A roll brush assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The rolling brush assembly is applied to cleaning equipment such as a floor washer and the like, and dirt and sewage on a surface to be cleaned are cleaned by rotating the rolling brush of the rolling brush assembly. After long-time use of the cleaning device, a user often needs to detach the rolling brush to clean or replace the rolling brush, so that the cleaning effect of the cleaning device is prevented from being influenced by bacteria or stubborn dirt generated after long-time use of the rolling brush.
In some related technologies, a clamping space is formed on the outer surface of the shell, the handle is rotatably installed on the rolling brush, and the handle is clamped and detached with the clamping space by rotating the handle, so that the rolling brush is dismounted. But the handle needs to be rotated in the forward and reverse directions in the process of installing and detaching the rolling brush, so that the efficiency of disassembling and assembling the rolling brush is reduced. And the structure of the rolling brush mechanism is complex, which is not beneficial to reducing the processing cost.
In the present application, referring to fig. 1 to 6, a roll brush assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present application may include: a roller brush housing 10, a roller brush 20 and a drive assembly.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the roll brush housing 10 may have a receiving chamber 101, and the roll brush 20 may be detachably installed in the receiving chamber 101. In some embodiments, the roll brush housing 10 may also have a suction channel in communication with the receiving cavity 101. In addition, the rolling brush assembly 100 may further include a driving assembly (e.g., a motor) mounted on the rolling brush housing 10 and in driving connection with the rolling brush 20 for driving the rolling brush 20 to rotate, so as to achieve the cleaning effect of the rolling brush 20. When the rolling brush 20 is installed in the accommodating cavity 101, the rolling brush 20 rotates under the driving action of the driving component, and as the accommodating cavity 101 is communicated with the suction channel, a negative pressure environment can be formed in the suction channel, and sewage, dirt and the like cleaned by the rolling brush 20 can be collected through the suction channel, so that a cleaning effect is achieved. When it is necessary to clean or replace the roll brush 20, the roll brush 20 may be removed from the accommodating chamber 101 in order to continue the subsequent operation.
In order to make the assembly and disassembly of the roll brush 20 more convenient and secure, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the roll brush housing 10 may be provided with a locking member 11, and an axial end of the roll brush 20 may be provided with a rotating shaft 21 and a locking engagement member 22, wherein the locking engagement member 22 rotatably engages with the rotating shaft 21, and the locking engagement member 22 may support the rotating shaft 21. Therefore, the rolling brush 20 can stably rotate under the cooperation of the rotating shaft 21 and the locking matching piece 22, so as to meet the requirement of cleaning the surface to be cleaned.
And, the lock fitting 22 is movable in an axial direction perpendicular to the rotation shaft 21. Specifically, in a state where the roll brush 20 is mounted in the accommodation chamber 101, the lock engagement member 22 is movable with respect to the rotation shaft 21 to be locked with the lock member 11. By locking the locking matching piece 22 and the locking piece 11, the rolling brush 20 can be stably installed on the rolling brush shell 10, shaking of the rolling brush 20 after installation is avoided, and the cleaning effect of the rolling brush assembly 100 is prevented from being influenced due to shaking of the rolling brush 20.
In comparison with the related art, in the solution of the present application, the locking of the locking mating member 22 can be achieved by moving the locking mating member 22, so as to achieve the installation effect of the rolling brush 20. In other words, the locking fitting 22 does not need to be rotated when the rolling brush 20 is installed, so that the locking fitting 22 is prevented from occupying space resources in the rolling brush assembly 100, and the compactness of the rolling brush assembly 100 is prevented from being affected. In addition, the rolling brush 20 is assembled and disassembled without rotating the locking matching piece 22, so that the assembly and disassembly steps are reduced, the operation is convenient, and the quick assembly and disassembly are realized. And the installation of the roller brush 20 can be faster by moving the locking fitting 22, which is advantageous for improving the installation efficiency of the roller brush 20.
According to the rolling brush assembly 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the rolling brush 20 can be installed in the rolling brush housing 10 by moving the locking matching piece 22 relative to the rotating shaft 21 to be locked and matched with the locking piece 11, so that on one hand, the influence of the locking matching piece 22 on the assembly of the rolling brush 20 into the accommodating cavity 101 can be avoided, and on the other hand, the locking matching piece 22 occupies a larger working space in the working process of the rolling brush assembly 100, and on the other hand, the rolling brush 20 can be quickly disassembled and assembled by moving the locking matching piece 22, thereby being beneficial to improving the disassembling and assembling efficiency of the rolling brush 20 and further being beneficial to improving the use experience of users.
It should be noted that, the roller brush assembly 100 according to the present application may be applied to a floor scrubber, a dust collector, a mite-killing device, etc., and the embodiment of the present application is not limited in particular.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the locking engagement member 22 may be provided with an elongated hole, and the rotation shaft 21 may be inserted through the elongated hole to achieve a rotation engagement with the locking engagement member 22. And, the shaft 21 may be movable along the elongated hole with respect to the locking engagement 22. Specifically, the elongated hole may provide a moving guide for the relative movement of the shaft 21 and the locking engagement member 22, and may limit and guide the relative movement of the shaft 21 and the locking engagement member 22.
For example, when the locking engagement member 22 is moved to the point where the rotation shaft 21 abuts against one end of the elongated hole, the locking engagement member 22 and the locking member 11 are locked in place; when the locking matching piece 22 is moved to the position where the rotating shaft 21 abuts against the other end of the strip-shaped hole, the locking matching piece 22 and the locking piece 11 are unlocked in place, the rolling brush 20 can be smoothly moved out of the accommodating cavity 101, and the locking matching piece 22 is prevented from being separated from the rolling brush 20. The locking matching piece 22 not only can be used for locking the rolling brush 20 and the rolling brush shell 10, but also can be used for supporting the rolling brush 20 in a rotating way, and the structure of the locking matching piece 22 and the matching structure of the locking matching piece 22 and the locking piece 11 are simple.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a cavity sidewall of the accommodating cavity 101 may be provided with a slot 102, and a slot of the slot 102 may face the rotating shaft 21 on the roller brush 20 in a radial direction of the roller brush 20. The locking mating member 22 may be inserted into the slot 102 through the slot to achieve locking with the locking member 11. By arranging the slot 102, the slot wall of the slot 102 can play a role in shielding the locking matching piece 22, so that the locking matching piece 22 can be prevented from being splashed with sewage, dirt and the like raised in the working process of the rolling brush 20, and the locking matching piece 22 can be kept in a clean and fresh state. Thus, when the locking engagement member 22 is removed from the slot 102, the clean portion can be used as a handle for a user to move the roller brush 20, improving the user experience.
In some embodiments, the rolling brush housing 10 may be provided with a limiting protrusion 24 for limiting the displacement of the locking matching piece 22 in the height direction (up-down direction as shown in fig. 2) of the rolling brush assembly 100, so that a limiting effect on the locking matching piece 22 can be achieved, and the locking matching piece 22 and the rolling brush 20 can be stably positioned in the cleaning process, and are not easy to shake.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the locking fitting 22 may be provided with two limiting protrusions 24, and the two limiting protrusions 24 respectively extend opposite to each other perpendicular to the moving direction of the locking fitting 22. For example, the outer contour of the side surface of the limiting protrusion 24 facing the locking piece 11 is an arc surface identical to the inner circumferential surface of the accommodating cavity 101, when the locking matching piece 22 and the locking piece 11 are locked in place, the limiting protrusion 24 can be in contact fit with the arc surface of the accommodating cavity 101, on one hand, the effect of locking in place reminding is achieved, on the other hand, the arc surface matching can support the limiting protrusion 24 through the inner circumferential surface of the accommodating cavity 101, so that stable support is provided for the locking matching piece 22, the structural strength of the locking matching piece 22 is improved, the situation that the locking matching piece 22 is easy to break due to long-term supporting of the rolling brush 20 in rotation is avoided, and the situation that the stability of the rolling brush 20 is affected due to shaking of the locking matching piece 22 relative to the rolling brush shell 10 in the radial direction in the cleaning process of the rolling brush 20 is avoided.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the roll brush housing 10 may be provided with a first driving member 15. The first driving member 15 may be abutted against the locking mating member 22 to apply a driving force to the locking mating member 22 towards the outside of the slot 102, so that the locking mating member 22 can be automatically ejected from the slot 102 when the locking member 11 releases the locking of the locking mating member 22, and the rolling brush 20 is more conveniently detached.
Specifically, when the rolling brush 20 is placed in the accommodating cavity 101, the locking matching piece 22 is in locking matching with the locking piece 11, the driving force applied by the first driving piece 15 cannot eject the locking matching piece 22, and the rolling brush 20 can achieve a stable working state. When the locking engagement member 22 is unlocked from the locking member 11, the driving force released by the first driving member 15 can automatically eject the locking engagement member 22 out of the slot 102. Therefore, the locking matching piece 22 does not need to be taken out in a mode of manually applying external force and the like, labor can be saved, the efficiency of detaching the rolling brush 20 is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the first driving member 15 is not particularly limited, and the first driving member 15 may be a spring or a shrapnel. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the first driving member 15 may include a spring and a driving protrusion 151, the driving protrusion 151 is located on a side of the spring near the slot 102, and the driving protrusion 151 may be engaged against the locking engagement member 22. On the one hand, the spring has good elastic property, and has simple structure and convenient replacement. On the other hand, by providing the driving projection 151, the contact area with the locking engagement member 22 can be increased, so that the driving force applied to the locking engagement member 22 can be more uniform.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the locking member 11 is movably mounted to the roll brush housing 10. For example, the locking member 11 may be moved in the height direction (up and down direction as shown in fig. 2) of the roll brush assembly 100 to cooperate with the locking engagement member 22 to achieve locking and unlocking effects.
To achieve the locking and unlocking effect, with continued reference to fig. 2 and 5, the locking member 11 may have a limit projection 12 and the locking mating member 22 may have a mating projection 23. In the locked state, the limit projection 12 stops on the side of the engagement projection 23 facing the roller brush 20 to lock the lock engagement piece 22. In the embodiment in which the roll brush housing 10 is provided with the first drive member 15, the locking engagement member 22 has a tendency to move towards the spindle 21. The locking fitting 22 can be stably mounted at the position by the stop fitting convex part 23 of the stop convex part 12, so that the stop function of the locking fitting 22 can be realized, and the locking fitting 22 is in a locking state.
During unlocking, the locking piece 11 is moved (e.g., moved upward) in a direction away from the locking mating piece 22 to unlock, whereby the stopper projection 12 no longer abuts against the mating projection 23, and the locking mating piece 22 is no longer subjected to the stopper action in the moving direction. Further, the lock engagement member 22 can be moved to a position not locked by the lock member 11 by hand or by the first driving member 15, and even if the lock member 11 is moved to be reset (e.g., moved to be reset) in a direction approaching the lock engagement member 22, the lock engagement member 22 is not locked, so that the rolling brush 20 can be smoothly taken out of the housing chamber 101.
It should be noted that the structure of the limit projection 12 and the mating projection 23 is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the limit projection 12 is a beveled block and the engagement projection 23 is a projection on the locking engagement 22 extending perpendicular to the direction of movement. The locking member 11 and the locking mating member 22 are thus simple in structure, easy to machine, and beneficial to reducing machining costs.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the roll brush housing 10 may be provided with a through hole 14, and the locking piece 11 may be provided with an operation protrusion 13. For example, the operation protrusion 13 may be a protrusion extending in the axial direction of the roll brush 20. The operation protrusion 13 may protrude from the through hole 14 to the outside of the roll brush housing 10. When it is necessary to unlock the lock fitting 22, the lock fitting 11 can be moved upward by the operation projection 13, whereby the stopper projection 12 no longer abuts against the fitting projection 23, and the lock fitting 22 and the roll brush 20 can be taken out. The roller brush 20 can be conveniently operated by arranging the operation convex part 13, so that the efficiency of detaching the roller brush 20 is improved, and the use experience of a user is further improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the roll brush housing 10 may be provided with a second driving member 16, and the second driving member 16 may be abutted against the locking member 11 and used to apply a driving force to the locking member 11 toward the locking mating member 22. Therefore, when the rolling brush 20 is mounted, the limit protrusion 12 can quickly abut against the fitting protrusion 23 under the driving action of the second driving member 16, and the locking fitting 22 and the locking member 11 are not easy to loose, so that the fitting effect of the limit protrusion 12 and the fitting protrusion 23 is more reliable.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the second driving member 16 is not particularly limited, and the second driving member 16 may be a spring or a shrapnel. In some embodiments, the first driving member 15 may be a spring, which has good elastic characteristics and is simple in structure and convenient to be mounted to be replaced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, one axial end of the accommodating chamber 101 may be opened to form a mounting/dismounting port 1011 for mounting/dismounting the rolling brush 20, and by providing the mounting/dismounting port 1011, the rolling brush 20 may be moved into the accommodating chamber 101 in the axial direction through the mounting/dismounting port 1011, thereby facilitating the operation. In addition, some more complex mechanisms (such as a transmission mechanism) are conveniently arranged at the other end of the accommodating cavity 101, and meanwhile, the convenience in mounting and dismounting of the rolling brush 20 is ensured. In addition, through round brush 20 by dismouting mouth 1011 dismouting, make holding chamber 101 along radial side's opening can be less, and round brush 20 is through less opening and the contact of waiting to clean the face promptly, is favorable to improving the suction power of waiting to clean the face in the cleaning process to avoid sewage etc. to be thrown away holding chamber 101, be favorable to improving user experience.
And, the locking matching piece 22 may be disposed at the end of the rolling brush 20 near the dismounting port 1011, so that the rolling brush 20 can be moved into the accommodating cavity 101, and then the locking matching piece 22 can be moved to be locked with the locking piece 11. In addition, the roller brush 20 and the roller brush housing 10 can be conveniently detached, the operation is convenient, and the disassembly and assembly efficiency of the roller brush 20 can be improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the other axial end of the accommodating chamber 101 may be provided with a driving shaft 17, and the driving shaft 17 is in driving connection with the rolling brush 20. The roller brush 20 may be driven to rotate by the driving shaft 17 to achieve the cleaning effect of the roller brush assembly 100.
