The movable structure 642 of the embodiment includes a baffle assembly 643 and a lifting assembly 644, wherein the baffle assembly 643 is used for guiding and supporting the rubber sheet when the rubber sheet moves from the turnover mechanism 4 to below the lifting mechanism 62, the lifting assembly 644 is connected to the baffle assembly 643, the baffle assembly 643 can change the distance from the fixed structure 641 through the lifting assembly 644, the baffle assembly 643 and the lifting assembly 644 perform synchronous movement, and perform ascending and descending movement along the guide channel, so as to realize the switching between the first position and the second position. In this embodiment, the blocking plate assembly 643 includes a first blocking plate 6431, the first blocking plate 6431 is disposed outside the support rail structure 632, the first blocking plate 6431 and the support rail structure 632 are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence, and the first blocking plate 6431 can limit the placing posture of the rubber plate with two ends respectively placed on the support rail structure 632 when in the first position, specifically, the first blocking plate 6431 can limit the lateral movement of two ends of the rubber plate on the support rail structure 632, that is, limit the rubber plate to move or tilt towards two ends when in the first position. In this embodiment, two ends of the rubber plate are supported by the support rail structures 632 disposed opposite to each other, so that in order to achieve the position accuracy of the rubber plate on the support rail structures 632, a set of first baffles 6431 disposed opposite to each other is also disposed corresponding to the support rail structures 632 to limit the lateral movement of the two ends of the rubber plate on the support rail structures 632. Specifically, as shown in the figures, the first flap 6431 of the movable structure 642 is in a first position, in which the top of the first flap 6431 is higher than the top of the support rail structure 632, and the end of the rubber sheet resting on the support rail structure 632 will encounter the first flap 6431 when the rubber sheet inclines or moves laterally toward the first flap 6431, thereby limiting the rubber sheet from further inclining or moving. When the top of the first blocking plate 6431 is pressed by the lifting clamping component 621, as shown in the drawing, the first blocking plate 6431 of the movable structure 642 is pressed to move downward to the second position, so that the top of the first blocking plate 6431 is lower than the support rail structure 632, the grabbing structure grabs the rubber plate and lifts and takes away the rubber plate from the support rail structure 632, and after the top of the first blocking plate 6431 is gradually disappeared by the pressure of the grabbed structure, the first blocking plate returns to the first position by the action of the elastic structure 645 to prepare to continuously provide limiting positions at two ends for the rubber plate subsequently pushed into the support rail structure 632, so as to prevent the posture of the rubber plate from excessively deviating or inclining.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lifting assembly 644 includes a first lifting member 6441, a second lifting member 6442, and a lifting guide structure 6443 disposed corresponding to the first lifting member 6441 and the second lifting member 6442, wherein the first lifting member 6441 is connected to one end of the first barrier 6431, the second lifting member 6442 is connected to the other end of the first barrier 6431, and the first lifting member 6441 and the second lifting member 6442 support the first barrier 6431 together, wherein the fixed base 6411 has a movable guide passage 6412 disposed at a lower outer side of the support rail structure 632 for the first lifting member 6441 to move up and down, and the first lifting member 6441 and the second lifting member 6442 perform supporting and guiding functions. Specifically, the first baffle 6431 is disposed in parallel outside the support rail structure 632; one end of the first elevating member 6441 is connected to the lower portion of the first barrier 6431, and the other end is connected to the fixed base 6411 and can move up and down along the movable guide passage 6412 therein; similarly, the second elevating member 6442 is connected to the lower portion of the first barrier 6431 at one end and is connected to the fixed base 6411 at the other end to be movable up and down along the movable guide passage 6412, so as to adjust the distance and/or position between the top of the first barrier 6431 and the upper end surface of the support rail structure 632. The first lifting element 6441 may be provided with a connection cylinder capable of moving up and down in the movable guide channel 6412, wherein the elastic structure 645 may be an elastic element such as a spring sleeved on the connection cylinder to ensure that the first blocking plate 6431 is maintained at the first position when not being pressed downward. In some embodiments, the movable structure 642 includes a connection base, a first lifting element 6441 and a driven element 6445, the first lifting element 6441 and the driven element 6445 are mounted on the upper portion of the connection base, the driven element 6445 can be connected to the driven element 6445 in the movable structure 642 at the other end of the same slab via a connection element, the upper end of the driven element 6445 can be connected to the first lifting element 6441 and the second lifting element 6442, respectively, and the lower end of the driven element 6445 can be connected together via a connection element, and the driven element 6445 enables the movable elements at the two ends of the slab to keep synchronously changing their position states, thereby playing a role of balancing, and further facilitating to ensure stable and reliable slab grabbing of the lifting mechanism 62.
In the present embodiment, as described in the above embodiments, the length dimension of the support rail structure 632 in the feeding direction of the present embodiment is a multiple of at least two rubber sheet widths, and similarly, the first blocking plate 6431 is disposed corresponding to the outer side of the support rail structure 632, so that the length dimension is equal to the length dimension of the support rail structure 632 or a larger dimension than the support rail structure 632, and even if the rubber sheet on the support rail structure 632 has just entered the support rail structure 632 and has shifted, the position of the rubber sheet can be adjusted, so that the length dimension of the first blocking plate 6431 in the feeding direction is also a multiple of at least two rubber sheet widths or is slightly larger than two rubber sheet widths.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lifting mechanism 62 can lift along the first frame unit 61 and the second frame unit 10 to grab and pick up the rubber sheet placed on the supporting mechanism 100, and the lifting mechanism 62 of this embodiment includes a lifting clamping assembly 621, a lifting supporting assembly 622, and a lifting driving assembly 623, wherein the lifting clamping assembly 621 can be configured as at least one group, the lifting clamping assembly 621 is configured to grab the rubber sheet placed on the supporting mechanism 100, and can push the movable structure 642 away from the first position, which is specifically embodied that the movable structure 642 is reset to the first position from the second position by the elastic structure 645 after the lifting clamping assembly 621 lifts away from the rubber sheet. The lifting support component 622 is used for supporting the lifting clamping component 621, and the lifting driving component 623 is connected with the lifting support component 622 and is used for providing power for the lifting clamping component 621 and/or the lifting support component 622 to move up and down along the vertical direction. The lifting mechanism 62 comprises a lifting driving assembly 623 and a lifting clamping assembly 621, wherein the lifting driving assembly 623 is mounted on the first frame unit 61 or the second frame unit 10 and can drive the lifting clamping assembly 621 to move up and down along the first frame unit 61; the lifting and clamping assembly 621 is used to grasp the rubber sheet on the supporting mechanism 100 and push the movable structure 642 away from the first position. Wherein the movable structure 642 can be pushed back from the second position to the first position by the elastic structure 645 after the lifting and clamping assembly 621 removes the rubber sheet.
In this embodiment, the lifting support assembly 622 includes a first structure 6221, a second structure 6222 and at least one third structure 6223 connecting the first structure 6221 and the second structure 6222, the lifting clamping assembly 621 is connected to the first structure 6221 and/or the second structure 6222, the lifting driving assembly 623 is connected to the third structure 6223, the lifting support assembly 622 of this embodiment forms a frame structure with the first structure 6221, the second structure 6222 and the third structure 6223, and plays a role in supporting and positioning, and of course, the lifting support assembly 622 may also be configured as a plate structure. When the structure is a frame structure, the structure plays a role in supporting and connecting, and the third structure 6223 connected with the first structure 6221 and the second structure 6222 can be an integral structure or a split structure and is connected through a connecting structure; as another example, the third pushing structure 811 of this embodiment may be a unitary plate structure, i.e., the whole structure is formed by splicing one or more plates, and both functions as a support and a connection. From the perspective of energy savings and packaging transportation and cost savings, the frame structure is more advantageous than the panel structure, is lightweight, can have lower power requirements for the lift drive assembly 623, also reduces transportation costs, and is more material efficient than the panel structure. In this embodiment, the lift support assembly 622 can also support at least one set of lift clamp assemblies 621, namely two lifting clamping components 621, and the lifting clamping components 621 are connected with a first structure 6221 and a second structure 6222 which are oppositely arranged, as shown, the first structure 6221 and the second structure are sized in length to support two sets of lifting clamp assemblies 621, namely two groups of lifting clamping components 621 which are arranged in parallel along the length directions of the first structure 6221 and the second structure, and jointly support two or more rubber plates along the length directions of the first structure 6221 and the second structure, and the length direction of the third structure 6222 is also the width direction of the first structure 6221, and a set of lifting/lowering/clamping components 621 can also clamp two or more rubber plates, so the lifting/lowering/supporting component 622 of the present embodiment can simultaneously support four or more lifting/clamping components 621, and the conveying device can equally support four or more rubber plates to be lifted to a high position at one time for conveying.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the lifting driving assembly 623 comprises a lifting power assembly 6231, a lifting guide 6232, a lifting connector 6233 and a lifting guide channel 6234, wherein the lifting power assembly 6231 is used as a power source and is configured as a motor 951 and a chain structure, and the chain structure is connected with the lifting connector 6233 and/or the first structure 6221 and/or the second structure 6222 and/or the third structure 6223 and is used for driving the chain connected with the lifting connector 6233 or the lifting support assembly 622 to rotate so as to drive the lifting clamping assembly 621 and the rubber plate to lift; the device can also be provided with a motor 951 and a belt structure, wherein the belt structure is connected with the lifting connecting piece 6233 and/or the first structure 6221 and/or the second structure 6222 and/or the third structure 6223 and is used for driving the belt connected with the lifting connecting piece 6233 or the lifting supporting component 622 to rotate so as to drive the lifting clamping component 621 and the rubber plate to lift; can also be provided as a motor 951 and a gear structure, wherein the gear structure is connected with the lifting connecting piece 6233 and/or the first structure 6221 and/or the second structure 6222 and/or the third structure 6223 and is used for driving the gear connected with the lifting connecting piece 6233 or the lifting supporting component 622 to rotate so as to drive the lifting clamping component 621 and the rubber plate to lift. The elevation guide 6232 of the present embodiment is disposed in a vertical direction, that is, the upper end of the elevation guide 6232 is connected to the upper position of the first housing unit 61, and the lower end is connected to the lower position of the first housing unit 61; the lifting guide channel 6234 is disposed on the lifting connector 6233, that is, the through hole structure disposed on the lifting connector 6233 constitutes the lifting guide channel 6234, the lifting guide channel 6234 is sleeved outside the lifting guide 6232, and together with the lifting clamping assembly 621 and the like, is lifted and lowered along the high position and the low position of the first frame body unit 61, that is, the rubber plate is driven to be guided when being lifted and lowered along the vertical direction.
In this embodiment, the upper end of the lifting guide 6232 is connected to the upper position of the first frame unit 61, and the lower end is connected to the lower position of the first frame unit 61 and distributed along the vertical direction, so as to guide the lifting mechanism 62 during movement, thereby ensuring that the lifting mechanism 62 drives the rubber plate to be conveyed along the vertical direction to the upper position. One end of the lifting connecting piece 6233 of this embodiment is connected to the third structure 6223, the through hole structure provided on the lifting connecting piece 6233 constitutes the lifting guide passage 6234, and the lifting connecting piece 6233 and the lifting support assembly 622 are integrated to lift along the lifting guide piece 6232 in the vertical direction.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the width of the lifting/lowering/holding component 621 is a multiple of the width of at least two rubber plates, and is used for holding at least two rubber plates, and certainly, three or more rubber plates can be held in the width direction, i.e., the X direction, in the lifting mechanism 62 of the embodiment, at least two sets of lifting/holding components 621 can be arranged in the length direction, so at least four rubber plates can be simultaneously conveyed, so the lifting mechanism 62 according to the above embodiment, and the corresponding and/or supporting mechanism 100 and/or limiting mechanism 200 are provided with at least four stations for placing the rubber plates, the four stations in the embodiment preferably mean two lifting/holding components 621 in the width direction, as shown in the X direction, and two lifting/holding components 621 in the length direction, as shown in the Y direction, and four stations in the embodiment, i.e., two lifting/holding components 621 in the length direction and the width direction, and the stations in the embodiment can also extend and increase by 1-N unequal lengths and/or widths, in order to balance the clamping and lifting of the lifting mechanism 62, it is preferable that the number of the lifting mechanisms is increased by an even number, and of course, for example, 2 lifting mechanisms are arranged in the length direction, 2 lifting mechanisms are arranged in the width direction of one side, and 3 lifting mechanisms are arranged in the width direction of the other side, and the total number of the lifting mechanisms is 5; or for example, 2 pieces are arranged in the length direction, 3 pieces are arranged in the width direction of one side, and 3 pieces are arranged in the width direction of the other side, and the total number is 6; for example, 2 pieces are arranged in the length direction, 4 pieces are arranged in the width direction of one side, 4 pieces are arranged in the width direction of the other side, 8 pieces are arranged in total, and the like, and the sequential circulation is within the implementation range of the embodiment.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lifting and clamping assembly 621 comprises a clamping support structure 624 and a lifting and clamping claw unit 625, wherein the clamping support structure 624 is connected with the lifting and clamping connector 6233 and/or the first structure 6221 and/or the second structure 6222 and/or the third structure 6223, corresponding to the connection and support function, is connected with the lifting and clamping assembly 622, and can push the movable structure 642 to the first position. The clamp support structures 624 of this embodiment are distributed along the width of the lift support assembly 622. The clamping support structure 624 comprises a first support plate 6241 and a second support plate 6242 which are arranged in parallel and a clamping connecting rod 6243, wherein the first support plate 6241 and the second support plate 6242 which are arranged in parallel are arranged oppositely, and the first support plate 6241 and the second support plate 6242 are connected through at least one clamping connecting rod 6243, so that the stability of the support is enhanced, the clamping and supporting of the rubber plate are balanced, and the stability of the rubber plate during lifting along the vertical direction is ensured. The lower end of the first support plate 6241 and/or the second support plate 6242 is provided with a mounting portion 6244 for mounting the lifting claw pushing unit 625, the lifting claw pushing unit 625 is mounted in the mounting portion 6244, can rotate along the lower end of the first support plate 6241 and/or the second support plate 6242 to a certain extent, is formed with a rotating area, and has an adjusting area for grabbing the rubber plate, so as to better grab the rubber plate from the support mechanism 100, and when the rubber plate is placed on the rotating area, the placing position of the rubber plate can be properly adjusted, and the rubber plate can be better clamped. The mounting portion 6244 of the present embodiment is disposed along the first support plate 6241 and/or the second support plate 6242 near the lower end, the mounting portion 6244 is a through cavity structure disposed along the first support plate 6241 and/or the second support plate 6242, the length of the through cavity structure is sufficient to adjust to the desired position when the lifting pawl member 6251 rotates, and when the lifting pawl member 6251 rotates along the lifting connecting shaft 6252 to the upper end or the lower end of the lifting pawl member 6251 completely enters the through cavity structure, i.e., the through cavity structure has a moving area sufficient to accommodate the 360-degree rotation of the lifting pawl member 6251.
In this embodiment, the lower end of the first support plate 6241 and/or the second support plate 6242 is provided with an abutting structure 6245, and the abutting structure 6245 acts on the first baffle 6431 and/or the second baffle below to drive the movable structure 642 to switch between the first position and the second position. The abutting structure 6245 of the present embodiment is configured to form a triangle at the lower end, and the end face of the abutting structure 6245 is narrower than the body structure of the first supporting plate 6241 and/or the second supporting plate 6242, so as to better apply a force on the first baffle 6431 and/or the second baffle to push the mobile structure 642 to the first position. As shown, an included angle is formed between the first and second faces of the abutment structure 6245.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the lifting claw units 625 are respectively disposed at two ends of the first support plate 6241 and the second support plate 6242, and are disposed corresponding to the positions of the first support plate 6241 and the second support plate 6242, and are used for grabbing the rubber plate on the support mechanism 100 as the lifting mechanism 62 descends to the lowest end, and clamping the rubber plate to raise the rubber plate to the high position under the driving of the lifting driving component 623, and the lifting claw units 625 of the present embodiment mainly clamp the rubber plate. In this embodiment, the lifting claw unit 625 that sets up relatively is formed with the clamping area that is used for supplying the offset plate to place, and clamping area's width dimension is the multiple of two piece at least offset plate widths, and the both ends of offset plate support through this lifting claw unit 625 respectively.
In the present embodiment, the lifting and lowering claw unit 625 includes a plurality of lifting and lowering claw members 6251 and a lifting and lowering connecting shaft 6252, wherein the lifting and lowering claw members 6251 are connected together by the lifting and lowering connecting shaft 6252. One end of the lifting pawl piece 6251 of the present embodiment is formed with an abutting portion for placing the rubber plate when clamping, and the other end of the lifting pawl piece 6251 is connected in series by a lifting connecting shaft 6252. The lifting pawl 6251 of the present embodiment can rotate relative to the lifting connecting shaft 6252 to adjust the posture of the lifting pawl 6251 for clamping the rubber plate, and the lifting pawl 6251 can rotate synchronously along the lifting connecting shaft 6252, or a single lifting pawl 6251 can rotate along the lifting connecting shaft 6252 according to the required position of the rubber plate. When the lifting pawl unit 625 is in a normal rubber plate clamping state, one end of the lifting pawl 6251 is positioned at the inner side of the first support plate 6241 and the second support plate 6242, and the other end is positioned at the outer side of the first support plate 6241 and the second support plate 6242, and the outer sides are connected through the lifting connecting shaft 6252. In this embodiment, the lifting connecting shaft 6252 is connected to the outer portions, i.e., the outer side walls, of the first and second support plates 6241 and 6242 and is connected thereto by a shaft connecting member, one end of the shaft connecting member is connected to the outer walls of the first and second support plates 6241 and 6242, the other end is provided with a mounting hole for mounting the lifting connecting shaft 6252, and the lifting connecting shaft 6252 is connected to the first and second support plates 6241 and 6242 and is supported by the first and second support plates 6241 and 6242 by the shaft connecting member.
In this embodiment, the lifting pawl 6251 is laterally disposed in the mounting portion 6244, and the connecting portion of the lifting pawl 6251 is connected by the lifting connecting shaft 6252 and located outside the mounting portion 6244, and the clamping portion of the lifting pawl 6251 is connected by the lifting connecting shaft 6252 and located inside the mounting portion 6244, so that the main body of the lifting pawl 6251 is located in the mounting portion 6244 and supported by the mounting portion 6244, and when the lifting pawl 6251 rotates along the lifting connecting shaft 6252, the mounting portion 6244 is used to support the lifting pawl 6251 on the one hand and to accommodate a required placing space when the lifting pawl 6251 is rotationally adjusted to a required posture.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the fourth transporting mechanism 9 is located at the high position of the lifting mechanism 62, and is used for pushing the rubber plate located on the lifting pawl 6251 to the downstream for processing, such as to the downstream drying line for drying. The fourth rubber plate conveying mechanism 9 of this embodiment moves along a trajectory that is to push the rubber plates on the lifting mechanism 62 from the lifting mechanism 62 to the downstream, and the rubber plates of the lifting mechanism 62 have empty positions after being pushed, so as to prepare for the next step of conveying the rubber plates by the lifting mechanism 62. The fourth rubber sheet conveying mechanism 9 of this embodiment includes a fourth pushing frame unit 91, a fourth transmission unit 92, and a fourth driving unit 93, where the fourth pushing frame unit 91 has a pushing claw structure for pushing claws of the rubber sheet on the lifting mechanism 62, and the rubber sheet on the lifting mechanism 62 is pushed to the downstream by the driving of the fourth driving unit 93; the fourth transmission unit 92 of this embodiment is connected to the fourth pushing frame unit 91, and under the driving of the fourth driving unit 93, the fourth pushing frame unit 91 can be driven to drive the rubber sheet to move synchronously, and/or the rubber sheet is placed on the fourth pushing frame unit 91 to move synchronously with the fourth pushing frame unit 91, so as to convey the rubber sheet to downstream, such as a drying line. The fourth driving unit 93 of the present embodiment is connected to the fourth transmission unit 92 for providing power for the movement of the fourth transmission unit 92, and the fourth driving unit 93 may be configured as a motor 951 and a belt structure, may also be configured as a motor 951 and a sprocket structure, may also be configured as a motor 951 and a screw rod structure 952, and may also be configured as a motor 951 and a gear structure, and plays a role in power output and transmission.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fourth pushing frame unit 91 includes a fourth pushing structure 911 and a plurality of fourth pushing claw structures 912 arranged on the fourth pushing structure 911, wherein the fourth pushing structure 911 is connected to the fourth transmission unit 92, and as an embodiment, the fourth pushing structure 911 of the present embodiment is arranged as a long bar-shaped pushing rod for supporting and connecting; the fourth pushing structure 911 may also be a frame structure, and as another embodiment, the fourth pushing structure 911 of this embodiment may also be configured as an integral plate structure, that is, the whole pushing structure is formed by splicing one or more plates, and both the plates have supporting and connecting functions. The push bar or frame structure is more advantageous than the plate structure in terms of energy saving and packaging transportation and cost saving, is light in weight, can have a lower power requirement for the fourth driving unit 93, and also reduces transportation costs, and is more material-saving than the plate structure.
In this embodiment, the fourth push claw structure 912 is distributed along the outer end portion of the fourth push structure 911, and is arranged in a row, and is used for pushing the rubber plate on the lifting mechanism 62 to the downstream, the fourth push claw structure 912 of this embodiment is arranged upward, that is, the upper end surface of the fourth push claw structure 912 relative to the fourth push structure 911 is arranged to protrude outward, the purpose is to reserve the space of the rubber plate, and the rubber plate is convenient to push, when the rubber plate of this embodiment is transported from the lifting mechanism 62 to the downstream direction, the fourth push claw structure 912 contacts with the outer end surface of the rubber plate, and basically, the fourth push claw structure 912 abuts against the relationship, so as to push the movement of the rubber plate. The fourth pusher structure 912 is similar to the other pusher structures, but the pusher is disposed upward, and the limited movable end thereof can push the rubber sheet on the lifting mechanism 62 to be conveyed downstream along the lifting mechanism 62. The fourth pushing claw structure 912 can be installed on a pushing rod of the fourth pushing structure 911, the pushing claw is upward, a movable end portion of the pushing claw can rotate within a range from upward vertical to parallel towards the advancing direction of the rubber plate, and an end surface inclined towards the opposite direction of the advancing direction of the rubber plate is also arranged at an upper end portion of the fourth pushing claw structure 912. In some embodiments, the fourth pawl structure 912 may be disposed at a rear end of the fourth pushing structure 911, and a plurality of fourth pawl structures 912 may be disposed to facilitate stable pushing of the rubber sheet off the lifting mechanism 62. In this embodiment, the fourth pawl pushing structure 912 is connected to an outer end face of the fourth pushing structure 911, and the fourth pawl pushing structure 912 includes a fourth pawl supporting seat and a fourth pawl main body, where the fourth pawl supporting seat is connected to the outer end face of the fourth pushing structure 911, the fourth pawl main body is rotatably connected to the fourth pawl supporting seat, and a specific rotatable section is formed on the fourth pawl main body relative to the fourth pawl supporting seat, so as to push the rubber sheet on the lifting mechanism 62 more flexibly. In this embodiment, the fourth pawl body includes a fourth pawl driving portion and a fourth pawl supporting portion, and when the fourth pawl driving portion acts on the rubber plate pushed by the lifting mechanism 62, an inner end surface of the fourth pawl driving portion abuts against the rubber plate; the fourth pushing claw supporting part is connected with the fourth pushing claw driving part and synchronously rotates with the fourth pushing claw driving part, and when the fourth pushing claw driving part acts on pushing a rubber plate on the lifting mechanism 62, the fourth pushing claw supporting part abuts against the outer end part of the fourth pushing claw support and/or the fourth pushing structure 911 and is limited in the rotation of the fourth pushing claw driving part. the third rubber plate conveying mechanism is used for conveying the turned rubber plates to the supporting mechanism and/or the lifting mechanism;
and the fourth rubber plate conveying mechanism is arranged at the high position and used for conveying the rubber plates on the lifting mechanism.

the third gear structure is connected with the third rotating shaft, and when the third driving unit drives the third rotating shaft to rotate, the third gear structure and the third rotating shaft synchronously rotate;
and at least one end of the third guide structure is connected with the first frame body unit, a third guide channel is arranged on the third pushing structure, and the third guide structure moves along the third guide channel and is used for guiding the third pushing structure during movement.

The production apparatus for capsule production according to claim 5, wherein the third pushing structure comprises a first rod, a second rod, and at least one third rod connecting the first rod and the second rod, the third guide channels are disposed at both ends of the first rod and the second rod, and the third guide channels disposed on the first rod and the second rod are located on the same horizontal line.

a fixed structure connected with the first frame unit and/or the support mechanism;
the movable structure is movably connected relative to the fixed structure and can be acted on the movable structure by the lifting mechanism to enable the movable structure to be switched between a first position and a second position, the movable structure can limit the moving range of the rubber plate positioned on the supporting unit when being positioned at the first position, and when the movable structure is positioned at the second position, the top of the movable structure is flush with the upper end face of the supporting guide rail structure and/or is lower than the upper end face of the supporting guide rail structure.
10. Production device for capsule production according to claim 9, wherein the fixation structure comprises:
at least one fixed base connected to the first rack unit and/or the support mechanism;
and the guide channel is arranged on the fixed base and used for guiding the movable structure when the movable structure moves between the first position and the second position.
11. Production device for capsule production according to claim 9, wherein the mobile structure comprises:
the baffle plate assembly is used for guiding and supporting the rubber plate when the rubber plate moves from the turnover mechanism to the position below the lifting mechanism;
and the lifting assembly is connected with the baffle plate assembly, and the baffle plate assembly can change the distance from the fixed structure through the lifting assembly.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the baffle assembly comprises a first baffle disposed outside the support rail structure, the first baffle limiting the positioning of the glue board with two ends resting on the support rail structure, respectively, when in the first position.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the first set of opposing baffles limit lateral movement of the ends of the glue board on the support track structure.
14. The production device for capsule production according to claim 13, wherein the lifting assembly comprises:
the first lifting piece is connected with one end of the first baffle;
the second lifting piece is connected with the other end of the first baffle;
the lifting guide structure is connected with the fixed base and is provided with a guide channel;
the first lifting piece and the second lifting piece move relative to the guide channel to adjust the distance and/or the position between the top of the first baffle plate and the upper end face of the support guide rail structure.
15. The production device for capsule production according to claim 14, wherein the length dimension of the support rail structure and/or the first baffle in the feeding direction is a multiple of the width of at least two glue sheets.
16. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the limiting mechanism further comprises a resilient structure that returns the movable structure from the second position to the first position, the resilient structure being connected to the fixed structure and the movable structure, respectively.
17. Production device for capsule production according to any of claims 9-16, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises:
the lifting clamping assembly is used for grabbing the rubber plate on the supporting mechanism and pushing the movable structure away from the first position;
the lifting supporting component is used for supporting the lifting clamping component;
and the lifting driving assembly is connected with the lifting support assembly and is used for providing power for the lifting clamping assembly and/or the lifting support assembly to move up and down along the vertical direction.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the movable structure is returned from the second position to the first position by the resilient structure after the lifting and lowering assembly has removed the glue panel.
19. The apparatus of claim 18, wherein the lifting and holding assembly has a width dimension that is a multiple of the width of the at least two glue plates for holding the at least two glue plates.
20. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the elevation support assembly comprises a first structure, a second structure, and at least one third structure connecting the first structure and the second structure, the elevation clamp assembly is connected to the first structure and/or the second structure, and the elevation drive assembly is connected to the third structure.
21. The production device for capsule production according to claim 17, wherein the lifting drive assembly comprises:
the lifting power assembly is used as a power source;
a lifting guide member disposed in a vertical direction;
and the lifting guide channel is arranged on the lifting connecting piece, is sleeved outside the lifting guide piece and is used for guiding the rubber plate in lifting motion along the vertical direction.

25. The apparatus of claim 21, wherein the elevation guide member is connected at an upper end thereof to the upper position of the first frame unit and at a lower end thereof to the lower position of the first frame unit.
26. A device according to claim 25, wherein the lifting and lowering connector is connected at one end to a third structure, and the lifting and lowering connector is provided with a through hole structure forming the lifting and lowering guide passage.
27. The production device for capsule production according to claim 17, wherein the lifting and clamping assembly comprises:
the clamping support structure is connected with the lifting connecting piece and/or the first structure and/or the second structure and/or the third structure and can push the movable structure to a first position;
the lifting push claw units are respectively arranged at two ends of the clamping and supporting structure and are used for grabbing the rubber plate and/or the supporting rubber plate positioned on the supporting mechanism.
