Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种一体成型的钉槽阻挡装置, 该装置为一体冲制成型,不需冲制后再焊接的阻挡 座。本实用新型是于制滑壳时冲制成弧锥状的阻挡 座,并于冲制槽孔时,利用冲破的阻挡壁形成环形延 展壁,该壁上可设螺固阻挡柱的螺牙。由于本实用新 型与滑壳一体成型,可使用与底壳阻挡片的阻挡配合 防止滑壳的脱落,达到制造简易、快速而降低生产成 本的目的。

Description

本实用新型涉及打针枪,尤指一种一体成型的钉槽阻挡装置。本实用新型提出的用于打钉枪的钉槽防脱离阻挡装置是一体成型冲制而成的,其强度高,易于制造且成本低。
打钉枪的钉槽必设有阻挡装置,以防止装填钉时,使用者用力过大或疏忽而使滑壳脱离底壳,造成需再装合的困扰。目前业界所普遍使用的阻挡装置有两种方式:
(1)请参阅图1A,在滑壳10的表面冲设槽孔25,再将亦具有槽孔25、螺牙23的块状阻挡座20以焊接方式与滑壳10焊合,使阻挡柱21与螺牙23螺固于阻挡座20上,阻挡柱21可滑动至底壳24与阻挡片40相互阻挡,防止滑壳10继续滑过而脱离;此种方式的缺点为:①必需另外再锻造阻挡座20,增加成本;②必需再焊接阻挡座20,生产速度慢、加工成本较高,且焊接处22亦不美观;③非一体成型的焊接,强度比一体成型者低。
(2)请参阅图1B,在滑壳10的表面冲设槽孔35,再将亦具有槽孔35、螺牙33的片状阻挡座30以点焊方式将之与滑壳10两点焊合,使阻挡柱31与螺牙33螺固于阻挡座30上,阻挡柱31可滑动至底壳34与阻挡片40相互阻挡,防止滑壳10继续滑过而脱离;此种方式的缺点为:①必需另备设片状阻挡座30,虽比图1A阻挡座20材料费低,但亦增加成本;②必需再点焊阻挡座30,生产速度慢、加工成本较高,且点焊处32亦不美观;③采用两点点焊,比图1A中的焊接结合强度更差。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点,提出一种改进的用于打钉枪,一体成型的钉槽阻挡装置。
本实用新型提出的一体成型的钉槽阻挡装置不采用现有技术中的焊接方式,而是于制滑壳时将阻挡装置一体冲制成弧锥状的阻挡座,并在冲制槽孔时,借由金属的延展性形成环形延展壁,其上恰可设螺牙,该螺牙能螺固阻挡柱。由于本实用新型一体成型增强了阻挡座的强度并使生产速度加快,从而降低了成本。
下面结合较佳实施例和附图对本实用新型详述如下,图中:
图1A和1D是传统阻挡装置的立体及剖视图;
图2是本实用新型的立体图;
图3是本实用新型阻挡座的剖视图。
请参阅图2、3,本实用新型于滑壳10的表面冲制槽孔55时,不将壳板冲破断,而是冲成凹陷呈弧锥状的阻挡座50,该阻挡座50的壁(壳板)往内凸起,借由金属的延展性,形成环形延展壁52,其上恰可设螺牙53,即能螺固阻挡柱51,做为滑壳10滑至底壳54的阻挡片40,相互阻挡防止滑壳10滑过而脱离。由上述可知,本实用新型具有下列优点:
①由于采用了一体成形的结构不必再附设(焊接)阻挡座,从而降低了材料成本、加工成本,生产速度亦快。
②一体成型的阻挡座,强度大,外观亦佳。
③一体成型的阻挡座无脱落之虞。
综上所述,本实用新型提出的钉槽阻挡座于制滑壳时一体成型而成,从而使阻挡座强度增大,生产速度快,成本降低,具产业实用价值并增进了功效。

1、一种钉槽阻挡装置,该装置是于制滑壳时一体冲制而成呈弧锥状的阻挡座,其特征在于阻挡座内借由金属的延展性形成环形延展壁,其上设有螺固阻挡柱的螺牙。
