Detailed Description

In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.

A portable card stove 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a portable card-type stove 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention in a state where a drawing plate 170 is drawn out. The portable cassette stove 100 includes a housing 110, a draw tray 120, burners 140-1 and 140-2, a flame holder 150, and a knob 160. The housing 110 may be a sheet metal member made of a metal material such as iron, copper, or the like. Sheet metal is a comprehensive cold working process for sheet metal (generally below 6 mm) including shearing, punching/cutting/compounding, folding, welding, riveting, splicing, forming, and the like. The remarkable characteristic is that the thickness of the same part is consistent. The product processed by the sheet metal process is called a sheet metal part. The burners 140-1 and 140-2 may receive a supply of gas and burn the gas to heat the cookware or food items above the burners, and the burners 140-1 and 140-2 may be referred to collectively as a burner assembly. With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the portable card style stove 100 also includes a cookware 170. The housing 100 may define an inner space, and have an upper opening and a side opening communicating with the inner space, and the above-described burner assembly is disposed in an upper portion of the inner space for burning gas to heat the culinary or food stuff above the burner assembly. The upper opening is used for placing kitchenware so as to heat the kitchenware through the burner assembly. The drawing pan 120 can be inserted into the lower portion of the inner space through the side opening and can be drawn out of the lower portion of the inner space through the side opening, as shown in fig. 1, from which the drawing pan 120 is drawn out; the kitchen ware 170 may be provided on the drawing tray 120 and can be inserted into and pulled out of the lower portion of the inner space together with the drawing tray 120, as shown in fig. 2, into which the drawing tray 120 is inserted, and in fig. 2, the kitchen ware 170 is also inserted into the lower portion of the inner space together with the drawing tray 120, as can be seen through the upper opening.

It should be understood that in another embodiment, not shown, the side opening may be provided on other sides of the card oven 100, for example on the side furthest from the knob 160, and accordingly the direction of insertion and extraction of the drawing disk 120 is along a direction parallel to the burner 140-1, for example as shown in fig. 2.

It should also be understood that cookware 170 as described above may include cookware (e.g., including cookware bodies, pot lids, pot racks), dishes, cleaning supplies, etc., and may also include other cookware as needed for food cooking (including outdoor food cooking). Also, although the gas tank 180-1 for supplying gas is shown in fig. 1 to 3, this does not mean that the gas tank 180-1 and the cassette oven 100 must be fixed together, and the gas tank 180-1 may be mounted to the cassette oven 100 when needed for use and may be detached from the cassette oven 100 when not needed for use.

By arranging the kitchen ware 170 on the drawing plate 120 which can be inserted into the card-type oven 100, the card-type oven 100 can store and carry the kitchen ware 170, the storage capacity and carrying capacity of the card-type oven 100 are greatly improved, and when the cooking device is used, other additional kitchen ware can not be carried, and outdoor cooking can be carried out only by using the stored kitchen ware 170. In addition, by providing the pull-out tray 120 to be insertable into and withdrawable from the lower portion of the internal space of the portable card oven 100, it is possible to make full use of the space below the burner assembly of the card oven 100 to receive the kitchenware 170, and thus it is possible to enhance the receiving and portability of the card oven 100 while ensuring a smaller overall size of the card oven 100.

It should be noted that other components in the card oven 100 are omitted from the drawings. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the card oven 100 includes components such as an ignition assembly in addition to those shown in fig. 1-4.

In one embodiment, the drawing tray 120 includes a bottom plate 121 and a side plate 122 connected to the bottom plate 121, the side plate 122 closing a side opening of the housing 110 when the drawing tray 120 is inserted into a lower portion of the inner space. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the side plate 122 may close the side opening of the housing 110 in a state where the drawing tray 120 is inserted into the inner space, regardless of whether the culinary article 170 is placed on the drawing tray 120 or on the upper opening of the housing 110. Therefore, on the one hand, in a state where the kitchen ware 170 is housed (for example, as shown in fig. 2), it is possible to prevent the kitchen ware 170 from easily falling out from the housing 110; on the other hand, the side plate 122 closing the side opening of the housing 110 may be formed integrally with the rest of the surrounding housing 110.

In one embodiment, the side plate 122 is provided with at least one opening 1221 for introducing external air into the inner space when the burners 140-1 and 140-2 are fired. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a plurality of openings 1221 are provided on the side plate 122, and the plurality of openings 1221 are long bar-shaped and are arranged on the side plate 122 at equal intervals. It should be understood that the opening 1221 may be any shape, such as circular, oval, square, triangular, star, etc.; the arrangement form of the openings 1221 is not limited to the arrangement form of the equal intervals, and the openings 1221 may also be arranged in the unequal intervals, or a plurality of openings 1221 may be arranged in a surrounding form; the opening 1221 may also be one opening. Thus, when the culinary article 170 is received in the internal space, the external air introduced into the internal space through the opening 1221 may dry the culinary article 170, preventing the culinary article 170 from growing mildews or generating a bad smell; when the burner assembly performs combustion, the external air introduced into the inner space through the opening 1221 may accelerate the air flow circulation in the inner space, maintain the level of oxygen content in the inner space, facilitate combustion, thereby increasing the speed of heating food, and enable fuel saving.

In one embodiment, the base plate 121 is provided with a kitchen utensil mount 123 for mounting a kitchen utensil 170 relative to the pull tray 120. The utensil retaining member 123 can be any form suitable for retaining the utensil 170 relative to the pull cup 120. For example, the utensil holder 123 can be a releasable and snap-fit catch (not shown), which can be one or more catches and can snap to secure the utensil 170 relative to the pull cup 120. The utensil fixing member 123 may also be one to a plurality of protrusions that substantially conform to the shape of the bottom of the utensil 170, and the one to a plurality of protrusions may also fix the utensil 170 with respect to the pull-out tray 120. Thus, the movement of the culinary article 170 placed in the pull-out tray 120 with respect to the pull-out tray 120 in one degree of freedom or in multiple degrees of freedom is restricted by the culinary article holder 123, so that the culinary article 170 can be held during storage or carrying, and the culinary article 170 is prevented from shaking or falling off to cause damage or loss of the culinary article 170 or cause other parts (e.g., the burners 140-1, 140-2) of the card style oven to be hit by the shaken culinary article 170.

More specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in one example, the utensil fixing member 123 is a flange provided at an edge of the bottom plate 121. It should be noted that the flange may be a protrusion protruding from the side of the bottom plate 121 where the kitchen ware 170 is placed, and the flange may continuously protrude around each side of the bottom plate 121; or may protrude continuously around several sides (e.g., 3 sides) of the base plate 121; the flange may also be a plurality of protrusions provided at the edge of the bottom plate 121, for example, the flange may be 3 protrusions, and the 3 protrusions may be provided at the edges of three sides of the bottom plate 121, respectively. For example, the flange may be 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 protrusions, and the plurality of protrusions may be respectively disposed at edges of one to more sides of the bottom plate 121. Due to the presence of the flange, when the kitchen ware 170 is placed on the pull tray 120, the kitchen ware 170 can be fixed with respect to the pull tray 120, thereby preventing the kitchen ware 170 from shaking or falling off. Further, on the one hand, the kitchen ware fixing member 123 in the form of a flange is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost, and not easily damaged; on the other hand, the user can directly place the kitchen ware 170 in the area surrounded by the flange of the pull-out tray 120, so that the kitchen ware 170 can be fixed without other complicated operations, the operation is simple, and the practicability is strong.

In one embodiment, the cookware 170 comprises a first cookware 171, the first cookware 171 being arranged on the pull tray 120. With continued reference to fig. 1, by placing the first pot 171 on the drawing tray 120, the card oven 100 is enabled to receive and carry the first pot 171, whereby, in a scene such as outdoor cooking, a user can use the first pot 171 that can be received in the card oven 100 for cooking without having to carry additional other pots, which can greatly reduce the space that would otherwise be scarce for receiving pots in a scene such as outdoor cooking, providing convenience to the user.

In one embodiment, cookware 170 further includes at least one handle (e.g., handle 172-1 and/or handle 172-2) that is removably attached to handle connection 1711 of first cookware 171. As shown in fig. 5, two handles 172-1 and 172-2 are shown, both of which are detachably attached to the handle connecting portion 1711 of the first pot 171, whereby, when it is necessary to receive the first pot 171 inside the card oven 100, one or both of the handles 172-1 and 172-2 can be detached, thereby reducing the space required to receive the pots.

In another embodiment, not shown, the cookware 170 comprises one single-sided handle removably attached to the handle connection 1711 of the first pot 171. This unilateral handle can have the portion of gripping, and the person of facilitating the use grips, when attaching this unilateral handle to handle connecting portion 1711 on, can allow the user to fry culinary art actions such as dish, top spoon, the cooked food kind that the user can cook is expanded greatly, not only can promote the practicality, also can make the user obtain more culinary art enjoyment. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in one embodiment, the handle connecting portion 1711 includes a protruding portion 17111 extending from the outside of the first pot 171 and a handle catching portion 17112 extending at an angle to the protruding portion 17111, the handle 172-1 or the handle 172-2 is provided with a catching groove 1721, and the handle catching portion 17112 is detachably inserted into the catching groove 1721. The extension portion 17111 of the handle connecting portion 1711 extends outward from the outer side of the upper edge of the first pot 171, and the handle catching portion 17112 is disposed at an angle (e.g., 90 degrees) to the extension portion 17111. In the example shown in fig. 5, the handle snap 17112 is shown as an elongated plate, it being understood that the handle snap 17112 could also have other shapes, such as a generally cylindrical shape. Accordingly, the handle 172-1 may be provided with a catch 1721, the catch 1721 having a shape adapted to the handle catch 17112, so that the handle catch 17112 is detachably inserted into the catch 1721. Therefore, the handle 172-1 can be quickly and conveniently detached and installed through the matching mode of the clamping groove 1721 and the handle clamping portion 17112, and the efficiency of the accommodating and using process is improved.

As shown in fig. 7, in one embodiment, cookware 170 further includes at least one second pot nestable in the first pot 171, and the handle is also removably attachable to the handle connection of the at least one second pot. Referring to fig. 7, cookware 170 includes a second cookware 173, the second cookware 173 having a smaller size than the first cookware 171, e.g., the second cookware 173 may have a smaller depth and a smaller length and width than the first cookware 171, and thus, the second cookware 17 may be nested in the first cookware 171, thereby allowing the first cookware 171 and the second cookware 173 to occupy a smaller receiving space when receiving cookware.

For example, in fig. 7, cookware 170 is shown to include a lid 174 and a lid handle 175. Different kinds of cooking utensils make the card oven 100 carry various appliances required for cooking and eating, so that the user can satisfy various demands for outdoor cooking without additionally carrying additional tableware, pot racks, cleaning supplies, etc., and great convenience is provided for outdoor cooking.

It should be understood that fig. 7 only shows the lid 174 and the removed lid handle 175, and does not show tableware, pot racks, washing supplies, etc. The dishes, racks and washing articles, which are not shown, may be received between the first pot 171 and the lid 174, between the lid 174 and the second pot 173, or other locations suitable for receiving, which is not limited herein. Moreover, the gap between the pots is utilized to store the tableware, the pot rack and the cleaning articles, so that extra storage space is not occupied, and waste of space is not caused.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the housing 110 is provided with stoppers 130-1 and 130-2 between the upper and lower portions of the inner space, and the stoppers 130-1 and 130-2 prevent the drawing plate 120 and the culinary article 170 provided on the drawing plate 120 from intruding into the upper portion of the inner space when the drawing plate 120 is located in the lower portion of the inner space. Referring to fig. 1 and 4, plate-shaped stoppers 130-1 and 130-2 are shown, and as can be seen from fig. 4, the stoppers 130-1, 130-2 are disposed on the inner wall of the housing 110, and above both stoppers is an upper portion of the inner space in which the burner assembly is disposed. Below the two stops is the lower part of the inner space, in which the kitchen ware 170 is accommodated. As can be seen from fig. 4, when the pull plate 120 is located in the lower portion of the inner space, the stoppers 130-1 and 130-2 protruding inward from the inner wall of the housing 110 can prevent the pull plate 120 and the kitchen ware 170 disposed on the pull plate 120 from intruding into the upper portion of the inner space, so as to protect the burner assembly and other components in the upper portion, and reduce the shaking of the kitchen ware 170 accommodated in the lower portion during transportation, thereby reducing the noise generated by the shaking and reducing the possibility of damage to the kitchen ware 170 due to the shaking.

It should be understood that only plate-like limiting members 130-1 and 130-2 are shown in fig. 4. The limiting member may have other shapes, for example, the limiting member may be a cylindrical shape, or may be a limiting nail. The stopper is not limited to the two stoppers shown in fig. 4, and may be a plurality of stoppers or one stopper.

It should also be understood that the material of the stop may be the same material as the housing 110, and may be integrally formed with the housing 110. The material of the stopper may be different from that of the housing 110, such as a soft material, or coated with a soft coating, so as to prevent the kitchen ware 170 from being damaged by friction generated between the stopper and the kitchen ware 170 during the storage of the kitchen ware 170.

In one embodiment, the portable card oven kit 200 further includes at least one gas canister positioned above the portable card oven 100. As shown in fig. 8, the portable cassette stove kit 200 includes two gas canisters: gas tank 180-1 and gas tank 180-2. Thus, the gas tank can be carried along with the card oven 100 by the portable bag 210, and an additional gas tank does not need to be carried in an outdoor cooking scene, thereby providing convenience for a user. Further, placing the gas tank above the cassette oven 100 may avoid the gas tank from being crushed and causing danger. It should be understood that only 2 gas cylinders are shown in fig. 8 as an example, and that the portable cassette stove kit 200 may also include one or more gas cylinders, without limitation. Furthermore, the carry bag may be not only a soft shell carry bag but also a hard shell carry bag.

Claims (14)

1. A portable card oven, characterized in that it comprises:

a housing defining an interior space and having an upper opening and a side opening communicating with the interior space, a burner assembly of the card oven being disposed in an upper portion of the interior space;

a pull tray insertable into and withdrawable from a lower portion of the interior space through the side opening; and

a kitchen utensil provided on the drawing tray and insertable into and extractable from a lower portion of the inner space together with the drawing tray.

2. The portable card stove of claim 1, wherein the pull tray includes a bottom plate and a side plate connected to the bottom plate, the side plate closing a side opening of the housing when the pull tray is inserted into the lower portion of the interior space.

3. The portable card stove of claim 2, wherein the side plate is provided with at least one opening for introducing outside air into the interior space when the burner assembly is fired.

4. The portable card oven of claim 2, wherein the base plate is provided with a utensil retainer for retaining the utensil relative to the pull tray.

5. The portable card oven of claim 4, wherein the utensil mount is a flange provided at an edge of the base plate.

6. The portable card oven of claim 1, wherein the cookware includes a first pot disposed on the pull tray.

7. The portable card stove of claim 6, wherein the cookware further comprises at least one handle removably attached to the handle connection of the first cookware.

8. The portable card oven of claim 7, wherein the handle connecting portion includes a protruding portion extending from an outside of the first pot and a handle catching portion extending at an angle to the protruding portion, the handle being provided with a catching groove into which the handle catching portion is detachably inserted.

9. The portable card stove of claim 7, wherein the cookware further comprises at least one second pot nestable in the first pot, and the handle is also removably attachable to a handle connection of the at least one second pot.

10. The portable card oven of any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein the cookware further comprises any one of the following and combinations of any plurality thereof: pot cover, tableware, pot rack and cleaning articles.

11. The portable card oven as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the housing is provided with a stopper between an upper portion and a lower portion of the internal space, the stopper preventing the drawing plate and the kitchenware provided on the drawing plate from intruding into the upper portion of the internal space when the drawing plate is located in the lower portion of the internal space.

12. A portable card stove according to any one of claims 1 to 9 wherein the burner assembly comprises at least one straight tube type burner.

13. A portable cartridge oven kit, comprising:

a portable card stove according to any one of claims 1 to 12; and

a portable bag containing the portable cartridge stove.

14. The portable card oven kit of claim 13 further comprising at least one gas canister positioned above the portable card oven.
