When the first filling head mechanism 204 performs the adding operation, the receiving disc moves towards the direction far away from the first filling head mechanism 204 until the first filling head mechanism 204 is exposed, and when the adding operation of the first filling head mechanism 204 is finished, the receiving disc moves towards the direction close to the first filling head mechanism 204 until the first filling head mechanism 204 is shielded; alternatively, when the second filling head mechanism 205 performs the adding operation, the receiving pan moves in a direction away from the second filling head mechanism 205 until the second filling head mechanism 205 is exposed, and when the adding operation of the second filling head mechanism 205 is completed, the receiving pan moves in a direction close to the second filling head mechanism 205 until the second filling head mechanism 205 is shielded.
The second storage mechanism 202 is operable to store and deliver liquid flavoring, such as Boletus serohilus, saffron, citric acid, etc., to the first filling head mechanism 204. In some embodiments of the present application, the second storage mechanism 202 includes at least one set of tank 2021 and pump body 2022, and the pump body 2022 in each set is connected to the tank 2021 and the first filling head mechanism 204 through a pipeline 2023. When liquid flavoring needs to be added, the second operating panel can control the corresponding pump body 2022 to operate, and deliver the corresponding liquid flavoring to the first filling head mechanism 204.
As shown in fig. 5, the tank 2021 and the pump body 2022 may be provided on the second frame 201, and the tank 2021 and the pump body 2022 may be provided on the first frame 101. The tank body 2021 and the pump body 2022 are preferably arranged on the first frame 101, the pump body 2022 is located in the space where the manual filling head is located, and the pump body 2022 is connected with the first filling head mechanism 204 and/or the second filling head mechanism 205 through the quick release joint. Because the first conveying mechanism 104 of the first frame 101 has a space for manual space avoidance below, the pump body 2022 and the tank body 2021 are disposed at this position, which not only can improve the space utilization, but also can reduce the space of the whole apparatus.
Further, in order to improve the replaceability of the whole equipment, the pump body 2022 is connected with the first filling head mechanism 204 and/or the second filling head mechanism 205 through quick-release joints, so that the flavoring agent adding module 200 and the manual fresh material adding module can be transported separately during transportation, thereby facilitating transportation and assembly.
Further, a liquid level sensor is arranged at the lower part of each tank body 2021, and when one or more liquid materials reach the lowest liquid level, the corresponding liquid flavoring agent is added.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the soup adding module 300 functions to add soup, and the soup adding module 300 includes a third frame 301, a water tank 302, a third transfer mechanism 303 and a third operation panel 304, wherein the water tank 302 and the third transfer mechanism 303 are disposed on the third frame 301; the third transfer mechanism 303 is disposed on the third frame 301 in the longitudinal direction, the water tank 302 is located above the third transfer mechanism 303, and the operation of the water tank 302 and the third transfer mechanism 303 is controlled by a third operation panel 304.
When the pot transmitted by the seasoning adding module 200 is transmitted to the third transmission mechanism 303, the third operation panel 304 can control the water tank 302 to open and add soup into the pot, and after the soup is added, the third operation panel 304 can control the third transmission mechanism 303 to transmit the pot.
It should be noted that the first operation panel 105, the second operation panel and the third operation panel 304 may be used in emergency situations or in single module tests or other situations requiring manual operations; when a general store is configured for the pot bottom, only the fresh material is added at the fresh material position, the fresh material is added manually, and the automatic operation of the pot and the addition of ingredients can be controlled by the integral controller subsequently.
The water tank 302 is provided with a liquid level meter which can detect the liquid level height in the water tank 302. In addition, the water tank 302 is provided with a heating rod and a temperature sensor, the heating rod can be controlled to start and stop in real time to heat water in the water tank 302, so that the temperature of the water in the water tank 302 is kept at a set temperature, the water tank 302 comprises a water outlet pipe, a corner seat valve and a water adding shower head, when a pot reaches a position needing water adding, the corresponding corner seat valve is opened, and hot water in the water tank 302 can be added into the pot through the water outlet pipe and the corner seat valve and then through a water outlet.
In order to further reduce the labor intensity, the hot pot bottom allocation apparatus further comprises an automatic pot holder module 400, and the automatic pot holder module 400 is used for storing pots and transmitting the pots to the manual fresh food module 100 according to the requirement. When the bottom of the hot pot is required to be arranged, the automatic pot rack module 400 automatically outputs the pot and transmits the pot to the manual fresh food module 100.

In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). The memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, which include both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement the information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

Claims (13)

1. The hot pot bottom configuration equipment is characterized by comprising the following components which are arranged independently:
a manual fresh material module used for storing fresh materials and transmitting cookware;
the seasoning adding module of the pot transmitted by the manual fresh material module is received, and the seasoning adding module can add seasoning to the pot and transmit the pot according to requirements; and
receive the hot water that the flavouring agent added the pan of module conveying adds the module, hot water add the module can according to the demand to add hot water in the pan.
2. The hot pot bottom allocation device of claim 1, wherein the manual fresh material module comprises a first frame, a first storage mechanism for storing fresh materials, an air conditioning mechanism for cooling an effective space of the first storage mechanism, a first conveying mechanism for conveying pots, and a first operation panel, wherein the fresh material storage mechanism and the first conveying mechanism are embedded into the first frame; wherein the first transfer mechanism is arranged on the first frame in a length direction; an artificial avoiding space is reserved at the bottom of the first conveying mechanism and the first frame; the operation of the first conveying mechanism can be controlled through the first operation panel.
3. The hot pot pan bottom dispensing apparatus of claim 2, wherein the first storage mechanism and the first operating panel are located above the first conveyor mechanism in a height direction.
4. The hot pot pan bottom dispensing apparatus of claim 3, wherein the first storage mechanism comprises a cabinet and a plurality of layers of runner plates slidably disposed in the cabinet, and a space for holding the solid food is provided between adjacent layers of runner plates.
5. The hot pot pan bottom configuration device of claim 3, wherein the air conditioning mechanism further comprises a temperature detector, the air conditioning mechanism operating in accordance with the temperature detector and the first operating panel.
6. The hot pot bottom dispensing apparatus of claim 2, wherein the flavoring adding module comprises a second frame, a second storage mechanism for storing liquid flavoring, a third storage mechanism for storing solid flavoring, a first filling head mechanism, a second transfer mechanism, and a second operating panel, wherein the third storage mechanism, the first filling head mechanism, the second filling head mechanism, and the second transfer mechanism are disposed on the second frame; the second conveying mechanism is arranged along the length direction; the first filling head mechanism and the second filling head mechanism are positioned above the second conveying mechanism along the height direction; the second storage mechanism and the third storage mechanism are respectively connected with the first filling head mechanism, the second storage mechanism and the third storage mechanism are respectively connected with the second filling head mechanism, and the second storage mechanism and the third storage mechanism add solid flavoring agents and liquid flavoring agents into the pot through the first filling head mechanism and the second filling head mechanism; the second operating panel can control the operation of the second storing mechanism, the third storing mechanism, the first filling head mechanism, the second filling head mechanism and the second conveying mechanism.
7. The hot pot bottom configuration apparatus of claim 6, wherein said flavor adding module comprises a first rotary lift mechanism and a second rotary lift mechanism configured with a raising and lowering motion, said first rotary lift mechanism upon raising being on said first rotary lift mechanism capable of interfacing with said first filling head mechanism, said first rotary lift mechanism upon lowering being capable of interfacing with said second conveying mechanism; the second rotary jacking mechanism is located when ascending on the second rotary jacking mechanism the pan can with the butt joint of the first mechanism of second filling, the second rotary jacking mechanism can with the butt joint of second transport mechanism when descending.

The hot pot bottom configuration apparatus of claim 7, wherein the flavor adding module further comprises an isolation mechanism disposed on the second frame, the isolation mechanism exposing the first filling head mechanism and interfacing with the pot when the first filling head mechanism performs the adding operation, the isolation mechanism isolating the first filling head mechanism from the pot when the first filling head mechanism is completed; when the first mechanism execution of second filling adds the operation, isolator constructs expose the first mechanism of second filling and with the pan butt joint, when the first mechanism of second filling adds the operation and finishes, isolator constructs the first mechanism of second filling with the pan.

The hot pot pan bottom dispensing apparatus of claim 9, wherein the isolation mechanism comprises a drive assembly, a rotating shaft and a receiving pan, wherein the receiving pan is rotatably disposed on the second frame and located below the first filling head mechanism or the second filling head mechanism, and the drive assembly drives the receiving pan to rotate through the rotating shaft;
when the first filling head mechanism executes addition operation, the material receiving disc moves towards the direction far away from the first filling head mechanism until the first filling head mechanism is exposed, and when the first filling head mechanism finishes addition operation, the material receiving disc moves towards the direction close to the first filling head mechanism until the first filling head mechanism is shielded; or when second filling head mechanism execution adds the operation, the take-up pan is to keeping away from the direction of second filling head mechanism is removed until exposing second filling head mechanism, when second filling head mechanism adds the operation and finishes, the take-up pan is to being close to the direction removal of second filling head mechanism is until sheltering from second filling head mechanism.
