Background

The intelligent cabinet is an unmanned vending cabinet. Along with the rapid development of economy, the application range of the intelligent cabinet is more and more extensive. At present, the existing intelligent cabinet is an independent cabinet body.

However, when the above-mentioned cabinet is adopted, there are often technical problems as follows:

firstly, the sharing of the components of the cabinet body cannot be realized, so that the waste of the materials of the cabinet body is caused;

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 includes a controller (not shown), a first sales counter 1, a second sales counter 2, a gravity sensor 3, a tray 4, a cargo bed 5, a position sensor 6, a bucket 7, a rotating mechanism 8, a crawler 9, and a power assembly (not shown).

In some embodiments, the multi-functional modular cabinet may include a controller, at least one first sales counter (e.g., first sales counter 1), and at least one second sales counter (e.g., second sales counter 2). The first sales counter 1 described above may comprise at least one tray assembly. The second sales counter 2 may comprise a lifting assembly, a pick-up assembly and at least one delivery assembly. Wherein, the first sales counter 1 can be a gravity sensing intelligent sales counter. The second sales counter 2 may be a vending machine. The first sales counter 1 and the first sales counter 2 may comprise cabinet doors provided with electronic locks. The electronic lock may be a lock that is opened by entering a correct combination.

In some embodiments, the tray assembly may be fixed to the first sales counter 1. The tray assembly may include a gravity sensor 3 and a tray 4. The gravity sensor 3 may be disposed below the tray 4. The gravity sensor 3 may be in communication with the controller. Here, the specific mode of fixing the tray unit to the first sales counter 1 is not limited. For example, the tray assembly may be fixed to the first sales counter 1 by screws. Alternatively, the first sales counter 1 may be provided with a slot, and the tray unit may be fixed to the first sales counter 1 by inserting the tray unit into the slot. The gravity sensor 3 may convert the gravity information of the tray 4 into an electrical signal and transmit the electrical signal to the controller. Here, the specific connection mode between the gravity sensor 3 and the tray 4 and the specific connection mode between the gravity sensor 3 and the controller are not limited. The gravity sensor 3 may be disposed below the tray 4 by screw coupling. The gravity sensor 3 may be disposed below the tray 4 by bolting. The gravity sensor 3 may be wired to the controller. The gravity sensor 3 may be wirelessly connected to the controller. Accordingly, the gravity sensor 3 can transmit the gravity information of the tray 4 to the controller.

The position sensor 6 may be located at one side of the cargo bed 5. The position sensor 6 may be in communication with the controller. The cargo bed 5 may be a platform for carrying articles. The position sensor 6 may convert position information of the article on the cargo bed into an electric signal and transmit the electric signal to the controller. Here, the setting of the specific connection mode between the position sensor 6 and the controller is not limited. For example, the position sensor 6 may be wired to the controller. The position sensor 6 may be wirelessly connected to the controller. Thus, when an article is present on the cargo bed 5, the position sensor 6 can transmit position information of the article on the cargo bed 5 to the controller.

In some embodiments, the pick assembly may include a pick bucket 7 and a rotation mechanism 8. The bucket 7 may be located below the cargo bed 5. The rotating mechanism 8 may be provided on both left and right sides of the bucket 7. The rotating mechanism 8 may be in communication with the controller. Wherein, the goods taking bucket 7 can be a bucket for placing articles to be taken. The rotating mechanism 8 may be a mechanism for rotating the bucket 7. When the outer side of the bucket 7 is rotated to the uppermost end, the opening of the bucket 7 faces inward, so that an article to be taken can enter the bucket 7 from the loading platform 5. When the inner side of the goods taking bucket 7 rotates to the uppermost end, the opening of the goods taking bucket 7 faces outwards, and a user can take goods to be taken from the goods taking bucket 7 conveniently. Thereby, the article of the bucket can be taken out.

In some embodiments, the shipment assembly may include a track 9 and a power assembly. The power assembly may be provided at one end of the track 9. The crawler belt 9 may be a conveyor belt for conveying an article to drop the article. The power assembly may be an assembly for rotating the crawler 9. In the working state, the caterpillar 9 transports the articles to the edge of the caterpillar 9 from inside to outside under the driving of the power assembly, so that the articles can fall to the cargo bed 5. Thus, the articles can fall from the crawler belt onto the cargo bed.

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 includes an emergency cabinet 10, a sample sending machine 11, a heat preservation cabinet 12, an express delivery cabinet 13, a shared charging cabinet 14, a shared rain gear cabinet 15, a self-service cabin 16, display screens (17, 18, 19, 20 and 21), a camera 22 and a fire alarm device 23.

In some embodiments, the above-described multi-functional combination sideboard may further comprise a first-aid cupboard 10. The first aid cabinet 10 may be provided at the right side of the first sales counter 1. The first aid cabinet 10 may be provided with a first aid kit. The first aid kit may include an AED (Automated External Defibrillator). Thereby, a medical instrument may be provided for emergency treatment of a patient.

In some embodiments, the multifunctional combination cabinet may further comprise a sample assigning machine 11. The sample assigning machine 11 may be disposed at the right side of the first aid cabinet 10. The sample sending machine can be used for storing and selling samples. From this, can realize intelligence group appearance, raise the efficiency.

In some embodiments, the multifunctional combined cabinet may further include a storage cabinet. The storage cabinet can be arranged at the right side of the sample dispensing machine 11. The storage cabinet can comprise a thermal insulation cabinet 12 and an express delivery cabinet 13. Wherein, above-mentioned insulated cabinet 12 can be located the upper end of above-mentioned cabinet, and above-mentioned express delivery cabinet 13 can be located the lower extreme of above-mentioned cabinet. The heat preservation cabinet 12 may be provided with a heat preservation sheet below. In some embodiments, the multifunctional combination cabinet may further comprise a shared cabinet. The shared cabinet may be disposed at a right side of the storage cabinet. The shared cabinet may include a shared charging cabinet 14 and a shared rain gear cabinet 15. The shared charging cabinet 14 may be located at an upper end of the shared cabinet. The shared rain gear case 15 may be located at a lower end of the shared case. The shared charging cabinet 14 may be a cabinet for accessing a charger baby. The shared rain gear case 15 may be a case for storing and taking an umbrella. Therefore, the charging treasure and the umbrella can be shared.

In some embodiments, the above-described multi-functional combination sideboard may further comprise a self-service chamber 16. 1. A multifunctional combination cabinet, characterized in that the multifunctional combination cabinet comprises a controller, at least one first sales counter and at least one second sales counter, the first sales counter comprises at least one tray component, the second sales counter comprises a lifting component, a goods taking component and at least one goods discharging component, wherein,

the tray assembly is fixed on the first vending cabinet and comprises a gravity sensor and a tray, the gravity sensor is arranged below the tray, and the gravity sensor is in communication connection with the controller;

the lifting assembly comprises a cargo carrying platform and a position sensor, the cargo carrying platform is arranged below the second sales counter, the position sensor is positioned on one side of the cargo carrying platform, and the position sensor is in communication connection with the controller;

the goods taking assembly comprises a goods taking bucket and a rotating mechanism, the goods taking bucket is positioned below the goods carrying platform, the rotating mechanism is arranged on two sides of the goods taking bucket, and the rotating mechanism is in communication connection with the controller;

the shipment assembly includes a track and a power assembly disposed at one end of the track.

2. The multi-functional combination cabinet of claim 1, further comprising a first aid cabinet, the first aid cabinet being disposed to the right of the first sales cabinet, the first aid cabinet being provided with a first aid kit.

3. The multifunctional combination cabinet according to claim 2, further comprising a specimen dispatching machine disposed on the right side of the first aid cabinet.

The multifunctional combined cabinet according to claim 3, further comprising a storage cabinet, wherein the storage cabinet is arranged at the right side of the sample sending machine, the storage cabinet comprises a thermal insulation cabinet and an express delivery cabinet, wherein the thermal insulation cabinet is arranged at the upper end of the storage cabinet, and the express delivery cabinet is arranged at the lower end of the storage cabinet.

The multifunctional combination cabinet of claim 4, further comprising a shared cabinet disposed on the right side of the storage cabinet, the shared cabinet comprising a shared charging cabinet and a shared rain gear cabinet, the shared charging cabinet being located at an upper end of the shared cabinet, the shared rain gear cabinet being located at a lower end of the shared cabinet.

6. The multi-functional combination cabinet of claim 5, further comprising a self-service bin disposed on a right side of the shared cabinet.

The multifunctional combined cabinet according to claim 6, wherein the first sales cabinet, the second sales cabinet, the storage cabinet, the sharing cabinet, the first aid cabinet, the sample dispatching machine and the self-service chamber each comprise a cabinet door provided with an electrically controlled lock, wherein the provided electrically controlled lock is in communication connection with the controller.

8. A multi-function combination cabinet according to claim 1, further comprising at least one display screen, each of the at least one display screen being in communicative connection with the controller.

9. The multifunctional combination cabinet of claim 1, further comprising a camera, wherein the camera is disposed at an upper left of the multifunctional combination cabinet for capturing images of an environment external to the multifunctional combination cabinet.

10. The multifunctional combined cabinet according to claim 1, further comprising a fire alarm device disposed at the upper right of the multifunctional combined cabinet.
