The distributed aerobic fermentation treatment mainly has the following problems: air is continuously blown into the perishable garbage fermentation bin in the aerobic treatment process, and heat is regenerated, so that the treatment energy consumption is high; meanwhile, the power equipment and the control system are relatively complex, so that the overall failure rate is high; because the technical control and management requirements are high, manual on-duty operation is generally needed, the labor cost is high, and a plurality of difficulties also exist in configuring operators with professional skills based on the actual situation of rural areas; in addition, the aerobic waste treatment equipment has higher manufacturing cost.
And secondly, a sunlight composting room is adopted to treat perishable garbage. The sunlight composting room mode mainly has the following problems: the organic fertilizer produced in the sunlight composting room has the defects of high water content, nonuniform decomposition, low harmless degree and the like; water supplement, ventilation, mosquitoes and flies, odor and sewage treatment in the composting process are not easy to control; the composting period is long, the material can be produced only once in months to a year, the fertilizer production operation is difficult, and the cost is high; the discharge port is small, the machine is difficult to operate, the operation is mainly manual, and the working environment is poor; the process and the management are difficult to be linked with rural sewage, and the management cost of a specially-assigned person is high.
