The horizontal high-speed case unpacking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting frame is connected with the guide mechanism, the guide mechanism comprises a guide sleeve fixedly connected with the lifting frame, the guide sleeve is sleeved on the guide rod and is connected with the guide rod in a sliding manner, and the guide rod is arranged longitudinally.
3. A horizontal high speed case unpacking machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the lifting linear drive mechanism is an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder.

The horizontal high-speed case unpacking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises small chain wheels fixedly arranged on the conveying rollers, the small chain wheels of two adjacent conveying rollers are in transmission connection through chains, and the transmission of the chains can enable the adjacent conveying rollers to synchronously rotate in the same direction; at least one of the conveying rollers is provided with a driven chain wheel which is connected with a driving chain wheel on the output end of the conveying motor through a chain.

The horizontal high-speed case unpacking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pushing linear driving mechanism comprises a pushing screw pair rotatably disposed on the pushing frame, one end of a screw of the pushing screw pair is connected to an output shaft of the pushing motor, and a nut of the pushing screw pair is fixedly connected to the pushing frame.

The horizontal high-speed case unpacking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two pushing linear driving mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the pushing frames at two sides of the conveying mechanism, each pushing frame comprises a transverse plate with two ends connected with the pushing linear driving mechanisms, the transverse plates are connected with the rectangular frame through connecting rods, and the rectangular frame is longitudinally arranged.
7. A horizontal high speed case unpacking machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the hot press sealer is a batten with resistance wires inside for electrical heating.
8. A horizontal high speed case unpacking machine as claimed in claim 7 wherein the heat press sealer seals the side of the sheet carton adjacent the inflation nozzle.
9. The box opening method of a horizontal high-speed box opener according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the steps of:
step S1, firstly, stacking the sheet cartons;
step S2, conveying the stacked sheet cartons to a lifting mechanism through a conveying mechanism;
step S3, the lifting mechanism lifts the stacked sheet-shaped paper boxes upwards until the bottom surfaces of the stacked sheet-shaped paper boxes are higher than the supporting rollers;
step S4, the pushing mechanism pushes the stacked sheet-shaped cartons to one side of the supporting roller, and the stacked sheet-shaped cartons are moved to the supporting roller from the lifting mechanism;
step S5, when no sheet-shaped paper box is arranged below the supporting roller, the supporting roller moves to one side far away from the sheet-shaped paper box, so that the supporting roller is separated from the stacked sheet-shaped paper box, and the stacked sheet-shaped paper box on the supporting roller falls into a station below the supporting roller;
step S6, driving a box pushing sliding seat to slide by a box pushing motor to push the sheet carton to the framework forming mechanism;
an inflation cylinder of the framework forming mechanism pushes an inflation nozzle to be inserted into the opened air bag for inflation, and after the inflation reaches the set air pressure, a sealing cylinder pushes a hot-pressing sealing device to move downwards to seal the air bag.
