本实用新型公开了一种儿童漂移车,其包括车体、驱动系统以及电控系统,所述驱动系统包括前、后轮组以及用于使驱动前、后轮组的电机,所述电控系统包括电连接于电机的车载控制器,所述电机为多个且分为左电机和右电机,所述左电机用于带动前、后轮组的左侧轮体,所述右电机用于带动前、后轮组的右侧轮体;所述车体上设置有漂移开关组,所述漂移开关组电连接于车载控制器且用于输出漂移信号;所述车载控制器用于响应漂移信号控制左电机或右电机反转。本申请具有改善童车漂移功能的效果。

Description

一种儿童漂移车
技术领域
本申请涉及童车技术领域,尤其是涉及一种儿童漂移车。
背景技术
儿童电动车是儿童可坐,可驾驶的一类由电机驱动的玩具车,其外观不但美观,而且驾驶安全,还有趣味性,比较适合儿童玩乐。
为提高童车的趣味性,有令童车实现漂移功能,也就是在童车行进时做出受控制的甩尾动作。现有童车的漂移方式一般有高速时急转向产生甩尾或采用万向轮实现旋转、甩尾等动作。高速急转要先“前冲”需较大的场地且无法连续动作,而万向轮方案在原地动作时更多的是旋转不是甩尾。
因此本申请提出一种新的技术方案,以在较小的场地就可以灵活的甩尾同时在高速时又可以做出比较漂亮的甩尾动作。
实用新型内容
为了改善童车漂移功能,本申请提供一种儿童漂移车。
一种儿童漂移车,包括车体、驱动系统以及电控系统,所述驱动系统包括前、后轮组以及用于使驱动前、后轮组的电机,所述电控系统包括电连接于电机的车载控制器,所述电机为多个且分为左电机和右电机,所述左电机用于带动前、后轮组的左侧轮体,所述右电机用于带动前、后轮组的右侧轮体;
所述车体上设置有漂移开关组,所述漂移开关组电连接于车载控制器且用于输出漂移信号;
所述车载控制器用于响应漂移信号控制左电机或右电机反转。
可选的,所述电机为两个或更多(对应双后轮驱动车辆),且分别用于驱动后轮组的左、右不同轮体。
可选的,所电机为四个或更多(对应双后轮驱动车辆),且分为两组;一组用于分别驱动前、后轮组的左轮体,另一组用于分别驱动前、后轮组的右轮体。
可选的,所述漂移开关组包括左漂移开关和右漂移开关,所述左漂移开关用于输出左漂移信号,所述右漂移开关用于输出右漂移信号。
可选的,所述漂移开关组为机械触发器件,且其设置于车体的方向盘或放置用户脚掌的区域。
可选的,所述漂移开关组为感应触发器件,且用于在方向盘左、右转动后被触发。
可选的,所述车体上设置有模式开关,所述模式开关电连接于车载控制器且用于输出模式切换信号;所述车载控制器用于响应模式切换信号并判定是否响应漂移信号。
可选的,所述车载控制器无线连接适配的遥控器,所述遥控器设置有遥控漂移开关组,所述车载控制器用于响应遥控器遥控漂移开关组的信号,并控制车体实现左、右漂移动作。
综上所述,本申请包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1、通过左、右后轮之间的反向转动主动产生差速,让童车在静止状态即可实现类似甩尾的旋转动作,减小童车“前冲”的必要性,使得童车可以在更小的场地内,更好的实现漂移功能,并且在有初速度时甩尾效果更好;
2、前、后轮组按照左右驱动将多个电机分左电机和右电机;当电机为四个甚至更多时,如果开启漂移功能,左前后轮同步反转,或右前后轮同步反转;
此配置主要为解决两个电机扭矩不够的情况,相对于两个后轮呈正反转实现漂移;此时“漂移力更大”,保障了漂移的可行性;但漂移中心会更靠近车体中心,虽然会让甩尾的效果变弱但仍然会好于采用万向轮;
3、配置有遥控器且能操作漂移启动,从而家长还可与儿童互动,本申请的互动性和可操作性更佳。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1-2对本申请作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
本申请实施例公开一种儿童漂移车。
参照图1和图2,儿童漂移车包括车体1、驱动系统以及电控系统;其中,车体1的上部设置有座位,座位前侧安装适配的方向盘,车体1的其他位置配置车灯等仿真部件,以构成童车主体。
驱动系统包括前、后轮组以及电机2,电机内置安装于车体1;前、后轮组分别包括左、右两个轮体,轮体通过减速箱、转向驱动桥等部件与电机2连接并联动。
本实施例以单后驱结构为例,即电机2为两个,且分别用于带动左、右两个后轮。
电控系统包括车载控制器3,车载控制器3电连接于电机2(如配置电机驱动控制器连接),并用于对电机2做转动控制。
为使童车实现漂移功能,在车体1上设置有漂移开关组4,漂移开关组4包括左漂移开关和右漂移开关,左漂移开关用于输出左漂移信号,右漂移开关用于输出右漂移信号。
车载控制器3配置为:用于响应左漂移信号,并控制左后轮的驱动用电机2(左电机)反向转动;
同时,还被配置为:用于响应右漂移信号,并控制右后轮的驱动用电机2(右电机)反向转动。
由于本实施例的漂移实现为左、右轮体主动相互反转,产生大差速实现,所以童车可以免去“前冲”,更容易进行漂移,对场地面积的要求更小,如客厅等区域即可实现漂移。
上述左、右漂移开关为机械触发器件,如按键开关或脚踏开关;按键开关可安装于方向盘上,由手动触发;脚踏开关可安装于车体1放置用户脚掌的位置,由脚踏触发。
车体1上(如方向盘)还安装有模式开关5,模式开关5同样可选择按键开关,其用于输出模式切换信号。
车载控制器3被配置为:用于响应模式切换信号并判定是否响应漂移信号。具体的:
当按下模式开关5,其输出模式切换信号;此时,车载控制器3停止响应漂移信号。
上述设置有助于提高童车驾驶的安全性。
车载控制器3还通过无线模块连接有适配的遥控器6,遥控器6除了同现有的遥控器一样有左右转向、加速、减速,启停控制开关外,在本实施例中还安装有遥控漂移开关组7,遥控漂移开关组7包括左遥控漂移开关、右遥控漂移开关,两者同样可为按键开关。
车载控制器3配置为:用于响应遥控器6漂移开关组的信号,并控制车体1实现左、右漂移动作。
可以理解的是:上述遥控漂移开关被配置为输出的信号为复合指令,即当车载控制器3接收上述信号,其响应并做对应侧电机2反转、车体1对应侧的转向控制。
上述电机2也可以是多个,如对应双后轮驱动车辆;此时,多个电机2依旧分为用于左驱、右驱,且同侧的转向相同,以实现左、右轮相互呈反向转动,实现漂移功能。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:童车为四驱结构,即电机2为四个,且两个一组;一组用于分别驱动前、后轮组的左轮体,另一组用于分别驱动前、后轮组的右轮体;即,四个电机2有两个是左电机,有两个是右电机,且同一侧的电机同时响应于对应一侧的漂移信号。
相对于实施例1,由于本实施例为四驱结构,所以:
一方面,实现漂移时,动力更足,保障漂移的可行性,甚至可原地打转;
另一方面,此时,漂移的中心与实施例1存在差异,其更为靠近车体1的中心,虽然会让甩尾的效果变弱但仍然会好于采用万向轮。
上述电机2也可以是四个以上,如对应双后轮驱动车辆;此时,多个电机2依旧分为左驱、右驱两组,以实现漂移功能。
实施例3:
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:漂移开关组4为感应触发器件,如行程开关。行程开关安装于车体1,且位于方向盘的转动路径上。
可以理解的是:行程开关在方向盘左右转动至一定角度后,方向盘与之靠近并触发,以实现漂移控制。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种儿童漂移车,包括车体(1)、驱动系统以及电控系统,所述驱动系统包括前、后轮组以及用于使驱动前、后轮组的电机(2),所述电控系统包括电连接于电机(2)的车载控制器(3),其特征在于:所述电机(2)为多个且分为左电机和右电机,所述左电机用于带动前、后轮组的左侧轮体,所述右电机用于带动前、后轮组的右侧轮体;
所述车体(1)上设置有漂移开关组(4),所述漂移开关组(4)电连接于车载控制器(3)且用于输出漂移信号;
所述车载控制器(3)用于响应漂移信号控制左电机或右电机反转。
2.根根据权利要求1所述的儿童漂移车,其特征在于:所述电机(2)至少为两个,且分别用于驱动后轮组的左、右不同轮体。
3.根根据权利要求1所述的儿童漂移车,其特征在于:所电机(2)至少为四个,且分为两组;一组用于分别驱动前、后轮组的左轮体,另一组用于分别驱动前、后轮组的右轮体。
4.根根据权利要求1或2或3所述的儿童漂移车,其特征在于:所述漂移开关组(4)包括左漂移开关和右漂移开关,所述左漂移开关用于输出左漂移信号,所述右漂移开关用于输出右漂移信号。
5.根根据权利要求4所述的儿童漂移车,其特征在于:所述漂移开关组(4)为机械触发器件,且其设置于车体(1)的方向盘或放置用户脚掌的区域。
6.根根据权利要求4所述的儿童漂移车,其特征在于:所述漂移开关组(4)为感应触发器件,且用于在方向盘左、右转动后被触发。
7.根根据权利要求1所述的儿童漂移车,其特征在于:所述车体(1)上设置有模式开关(5),所述模式开关(5)电连接于车载控制器(3)且用于输出模式切换信号;所述车载控制器(3)用于响应模式切换信号并判定是否响应漂移信号。
8.根根据权利要求1所述的儿童漂移车,其特征在于:所述车载控制器(3)无线连接适配的遥控器(6),所述遥控器(6)设置有遥控漂移开关组(7),所述车载控制器(3)用于响应遥控器(6)漂移开关组(7)的信号,并控制车体(1)实现左、右漂移动作。
