本实用新型的一种沼气发电机组燃气进气集成装置,过滤机构包括排气罩、清洁箱、氧化铁过滤层和活性炭过滤层,排气罩安装在罐体的外侧壁上并与腔室排气口连通,清洁箱内设置有腔体,腔体内设置有进气口与排气口,进气口与排气口均与腔体内相通,并且排气罩的输出端与腔体进气口连通,氧化铁过滤层的外延与清洁箱的内侧壁连接并设置在腔体内,活性炭过滤层的外延与清洁箱的内侧壁连接并设置在腔体内。
本实用新型的一种沼气发电机组燃气进气集成装置,还包括防回火装置,防回火装置连通设置在腔体的排气口处。

与现有技术相比本实用新型的有益效果为:首先将需要使用的沼气通过输送管输送至集气罩内部,沼气通过集气罩进入过滤桶内部,通过过滤网对沼气的过滤,使过滤后的沼气排放至腔室内并通过腔室排气口排放至过滤机构内部,通过过滤网对沼气的过滤,从而减少沼气内灰尘颗粒物的混合,提高沼气的使用纯度,提高沼气的利用效率,提高沼气过滤的便利性,通过打开第一电机带动丝杠旋转,丝杠旋转使滑块进行上下滑动,使滑块带动多组刷子进行上下往复移动后将过滤网的内侧壁进行清理,从而提高过滤网内侧壁的清理便利性,减少人员清理的工作强度,减少灰尘在装置内部的沉积降低沼气过滤质量,清理后的灰尘向下流动,通过打开电磁阀门落至灰尘箱内部进行收集,从而提高灰尘排放的便利性,提高装置的实用性。

如图1至图4所示,本实用新型的一种沼气发电机组燃气进气集成装置,包括罐体1、集气罩2、电磁阀门3、连接件4、灰尘箱5、输送管6、过滤桶7、过滤网8、支撑架9、导向柱10、丝杠11、第一电机12、滑块13、刷子14、输送机构和过滤机构,罐体1内设置有腔室,腔室底端设置有开口,罐体1外侧壁上设置有排气口,开口与排气口均与腔室内相通,过滤机构与腔室排气口连通,集气罩2安装在罐体1的外侧壁上并与腔室开口连通,电磁阀门3连通设置在集气罩2上,连接件4旋转套装在集气罩2的外侧壁上并与集气罩2内连通,灰尘箱5顶端与连接件4的底端连接并与连接件4连通,输送管6的输出端与集气罩2内连通,输送管6的输入端与输送机构内连通,过滤桶7设置在腔室内并与集气罩2输入端连通,过滤网8安装在过滤桶7的内侧壁上,支撑架9外延与过滤桶7的内侧壁连接,多组导向柱10的底端分别与支撑架9的顶端固定连接,多组导向柱10的顶端分别与过滤桶7的内侧壁固定连接,丝杠11底端与支撑架9的顶端可旋转连接,丝杠11的顶端安装在罐体1的内侧壁上,第一电机12安装在罐体1的顶端,并且第一电机12输出端与丝杠11的顶端连接,滑块13可上下滑动分别套装在多组导向柱10与丝杠11的外侧壁上,多组刷子14分别安装在滑块13的外侧壁上,并且多组刷子14的外延分别与过滤网8的内侧贴紧;首先将需要使用的沼气通过输送管6输送至集气罩2内部,沼气通过集气罩2进入过滤桶7内部,通过过滤网8对沼气的过滤,使过滤后的沼气排放至腔室内并通过腔室排气口排放至过滤机构内部,通过过滤网8对沼气的过滤,从而减少沼气内灰尘颗粒物的混合,提高沼气的使用纯度,提高沼气的利用效率,提高沼气过滤的便利性,通过打开第一电机12带动丝杠11旋转,丝杠11旋转使滑块13进行上下滑动,使滑块13带动多组刷子14进行上下往复移动后将过滤网8的内侧壁进行清理,从而提高过滤网8内侧壁的清理便利性,减少人员清理的工作强度,减少灰尘在装置内部的沉积降低沼气过滤质量,清理后的灰尘向下流动,通过打开电磁阀门3落至灰尘箱5内部进行收集,从而提高灰尘排放的便利性,提高装置的实用性。
本实用新型的一种沼气发电机组燃气进气集成装置,输送机构包括气筒15、活塞板16、第二电机17、连接杆19、进气单向阀20和排气单向阀21,气筒15安装在罐体1的外侧壁上,气筒15内设置有空腔,空腔顶端设置有开口,开口与空腔内相通,活塞板16可上下滑动设置在空腔的内部,第二电机17安装在罐体1的外侧壁上,第二电机17的输出端上设置有飞轮18,连接杆19顶端与飞轮18的外侧壁可旋转连接并设置在连接杆19的偏心位置上,连接杆19底端与活塞板16的顶端可旋转连接,进气单向阀20安装在气筒15的外侧壁上并与空腔内连通,排气单向阀21连通设置在输送管6上,并且输送管6的输入端与空腔内连通;通过打开第二电机17带动飞轮18旋转,飞轮18旋转通过连接杆19带动活塞板16进行上下活塞运动,活塞板16向上滑动后使外部沼气通过进气单向阀20进入空腔内部,活塞板16向下移动通过排气单向阀21将空腔内的沼气排出并通过输送管6输送至腔室内进行过滤,通过设置活塞板16对沼气进行输送,提高沼气的输送效率,减少沼气内的灰尘颗粒对管路造成堵塞,提高装置对沼气过滤的效率,提高装置的实用性。
本实用新型的一种沼气发电机组燃气进气集成装置,过滤机构包括排气罩22、清洁箱23、氧化铁过滤层24和活性炭过滤层25,排气罩22安装在罐体1的外侧壁上并与腔室排气口连通,清洁箱23内设置有腔体,腔体内设置有进气口与排气口,进气口与排气口均与腔体内相通,并且排气罩22的输出端与腔体进气口连通,氧化铁过滤层24的外延与清洁箱23的内侧壁连接并设置在腔体内,活性炭过滤层25的外延与清洁箱23的内侧壁连接并设置在腔体内;过滤后的沼气通过排气罩22排放至腔体内部,通过氧化铁过滤层24与活性炭过滤层25分别对沼气进行再次过滤,从而减少沼气中的硫化氢与有机硫的含量,提高沼气的净化效果,提高发电机对沼气的利用效率,提高装置的实用性。
本实用新型的一种沼气发电机组燃气进气集成装置,还包括防回火装置26,防回火装置26连通设置在腔体的排气口处;通过设置防回火装置26,提高装置使用的安全性,降低操作风险,提高装置的实用性。
本实用新型的一种沼气发电机组燃气进气集成装置,还包括法兰27,法兰27连通设置在防回火装置26的输出端上;通过设置法兰27,提高外接设备与防回火装置26连接的便利性,提高装置的使用效率。

本实用新型的一种沼气发电机组燃气进气集成装置,其在工作时,首先将需要使用的沼气通过输送管6输送至集气罩2内部,沼气通过集气罩2进入过滤桶7内部,通过过滤网8对沼气的过滤,使过滤后的沼气排放至腔室内并通过腔室排气口排放至过滤机构内部,通过过滤网8对沼气的过滤,通过打开第一电机12带动丝杠11旋转,丝杠11旋转使滑块13进行上下滑动,使滑块13带动多组刷子14进行上下往复移动后将过滤网8的内侧壁进行清理,清理后的灰尘向下流动,通过打开电磁阀门3落至灰尘箱5内部进行收集,之后通过打开第二电机17带动飞轮18旋转,飞轮18旋转通过连接杆19带动活塞板16进行上下活塞运动,活塞板16向上滑动后使外部沼气通过进气单向阀20进入空腔内部,活塞板16向下移动通过排气单向阀21将空腔内的沼气排出并通过输送管6输送至腔室内进行过滤,然后过滤后的沼气通过排气罩22排放至腔体内部,通过氧化铁过滤层24与活性炭过滤层25分别对沼气进行再次过滤。

1.一种沼气发电机组燃气进气集成装置,其特征在于,包括罐体(1)、集气罩(2)、电磁阀门(3)、连接件(4)、灰尘箱(5)、输送管(6)、过滤桶(7)、过滤网(8)、支撑架(9)、导向柱(10)、丝杠(11)、第一电机(12)、滑块(13)、刷子(14)、输送机构和过滤机构,罐体(1)内设置有腔室,腔室底端设置有开口,罐体(1)外侧壁上设置有排气口,开口与排气口均与腔室内相通,过滤机构与腔室排气口连通,集气罩(2)安装在罐体(1)的外侧壁上并与腔室开口连通,电磁阀门(3)连通设置在集气罩(2)上,连接件(4)旋转套装在集气罩(2)的外侧壁上并与集气罩(2)内连通,灰尘箱(5)顶端与连接件(4)的底端连接并与连接件(4)连通,输送管(6)的输出端与集气罩(2)内连通,输送管(6)的输入端与输送机构内连通,过滤桶(7)设置在腔室内并与集气罩(2)输入端连通,过滤网(8)安装在过滤桶(7)的内侧壁上,支撑架(9)外延与过滤桶(7)的内侧壁连接,多组导向柱(10)的底端分别与支撑架(9)的顶端固定连接,多组导向柱(10)的顶端分别与过滤桶(7)的内侧壁固定连接,丝杠(11)底端与支撑架(9)的顶端可旋转连接,丝杠(11)的顶端安装在罐体(1)的内侧壁上,第一电机(12)安装在罐体(1)的顶端,并且第一电机(12)输出端与丝杠(11)的顶端连接,滑块(13)可上下滑动分别套装在多组导向柱(10)与丝杠(11)的外侧壁上,多组刷子(14)分别安装在滑块(13)的外侧壁上,并且多组刷子(14)的外延分别与过滤网(8)的内侧贴紧。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种沼气发电机组燃气进气集成装置,其特征在于,输送机构包括气筒(15)、活塞板(16)、第二电机(17)、连接杆(19)、进气单向阀(20)和排气单向阀(21),气筒(15)安装在罐体(1)的外侧壁上,气筒(15)内设置有空腔,空腔顶端设置有开口,开口与空腔内相通,活塞板(16)可上下滑动设置在空腔的内部,第二电机(17)安装在罐体(1)的外侧壁上,第二电机(17)的输出端上设置有飞轮(18),连接杆(19)顶端与飞轮(18)的外侧壁可旋转连接并设置在连接杆(19)的偏心位置上,连接杆(19)底端与活塞板(16)的顶端可旋转连接,进气单向阀(20)安装在气筒(15)的外侧壁上并与空腔内连通,排气单向阀(21)连通设置在输送管(6)上,并且输送管(6)的输入端与空腔内连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种沼气发电机组燃气进气集成装置,其特征在于,过滤机构包括排气罩(22)、清洁箱(23)、氧化铁过滤层(24)和活性炭过滤层(25),排气罩(22)安装在罐体(1)的外侧壁上并与腔室排气口连通,清洁箱(23)内设置有腔体,腔体内设置有进气口与排气口,进气口与排气口均与腔体内相通,并且排气罩(22)的输出端与腔体进气口连通,氧化铁过滤层(24)的外延与清洁箱(23)的内侧壁连接并设置在腔体内,活性炭过滤层(25)的外延与清洁箱(23)的内侧壁连接并设置在腔体内。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种沼气发电机组燃气进气集成装置,其特征在于,还包括防回火装置(26),防回火装置(26)连通设置在腔体的排气口处。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种沼气发电机组燃气进气集成装置,其特征在于,还包括法兰(27),法兰(27)连通设置在防回火装置(26)的输出端上。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种沼气发电机组燃气进气集成装置,其特征在于,还包括压力表(28),压力表(28)安装在罐体(1)的外侧壁上并与腔室内连通。
