Description

Clean assembly line equipment of insect outward appearance
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the field of environmental protection, relates to insect cleaning in an insect feeding process, and particularly relates to a production line design suitable for cleaning the outer surface of insects.
Background
In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in China, the living standard of people is remarkably improved. With the problem of rapid annual increase in the yield of solid wastes, organic wastes (such as kitchen wastes, livestock excrements, sludge and the like) which are one of the main components of the solid wastes are liable to threaten the environment and human health. At present, the organic waste is treated by adopting the technical means of landfill, incineration, anaerobic fermentation, biotransformation and the like.
The utilization of rotting insects (such as hermetia illucens, tenebrio molitor, houseflies and the like, which are generally referred to as insect larvae) to carry out biotransformation on organic solid wastes, and the realization of recycling, reduction and harmlessness of the organic wastes is proved to be a feasible way. Due to the characteristics of high conversion rate, good economic benefit and environmental friendliness of reducing carbon emission, the corrosion-eating insects are used for treating organic wastes such as kitchen waste, excrement and sludge, for example, the technology for treating the kitchen waste by using yellow meal worms with the patent number of CN102580985A, the technology for converting kitchen residues by using housefly maggots with the patent number of CN104920788A, the technology for treating livestock and poultry excrement by using black soldier flies with the patent number of CN211581262U, and the like. The treated insects are rich in nutrients such as fat and protein, trace elements and trace substances (such as antibacterial peptide and betaine) capable of replacing antibiotics, have the potential and economic value of being used as high-quality grease and protein additives (such as pet feed additives, poultry feeds, fish and shrimp feeds and the like) after deep processing, and have the advantage of reducing the application of antibiotics.
Insects raised on organic waste or feed can be partially separated by their biological habits (the separated insects are usually referred to as insect larvae), but their outer surfaces usually have some dirt. Since insects usually show a lot of wrinkles on their surface, it is difficult to ensure the cleaning efficiency by means of ordinary washing alone. In the current insect feeding process flow line, for example, "an intensive production system for breeding and treating kitchen waste by using hermetia illucens", disclosed in patent No. CN112997968A, "an automatic hermetia illucens breeding rack", disclosed in patent No. CN213523513U, and the like are rarely equipped with a flow line for cleaning the outer surfaces of insects. The problems of low mechanization and automation level, poor effect and the like in the cleaning link seriously restrict the subsequent deep processing of insect products and influence the quality and the economic benefit of the subsequent insect products of the insect products. Therefore, the development of a thorough and efficient production line with high mechanization and automation level suitable for cleaning the appearance of the insects is particularly urgent.
