However, the manner in which the medicine taking driving portion 122 can move up and down and back and forth in the embodiments of the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and is only exemplary, and other possible embodiments are within the scope of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 5, the picking mechanism 120 further includes side plates 125 standing on both sides of the guide plate 121, the two side plates 125 and the guide plate 121 enclose a guide slot for sliding down the medicine, and after the medicine is picked up by the medicine taking portion 122, the guide slot can guide the medicine to smoothly drop to the receiving mechanism 110, so as to avoid the medicine from dropping from both sides.
Referring to fig. 1, the receiving mechanism 110 may include a transfer platform 111 disposed below the rear end of the guide plate 121, the transfer platform 111 for transferring the received medicine to the depilling position. After the medicine falls to the transfer platform 111, a sensor may be provided on the receiving mechanism 110 to identify the medicine, and after the medicine is identified, the medicine may be transferred by controlling the movement of the transfer platform 11. Here, the driving platform 111 may comprise a belt wound around two shafts, which may be controlled by a motor to drive the belt in motion. It should be noted that the unloading position may be a medicine taking device disposed below the end of the conveying platform 111, such as in a vending machine, and the unloading position may be a medicine taking port disposed below the end of the conveying platform 111, from which a user may take a medicine.
In particular, referring to fig. 1, the conveying direction of the conveying platform 111 is perpendicular to the back-and-forth movement direction of the guide plate 121, that is, the medicine taking direction is different from the conveying direction, and this arrangement can make the medicine taking device compact in arrangement and save occupied space. Baffles 112 may be vertically disposed on both sides of the conveying platform 111 to prevent the medicine from falling off or falling off during the conveying process or when the medicine falls from the guide plate 121 to the conveying platform 110.
Further, the receiving mechanism 110 further includes a lifting plate 113 vertically disposed at an end of the conveying platform 111 in the conveying direction, and a third driving assembly for driving the lifting plate 113 to move up and down, wherein the lifting plate 113 can be at least lowered to make the top flush with the top of the conveying platform 111, and the third driving assembly may be a mechanism in which a motor is engaged with a rack and pinion, or may be a linear guide, which is not limited herein. During the drug delivery process or the drug taking process, the lifting plate 113 keeps rising to function as the same drug stopper as the baffle 112, and when the drug is delivered to the end of the delivery platform 111, the lifting plate 113 can be lowered to a position not higher than the surface of the delivery platform 111 to ensure that the drug is delivered to the corresponding drug discharge position smoothly, such as to the drug taking port smoothly.
In order to make the medicine taking device accessible to the respective medicine, the medicine taking device may further comprise a moving mechanism 130 for driving the receiving mechanism 110 and the picking mechanism 120 to move in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction. Specifically, the movement of the receiving mechanism 110 and the picking mechanism 120 in the vertical direction may be driven by the fourth driving assembly, and the movement of the receiving mechanism 110 and the picking mechanism 120 in the horizontal direction may be driven by the fifth driving assembly. The fourth driving component and the fifth driving component can be basically in the forms of linear slide rails or air cylinders.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the moving mechanism 130 may include a first base 131 horizontally movable and a second base 132 vertically movable with respect to the first base 131, and the receiving mechanism 110 and the picking mechanism 120 are fixed on the second base 132. The horizontal movement of the first base 131 may simultaneously bring the second base 132 and the receiving mechanism 110 and the picking mechanism 120 mounted thereon into horizontal movement, and the second base 132 may vertically move with respect to the first base 131. In other embodiments, the receiving mechanism 110 and the picking mechanism 120 may also be mounted on the first base 131, and the first base 131 may be horizontally movably mounted on the second base 132.
According to the second aspect of the present disclosure, there is also provided a medicine dispensing system, which includes a medicine placing rack 200 and the medicine taking device, wherein the medicine placing rack 200 is formed with a medicine taking passage 220a through which the medicine taking part 122 passes upward to be able to jack up the medicine, in other words, a part of the bottom of the medicine is exposed through the medicine taking passage 220a, and the medicine taking part 122 can reach below the exposed area and jack up the medicine to drop the medicine. Referring to fig. 1, the medicine taking part 122 of the medicine taking device can extend into the bottom of the medicine rack 200 in the direction of the arrow between the picking mechanism 120 and the medicine rack 200 to perform the medicine taking operation. The dispensing system has all the advantages of the medicine taking device, and the details are not repeated.
The medicine rack 200 may be configured to have an inclined placement surface, and a lower end of the placement surface may stop the medicine to prevent the medicine from being separated from the medicine rack 200 due to gravity. When the medicines are arranged on the placing surface along the inclined direction, the medicines at the bottom can slide downwards by gravity after being taken away, so that the medicines at the top can be prepared for the next medicine taking process. According to some embodiments, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the medicine rack 200 includes two side beams 210 horizontally disposed and a plurality of medicine placing plates 220 connected between the two side beams 210 and disposed in parallel at intervals, the two side beams 210 have different heights so that the medicine placing plates 220 are disposed obliquely, and the lower ends of the medicine placing plates 220 are provided with stopping flanges 221 capable of stopping medicines, wherein the medicines are used for overlapping at least two adjacent medicine placing plates 220, and the medicine taking channel 220a is formed between the two adjacent medicine placing plates 220. Every two adjacent medicine boards 220 can be provided with a plurality of medicines of the same kind between, and a plurality of medicines can be along the extending direction setting of putting medicine board 220, and when the medicine that is located the lower extreme was taken out, the medicine of top can be automatic along the slope direction landing downwards of putting medicine board 220 and support in backstop turn-ups 221 department to the next medicine of getting is convenient for. When taking medicine, the medicine taking part 122 may extend into the space between two adjacent medicine placing plates 220, and then lift upward to take out the medicine. It can be understood that the width of the medicine taking part 122 is not greater than the interval between the two medicine placing plates 220 to ensure that the medicine can be taken out smoothly from the medicine taking part 122, and the interval between the two medicine placing plates 220 is not greater than the width of the medicine to prevent the medicine from falling off from the interval.
Further, referring to fig. 7, a partition 230 is vertically connected to the drug-containing plate 220, and the partition 230 extends from the position of one of the side beams 210 to the position of the other side beam 210. The partition 230 can separate the same kind of medicine, avoid medicine mixing to cause medicine taking errors, and provide a guide for downward sliding of the medicine. Here, the thickness of the partition 230 may be set to be greater than the thickness of the medicine or to be at least greater than half the thickness of the medicine to further avoid adjacent medicines from being mixed up.
Referring to fig. 6, the medicine rack 200 may be plural in number and arranged at intervals in a vertical direction. When medicines are taken, the medicine taking device can be controlled to move along the horizontal direction or the vertical direction according to the position of the needed medicines so as to reach the corresponding position of the medicine placing rack 200 and take the medicines out of the medicine placing rack 200.
According to a third aspect of the present disclosure, there is also provided a medicine dispensing method for dispensing a medicine by using the medicine dispensing system, wherein the medicine is placed on the medicine placing rack 200 and above the medicine taking channel 220a, and referring to fig. 8, the method includes: in step 101, the medicine taking device is moved to the medicine taking position of the medicine placing rack 200, such as by the moving mechanism 130 described above, and more specifically, the moving position of the medicine taking device can be controlled by the controller according to the information of the required medicine identified by the controller; in step 102, the guide plate 121 is controlled to move forward and move the medicine taking part 122 into the medicine taking channel 220a, where the moving manner of the heat exchange medicine taking part 122 of the guide plate 121 is described above and is not repeated here, and it should be noted that, according to the above, the specific moving position and moving manner of the medicine taking part 122 can be controlled according to actual requirements; and in step 103, controlling medicine taking part 122 to move upwards and jack up the corresponding medicine, so that the medicine falls down on receiving mechanism 110, as described above, the upward movement of medicine taking part 122 may be a single movement of itself, for example, an upward translation or an upward swinging effect may be achieved, or the upward movement of medicine taking part 122 may be a movement of the whole medicine taking device, which is not limited in this disclosure.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiments, various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various combinations that are possible in the present disclosure are not described again.
In addition, any combination of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be made, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present disclosure, as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure.

Claims (20)

1. A drug delivery device comprising a receiving mechanism (110) and a pick-up mechanism (120) disposed on one side of the receiving mechanism (110), wherein the pick-up mechanism (120) comprises:
a guide plate (121) extending obliquely upward in a direction away from the receiving mechanism (110) and being movable forward and backward; and
a medicine taking part (122) which is provided at the front end of the guide plate (121) and can move up and down and/or back and forth relative to the guide plate (121),
the medication taking device is configured to: in the medicine taking position, the medicine taking part (122) extends into the medicine placing rack (200) and moves upwards to jack up the medicine.
2. A tapping device according to claim 1, wherein the pick-up means (120) comprises a support fixed to the receiving means (110), the guide plate (121) being movably connected to the support in an inclined direction.
3. The medicine taking device according to claim 2, wherein the supporting member comprises a first supporting plate (123) arranged below the guiding plate (121) in parallel and at intervals, a first guide rail (1231) extending back and forth is arranged on the top surface of the first supporting plate (123), a first slider (1211) connected with the first guide rail (1231) in a sliding manner is arranged on the bottom surface of the guiding plate (121), and a first driving assembly for driving the guiding plate (121) to slide back and forth is arranged between the guiding plate (121) and the first supporting plate (123).
4. The drug taking device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the rear end of the drug taking part (122) is rotatably connected to the guide plate (121) and the front end of the drug taking part (122) is caused to swing up and down.
5. The device for taking medicine according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the guide plate (121) is provided with a through hole (121a) at a position near the front end,
the medicine taking part (122) comprises a main body section (1221) which is arranged below the guide plate (121) in a way of moving back and forth, a neck section (1222) which extends upwards from the main body section (1221) and through the through hole (121a), and a medicine taking section (1223) which bends and extends forwards from the tail end of the neck section (1222),
wherein the medicine taking unit (122) has:
a first protruding state in which the medicine taking part (122) moves forward along with the guide plate (121);
a second protruding state in which the medicine taking part (122) moves forward relative to the guide plate (121);
a first reset state in which the medicine taking part (122) moves backward with the guide plate (121); and
a second reset state in which the medicine taking part (122) is moved backward relative to the guide plate (121).
6. The medication dispensing apparatus of claim 5,
in the first protruding state, the neck section (1222) abuts against the rear side wall of the through hole (121a) and is pushed forward by the rear side wall of the through hole (121 a);
in the second extended state, the main body segment (1221) moves forward and disengages the neck segment (1222) from the rear sidewall of the through-hole (121 a);
in the first reset state, the neck section (1222) is abutted against the front side wall of the through hole (121a) and is pushed backwards by the front side wall of the through hole (121 a); and
in the second reset state, the body segment (1221) moves rearward and disengages the neck segment (1222) from a front sidewall of the through-hole (121 a).
7. A tapping device according to claim 5, wherein the tapping section (1223) is arranged to be able to project forwards out of the guide plate (121) in the second extended state and to be retracted backwards inside the contour of the guide plate (121) in the second reset state.
8. The tapping device according to claim 5, wherein the pick-up mechanism (120) comprises a second support plate (124) fixed to the receiving mechanism (110), the second support plate (124) being arranged parallel spaced below the guide plate (121), the body section (1221) being attached to the second support plate (124) in a back-and-forth movable manner.
9. The drug delivery device of claim 8, wherein the main body segment (1221) is further configured to be connected to the second support plate (124) to move up and down; or
The rear end of the medicine taking section (1223) is rotatably connected to the neck section (1222), and the front end of the medicine taking section (1223) swings up and down.
10. The medicine taking device according to claim 8, wherein a second guide rail (1241) extending back and forth is provided on the second support plate (124), a second slider (1224) slidably connected to the second guide rail (1241) is provided on the medicine taking portion (122), and a second driving assembly for driving the medicine taking portion (122) to slide back and forth is provided between the main body section (1221) and the second support plate (124).
11. The medicine taking device according to claim 1, wherein the picking mechanism (120) further comprises side plates (125) standing on two sides of the guide plate (121), and the two side plates (125) and the guide plate (121) enclose a guide groove for medicine to slide down.
12. The device according to claim 1, wherein the receiving mechanism (110) comprises a transfer platform (111) arranged below the rear end of the guide plate (121), the transfer platform (111) being configured to transfer the received drug to a discharge position.
13. The device for taking out medicine according to claim 12, wherein the conveying direction of the conveying platform (111) is perpendicular to the front-back movement direction of the guide plate (121), and baffles (112) are vertically arranged on two sides of the conveying platform (111).
14. The device according to claim 12 or 13, wherein the receiving mechanism (110) further comprises a lifting plate (113) vertically disposed at an end of the conveying platform (111) in the conveying direction, and a third driving assembly for driving the lifting plate (113) to move up and down, wherein the lifting plate (113) is at least capable of being lowered to have a top flush with the top of the conveying platform (111).
15. The device according to claim 1, further comprising a moving mechanism (130) for driving the receiving mechanism (110) and the picking mechanism (120) to move in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction.
16. The drug delivery device of claim 15 wherein the movement mechanism (130) comprises a first base (131) that is horizontally movable and a second base (132) that is vertically movable relative to the first base (131), the receiving mechanism (110) and the picking mechanism (120) being secured to the second base (132).
17. A drug delivery system comprising a drug rack (200) and a drug delivery device according to any of claims 1 to 16, wherein the drug rack (200) is formed with a drug access passage (220a) through which the drug delivery portion (122) passes upwardly to enable ejection of a drug.
18. The drug delivery system of claim 17, wherein the drug rack (200) comprises two side beams (210) horizontally arranged and a plurality of drug containing plates (220) connected between the two side beams (210) and arranged in parallel at intervals, the two side beams (210) have different heights so that the drug containing plates (220) are arranged obliquely, and the lower ends of the drug containing plates (220) are provided with stopping flanges (221) capable of stopping drugs, wherein the drugs are used for overlapping at least two adjacent drug containing plates (220), and the drug taking channel (220a) is formed between the two adjacent drug containing plates (220).
19. The drug delivery system of claim 18 wherein a divider (230) is attached vertically to the drug plate (220), the divider (230) extending from the location of one of the side beams (210) to the location of the other side beam (210).
20. The drug delivery system of any of claims 17-19 wherein the drug racks (200) are plural in number and are spaced apart in a vertical direction.
