the arc portion 424 is completely out of the arc groove 52 , grasp the roller brush handle 42 and pull the roller brush 6 out of the ground brush housing 5 to separate the roller brush 6 from the ground brush housing 5 .

The ground brush of the washing machine also includes a rolling brush cover 7 which is detachably connected to the ground brush housing 5 for covering the rolling brush 6 . The position of the roller brush cover 7 corresponding to the horizontal portion 423 of the roller brush handle 42 presses the horizontal portion 423 of the roller brush handle 42 to further ensure the stability of the cooperation between the roller brush handle 42 and the floor brush housing 5 . The roller brush cover 7 can not only cover and protect the outer end surface of the roller brush 6 to improve the aesthetics of the floor brush of the scrubber, but also can press the roller brush handle 42 to prevent the roller brush 6 from being separated from the floor brush housing 5 during the working process of the scrubber.

The ground brush of the floor washing machine may include two rolling brushes 6 , and the two rolling brushes 6 are installed on the front side and the rear side of the ground brush housing 5 respectively. When the floor scrubber is working, the two roller brushes 6 located at the front side and the rear side can rotate independently under the drive of the roller brush drive assembly to perform cleaning operations on the ground, thereby improving the cleaning efficiency of the floor scrubber.
