A round brush assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The rolling brush assembly is applied to cleaning equipment such as a floor washing machine, and dirt and sewage on a surface to be cleaned are cleaned through rotation of the rolling brush assembly. Cleaning device is after long-time the use, and the user often need dismantle the round brush to wash or change the round brush, avoid breeding the bacterium after the long-time use of round brush or produce stubborn dirt and influence cleaning device's clean effect.
In some related arts, the outer surface of the housing is provided with a clamping space, the handle is rotatably mounted on the roller brush, and the clamping and the separation of the handle and the clamping space are realized by rotating the handle so as to realize the dismounting of the roller brush. However, the handle needs to be rotated forward and backward in the process of mounting and dismounting the rolling brush, so that the efficiency of dismounting the rolling brush is reduced. Moreover, the structure of the rolling brush mechanism is complex, which is not beneficial to reducing the processing cost.
In the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, a round brush assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a roller brush housing 10, a roller brush 20 and a drive assembly.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the roll brush housing 10 may have an accommodating chamber 101, and the roll brush 20 may be detachably mounted in the accommodating chamber 101. In some embodiments, the roll brush housing 10 may further have a suction passage communicating with the accommodation chamber 101. In addition, the rolling brush assembly 100 may further include a driving assembly (e.g., a motor) mounted to the rolling brush housing 10 and in transmission connection with the rolling brush 20 for driving the rolling brush 20 to rotate to achieve the cleaning effect of the rolling brush 20. When the rolling brush 20 is installed in the accommodating cavity 101, the rolling brush 20 rotates under the driving action of the driving assembly, and because the accommodating cavity 101 is communicated with the suction channel, a negative pressure environment can be formed in the suction channel, and sewage, dirt and the like swept by the rolling brush 20 can be collected through the suction channel to realize the cleaning effect. When the rolling brush 20 needs to be cleaned or replaced, the rolling brush 20 can be removed from the accommodating chamber 101 so as to continue the subsequent operation.
In order to facilitate the loading and unloading of the roller brush 20 and secure the fixing, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the roller brush housing 10 may be provided with a locking member 11, and an axial end of the roller brush 20 may be provided with a rotating shaft 21 and a locking fitting member 22, wherein the locking fitting member 22 is rotatably fitted with the rotating shaft 21, and the locking fitting member 22 may support the rotating shaft 21. Therefore, the rolling brush 20 can realize stable rotation under the matching action of the rotating shaft 21 and the locking matching piece 22 so as to meet the requirement of cleaning the surface to be cleaned.
Also, the lock fitting 22 is movable in the axial direction perpendicular to the rotational shaft 21. Specifically, in a state where the roller brush 20 is mounted in the accommodation chamber 101, the locking fitting 22 may move relative to the rotation shaft 21 to be locked with the locking piece 11. Through locking of locking fitting piece 22 and locking piece 11 mutually, can realize installing round brush 20 in round brush casing 10 steadily, avoid round brush 20 to take place to rock after the installation, avoid round brush 20 to rock and influence the cleaning effect of round brush subassembly 100.
Compared with the related art, in the scheme of the application, the locking of the locking fitting 22 can be realized through the movement of the locking fitting 22, and the installation effect of the rolling brush 20 is realized. In other words, the locking fitting 22 does not need to be rotated when the roller brush 20 is installed, so that the locking fitting 22 is prevented from occupying space resources in the roller brush assembly 100, and the compactness of the structure of the roller brush assembly 100 is prevented from being affected. Moreover, when the rolling brush 20 is disassembled and assembled, the locking fitting piece 22 does not need to be rotated, the disassembling and assembling steps are reduced, the operation is convenient, and the quick disassembling and assembling can be realized. The movement of the locking fitting 22 makes the installation of the roller brush 20 faster, which is advantageous for improving the installation efficiency of the roller brush 20.
According to the rolling brush assembly 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the locking fitting piece 22 moves relative to the rotating shaft 21 to be in locking fit with the locking piece 11, so that the rolling brush 20 can be installed on the rolling brush shell 10, on one hand, the locking fitting piece 22 can be prevented from influencing the assembly of the rolling brush 20 into the accommodating cavity 101, on the other hand, the locking fitting piece 22 can be prevented from occupying a large working space in the working process of the rolling brush assembly 100, on the other hand, the rolling brush 20 can be assembled and disassembled more quickly through the movement of the locking fitting piece 22, the assembly and disassembly efficiency of the rolling brush 20 can be improved, and the use experience of a user can be improved.
It should be noted that the rolling brush assembly 100 of the present disclosure may be applied to a floor washing machine, a dust collector, a mite removing apparatus, and the like, and the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited in particular.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the locking mating member 22 may be provided with an elongated hole, and the rotating shaft 21 may be inserted into the elongated hole to be rotatably engaged with the locking mating member 22. Also, the rotating shaft 21 may be movable along the elongated hole with respect to the locking engagement member 22. Specifically, the elongated hole may provide a moving guide for the relative movement of the rotating shaft 21 and the locking fitting 22, and may provide a limiting and guiding function for the relative movement of the rotating shaft 21 and the locking fitting 22.
For example, when the locking mating member 22 is moved until the rotating shaft 21 abuts against one end of the elongated hole, the locking mating member 22 and the locking member 11 are locked in place; when the locking mating part 22 is moved to the position where the rotating shaft 21 abuts against the other end of the elongated hole, the locking mating part 22 and the locking part 11 are unlocked in place, the roller brush 20 can be smoothly moved out of the accommodating cavity 101, and the locking mating part 22 is prevented from being separated from the roller brush 20. The locking fitting 22 can be used not only for locking the roller brush 20 with the roller brush housing 10 but also for supporting the rotation of the roller brush 20, and the structure of the locking fitting 22 and the fitting structure of the locking fitting 22 with the locking piece 11 are simple.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the cavity side wall of the accommodating cavity 101 may be provided with a slot 102, and a notch of the slot 102 may face the rotating shaft 21 of the roller brush 20 along a radial direction of the roller brush 20. The locking engagement member 22 may be inserted into the slot 102 through the notch to lock with the locking member 11. By arranging the slot 102, the slot wall of the slot 102 can shield the locking fitting 22, so that the locking fitting 22 can be prevented from being contaminated by sewage, dirt and the like raised in the working process of the rolling brush 20, and the locking fitting 22 can be kept in a clean and refreshing state. Thus, when the locking fitting 22 is removed from the slot 102, the clean portion can be used as a handle for the user to operate, so that the rolling brush 20 can be moved, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, the rolling brush housing 10 may be provided with a limiting protrusion 24 for limiting the displacement of the locking fitting 22 in the height direction (the up-down direction shown in fig. 2) of the rolling brush assembly 100, so as to limit the locking fitting 22, and the locking fitting 22 and the rolling brush 20 can be stably positioned and are not easily shaken during the cleaning process.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, two limiting protrusions 24 may be provided on the locking engagement element 22, and the two limiting protrusions 24 respectively extend away from each other perpendicular to the moving direction of the locking engagement element 22. For example, the side outer contour of the limiting protrusion 24 facing the locking member 11 is an arc-shaped surface the same as the inner peripheral surface of the accommodating cavity 101, when the locking fitting member 22 and the locking member 11 are locked in place, the limiting protrusion 24 can be in contact fit with the arc-shaped surface of the accommodating cavity 101, on one hand, the function of reminding the locking in place is achieved, on the other hand, the arc-shaped surface can support the limiting protrusion 24 through the inner peripheral surface of the accommodating cavity 101, so that the locking fitting member 22 is stably supported, the structural strength of the locking fitting member 22 is improved, the phenomenon that the locking fitting member 22 supports the rolling brush 20 for a long time to rotate and break easily is avoided, and the phenomenon that the locking fitting member 22 shakes radially relative to the rolling brush housing 10 in the cleaning process of the rolling brush 20 to affect the stability of the rolling brush 20 is also avoided.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the roll brush housing 10 may be provided with a first driving member 15. Furthermore, the first driving member 15 can abut against the locking mating member 22 to apply a driving force to the locking mating member 22 toward the outside of the slot 102, so that when the locking member 11 releases the locking of the locking mating member 22, the locking mating member 22 can be automatically ejected from the slot 102, and the roller brush 20 can be more conveniently detached.
Specifically, when the roller brush 20 is placed in the accommodating chamber 101, the locking fitting piece 22 is in locking fit with the locking piece 11, the locking fitting piece 22 cannot be ejected by the driving force applied by the first driving piece 15, and the roller brush 20 can achieve a stable operating state. When the locking engagement element 22 is unlocked from the locking member 11, the driving force released by the first driving member 15 may automatically eject the locking engagement element 22 out of the slot 102. Therefore, the locking matching piece 22 does not need to be taken out in a mode of manually applying external force and the like, labor can be saved, the efficiency of detaching the rolling brush 20 is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the first driving element 15 is not particularly limited, and the first driving element 15 may be a spring or a spring plate. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the first driving member 15 may include a spring and a driving protrusion 151, the driving protrusion 151 being located on a side of the spring adjacent to the slot 102, the driving protrusion 151 may be engaged against the locking engagement member 22. On one hand, the spring has good elastic property, simple structure and convenient replacement. On the other hand, the driving protrusion 151 can increase the contact area with the locking mating part 22, so that the driving force applied to the locking mating part 22 is more uniform.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the locking member 11 is movably installed to the roll brush housing 10. For example, the locking member 11 may be moved in a height direction (up and down direction as shown in fig. 2) of the roller brush assembly 100 to achieve locking and unlocking effects in cooperation with the locking fitting member 22.
To achieve the locking and unlocking effect, as shown with continued reference to fig. 2 and 5, the locking member 11 may have a limit projection 12 and the locking engagement member 22 may have an engagement projection 23. In the locked state, the limit projection 12 stops on the side of the fitting projection 23 facing the roller brush 20 to lock the lock fitting 22. In the embodiment in which the roller brush housing 10 is provided with a first drive element 15, the locking fitting 22 has a tendency to move towards the axis of rotation 21. The locking fitting part 22 can be stably arranged at the position by the limit convex part 12 abutting against the fitting convex part 23, the limit function can be realized on the locking fitting part 22, and then the locking fitting part 22 is in a locking state.
During unlocking, the locking element 11 is moved away from the locking counterpart 22 (e.g. upwards) for unlocking, whereby the stop lug 12 no longer abuts against the mating lug 23 and the locking counterpart 22 no longer receives a stop in the direction of movement. Furthermore, the locking engagement element 22 can be moved to a position not locked by the locking element 11, either manually or under the driving of the first driving element 15, and at this time, even if the locking element 11 is moved to a direction close to the locking engagement element 22 to be reset (for example, moved downward to be reset), the locking engagement element 22 will not be locked, so that the roller brush 20 can be taken out from the accommodating cavity 101 smoothly.
It should be noted that the structure of the limit projection 12 and the fitting projection 23 is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the limit projection 12 is a slanted block and the engagement projection 23 is a projection on the locking engagement piece 22 extending perpendicular to the moving direction. The locking member 11 and the locking fitting 22 are thus simple in structure, easy to machine, and advantageous in terms of reduction in machining cost.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the drum brush housing 10 may be provided with a through hole 14, and the locking member 11 may be provided with an operation protrusion 13. For example, the operation protrusion 13 may be a projection extending in the axial direction of the roll brush 20. The operation protrusion 13 may protrude from the through hole 14 to the outside of the roll brush housing 10. When it is desired to unlock the locking fitting 22, the locking piece 11 can be moved upwards by operating the protrusions 13, whereby the limit protrusions 12 no longer stop against the fitting protrusions 23, and the locking fitting 22 and the roller brush 20 can be removed. The operation convex part 13 is arranged, so that the operation is convenient, the efficiency of detaching the rolling brush 20 is improved, and the use experience of a user is further improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the roller brush housing 10 may be provided with a second driving member 16, and the second driving member 16 may be abutted against the locking member 11 and used to apply a driving force to the locking member 11 toward the locking fitting 22. Therefore, when the rolling brush 20 is mounted, the limit convex part 12 can be quickly abutted against the matching convex part 23 under the driving action of the second driving piece 16, and the locking matching part 22 and the locking piece 11 are not easy to loosen, so that the matching effect of the limit convex part 12 and the matching convex part 23 can be more reliable.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the second driving element 16 is not particularly limited, and the second driving element 16 may be a spring or a spring plate. In some embodiments, the first driving member 15 may be a spring, which has good elastic characteristics and is simple in structure and easy to install and replace.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, one axial end of the accommodating cavity 101 may be opened to form a mounting and dismounting opening 1011 for mounting and dismounting the roller brush 20, and by providing the mounting and dismounting opening 1011, the roller brush 20 may move into the accommodating cavity 101 through the mounting and dismounting opening 1011 in the axial direction, which facilitates the operation. Moreover, it is convenient to arrange some complicated mechanisms (such as transmission mechanisms) at the other end of the accommodating cavity 101, and meanwhile, it is ensured that the rolling brush 20 is convenient to mount and dismount. In addition, through the round brush 20 by the dismouting of dismouting mouth 1011, make holding chamber 101 along the opening of radial side can be less, promptly round brush 20 through less opening with treat the cleaning surface contact, be favorable to improving the suction of treating the cleaning surface in the cleaning process to avoid sewage etc. to be thrown away holding chamber 101, be favorable to improving user experience.
Furthermore, the locking fitting 22 may be disposed at an end portion of the roller brush 20 close to the mounting/dismounting opening 1011, so that after the roller brush 20 is moved into the accommodating cavity 101, the locking fitting 22 can be moved to be locked with the locking member 11. Moreover, the roller brush 20 and the roller brush housing 10 can be easily detached, the operation is facilitated, and the efficiency of detaching the roller brush 20 can be improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the other axial end of the accommodating chamber 101 may be provided with a driving shaft 17, and the driving shaft 17 is in transmission connection with the roller brush 20. The rolling brush 20 may be driven to rotate by the driving shaft 17 to achieve a cleaning effect of the rolling brush assembly 100.
