in some embodiments of the present application, the pot storage assemblies 200 on different mounting racks of the rack 100 store different types of pots, but the pot storage assemblies 200 on each mounting rack store the same type of pots, and in this embodiment, the automatic pot rack can be used to configure multiple types of pots, and the configuration of different types of pots can be satisfied by one automatic pot rack.
Three groups of sensors are arranged on the mounting rack, wherein the first group of sensors are used for detecting whether the pot storage assembly 200 on the mounting rack is lower than an early warning line or not, when the number of pots of the pot storage assembly 200 on the mounting rack is less than a preset number (for example, 2), the sensors send signals to the controller to prompt staff that the pots reach the early warning line, the pots need to be added into the pot storage assembly 200, if the staff do not add pots to the pot storage assembly 200 in time, the pots in the pot storage assembly 200 are used up, the first group of sensors cannot detect the pots, the second group of sensors send signals to the controller, the controller suspends the movement of the pot transfer assembly 400, and the pot configuration is suspended; the second group of sensors are positioned at the pot-taking-off position, the second sensors send signals to the controller after detecting that the target pot is taken off, the brake piece prevents the first chain wheel 401 from rotating, meanwhile, the motor connected with the second chain wheel 402 stops running, and the controller controls the pot conveying assembly 300, the lifting assembly 500 and the pot pushing assembly 600 to move in sequence; the third set of sensors is used to detect movement of the chain 403 and send a signal to the controller when it detects that the chain 403 has stopped moving.
The pot transfer assembly 400 is used for transferring the target pot stored in the pot storage assembly 200 to the pot transfer assembly 300.
In some embodiments of the present application, pot transfer assembly 400 comprises a first sprocket 401, a second sprocket 402 and a chain 403, wherein first sprocket 401 is mounted at a first lengthwise end of the mounting frame, second sprocket 402 is mounted at a second lengthwise end of the mounting frame, and chain 403 is engaged with first sprocket 401 and second sprocket 402, wherein second sprocket 402 is connected to the motor through clutch 405. The clutch 405 is normally in a de-energized disengaged state.
When subassembly 400 is transported to the pan, clutch 405 circular telegram earlier then stopper 404 circular telegram, and this in-process clutch 405 and stopper 404 circular telegram always, stopper 404 cuts off the power supply earlier then clutch 405 cuts off the power supply when subassembly 400 is transported to the pan.
When the chain wheel and chain transmission assembly moves, the clutch 405 and the brake 404 are in an electrified state; when the sprocket and chain drive assembly stops moving, both the clutch 405 and the brake 404 are in a de-energized state.
In this embodiment, the pot transfer assembly 400 further comprises a tensioning sprocket mounted on the mounting frame and located between the first sprocket 401 and the second sprocket 402, the tensioning sprocket being used to tension the chain 403.
The motor drives second sprocket 402 to rotate, and second sprocket 402 drives first sprocket 401 and rotates, and chain 403 rotates along with first sprocket 401 and second sprocket 402, and final chain 403 drives couple 201 motion of being connected with chain 403, realizes the transportation of target pan.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the chain 403 is arranged along the length direction of the mounting rack, and the conveying direction of the cookware transferring component 400 to the plurality of hooks 201 is also along the length direction of the mounting rack.
When subassembly 400 was transported to the pan, chain 403 drove couple 201 and moves, and when couple 201 moved to first sprocket 401's position, couple 201 took place to overturn along with chain 403's motion, and the target pan drops from couple 201, realizes that target pan transports subassembly 400 with the pan from proper motion separation.
After the target cookware is transferred to the cookware transfer assembly 300, the cookware transfer assembly 400 needs to be suspended for transfer. In some embodiments of the present application, the pause of the pot transfer assembly 400 is achieved by the brake 404 cooperating with the clutch 405. The brake 404 acts on the first sprocket 401 in driven motion and the clutch 405 acts on the second sprocket 402 in driving motion.
In some embodiments of the present application, brake 404 is an exciter-less brake. When the pot is not taken out, the pot is in a power-off braking state, and the brake is electrified when the pot is taken out and in the pot taking process, so that the brake is released.
