The second box-pressing device 48 has the same structure as the first box-pressing device 44, and referring to fig. 17, the second box-pressing device 48 includes a second cylinder and a second box-pressing plate, and the second cylinder drives the second box-pressing plate to move toward the front end of the box board and press the second upper hinge, the second lower hinge, the second left hinge, and the second right hinge, so that the second upper hinge, the second lower hinge, the second left hinge, and the second right hinge are further bent.
As shown in fig. 19 to 21, the pushing device includes a rack 71, and a pushing platform and a pushing mechanism disposed on the rack 71. The pusher platform includes a roller conveyor line 77, the roller conveyor line 77 being used to convey material. The pusher platform further comprises a fixed stop 79 and a movable stop 78, the movable stop 78 being configured to be able to rise and fall, the fixed stop 79 and the movable stop 78 serving to constrain the material from both sides in a preset position on the pusher platform. The pushing mechanism is used for pushing and pushing the materials on the platform. Specifically, the pushing mechanism includes a pushing rod 76 and a linear driving mechanism 72, the linear driving mechanism 72 is disposed on the frame 71 and is used for driving the pushing rod 76 to move linearly, and the pushing rod 76 is used for contacting and pushing the material. Claims (10)
1. A mechanism for carton board unfolding, loading and carton sealing, comprising:
an unfolding device for unfolding the carton board into a carton;
the conveying chain channel is used for positioning and conveying the cartons;
the pushing device is used for pushing the materials into the carton;
the box sealing device comprises folding assemblies which are arranged at the left side and the right side of the conveying chain path and are used for bending the folding of the carton board so as to seal the opening at the end part of the carton board;
the adhesive sticking devices are arranged on the left side and the right side of the conveying chain path and are used for spraying strip-shaped or point-shaped hot melt adhesives to the inner side of the hinge of the carton and/or sticking the sealing strip to the outer side of the hinge of the carton;
and the box pressing device is used for pushing the carton hinge after the box is sealed.
2. A mechanism for carton board expansion, loading and carton sealing as set forth in claim 1 further comprising storage means for storing said carton boards and transporting said carton boards to said expansion means.
3. The mechanism of claim 1, wherein said unfolding means comprises a drive mechanism and a suction cup assembly, said suction cup assembly acting on a first side of said carton board and a second side of said carton board, said first side being adjacent to or opposite said second side, said drive mechanism being adapted to drive said suction cup assembly into relative movement to unfold said carton board.
4. The mechanism for carton board unfolding, loading and carton sealing as claimed in claim 1, wherein said conveyor chain path comprises a conveyor chain, said conveyor chain having a front and a rear fixed leaf for fixing said carton board, said front and rear fixed leaves for positioning the unfolded carton.
5. The mechanism for carton board unfolding, loading and box sealing of claim 1 wherein said end flaps of said carton boards comprise an upper flap, a lower flap, a left flap and a right flap;
the folding assembly comprises a right folding mechanism for bending the right folding;
the folding assembly comprises a left folding mechanism and a left folding mechanism, wherein the left folding mechanism is used for bending the left folding;
the folding assembly comprises an upper folding mechanism and a lower folding mechanism, and the upper folding mechanism and the lower folding mechanism are used for bending the upper folding and the lower folding;
and along the transmission direction of the carton board, the right folding mechanism, the left folding mechanism and the upper and lower folding mechanisms are sequentially arranged on one side of the conveying chain channel.
6. The mechanism of claim 5, wherein the upper and lower folding mechanisms are disposed at the rear of the left folding mechanism, and the upper and lower folding mechanisms include an upper folding member and a lower folding member, the upper folding member is gradually folded upward for bending the upper folding member, the lower folding member is gradually folded downward for bending the lower folding member, and the upper and lower folding members of the carton are gradually sealed at the mouth of the carton during the forward movement of the carton on the conveying chain.
7. The mechanism for unfolding, loading and sealing carton boards as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pushing device comprises a frame, and a pushing platform and a pushing mechanism which are arranged on the frame, wherein the pushing platform comprises a roller conveying line for conveying materials;
the pushing platform further comprises a fixed stopper and a movable stopper, the movable stopper is configured to be capable of rising and falling, and the fixed stopper and the movable stopper are used for restraining materials from two sides to a preset position on the pushing platform;
the material pushing mechanism is used for pushing the material on the material pushing platform.
8. The carton board unfolding, loading and carton sealing mechanism according to claim 7, wherein said pushing mechanism comprises a pushing rod and a linear driving mechanism, said linear driving mechanism is arranged on said frame for driving said pushing rod to move linearly, and said pushing rod is used for contacting and pushing the material.
9. The carton board unfolding, loading and carton sealing mechanism according to claim 8, wherein said pushing device further comprises a feeding guide mechanism, said feeding guide mechanism comprises a movable frame configured to move linearly, and a plurality of elastic pieces disposed on said movable frame, and a plurality of said elastic pieces surround to form a gate shape for material to pass through.
10. The mechanism for unfolding, loading and sealing carton boards as claimed in claim 1, wherein the carton pressing device comprises a cylinder, a guide rod and a carton pressing plate which are connected in sequence, and the carton pressing plate is used for pushing the carton hinges after sealing under the driving of the cylinder.
