When the structure is a frame structure, the structure plays a role in supporting and connecting, and the third structure 6223 connected with the first structure 6221 and the second structure 6222 can be an integral structure or a split structure and is connected through a connecting structure; as another example, the third pushing structure 811 of this embodiment may be a unitary plate structure, i.e., the whole structure is formed by splicing one or more plates, and both functions as a support and a connection. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the lifting driving assembly 623 comprises a lifting power assembly 6231, a lifting guide 6232, a lifting connector 6233 and a lifting guide channel 6234, wherein the lifting power assembly 6231 is used as a power source and is configured as a motor 951 and a chain structure, and the chain structure is connected with the lifting connector 6233 and/or the first structure 6221 and/or the second structure 6222 and/or the third structure 6223 and is used for driving the chain connected with the lifting connector 6233 or the lifting support assembly 622 to rotate so as to drive the lifting clamping assembly 621 and the rubber plate to lift; the device can also be provided with a motor 951 and a belt structure, wherein the belt structure is connected with the lifting connecting piece 6233 and/or the first structure 6221 and/or the second structure 6222 and/or the third structure 6223 and is used for driving the belt connected with the lifting connecting piece 6233 or the lifting supporting component 622 to rotate so as to drive the lifting clamping component 621 and the rubber plate to lift; can also be provided as a motor 951 and a gear structure, wherein the gear structure is connected with the lifting connecting piece 6233 and/or the first structure 6221 and/or the second structure 6222 and/or the third structure 6223 and is used for driving the gear connected with the lifting connecting piece 6233 or the lifting supporting component 622 to rotate so as to drive the lifting clamping component 621 and the rubber plate to lift. The elevation guide 6232 of the present embodiment is disposed in a vertical direction, that is, the upper end of the elevation guide 6232 is connected to the upper position of the first magazine unit 301, and the lower end is connected to the lower position of the first magazine unit 301; the lifting guide channel 6234 is disposed on the lifting connector 6233, that is, the through hole structure disposed on the lifting connector 6233 constitutes the lifting guide channel 6234, the lifting guide channel 6234 is sleeved outside the lifting guide 6232, and together with the lifting clamping assembly 621 and the like, is lifted and lowered along the high position and the low position of the first frame unit 301, that is, the rubber plate is driven to be guided when being lifted and lowered along the vertical direction.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lifting and clamping assembly 621 comprises a clamping support structure 624 and a lifting and clamping claw unit 625, wherein the clamping support structure 624 is connected with the lifting and clamping connector 6233 and/or the first structure 6221 and/or the second structure 6222 and/or the third structure 6223, corresponding to the connection and support function, is connected with the lifting and clamping assembly 622, and can push the movable structure 642 to the first position. The clamp support structures 624 of this embodiment are distributed along the width of the lift support assembly 622. The clamping support structure 624 comprises a first support plate 6241 and a second support plate 6242 which are arranged in parallel and a clamping connecting rod 6243, wherein the first support plate 6241 and the second support plate 6242 which are arranged in parallel are arranged oppositely, and the first support plate 6241 and the second support plate 6242 are connected through at least one clamping connecting rod 6243, so that the stability of the support is enhanced, the clamping and supporting of the rubber plate are balanced, and the stability of the rubber plate during lifting along the vertical direction is ensured. The lower end of the first support plate 6241 and/or the second support plate 6242 is provided with a mounting portion 6244 for mounting the lifting claw pushing unit 625, the lifting claw pushing unit 625 is mounted in the mounting portion 6244, can rotate along the lower end of the first support plate 6241 and/or the second support plate 6242 to a certain extent, is formed with a rotating area, and has an adjusting area for grabbing the rubber plate, so as to better grab the rubber plate from the support mechanism 100, and when the rubber plate is placed on the rotating area, the placing position of the rubber plate can be properly adjusted, and the rubber plate can be better clamped. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the lifting claw units 625 are respectively disposed at two ends of the first support plate 6241 and the second support plate 6242, and are disposed corresponding to the positions of the first support plate 6241 and the second support plate 6242, and are used for grabbing the rubber plate on the support mechanism 100 as the lifting mechanism 62 descends to the lowest end, and clamping the rubber plate to raise the rubber plate to the high position under the driving of the lifting driving component 623, and the lifting claw units 625 of the present embodiment mainly clamp the rubber plate. In this embodiment, the two oppositely disposed lifting and lowering claw units 625 are formed with a second supporting area 626 for placing the rubber plates, and the second supporting area 626 completely corresponds to the first supporting area 633, that is, the first supporting area 633 can simultaneously accommodate two or more times of rubber plates on the clamping area 41 of the turnover mechanism, and similarly, the second supporting area 626 can also simultaneously accommodate, clamp and support two times of rubber plates on the clamping area 41 to convey two or more times of rubber plates on the turnover mechanism 4 to the high position of the first frame unit 301, so that the width of the second supporting area 626 in this embodiment is a multiple of the width of at least two rubber plates, and can also be interpreted as the width of the second supporting area is a width of at least two times of the width of the clamping area unit or the clamping area 41. When the lifting pawl unit 625 is in a normal rubber plate clamping state, one end of the lifting pawl 6251 is positioned at the inner side of the first support plate 6241 and the second support plate 6242, and the other end is positioned at the outer side of the first support plate 6241 and the second support plate 6242, and the outer sides are connected through the lifting connecting shaft 6252. In this embodiment, the lifting connecting shaft 6252 is connected to the outer portions, i.e., the outer side walls, of the first and second support plates 6241 and 6242 and is connected thereto by a shaft connecting member, one end of the shaft connecting member is connected to the outer walls of the first and second support plates 6241 and 6242, the other end is provided with a mounting hole for mounting the lifting connecting shaft 6252, and the lifting connecting shaft 6252 is connected to the first and second support plates 6241 and 6242 and is supported by the first and second support plates 6241 and 6242 by the shaft connecting member.

The fourth driving device 90 of this embodiment is connected to the fourth pushing frame unit 91, and under the driving of the fourth driving device 90, the fourth pushing frame unit 91 can be driven to drive the rubber sheet to perform synchronous motion, and/or the rubber sheet is placed on the fourth pushing frame unit 91 to perform synchronous motion together with the fourth pushing frame unit 91, and the rubber sheet is conveyed to downstream, such as a drying line.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fourth pushing frame unit 91 includes a fourth pushing structure 911 and a plurality of fourth pushing claw structures 912 arranged on the fourth pushing structure 911, wherein the fourth pushing structure 911 is connected to the fourth transmission unit 92, and as an embodiment, the fourth pushing structure 911 of the present embodiment is arranged as a long bar-shaped pushing rod for supporting and connecting; the fourth pushing structure 911 may also be a frame structure, and as another embodiment, the fourth pushing structure 911 of this embodiment may also be configured as an integral plate structure, that is, the whole pushing structure is formed by splicing one or more plates, and both the plates have supporting and connecting functions. The push bar or frame structure is more advantageous than the plate structure in terms of energy saving and packaging transportation and cost saving, is light in weight, can have a lower power requirement for the fourth driving unit 93, and also reduces transportation costs, and is more material-saving than the plate structure.
In this embodiment, the fourth push claw structure 912 is distributed along the outer end portion of the fourth push structure 911, and is arranged in a row, and is used for pushing the rubber plate on the lifting mechanism 62 to the downstream, the fourth push claw structure 912 of this embodiment is arranged upward, that is, the upper end surface of the fourth push claw structure 912 relative to the fourth push structure 911 is arranged to protrude outward, the purpose is to reserve the space of the rubber plate, and the rubber plate is convenient to push, when the rubber plate of this embodiment is transported from the lifting mechanism 62 to the downstream direction, the fourth push claw structure 912 contacts with the outer end surface of the rubber plate, and basically, the fourth push claw structure 912 abuts against the relationship, so as to push the movement of the rubber plate. Claims (19)

1. A capsule production apparatus, comprising:
a first frame unit;
the second frame body unit is connected with the first frame body unit and is positioned at the downstream of the first frame body unit;
and the fourth rubber plate conveying mechanism is arranged on the first frame body unit and/or the second frame body unit, and when the rubber plates are driven by the lifting mechanism to ascend and/or ascend and are positioned at the high positions of the first frame body unit, the fourth rubber plate conveying mechanism moves to a set position or waits at the set position along the front direction from the second frame body unit to the first frame body unit and is used for pushing the rubber plates on the lifting mechanism to the downstream operation.

3. The capsule production apparatus of claim 1 or 2, wherein the fourth glue board delivery mechanism comprises:

5. The capsule production apparatus of claim 4, wherein the fourth pusher jaw structure comprises:
the fourth push claw support is connected with the outer end face of the fourth push structure;
and the fourth pawl pushing main body is rotatably connected with the fourth pawl pushing support, and a specific rotatable interval is formed between the fourth pawl pushing main body and the fourth pawl pushing support.
6. The capsule production apparatus of claim 5, wherein the fourth pusher jaw body comprises:
the fourth pushing claw driving part is used for pushing the rubber plate on the lifting mechanism, and the inner end surface of the fourth pushing claw driving part is abutted against the rubber plate;
and the fourth push claw supporting part is connected with the fourth push claw driving part and synchronously rotates with the fourth push claw driving part, and when the fourth push claw driving part acts on pushing a rubber plate on the lifting mechanism, the fourth push claw supporting part is abutted against the outer end part of the fourth push claw support and/or the fourth pushing structure and is limited in the rotation of the fourth push claw driving part.
7. The capsule production apparatus of claim 6, wherein the fourth drive means comprises:
the fourth transmission unit is connected with the fourth pushing frame unit and can drive the fourth pushing frame unit and/or a rubber plate positioned on the fourth pushing frame unit to move;
and the fourth driving unit is connected with the fourth transmission unit and used for providing power for the movement of the fourth transmission unit.
8. The capsule production apparatus of claim 7, wherein the fourth transmission unit comprises:
a fourth rack structure connected to the fourth pushing structure and/or the second frame unit;
the fourth gear structure is arranged corresponding to the fourth rack structure;
the fourth guide structure is connected with the fourth pushing structure and/or the second frame body unit and is used for guiding the fourth rubber plate conveying mechanism during movement;
the fourth rack structure and/or the fourth gear structure is driven to move or rotate by a fourth driving unit.
9. The capsule production apparatus of claim 8, wherein the fourth transmission unit comprises:
the fourth rack structure is of a long strip-shaped structure, and the length dimension of the fourth rack structure is greater than or equal to the width dimension of the lifting clamping assembly;
the fourth gear structure is connected with the fourth rotating shaft, and when the fourth driving unit drives the fourth rotating shaft to rotate, the fourth gear structure and the fourth rotating shaft synchronously rotate;
and one end of the fourth guide structure is connected with the fourth pushing structure, a fourth guide channel is arranged on the second frame body unit, and the fourth guide channel is used for the fourth guide structure to be sleeved outside the fourth guide structure and used for guiding the fourth pushing structure during movement.
10. The capsule production apparatus of claim 3, wherein the fourth drive means comprises:
the fourth screw rod structure is connected with the second frame body unit;
the fourth transmission structure is connected with the fourth screw rod structure;
the fourth driven structure is respectively connected with two ends of the fourth transmission structure, and the front end of the fourth driven structure is connected with the fourth pushing structure;
and the motor drives the fourth screw rod structure to rotate, and the fourth transmission structure, the fourth driven structure and the fourth pushing frame unit move along the horizontal direction to grab and convey the rubber plate positioned on the lifting mechanism.
11. The capsule production apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first frame unit comprises:
a first frame structure;
the second frame body structure and the first frame body form a supporting structure;
a first frame connector connecting the first frame structure and the second frame structure;
the second frame unit is connected with the second frame structure.
12. The capsule production apparatus of claim 11, wherein the second magazine unit comprises:
the second frame body connecting piece is connected with the high position of the second frame body structure;
and one end of the second frame body supporting piece is connected with the second frame body connecting piece and is used for supporting the fourth rubber plate conveying mechanism.
13. The capsule production apparatus of claim 10, wherein the fourth screw structure and/or the fourth transmission structure and/or the fourth driven structure are arranged in parallel with a length direction of the second frame support.

the capsule production apparatus of any one of claims 1-15;
the rubber plate lifting device is positioned at the upstream of the capsule production device and is used for conveying the rubber plate from a low position to a high position;
and the third rubber plate conveying mechanism is positioned at the upstream of the rubber plate lifting device and used for conveying the overturned rubber plate to the rubber plate lifting device.
17. The automated capsule production apparatus of claim 16, wherein the glue board lifting device comprises:
the lifting mechanism is used for conveying the rubber plate from the low position to the high position of the first frame body unit;
the supporting mechanism is arranged at the lower position of the first frame body unit, is connected with the external rubber plate conveying device and is used for placing the rubber plates conveyed by the external rubber plate conveying device;
