本实用新型属气动技术领域,是一种多位电磁 阀。它由电磁导阀(1)、滑阀组(5)、(8)、滑板式切换 阀(9)、限位调整帽(6)等元件组成,可使气动执行机 构中的活塞(11)移动速度可调;并可随时停止在任意 位置上,使只具有位式特征的活塞式执行机构变为连 续特性,大大的推广了活塞式执行机构的应用范围。

本实用新型属气动技术领域。是一种多位电磁阀。
电磁阀是活塞式气动执行机构中的控制阀。是人工操作、遥控或自动控制系统中的重要部件。目前各种气动控制用的电磁阀均为位式特性。即只能使活塞式气动执行机构产生位式动作。使气动阀不是全开就是全闭,且开、闭的速度不能进行调整。可是在实际生产过程中经常需要将阀门停止在不同的开度上,更需要对开、闭阀门的速度可进行随意调整。现有的电磁阀无法满足上述需要。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以满足上述需要的多位电磁阀。
本实用新型是由三个电磁导阀(1)、滑阀组(5、8)、滑板式切换阀(9)、复位元件(7)及限位调整帽(6)等部件组合而成。
下面结合图一对本实用新型进行说明:
本实用新型在稳定工作状态时,高压气体由气源通路(4)经电磁导阀(1)同时进入相应的气室。使三个气室形成静态等压状态,气动执行机构中的活塞

亦处于静止状态。当左侧的电磁导阀(1)在接收到指令后(按扭(2)或电讯号)电磁铁(3)下移,封闭气源通路(4)。同时将其控制的气室的压力释放,使不同的气室产生压差。此时副滑阀(5)带动主滑阀(8)、切换阀(9)向左侧位移,工作气体(10)经切换阀(9)进入气缸活塞 的左气室。右气室的压力也同时经切换阀(9)释放,活塞两侧的压差使其开始向右侧移动。当指令信号撤销后。电磁铁(3)复位。使三个气室又处于等压状态。此时复位元件(7)可使滑阀组(5)、(8)、切换阀(9)恢复原位。终止了活塞两侧气室的进、排气。使活塞

立即停止在相应的确定位置上。当右侧电磁导阀(1)接收到指令后,活塞

的运动方向则相反。当中间电磁导阀(1)在接收到指令后。因主滑阀(8)向左侧的位移量不受调整帽(6)的限制。所以切换阀(9)即可完成全流量的切换任务。从而使活塞 向右侧可以快速运行。使其联接的阀门可以具备快开或快闭的功能。
当对限位调整帽(6)进行线性调整后。可以控制切换阀(9)的位移量从而控制了活塞

1、将具有位式特性的活塞式执行机构变成为连续特性,大大推广了活塞式执行机构的应用范围,并提高了操作质量。

  1. 一种多位电磁阀,由三个电磁导阀、滑阀组、滑板式切换阀以及限位调整帽等部件组合而成,其特征是:阀体空腔被滑阀组分隔成三个独立的气室,每个气室分别受相应的电磁导阀控制;滑阀组包括副滑阀、主滑阀和复位元件,主滑阀带动滑板式切换阀。
