The labeling and carrying device 10 is used for driving a product to be labeled to move to a labeling station. The labeling device 20 includes: a label feeding mechanism 21, a label transferring mechanism 22 and a labeling mechanism 23. The label relay mechanism 22 is disposed adjacent to the label supply mechanism 21 to pick up labels from the label supply mechanism 21, and the label supply mechanism 21 is, for example, a label printer. The labeling mechanism 23 includes: labeling support 231, labeling driver, lifting guide rail 232, lifting driver, labeling rotary cylinder 233 and labeling sucker 234.
The labeling rack 231 is provided with a labeling guide rail 2311, the lifting guide rail 232 is arranged on the labeling guide rail 2311, the labeling driver is used for driving the lifting guide rail 232 to move along the labeling guide rail 2311, the labeling rotary cylinder 233 is arranged on the lifting guide rail 232, the lifting driver drives the labeling rotary cylinder 233 to lift along the lifting guide rail 232, the labeling sucker 234 is arranged on the labeling rotary cylinder 233, and the labeling rotary cylinder 233 drives the labeling sucker 234 to rotate so as to pick up a label from the label transfer mechanism 22 and attach the label to a product to be labeled, which moves to a labeling station.
Therefore, the labeling mechanism 23 moves and attaches the label picked up by the label transfer mechanism 22 from the label feeding mechanism 21 to the product to be labeled carried to the labeling station by the labeling and carrying device 10, the labeling rotary cylinder 233 is driven by the lifting driver to lift along the lifting guide rail 232 so as to meet the requirement of adjusting the height of the picked label, and the labeling rotary cylinder 233 rotates to enable the picked label to meet the requirement of the surface inclination angle of the product to be labeled.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the label transferring mechanism 22 includes: a base 221, a label transfer cylinder 222, and a label transfer suction cup 223. The label transferring cylinder 222 is disposed on the base 221, the label transferring suction cup 223 is disposed on the label transferring cylinder 222, and the label transferring cylinder 222 drives the label transferring suction cup 223 to perform a linear motion so that the label transferring suction cup 223 moves to the label feeding mechanism 21 and the labeling mechanism 23. The provision of the label transfer cylinder 222 facilitates the label transfer mechanism 22 to automatically adjust the label transfer suction cup 223 to a position suitable for picking up the label from the label supply mechanism 21 as required, or to automatically adjust the label transfer suction cup 223 to a position suitable for the labeling mechanism 23 to pick up the label as required.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 4, a plurality of convex ribs 2331 are disposed at intervals on the suction surface of the label transferring suction cup 223, suction holes 2332 are disposed on the convex ribs 2331 of the label transferring suction cup 223, a gas pipe connector 2333 for connecting a gas pipe is further disposed on the label transferring suction cup 223, and the gas pipe connector 2333 of the label transferring suction cup 223 is communicated with the suction holes 2332. By providing the rib 2331, the contact area between the label carried by the label transfer mechanism 22 and the label transfer suction cup 223 can be reduced, and the label transfer suction cup 223 can be prevented from being stained with the glue of the label. Preferably, the plurality of ribs 2331 of the label transfer suction cup 223 are disposed at equal intervals. When the plurality of ribs 2331 of the label transferring suction cup 223 are arranged at equal intervals, the labels placed on the label transferring suction cup 223 are stressed more evenly, and the label transferring suction cup is beneficial to matching with the labeling mechanism 23 to pick up the labels through the label transferring mechanism 22.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the labeling support 231 is a gantry, the labeling guide track 2311 is disposed on a cross beam of the labeling support 231, and the labeling station is located below the cross beam of the labeling support 231. The gantry structure facilitates the movement of the labeling rotary cylinder 233 on the labeling guide rail 2311 through the driving of the labeling driver, and avoids the interference between the labeling rotary cylinder 233 and the labeling and carrying device 10.
Specifically, the adsorption surface of the labeling sucker 234 is a plane, and a plurality of adsorption holes of the labeling sucker 234 are uniformly distributed on the adsorption surface of the labeling sucker 234. A plurality of adsorption holes of evenly distributed make the adsorption affinity of different positions on the adsorption plane the same, can satisfy the not adsorbed that label of equidimension can both stabilize. The labeling sucker 234 is further provided with an air pipe connector connected with an air pipe, and the air pipe connector of the labeling sucker 234 is communicated with a plurality of adsorption holes. The air pipe joint can provide negative pressure or positive pressure, when providing the negative pressure, can make the subsides mark sucking disc 234 adsorb the label, when providing the positive pressure, can make the subsides mark sucking disc 234 with the label attached on waiting to paste the mark product.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the labeling and conveying device 10 includes: labeling carrying guide rail 11, labeling carrying driving assembly and labeling carrying assembly 12. The labeling and carrying guide rail 11 extends to a labeling station, the labeling and carrying assembly 12 is arranged on the labeling and carrying guide rail 11, and the labeling and carrying driving assembly drives the labeling and carrying assembly 12 to move along the labeling and carrying guide rail 11. The labeling and carrying device 10 is arranged to carry labeling products more quickly than manual labeling and carrying.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the labeling and carrying assembly 12 includes a labeling and carrying support frame 121, a labeling and clamping block and a labeling and clamping cylinder 122, the labeling and carrying support frame 121 is disposed on the labeling and carrying guide rail 11, the labeling and carrying support frame 121 is provided with a labeling product accommodating portion 1211, the labeling and clamping cylinder 122 is disposed on the labeling and carrying support frame 121, the labeling and clamping cylinder 122 is connected with the labeling and clamping block to drive the labeling and clamping block to move, and the labeling and clamping block clamps or releases a product to be labeled in the labeling product accommodating portion 1211. Therefore, by providing the label carrying bracket 121, the label clamping block and the label clamping cylinder 122 in the label carrying assembly 12, it is possible to ensure that the carried label product does not fall off when the label carrying device 10 is carried quickly. The side wall of the labeling product containing part 1211 can be provided with a through hole for the labeling clamping block to movably pass through, so that the clamping block is convenient to arrange, and the clamping block can clamp and release a product to be labeled.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 7, the labeling apparatus further includes a labeling and blanking device 30 and a labeling and blanking line 40, and the labeling and carrying device 10 is further configured to move a product to be labeled to a labeling and blanking station; the labeling and blanking device 30 and the labeling and blanking line 40 are arranged at a labeling and blanking station, and the labeling and blanking device 30 is used for transferring a product to be labeled, which is labeled on the labeling and carrying device 10, to the labeling and blanking line 40.
Therefore, by arranging the labeling and blanking device 30 and the labeling and blanking line 40, the product to be labeled after labeling by the labeling device 20 can be transferred by matching with the labeling and carrying device 10, and manpower is saved.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the labeling and blanking device 30 includes: a labeling and blanking support 31, a labeling and blanking horizontal pushing cylinder 32, a labeling and blanking lifting guide rail 33, a labeling and blanking lifting cylinder 34 and a labeling and blanking clamping jaw 35; be provided with on the mark unloading support 31 and paste mark unloading guide rail 311, mark unloading lift rail 33 sets up on the mark unloading guide rail 311, mark unloading flat push cylinder 32 is used for the drive mark unloading lift rail 33 is followed mark unloading guide rail 311 removes, mark unloading clamping jaw 35 sets up on the mark unloading lift rail 33, mark unloading lift cylinder 34 is used for the drive mark unloading clamping jaw 35 is followed mark unloading lift rail 33 goes up and down, mark unloading clamping jaw 35 is used for with mark conveyer 10 is gone up to accomplish the mark product of waiting of pasting of mark and shifts to on the mark unloading line 40. The label transfer mechanism 22 picks up the label from the label supply mechanism 21 by the label transfer suction cup 223, and the label attaching surface faces the label transfer suction cup 223 provided with the plurality of ribs 2331. The labeling rotary cylinder 233 descends along the elevating guide rail 232 by the driving of the elevating driver, and drives the labeling suction cup 234 to rotate to a proper angle for picking up the label from the label transferring cylinder 222. The labeling rotary cylinder 233 after picking up the label ascends to the labeling height of the product to be labeled at the labeling station along the lifting guide rail 232 through the driving wire of the lifting driver, the labeling rotary cylinder 233 drives the labeling sucker 234 to rotate to an inclination angle suitable for the product to be labeled, and the label picked up from the label transfer mechanism 22 can be attached to the product to be labeled at the labeling station when facing the product to be labeled with different inclined planes. The labeled product to be labeled is conveyed to the position near the labeling and blanking device 30 through the labeling and conveying device 10, the labeling and blanking clamping jaw 35 moves up and down and left and right through the driving of the labeling and blanking horizontal pushing cylinder 32 and the labeling and blanking lifting cylinder 34 to complete the picking of the labeled product to be labeled on the labeling and conveying device 10, and the picked labeled product to be labeled is transferred to the labeling and blanking line 40.
