In this embodiment, the first box sealing mechanism 121 includes two clamping rods 31, two rotating rods 34, and a push rod 35 connected to one end of the rotating rods 34;
the two rotating rods 34 extend in parallel and are respectively located at two sides below the box opening manipulator 24, and the push rods 35 squeeze the lower cover plates 41 at two lateral sides of the bottom of the initial carton 18 through rotation of the rotating rods 34, so that the initial carton 18 is closed.
It should be noted that the driving components of the rotating rod 34 on both sides of the first box sealing mechanism 121 are respectively composed of an air cylinder 36, a rack 37 and a gear 38, the rack 37 is driven to move by the air cylinder 36, and then the gear 38 is driven to rotate, and the gear 38 is fixedly connected with the rotating rod 34, so as to drive the rotating rod 34 to rotate.
The two clamping rods 31 are located below the box opening manipulator 24, one end of each clamping rod 31 is rotatably connected to the base frame 21, the two clamping rods 31 rotate oppositely, so that the other end of each clamping rod 31 extrudes the lower cover plates 41 on the two longitudinal sides of the bottom of the initial carton 18, and the lower cover plates 41 are closed, wherein the clamping rods 31 can be driven to rotate by the corresponding cylinders 32 respectively.
Preferably, one end of the clamping rod 31 can be connected with a box sealing rod 33, and the extension direction of the box sealing rod 33 is parallel to the corresponding lower cover plate 41, so that the lower cover plate 41 can be squeezed in a larger area, and a better box sealing effect can be achieved.
The box sealing principle and structure of the second box sealing mechanism can be similar to those of the first box sealing mechanism, so that box sealing can be realized, and further description is omitted here.
The box opening device 11, the box bottom glue sealing device 12, the product boxing device 13, the box top glue sealing device 14, the conveying wire frame 15, the weighing and labeling wire frame 16 and the output wire frame 17 are electrically connected with the same controller (computer), so that the whole boxing work flow is controlled.

on the other hand, the initial cartons are stacked on the rack 22, the carton opening robot 24 grabs out one initial carton 18 closest to the first side of the base frame 21, while the remaining other initial cartons 18 can be stably limited on the rack 22 by the upper end limiting piece 222 and the lower end limiting piece 227, and the remaining other initial cartons 18 and the pressing pieces 223 can slide down along the inclined direction of the supporting platform 221, so that the remaining initial cartons 18 can still be located close to the limiting component, and the next grabbing by the carton opening robot 24 is facilitated;
referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, in the process that the initial carton 18 is grabbed out by the carton opening manipulator 24, the initial carton 18 is squeezed with the arc-shaped section 232, so that the initial carton 18 is gradually unfolded, when the initial carton 18 is completely unfolded, the rotating rod 34 rotates, so that the push rod 35 squeezes the lower cover plates 41 on two lateral sides of the bottom of the initial carton 18, and then the lower cover plates 41 are closed, and then the two clamping rods 31 rotate oppositely, so that the carton sealing rod 33 at the other end of the clamping rod 31 squeezes the lower cover plates 41 on two longitudinal sides of the bottom of the initial carton 18, and further the lower cover plates 41 are closed;
then, the straight bar section 231 moves to push the unfolded carton with the lower cover plate 41 sealed to the first gluing mechanism 122, so that the bottom of the carton is glued to form a loaded carton;
then, the loading carton is transported to a corresponding position by the conveying line frame 15 and stopped, at the moment, the box filling manipulator can grab the products and place the products into the loading carton, and after a set number of products are loaded, the first labeling device 151 labels the carton;
after labeling, the labeling is pushed to the automatic weighing line body 161 by a corresponding pushing part, the weighing of the carton is finished in the process of conveying the carton on the automatic weighing line body 161, after weighing, the controller analyzes the weighing data,
if the carton is qualified, the weighing and labeling wire rack 16 stops when the carton passes through the second labeling device 162, the corresponding pushing component pushes the carton to be in positioning contact with the baffle on the other side, and the second labeling device 162 performs second labeling on the weighed carton;
if the paper box is not qualified, the second labeling device 162 does not label the paper box, and the paper box flows to the output wire rack 17 for rework treatment;
the carton with qualified weight and the second labeling is pushed to the top sealing device 14 for sealing and pasting.
In whole working process, the accessible sets up corresponding inductor and responds to the position of carton to the start-stop of control corresponding device, here is not repeated.

1. the carton opening device comprises a material rack for stacking and containing the initial cartons, a guide part and a carton opening mechanical arm, wherein the guide part and the carton opening mechanical arm are both positioned on one side of the material rack, and the carton opening mechanical arm is used for grabbing the initial cartons on the material rack and extruding the initial cartons and the guide part through movement so as to expand the initial cartons;
the box bottom glue sealing device comprises a first box sealing mechanism and a first glue pasting mechanism, the first box sealing mechanism is located at the bottom between the box opening mechanical arm and the material rack and used for closing lower cover plates on four sides of the bottom of the initial carton, and the first glue pasting mechanism is located on one side of the first box sealing mechanism and used for sealing the closed lower cover plates to obtain the loading carton;
the product boxing device is positioned on one side of the box bottom glue sealing device and comprises a loading platform and a boxing manipulator, and the boxing manipulator is used for grabbing the products on the loading platform and transporting the products to the loading carton; and
the box top glue sealing device is positioned on the other side of the box bottom glue sealing device and comprises a second box sealing mechanism and a second glue pasting mechanism, the second box sealing mechanism closes the upper cover plates on the four sides of the top of the loading carton, and the second glue pasting mechanism is used for sealing glue on the closed upper cover plates.

The automatic product boxing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the unpacking device further comprises a base frame, the material frame is arranged on a first side of the base frame, the unpacking manipulator is arranged on a second side opposite to the base frame, and the unpacking manipulator is movable in the direction of the first side to grab;
the material rack comprises a supporting table, a limiting assembly and a pressing piece, the supporting table is used for placing the initial cartons, the limiting assembly is fixedly arranged at one end, close to the base frame, of the supporting table, the pressing piece is movably arranged on the supporting table, and the limiting assembly and the pressing piece clamp and position the initial cartons placed in a stacked mode in the thickness direction of the initial cartons so as to enable the carton opening mechanical arm to grab the cartons.
