The bottom of the side wall 21 of the food steamer 20 forms a series of grooves 215, and the grooves 215 can be communicated with the air-permeable passage 223 of the bottom plate 22. When the food steamer 20 is placed above the pot 10 in the steaming state, the grooves 215 of the side walls 21 can be shielded by the circumferential wall of the pot 10 forming the heating space 11 to prevent water vapor from escaping from the grooves 215 of the side walls 21, or the grooves 215 of the side walls 21 of the upper food steamer 20 can be shielded by the side walls 21 of the lower food steamer 20 to prevent water vapor from escaping from the grooves 215 of the side walls 21. When the food steamer 20 is placed on a table surface and is in the non-steaming state, the grooves 215 of the side walls 21 allow external air to enter the space below the plate body 221 of the bottom plate 22 through the grooves 215 of the side walls 21 and the air-permeable passages 223 of the bottom plate 22 in sequence, thus, the gas in the space below the tray 221 and the space above the tray 221 can permeate the tray 221 through the gas holes 2210 of the tray 221, so that when the steaming of the pasta (e.g., steamed bread, steamed stuffed bun, etc.) is completed and the steamer 20 is placed on a table, the grooves 215 of the side walls 21 and the airing channels 223 of the base plate 22 can ventilate above and below the plate 221 of the base plate 22, thereby allowing the pasta placed on the plate for a long time to remain dry.
Fig. 11 and 12 show a modified example of the food steamer 20 of the present invention, which is different from the food steamer shown in fig. 4 to 8B in that in the modified example of the food steamer of the present invention shown in fig. 11 and 12, the side wall 21 further has at least two locking bosses 216 and at least two locking channels 217, the locking bosses 216 are respectively formed on the inner wall of the side wall 21 above the overlapping part 214, and the locking channels 217 are formed between the adjacent locking bosses 216. The base plate 22 includes at least two landing platforms 224, the landing platforms 224 protrude from the periphery of the plate body 221, wherein the landing platforms 224 of the base plate 22 can respectively pass through the locking passages 217 of the side walls 21 to be landed by the landing parts 214 of the side walls 21, and the landing platforms 224 of the base plate 22 can be allowed to be locked by the locking bosses 216 of the side walls 21 and the landing parts 214 by rotating the base plate 22 in the inner space 211 of the side walls 21, so that the steamer 20 is locked in the steaming state.
In other words, the user can select the usage of the food steamer 20, so that the landing platforms 224 of the bottom plate 22 correspond to the locking channels 217 of the side walls 21 when necessary to allow the food steamer 20 to switch between the steaming state and the non-steaming state based on gravity, and the landing platforms 224 of the bottom plate 22 are locked by the locking bosses 216 and the overlapping parts 214 corresponding to the locking bosses 216 of the side walls 21 when necessary to allow the food steamer 20 to be always maintained in the steaming state.
