Examples
A brick stacking system, as shown in fig. 1, comprising: the feeding and transferring mechanism 1 is used for conveying a maintenance unit, and the maintenance unit comprises a supporting plate and a layer of bricks laid on the supporting plate; the arranging mechanism 2 is used for pushing the bricks away from the supporting plate to arrange the bricks in an arranging manner; the stacking mechanism 4 is butted with the material arranging mechanism 2 and is used for stacking the arranged bricks; a pallet separating mechanism 5 which is butted with the feeding and transferring mechanism 1 and is used for stacking and arranging the pallets; and a pallet feeding mechanism 3 interfacing with the palletizing mechanism 4 for feeding pallets to the palletizing mechanism 4.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the loading and transfer mechanism 1 includes: a first conveyor line 11 for conveying a plurality of stacked curing units; a second conveyor line 12 for conveying the curing units one by one forward, the second conveyor line 12 being higher than the first conveyor line 11; and a clamping and shifting mechanism 13 for transferring the maintenance units one by one from the first conveying line 11 to the second conveying line 12.
The first conveying line 11 and the second conveying line 12 can both adopt chain conveying lines, and an obliquely arranged guide plate 111 is arranged at the inlet end of the first conveying line 11 so as to place the stacked curing units on the first conveying line 11; the clamping displacement mechanism 13 includes: the maintenance device comprises a walking truss 131 which crosses the first conveying line 11 and moves back and forth, a clamping and supporting assembly 132 which is slidably assembled at two sides of the walking truss 131 along the vertical direction and is used for clamping the bottom of the pallet at the uppermost layer, and a displacement driving assembly 133 which is used for driving the clamping and supporting assembly 132 to move back and forth so as to lift the maintenance unit at the uppermost layer to the second conveying line 12.
The walking truss 131 includes: the device comprises a frame body 1311, walking rollers 1312 arranged at the bottom of the frame body 1311 and a servo driving assembly 1313 used for driving the walking rollers 1312 to rotate in a reciprocating mode, guide rails are arranged on the two sides of the first conveying line 11 on the ground, the walking rollers 1312 are matched with the guide rails and can move in a reciprocating mode along the guide rails, and the servo driving assembly 1313 is selected from the following structures singly or in combination: the gear transmission mechanism, the belt transmission mechanism or the sprocket transmission mechanism drives the walking roller 1312 to rotate through the servo driving component 1313, so that the walking truss 131 can reciprocate.
The card holder assembly 132 includes: the maintenance device comprises a lifting seat 1321 which is assembled on a frame body 1311 in a sliding mode, a clamping cylinder 1322 fixed on the lifting seat 1321 and a clamping plate 1323 fixed on a piston rod of the clamping cylinder 1322, wherein the clamping plate 1323 is L-shaped, a support guide rod 1324 is fixed on the clamping plate 1323, the support guide rod 1324 is assembled on the lifting seat 1321 in a sliding mode, the clamping plate 1323 is guided and supported through the support guide rod 1324, the stability of the clamping plate 1323 is improved, the position of the clamping cylinder 1322 is adjusted through reciprocating movement of the lifting seat 1321, the clamping plate 1323 is driven to stretch into the bottom of a clamping maintenance unit through the clamping cylinder 1322, and the maintenance unit can be supported to move upwards.
The shift driving assembly 133 includes: the lifting mechanism comprises a synchronizing shaft 1331 rotatably assembled on a frame body 1311, sprocket assemblies 1332 connected with the synchronizing shaft 1331, and a displacement driving motor 1333 for driving the synchronizing shaft 1331 to rotate, wherein the sprocket assemblies 1332 are connected with a lifting seat 1321, two sets of sprocket assemblies 1332 are arranged on the sprocket assemblies 1332, the two sets of sprocket assemblies 1332 are respectively connected to two ends of the synchronizing shaft 1331, and the synchronizing shaft 1331 is driven to rotate by the displacement driving motor 1333, so that the sprocket assemblies 1332 are driven to drive the lifting seat 1321 to move.
During loading, the maintenance units stacked at a certain height are transferred to the first conveying line 11 through a forklift, the maintenance units are driven to move forwards by the first conveying line 11, so that the maintenance units can be closely arranged on the first conveying line 11, then the walking truss 131 moves to the position corresponding to the maintenance units, the clamping and supporting assembly 132 is driven by the shifting driving assembly 133 to descend to the position corresponding to the uppermost maintenance unit and clamped into the bottom of the maintenance unit, the maintenance units are lifted to the height level with the second conveying line 12 through the shifting driving assembly 133, finally the maintenance units are transferred to the second conveying line 12 through the walking truss 131, loading can be carried out, due to the fact that enough space is needed during stacking, loading is carried out in a mode of combining the first conveying line 11 and the second conveying line 12, loading is convenient and can provide enough stacking space, make things convenient for the fragment of brick to carry out quick orderly pile up neatly.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the material arranging mechanism 2 includes: the frame 21, the second conveying line 12 is fixed on the frame 21; the material arranging plate 22 is arranged on one side of the second conveying line 12, and a first pushing mechanism 23 used for pushing bricks from the supporting plates to the material arranging plate 22 is arranged on the other side of the second conveying line 12; the reversing turntable 24 is arranged on one side of the material arranging plate 22, the frame 21 is provided with a reversing motor for driving the reversing turntable 24 to rotate, and the other side of the material arranging plate 22 is provided with a second pushing mechanism 25 for pushing bricks from the material arranging plate 22 to the reversing turntable 24; and a material receiving plate 26 arranged on one side of the reversing rotary table 24, which is far away from the second conveying line 12, a third pushing mechanism 27 for pushing bricks from the reversing rotary table 24 to the material receiving plate 26 is arranged on the other side of the reversing rotary table 24, and the material receiving plate 26 is connected with a shifting conveying line 261.
The second conveying line 12 and the shift conveying line 261 can both adopt chain conveying belts, and the first pushing mechanism 23, the second pushing mechanism 25 and the third pushing mechanism 27 all include: the pushing device comprises a pushing frame 231 capable of moving back and forth, a pushing plate 232 assembled on the pushing frame 231 in a sliding mode along the vertical direction, and a pushing cylinder 233 used for driving the pushing plate 232 to move back and forth, wherein a traveling rack 211 arranged along the moving direction of the pushing frame 231 is arranged on a machine frame 21, a traveling driving shaft 234 is rotatably connected to the pushing frame 231, traveling gears 235 meshed with the traveling racks 211 are fixed at two ends of the traveling driving shaft 234, and a traveling driving motor 236 used for driving the traveling driving shaft 234 to rotate back and forth is further arranged on the pushing frame 231; meanwhile, a traveling roller 1312 is further arranged on the pushing frame 231, a traveling rail is arranged below the traveling rack 211 on the rack 21, the traveling roller 1312 is matched with the traveling rail and clamps the traveling rack 211 together with the traveling gear 235, a stabilizing gear 237 meshed with the traveling rack 211 is further rotatably connected to one side of the rack 21, which is located on the traveling gear 235, and the pushing frame 231 is made to move more stably through the stabilizing gear 237.

When the maintenance unit is transferred to a position corresponding to the material arranging plate 22 by the second conveying line 12, the second conveying line 12 stops acting, then the bricks are pushed to one side of the material arranging plate 22 by the first pushing mechanism 23, the bricks can be close to each other in one direction in the pushing process, after the bricks are pushed to the predetermined position on the material arranging plate 22 by the first pushing mechanism 23, the bricks are pushed to the reversing turntable 24 by the second pushing mechanism 25, the bricks are close to each other in the other direction until the bricks are completely pushed to the central position of the material arranging plate, then the reversing turntable 24 is driven by the reversing motor to rotate 90 degrees, then the bricks are pushed to the material receiving plate 26 by the third pushing mechanism 27, the bricks are further arranged in the pushing process, and finally the bricks can be transferred to a station for stacking through the transferring conveying line, so that the bricks can be conveniently stacked.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the pallet feeding mechanism 3 includes: the storage rack 31 is provided with an opening at one side of the storage rack 31, and a feeding conveying line 311 for conveying the pallet is arranged at the bottom of the storage rack 31; and a supporting and discharging mechanism 32 supported on the storage rack 31 for placing the stacked pallets one by one on the feeding conveyor line 311.
The symmetry of bearing drop feed mechanism 32 is provided with two sets ofly, and bearing drop feed mechanism 32 includes: the rotary type is assembled in the bearing axle 321 of storage rack 31, at least two die-pins 322 that are fixed in bearing axle 321 and be used for driving bearing axle 321 reciprocating rotation's blowing drive assembly 323, and when the pallet that piles up was located material loading transfer chain 311, die-pin 322 can break away from the pallet that is located the below and rotate to second piece pallet bottom, and blowing drive assembly 323 includes: the emptying driving cylinder 3231 hinged to the material storage frame 31 and the connecting rod 3232 are fixed at the bearing shaft 321 at one end and hinged at the other end of the piston rod of the emptying driving cylinder 3231, the emptying driving cylinder 3231 can push the connecting rod 3232 to rotate when stretching, so that the bearing shaft 321 is driven to rotate, the emptying of the pallet is supported, and the material supporting plate 3221 is fixed at the end part of the supporting rod 322, so that the supporting area is increased, and the supporting stability is improved.
Further, the both sides that lie in material loading transfer chain 311 on the storage frame 31 are equipped with the arc and lead positive board 312 to can conveniently place the pallet and make the position that the pallet placed more accurate, simultaneously, one side is equipped with support rib 313 in storage frame 31, is equipped with the leading positive floor 314 that the slope set up with the relative one side of support rib 313, uses through support rib 313 and the cooperation of leading positive floor 314, can carry on spacingly to the pallet, and further the position that makes the pallet put is more accurate.

The lifting and stacking mechanism 42 includes: the material receiving plate 26 can be driven by a shifting conveying line 261 to move to a position right above the pallet table 421, and the servo lifting assembly 422 is selected from the following structures to be suitable alone or in combination: in the embodiment, the servo lifting assembly 422 is a chain transmission assembly, which is driven by a servo motor to move up and down, and the servo driving assembly 1313 drives the stacking table 421 to move up and down, so as to adjust the height of the bricks according to the height of the stacked bricks.
The barrier assembly 43 includes: be fixed in the baffle cylinder 431 that separates of hacking frame 41 and be fixed in the baffle 432 that separates of the piston rod that separates baffle cylinder 431, through separating the drive of baffle cylinder 431 and separating baffle 432 and descend, can restrict the fragment of brick and move backward, simultaneously, still be equipped with on separating baffle 432 and support and push away subassembly 46, support and push away subassembly 46 and include: the brick stacking machine comprises a transmission wheel set 461 rotatably assembled on one side of the baffle 432 close to the shift conveying line 261, a pushing screw 462 positioned on the other side of the baffle 432 and fixed on a rotating shaft of the transmission wheel set 461, a pushing seat 463 slidably assembled on the baffle 432 and in threaded connection with the pushing screw 462, and a pushing plate 464232 fixed on the pushing seat 463, wherein after the baffle 432 descends to be attached to the stacking table 421, the chain transmission wheel set 461 rotates to drive the pushing screw 462 to rotate so that the pushing seat 463 moves forwards, and bricks can be further compacted and tidily by the pushing plate 464232.
The clamping arrangement 44 includes: the clamping plates 441 are slidably assembled on the two sides of the stacking frame 41 and the double-head cylinder 442 is fixed on the stacking frame 41, the clamping plates 441 are connected with piston rods of the double-head cylinder 442, a sliding rod is arranged on the stacking frame 41, a sliding sleeve matched with the sliding rod is arranged on each clamping plate 441, accordingly, the clamping plates 441 are connected in a sliding mode, the double-head cylinder 442 drives the clamping plates 441 on the two sides to synchronously move, and therefore the two sides of a brick can be clamped and stacked together.
The compression leveling assembly 45 includes: a mounting shaft 451 rotatably assembled to the pallet frame 41, a return elastic member 452 fixed to the mounting shaft 451 at one end and connected to the pallet frame 41 at the other end, a pressing plate 453 fixed to the mounting shaft 451, a driving sprocket 454 fixed to an end of the mounting seat, a leveling driving cylinder 455 fixed to the pallet frame 41, and a driving chain 456 fixed to the driving sprocket 454 at one end and a piston rod of the leveling driving cylinder 455 at the other end, and engaged with the driving sprocket 454; the elastic return element 452 may be a torsion spring or a clockwork spring, and when the elastic return element 452 is in a natural state, the pressing plate 453 is folded at one side of the pallet 41; in an initial state, the stacking driving cylinder 455 is in an extended state, the pressing plate 453 is folded at one side of the stacking frame 41 under the action of the resetting elastic piece 452, when a brick moves into the stacking frame 41, the stacking driving cylinder 455 retracts and pulls the driving chain 456, and the driving chain 456 pulls the driving chain wheel 454 to rotate, so that the pressing plate 453 is pressed against the outer side surface of the brick, and the pressing and stacking of the brick are realized.
After the bricks are conveyed to the material receiving plate 26, the material receiving plate 26 is driven by the shifting conveying line 261 to move to the position right above the lifting code supporting mechanism 42, then the blocking component 43 descends to be attached to the material receiving plate 26, the clamping arrangement component 44 clamps two sides of the bricks relatively, the pressing code leveling component 45 supports the outer side faces of the bricks tightly, the lifting code supporting mechanism 42 ascends to the position where the uppermost layer of the bricks is attached to the lower surface of the material receiving plate 26, then the shifting conveying line 261 drives the material receiving plate 26 to reset, in the process of resetting the material receiving plate 26, the bricks are stopped in situ under the blocking effect of the blocking component 43 and naturally stacked on a pallet or the bricks below under the action of gravity, and due to the fact that the thickness of the material receiving plate 26 is small, the bricks cannot be disordered in the falling process, and the stacking of the bricks can be continuously performed by repeating the processes.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, the pallet release mechanism 5 includes: a separating line 51 connected to the second line 12 for transferring the pallets separated from the bricks; a receiving pile unit 52 abutting on the separation conveyance line 51; and a receiving conveyor line 53 for placing pallets.

Meanwhile, a cleaning brush 511 stretching across the separation conveying line 51 is further arranged on the rack 21, the cleaning brush 511 is attached to the surface of the supporting plate, the surface of the supporting plate is brushed when the supporting plate is output, the cleanliness of the supporting plate is improved, and the phenomenon that stacking is affected due to sundries left on the surface of the supporting plate is avoided.
Bricks are separated from the supporting plate and then are continuously conveyed forwards by the separation conveying line 51, the bearing plate 524 is positioned at the position butted with the discharge end of the separation conveying line 51 in an initial state, when the supporting plate is output from the separation conveying line 51 and then falls on the bearing plate 524, then the power driving mechanism 525 drives the lifting driving belt 522 to move to drive the bearing plate 524 to descend until the supporting plate is placed on the material receiving conveying line 53 or stacked on the supporting plate below, when the lifting driving belt 522 continuously moves, the bearing plate 524 is abutted by the supporting plate below to rotate upwards so as to be separated from the supporting plate above, and the side surface attached to the stacked supporting plate below continuously descends until the supporting plate is moved to be butted with the separation conveying line 51 again, so that the continuous collection of the supporting plate is realized, the continuous operation of the bricks is convenient, and finally, when the supporting plate is stacked to a certain height, the material receiving conveying line 53 can be moved out, and performing continuous recycling.
The working process is that, carry the maintenance unit by material loading transfer mechanism 1, provide the pallet by pallet feeding mechanism 3 to pile up neatly mechanism 4, lifting bracket mechanism 42 is located the lowest position under the initial condition, make the pallet can be directly transferred to lifting bracket mechanism 42 on, when the maintenance unit is transferred to reason material mechanism 2 and is handled, arrange the fragment of brick by reason material mechanism 2, make the fragment of brick can neatly inseparable range, the fragment of brick is transferred to lifting bracket mechanism 42 afterwards, keep off subassembly 43 decline afterwards, centre gripping range module 44 presss from both sides the fragment of brick both sides tightly relatively, compress tightly the lateral surface of fragment of brick and support tight, lifting bracket mechanism 42 rises to the superiors fragment of brick and reason material mechanism 2 and dock mutually, thereby realize spacing and the fragment of brick to the upmost advanced, improve pile up neatly efficiency.
