In order to keep the cleaning towel 112 flat, the transmission assembly 123 is used for driving the two clamping plates 1222 to be clamped to the two clamping grooves 1211 at the same time or to retract from the two clamping grooves 1211 at the same time, so that the two ends of the cleaning towel 112 are fixed or released at the same time, the cleaning towel 112 is kept flat, and the cleaning device 100 operates more stably.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the transmission assembly 123 includes a rotation transmission assembly 125, the rotation transmission assembly 125 includes a rotation member 1251 and two rotation rods 1252, the rotation member 1251 is rotatably connected to the clamping bracket 1221, the two rotation rods 1252 are respectively rotatably connected to the two clamping plates 1222, each rotation rod 1252 is connected between the rotation member 1251 and the clamping plate 1222, and the distance between the two ends of the rotation member 1251 in the first direction A-A is increased or decreased by the rotation member 1251, so as to drive the two rotation rods 1252 to move away from or approach each other, that is, drive the two clamping plates 1222 to be respectively clamped in the two clamping grooves 1211 or move away from the two clamping grooves 1211.
Because the rotating member 1251 is biased to two sides when rotating, in order to avoid the snap-in plate 1222 from being biased to two sides, as shown in fig. 10, a sliding groove 12521 is formed on the rotating member 1251, the rotating member 1251 is slidably connected in the sliding groove 12521, so that the rotating member 1251 can slide along the sliding groove 12521, and the bias of the two ends of the rotating member 1251 to two sides when rotating is balanced, so that the snap-in plate 1222 keeps moving along the first direction A-A, and is snapped into the two snap-in grooves 1211 along the first direction A-A, and the cleaning towel 112 keeps flat when being snapped into the snap-in grooves 1211.
In order to realize stable driving of the clamping plate 1222, as shown in fig. 10, the transmission assembly 123 includes two sets of rotation transmission assemblies 125 respectively disposed at two ends of the clamping plate 1222. Specifically, the transmission assembly 123 includes two transmission rods 1253, and the two transmission rods 1253 are spaced apart along the first direction A-A and are disposed parallel to each other; the two rotary members 1251 are spaced apart and arranged in parallel along a second direction B-B, which is perpendicular to the first direction A-A and parallel to the main surface of the clamping plate 1222. Each swivel 1251 is hinged to two transmission rods 1253, it being understood that the two swivel 1251 and the two transmission rods 1253 form a deformable parallelogram structure. By rotating the two rotating members 1251, the two transmission rods 1253 can be driven to move away from or close to each other, so that the two clamping plates 1222 are respectively clamped in the two clamping grooves 1211 or move away from the two clamping grooves 1211. The two sets of rotation transmission assemblies 125 drive the clamping plate 1222 to move along the first direction A-A, so that the clamping plate 1222 moves more stably.
It should be noted that, since each rotary member 1251 is hinged to two transmission rods 1253, the two rotary members 1251 and the two transmission rods 1253 form a deformable parallelogram structure, in an embodiment, only one motor may be provided to drive one of the rotary members 1251 to rotate, so as to drive the two sets of rotary transmission assemblies 125 to move together, thereby reducing motor setting and control costs. Of course, in other embodiments, two motors may be provided to drive rotation of the two rotary members 1251, respectively, without limitation.
In the above embodiment, the transmission assembly 123 includes the rotation transmission assembly 125, and in yet another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the transmission assembly 123 includes the gear transmission assembly 124, and the gear transmission assembly 124 includes two racks 1241 and a gear 1242. The two racks 1241 are respectively connected to the two clamping plates 1222, the length direction of the two racks 1241 is in the first direction A-A, the two racks 1241 are arranged in parallel, and the sawtooth sides of the two racks 1241 are arranged oppositely; the gear 1242 is engaged with both racks 1241 and is located between the racks 1241. The gear 1242 rotates to drive the two racks 1241 away from or close to each other, so as to drive the two clamping plates 1222 to be respectively clamped in the two clamping grooves 1211 or away from the two clamping grooves 1211.
In order to achieve stable driving of the clamping plate 1222, as shown in fig. 11, the transmission assembly 123 includes at least two sets of gear transmission assemblies 124, and the at least two sets of gear transmission assemblies 124 are respectively disposed at intervals along a second direction B-B, which is perpendicular to the first direction A-A and parallel to the main surface of the clamping plate 1222. Through the rotation of all the gears 1242, the corresponding two racks 1241 can be driven to be far away from or close to each other, so that the two clamping plates 1222 are driven to be respectively clamped in the two clamping grooves 1211 or far away from the two clamping grooves 1211. The snap plate 1222 is moved more smoothly as the snap plate 1222 is driven by at least two sets of gear assemblies 124.
It should be noted that, since the clamping plate 1222 is driven by at least two sets of the gear assemblies 124, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the gears 1242 of all the gear assemblies 124 are coaxially connected by the same driving shaft 1243, and the driving shaft 1243 is driven to rotate by one motor, so as to reduce the motor setting cost and facilitate the synchronous control of the gear assemblies 124. Of course, in other embodiments, multiple motors may be provided to drive each set of gear assemblies 124 separately, without limitation. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the gear assembly 124 is provided with two sets, and in other embodiments, the gear assembly 124 may be provided with three sets, four sets, or more.
In order to maintain the racks 1241 and the gears 1242 of each set of the gear assembly 124 in the engaged state, as shown in fig. 11, the racks 1241 are provided with a bar-shaped groove 12411, the long axis direction of the bar-shaped groove 12411 is the first direction A-A, the clamping support 1221 is provided with a limit post 1244, the limit post 1244 passes through the bar-shaped grooves 12411 of the two racks 1241, and when the two racks 1241 move relatively, the limit post 1244 moves along the bar-shaped groove 12411. Because the spacing post 1244 and the bar-shaped groove 12411 are matched and spacing, the moving range of the rack 1241 along the first direction A-A is within the length range of the bar-shaped groove 12411, so as to avoid the gear 1242 and the rack 1241 from being separated due to excessive rotation of the gear 1242; in addition, the matching and limiting of the limiting post 1244 and the bar-shaped groove 12411 also limits the movement distance of the clamping plate 1222 towards the clamping groove 1211 and the movement distance away from the clamping groove 1211, so as to avoid excessive movement of the clamping plate 1222 towards or away from the clamping groove 1211. One end of the limiting post 1244, which is far away from the clamping support 1221, is provided with a step surface and is contacted with the outer surface of the rack 1241, so that the rack 1241 can be prevented from being separated from the gear 1242.
In other embodiments, other structures of the transmission assembly 123 may be used in addition to the rotation transmission assembly 125 and the gear transmission assembly 124 described above to drive the two clamping plates 1222 to be clamped into the two clamping grooves 1211.
In order to improve the fixing capability of the clamping plate 1222 to the cleaning towel 112, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, a saw tooth structure is formed on a side of the clamping plate 1222 facing the clamping groove 1211, and the clamping plate 1222 with the saw tooth structure can improve the friction force with the cleaning towel 112, so that the cleaning towel 112 can be stably clamped in the clamping groove 1211.
Further, a vibration motor (not shown) is disposed in the housing 150, and is connected to the cleaning frame 121, and the vibration motor is used for applying a vibration force to the cleaning frame 121, so that the cleaning frame 121 is in vibration contact with the surface to be wiped, thereby ensuring a good cleaning effect. Due to the arrangement of the vibration motor, vibration may be generated to the cleaning frame 121, and if the cleaning frame 121 continuously vibrates during operation, the vibration is transmitted to other elements of the cleaning apparatus 100, which may affect the stability of the operation of the cleaning apparatus 100 and the service life of the elements of the cleaning apparatus 100, in one embodiment, the cleaning apparatus 100 may further include a buffering device, such as a rubber column, connected between the housing 150 and the cleaning frame 121 for vibration reduction and buffering.
The foregoing description is only illustrative of the present application and is not intended to limit the scope of the application, and all equivalent structures or equivalent processes or direct or indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the present application.
