本实用新型是提供一种新型泵用膜盘联轴器。 该产品是由被联轴两端的半联轴器，中间联轴器部件 及连接紧固件三大部分组成。中间联轴器部件是由 保护板(4)，抽芯铆钉(5)及由两个管膜盘(3)在部位 (10)处对焊成主体组成。管膜盘的膜面的轴截面外 形轮廓为等腰梯形，具有挠性。中间联轴器部件与被 联轴两端的半联轴器(1)的连接采用国产标准紧固件 (6)、(7)、(8)、(9)。该产品结构简单、轻巧，安装维护 方便，能吸收振动，延长泵机械密封与轴承的寿命，提 高泵的运行可靠性。

Description

本实用新型是一种新型的联轴器。适用于转速3000r／min，功率500KW以内带中间联轴器的泵与电机的连接。如：石油化工常用的Y型油泵。
目前国内一般的泵与电机连接仍沿用弹性套柱销式联轴器，不仅笨重，不平衡量大，而且工作时各组成零件之间的相对位移产生了撞击、振动、摩擦、磨损，直接影响了机械密封和轴承的寿命。国外七十年代开始推广膜盘联轴器。这种新型联轴器不仅简单、轻巧、无噪音、无磨损、而且膜盘膜面的柔性能吸振，使设备平衡运行。当设备超负荷时，膜面破裂具有保护设备功能。
新型膜盘联轴器的结构一般是由被联轴两端的半联轴器，中间联轴器及连接的紧固件三大部分组成。日本EAGLE公司的产品膜盘联轴器的关键部件——中间联轴器（图2）是由保护板（4），抽芯铆钉（5）及两块膜盘（11）与中心管（12）在部件（13）处施焊成的主体组成。膜盘（11）的膜面部分的轴截面外形轮廓为双曲线（图3）；连接的紧固件采用特殊英制自锁紧固件。因进口的膜盘联轴器价格昂贵，影响了推广使用。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种易于制造的中间联轴器结构，并采用标准紧固件的泵用膜盘联轴器系列产品。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：中间联轴器部件是由保护板（4），抽芯铆钉（5）及由两个管膜盘件（3）在部位（10）处对焊成的主体组成。管膜盘的膜面部分的轴截面外形轮廓为等腰梯形（图4）。
本实用新型的中间联轴器与被联轴两端的半联轴器（1）的连接采用国产标准紧固件园柱头内六角螺钉（6）、平垫圈（7）、弹簧垫圈（8）、六角螺母（9）。
本实用新型产品按传递功率分为四个档次，按中间联轴器长度分为五种规格，形成泵用膜盘联轴器系列产品。

本实用新型产品自八八年四月起在金陵石化公司炼油厂试用，截止九0年度已有七十余台泵组。其中：使用NML106型25台泵组，使命NML146型30台泵组，使用NML174型15台泵组，使用225.4型2台泵组。
以下结合附图详细介绍本实用新型结构及工作情况。
图1是本实用新型产品结构剖视图。
图2是国外产品的中间联轴器结构及膜盘与中心管焊接部位以及膜盘、保护板，抽芯铆钉铆接部位剖视图。
图3是国外产品的摸盘的膜面轴截面剖视图。
图4是本实用新型的管膜盘的膜面轴裁面剖视图。
参照图1，本实用新型产品是一种用于两轴之间的联接装置。被联轴通过键与半联轴器（1）连接，拧紧内六角锥端紧定螺钉（2）可防止半联轴器轴向串动；中间联轴器部件与半联轴器（1）的连接，是用国产标准园柱头内六角螺钉（6），平垫圈（7），弹簧垫圈（8），六角螺母（9）来实现的；保护板（4）是用来防止管膜盘（3）膜面超载破裂，碎片飞出，起安全保护作用。
由于半联轴器（1）与管膜盘（3）的接触面上存在磨擦阻力，主动轴将转矩传递给管膜盘的膜面，管膜盘的另一端就以同样方式把转矩传给从动轴，从而实现了转矩的传递。管膜盘的膜面的挠曲变形，能在一定范围内补偿被联两轴的不同轴度，并且能吸收振动，使设备长周期平衡运行。

Claims (2)

1、一种泵用膜盘联轴器是由被联轴两端的半联轴器(1)，中间联轴器部件及连接紧固件园柱头六角螺钉(6)、平垫圈(7)、弹簧垫圈(8)、六角螺母(9)三大部分组成，其特征在于中间联轴器部件的结构是由保护板(4)、抽芯铆钉(5)及由两个管膜盘件(3)在部位(10)处对焊成主体组成，管膜盘膜面部分轴截面外形轮廓为等腰梯形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的泵用膜盘联轴器，中间联轴器部件与被联轴两端的半联轴器（1）的连接采用园柱头六角螺钉（6）、平垫圈（7），弹簧垫圈（8），六角螺母（9）组成的国产标准紧固件。
