In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the system further includes a water return module 12, the water return module 12 includes a plurality of water return pipelines, the first conveying section 8, the second conveying section 10, the second immersion cleaning machine 7 and the third conveying section 14 are respectively connected with the vortex cleaning machine 2 through a water return pipeline 12.1, a water return pipeline 12.2, a water return pipeline 12.3 and a water return pipeline 12.4, so as to recycle the spraying sewage of the first high-pressure spray gun 9, the spraying sewage of the second high-pressure spray gun 11, the cleaning sewage of the second immersion cleaning machine 7 and the moisture of the third conveying section 14. Six water pumps, namely a pump 17.1 to a pump 17.6, are connected in parallel with the same water source.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, flow meters 16 and valves (which may be electromagnetic valves) are disposed on the water outlet pipelines of the first water immersing machine 1, the vortex cleaning machine 2, the ultrasonic cleaning machine 3, and the second water immersing machine 7, and the water outlet pipelines of the first conveying section 8, the second conveying section 10, and the third conveying section 14, so as to control the water outlet flow rates of the above components. For the sake of distinction, the flow meter 16 provided on each water inlet line may be referred to as a water inlet flow meter, and the flow meter 16 provided on each water discharge line may be referred to as a water outlet flow meter.

Then, an insect fine cleaning stage II is carried out, the insects enter an ultrasonic cleaning machine 3 for cleaning, and residual dirt in folds on the surfaces of the insects is removed; and then removing the sewage attached to the surfaces of the insects by a second high-pressure spray gun 11, finally, cleaning by a second water immersion machine 7 to obtain thoroughly cleaned insects, and drying the surface moisture of the thoroughly cleaned insects by a high-pressure air gun 15 to finish cleaning operation. The processes are uniformly controlled by the automatic control system 6, and all the sprayed sewage enters the water return module 12 for centralized treatment without manual participation.
Meanwhile, the embodiment provides an insect appearance cleaning streamline process, which mainly comprises the following steps:
softening surface contaminants of the insects 18 to be cleaned;
cleaning partial surface softening dirt of the insects 18 to be cleaned, and removing the surface attached sewage of the insects to be cleaned;
cleaning the surface wrinkles of the insects 18 to be cleaned and removing the surface attached sewage of the insects to be cleaned;
the insects 18 to be cleaned are washed to obtain clean insects, and after the surface moisture of the clean insects is blown off, the clean insects are stored.
