In the rejecting state, the piston rod of the air cylinder is driven by the electromagnetic directional valve to extend out, the pressing block 5 moves downwards along with the piston rod to push the rejecting plate 1 to rotate downwards, and the unqualified tobacco strips fall from the notch 71 and fall into the waste strip box 4 to achieve rejecting. After the rejection is finished, the electromagnetic directional valve is reversed, the piston rod of the air cylinder is driven to retract by the electromagnetic directional valve, and the pressing block moves upwards, so that the rejection plate 1 is restored to the original position.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the packaging machine further includes a removing guide rail 3, the removing guide rail 3 is fixed right below the removing plate 1, and the removing guide rail 3 extends obliquely from top to bottom with a lower end of the removing guide rail facing the waste carton 4. After the controller 9 receives the defect signal, if the first photoelectric sensor 2 cannot detect rejected unqualified tobacco strips within the set time, the first photoelectric sensor 2 is triggered to send a rejection unsuccessful signal to the controller 9, and the controller 9 sends a stop instruction to the auxiliary machine start-stop switch 10 to force the packaging machine to stop, so that the equipment is protected, and qualified tobacco packets are prevented from being extruded. If the first photoelectric sensor 2 detects rejected unqualified tobacco rods within a set time, the controller 9 does not perform any treatment, and the packaging machine continues to operate.
A cigarette pushing plate (not shown) is arranged in the cigarette rod conveying channel 6, and the cigarette pushing plate is closer to the outlet of the cigarette rod conveying channel 6 relative to the gap 71. In the prior art, if the tobacco strips in the tobacco strip conveying channel 6 are not successfully removed and faults are not timely processed, unqualified tobacco strips are possibly stuck in the conveying channel to cause the blockage of the conveying channel, and the tobacco strips are pressed on the tobacco pushing plate to cause the damage of the tobacco pushing plate due to overload. Therefore, the cigarette pushing plate is preferably provided with a proximity switch 12, and the proximity switch 12 is in signal connection with the controller 9. The proximity switch 12 is used for detecting the condition of the cigarette strips near the cigarette pushing plate, if the cigarette strips are blocked, the proximity switch 12 sends a blocking signal to the controller 9, and the controller 9 sends a stop instruction to the auxiliary machine start-stop switch 10, so that the packaging machine is stopped, and the equipment is protected.
Preferably, the packaging machine further comprises an alarm 13, the alarm 13 being in signal connection with the controller 9. When the controller 9 receives the rejection unsuccessful signal or the blocking signal, the controller 9 sends an alarm instruction to the alarm to inform an operator to process in time. Preferably, the alarm mode is different from the alarm mode corresponding to unsuccessful rejection and blockage.

6. A packaging machine according to claim 5 wherein a cigarette pusher plate is provided in the rod transfer path, the pusher plate being closer to the outlet of the rod transfer path than to the gap.
7. The packaging machine of claim 6 wherein the cigarette pusher plate has a proximity switch thereon, the proximity switch being in signal communication with the controller.
8. A packaging machine according to claim 1 or 7 further comprising an alarm in signal communication with the controller.
9. The packaging machine of claim 3 wherein the bale actuator is a pneumatic cylinder having a piston rod fixedly connected to the bale.
