A textile fabric for manufacturing rolling brushing velvet is characterized by comprising a velvet layer (A) and a pulp storage layer (G); the stock layer (G) comprises a first base fabric layer (B) and a second base fabric layer (C) joined by a joining line (D); a warp cotton sliver (E) and a weft cotton sliver (F) are arranged between the first base cloth layer (B) and the second base cloth layer (C); the fluff (401) of the fluff layer (A) is fixedly connected to the first base fabric layer (B).

The textile fabric for making rolling brush fluff according to claim 1, wherein the first base fabric layer (B) is formed by interweaving first warp yarns (101), second warp yarns (102), first weft yarns (111), second weft yarns (112) and third weft yarns (113); the first weft yarn (111) and the third weft yarn (113) are positioned below the first warp yarn (101) and above the second warp yarn (102), and the second weft yarn (112) is positioned below the second warp yarn (102) and below the first warp yarn (101).

The textile fabric for manufacturing rolling brush velvet according to claim 4, wherein the connecting lines (D) are formed by the first weft yarns (111), the second weft yarns (112) and the third weft yarns (113) in an M-shaped consolidation mode, and are formed by the fourth weft yarns (211), the fifth weft yarns (212) and the sixth weft yarns (213) in a W-shaped consolidation mode.
