本实用新型提供一种果蔬农产品的切片去水制干装置,其采用自然干燥的方式加工,从而尽量保存蔬果干原始的口感与营养结构,另外能够尽量提高加工制干的速度,包括圆柱筒,固定杆,晒干板,塞盘,圆柱筒为透明状的圆柱筒状结构,固定杆排列固定在圆柱筒的内部中间位置,晒干板能够插入到圆柱体内并摆放在固定杆上,晒干板的表面被涂黑处理,塞盘能够塞入固定到圆柱筒的两侧部位从而将圆柱筒的两侧封堵,圆柱筒的上侧部位设置有通气管,晒干板上的果蔬片便自然接受光照慢慢脱水干燥,相比普通的晒干处理,能够吸收更多的光热量,使得热量更易集聚,从而提高晒干效率,同时能够更好的保存果蔬片的风味与营养。

背景技术
果蔬农产品在切片干燥后能够加工成果蔬干,属于风味食品,即能够提供一种独特的口感与咀嚼感,又能够缩小体积,提高保存时间并方便储运与包装,原始的干燥方法是自然晾干与晒干,这种方法能够尽量保存果干的原始风味并不破坏其营养结构,但是加工效率较低,大部分厂家为了追求产出速度,会采用电加热烘干的形式,虽然能够提高果干的干燥速度,但是也破坏了果干原始的风味与营养,所以干燥的方式还有待进一步改进。

本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种果蔬农产品的切片去水制干装置,其采用自然干燥的方式加工,从而尽量保存蔬果干原始的口感与营养结构,另外能够尽量提高加工制干的速度。
本实用新型具体包括圆柱筒,固定杆,晒干板,塞盘,所述圆柱筒为透明状的圆柱筒状结构,其可以采用玻璃材质加工而成,制作成圆柱状,更利于接受来自各个角度的阳光照射,而圆柱状也利于玻璃材质加工成型,所述固定杆排列固定在圆柱筒的内部中间位置,且固定杆排列处在同一平面,所述晒干板为矩形板状结构,其长度小于圆柱筒的长度,其宽度小于圆柱筒的内径以及固定杆的长度,则晒干板能够插入到圆柱体内并摆放在固定杆上,另外,所述晒干板的表面被涂黑处理,可以采用烤漆涂黑,所述塞盘为圆盘状结构,其具备一定厚度,其外径等于圆柱筒的内径,则塞盘能够塞入固定到圆柱筒的两侧部位从而将圆柱筒的两侧封堵,所述圆柱筒的上侧部位设置有通气管。
本实用新型的用法是,将圆柱筒平放至地面或平台上,切片好的果蔬等排列放置到晒干板上,之后将晒干板插入放置到圆柱筒内,之后在圆柱筒的两端塞入塞盘,则晒干板上的果蔬片便自然接受光照慢慢脱水干燥,相比普通的晒干处理,本实用新型的优势是,一方面,晒干板经过涂黑处理,能够吸收更多的光热量,另外一方面,圆柱筒内部相对处于封闭状态,能够使得热量更易集聚,从而提高晒干效率,同时,本实用新型一样属于自然干燥,相比电加热快速烘干的形式,能够更好的保存果蔬片的风味与营养。
作为改进实施例,所述塞盘的外侧固定设置有拉手,方便塞盘的拔出与塞入。
作为改进实施例,所述固定杆上套入设置有转动管,转动管能够在固定杆上转动,从而方便晒干板插入时其贴靠转动管,由滑动摩擦转化为滚动摩擦,减少插入摆放时产生的阻力。
作为改进实施例,所述晒干板的两端部位呈弯曲状态并向上翘起,便于其插入摆放。
作为改进实施例,所述晒干板上排列设置有大量孔洞,有利于果蔬片与晒干板贴靠的一侧也能蒸发水分。

一种果蔬农产品的切片去水制干装置,如图1所示,包括圆柱筒1,固定杆2,晒干板3,塞盘4,所述圆柱筒1为透明状的圆柱筒状结构,其可以采用玻璃材质加工而成,制作成圆柱状,更利于接受来自各个角度的阳光照射,而圆柱状也利于玻璃材质加工成型,所述固定杆2排列固定在圆柱筒1的内部中间位置,且固定杆2排列处在同一平面,如图2所示,其中图2为了表现内部部件,对圆柱筒1采取了剖切处理,所述晒干板3为矩形板状结构,其长度小于圆柱筒1的长度,其宽度小于圆柱筒1的内径以及固定杆2的长度,则晒干板3能够插入到圆柱体1内并摆放在固定杆2上,另外,所述晒干板3的表面被涂黑处理,可以采用烤漆涂黑,所述塞盘4为圆盘状结构,其具备一定厚度,其外径等于圆柱筒1的内径,则塞盘4能够塞入固定到圆柱筒1的两侧部位从而将圆柱筒1的两侧封堵,所述圆柱筒1的上侧部位设置有通气管11。

作为改进实施例,如图1截面图所示,所述晒干板3的两端部位呈弯曲状态并向上翘起,便于其插入摆放。
作为改进实施例,如图2所示,所述晒干板3上排列设置有大量孔洞31,有利于果蔬片与晒干板3贴靠的一侧也能蒸发水分。
