The application provides a mounting bracket, includes: a main stand 10 for connecting the subject apparatus 1; a first stand 20 provided at one side of the main stand 10; a second stand 30 provided at the other side of the main stand 10 opposite to the first stand 20; the first foot rest 20 and/or the second foot rest 30 are/is provided with mounting grooves for mounting the auxiliary element 2; one side of the mounting groove is opened; when the mounting bracket is connected to the target apparatus 1, the opening faces the target apparatus 1.
In one embodiment, the target device 1 is a cabinet, such as a cupboard, a wardrobe, a counter, etc.; the auxiliary 2 is a lamp for illumination. When the cabinet body has a certain depth, the cabinet wall shields the cabinet, and light in the cabinet is insufficient, so that an operator can be prevented from taking articles from the cabinet body.
By installing the mounting rack provided by the present application outside the cabinet and arranging the light fixture in the mounting groove of the first foot rest 20 and/or the second foot rest 30. Lamps and lanterns during operation, light passes the opening, acts on target equipment 1, can polish in the cabinet conveniently. In addition, because the mounting bracket setting that this application provided is outside at 1 equipment of mark, can avoid the loaded down with trivial details operation of installation lamps and lanterns in the cabinet, can also guarantee the integrality of the cabinet body, make things convenient for operating personnel to handle article in the cabinet.
In other embodiments, the subject device 1 may be other items requiring illumination, such as a room, a counter, etc. Similarly, the auxiliary member 2 disposed in the mounting slot may be other objects for assisting the operator in working the target device 1, such as a sensor, a fan, etc. The application does not limit the use scene of the mounting rack.
To facilitate attachment of the primary support 10 to the target device 1, a glue strip may be provided on the primary support 10 and/or the target device 1 or an adhesive may be applied so that the primary support 10 is bonded to the target device 1. Alternatively, the main support 10 may be welded to the subject device 1.
Still alternatively, referring to fig. 1 to 3, a screw hole 12 may be provided in the main support 10 and/or the target apparatus 1, and the main support 10 and the target apparatus 1 may be mounted by screwing a screw into the screw hole 12.
Further, when the screw hole 12 is provided on one of the main support 10 and the target apparatus 1, a kidney-shaped hole may be provided on the other. When the waist-shaped hole extends in the height direction of the target apparatus 1, the height of the main support 10 can be adjusted by loosening the screw, and after the main support 10 is adjusted to a desired height, the screw is screwed into the screw hole 12 and the waist-shaped hole, so that the main support 10 and the target apparatus 1 can be fixed again. In addition, the waist-shaped hole may also extend in the width direction of the target device 1, so as to adjust the relative position of the opening and the target device 1, and further adjust the position of the auxiliary 2 acting on the target device 1 (for example, when the auxiliary 2 is a lamp, the position and range of illumination can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the lamp and the target device 1, so as to illuminate a desired place). Of course, the waist-shaped holes can be extended along other directions according to requirements.
Further alternatively, a slide groove may be provided in one of the main stand 10 and the target device 1, and a slide block may be provided in the other, so that the slide block is engaged with the slide groove, and the main stand 10 and the target device 1 may be mounted. Further, the slide block is made to slide in the slide groove, and the relative position of the main stand 10 and the target device 1 can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the position where the auxiliary member 2 acts on the target device 1. The arrangement direction of the sliding groove is similar to the waist-shaped hole, and details are not repeated.
By providing the first and second tripods 20 and 30 on the main stand 10, when both the tripods are provided with mounting grooves therein, in an embodiment, different auxiliary members 2 may be installed in both the mounting grooves. For example, a lamp with lower illumination intensity may be disposed in the mounting groove of the first foot rest 20, and a lamp with higher illumination intensity may be disposed in the mounting groove of the second foot rest 30; adjusting the mounting position of the main stand 10 so that the opening of the mounting groove in the first stand 20 faces a position where the illumination of the subject apparatus 1 needs to be small, and the opening of the mounting groove in the second stand 30 faces a position where the illumination of the subject apparatus 1 needs to be large; thus, when different positions have different brightness requirements in the same target device 1, different requirements can be met by starting lamps in different foot stands. Of course, it is conceivable that the openings of the two foot rests can also be directed towards the same location in the subject device 1, so that the operator can select the auxiliary element 2 in different foot rests for use at his or her discretion, depending on the situation.
In another embodiment, the main stand 10 may be connected between two subject apparatuses 1, as can be seen in particular in fig. 7 and 8, so that the auxiliary member 2 in the first foot stand 20 can act on one subject apparatus 1 and the auxiliary member 2 in the second foot stand 30 can act on the other subject apparatus 1. When the same auxiliary parts 2 are arranged in the two foot stands, the same requirements of the two target devices 1 can be met; when different auxiliary members 2 are provided in the two stands, different requirements of the two target devices 1 can be met.
It should be added that the foot rest can also be used as a mounting foot, in addition to providing a mounting groove for mounting the auxiliary element 2. For example, one of the first and second foot rests 20 and 30 is provided with a mounting groove, and the other is used as a mounting foot; at this time, the main stand 10 is coupled to one side surface of the target apparatus 1, and the mounting legs are coupled to the other side surface of the target apparatus 1, thereby stabilizing the coupling of the entire mounting frame to the target apparatus 1.
The application provides an installation bracket can the direct mount in the outside of target equipment 1, acts on target equipment 1 for guaranteeing to set up the auxiliary member 2 in the mounting groove to a great extent, can set up the installation bracket and have certain length to make the mounting groove extend the setting along the length direction of mounting bracket.
For example, referring to fig. 7 and 8, when the target apparatus 1 is a cabinet having a certain height, the mounting bracket is disposed at an opening side of the cabinet in a height direction thereof, and thus, an opening of the mounting groove extends in the height direction of the cabinet, so that the auxiliary member 2 disposed in the mounting groove acts on the cabinet in the entire height direction.
However, it is conceivable that the range of action of the auxiliary 2 is small if the opening is oriented parallel to the depth direction of the target apparatus 1 and the auxiliary 2 acts on the target apparatus 1 along the opening. For example, when the auxiliary member 2 is a lamp for providing a light source to the inside of the cabinet, if light enters the cabinet directly along the depth direction of the cabinet, the light received by other positions along the width direction of the cabinet is very little, so that only the position where the light is directly emitted in the cabinet has a clear view.
For this purpose, the direction of the opening can be adjusted, through which the auxiliary element 2 is guided to better act on the target device 1.
In one embodiment, the first stand 20 and/or the second stand 30 includes: a bottom wall 21 for mounting the auxiliary 2; a first side wall 22 provided at one side of the bottom wall 21 and connected to the main stand 10; a second side wall 23 opposite to the first side wall 22 and disposed on the other side of the bottom wall 21; a guide wall 24 connected to the first side wall 22 and extending in a direction away from the main stand 10; wherein an opening is formed between the guide wall 24 and the second side wall 23.
Referring specifically to fig. 1-3, the bottom wall 21, the first side wall 22 and the second side wall 23 define a mounting slot with an open top. By providing the guide wall 24 inclined outward on the first side wall 22, the opening of the mounting groove is also inclined outward. In this way, when the auxiliary 2 acts on the target device 1 through the opening, the auxiliary 2 is guided by the direction of the opening and acts on the target device 1 at a certain angle, thereby adjusting the acting position of the auxiliary 2 and widening the acting range of the auxiliary 2.
For example, when the auxiliary 2 is a lamp, since the light can be emitted only through the opening, when the opening is oriented to intersect with the cabinet depth direction of the target device 1, the light emitted from the opening can be emitted into the cabinet body in the width direction of the cabinet body, and thus, the light of the auxiliary 2 can be emitted to more positions in the cabinet.
For another example, when the auxiliary device 2 is a refrigerator, since the cold air can flow outward only through the opening, when the opening intersects with the depth direction of the target device 1, the cold air flowing out of the opening can spread to more positions in the cabinet in the width direction of the cabinet.
It is easy to think that the inner wall of the guide wall 24 close to the bottom wall 21 has a limiting and guiding function, and by adjusting the inclination direction of the inner wall of the guide wall 24, the orientation of the opening can be adjusted, and thus the acting direction of the auxiliary 2 can be adjusted, so that the auxiliary 2 acts on the desired position of the target apparatus 1.
Therefore, in some embodiments, the guide wall 24 is rotatably disposed on the first side wall 22, and after the mounting frame is mounted in place, the size of the opening and the orientation of the opening can be adjusted by adjusting the inclination degree of the guide wall 24 relative to the first side wall 22.
Further, the first stand 20 and/or the second stand 30 further include a cover 25 for covering the opening.
In one embodiment, the opening is blocked by the cover 25 to prevent the auxiliary 2 from acting on the target device 1, and the blocking of the opening is released by the cover 25 to facilitate the auxiliary 2 acting on the target device 1.
In another embodiment, the cover 25 may be a protective cover to prevent the auxiliary member 2 from being damaged by the outside, or to prevent the auxiliary member 2 from directly acting on the outside.
In yet another embodiment, the cover 25 may be a filter screen capable of filtering particles generated by the auxiliary 2 or particles in the external environment, thereby protecting the human body, the subject device 1 or the auxiliary 2.
According to the actual structure of the auxiliary member 2, or the purpose of shielding the opening, the cover 25 may be made of different materials, have different structures, and have different functions, and will not be described in detail.
In order to facilitate the installation of the sealing cover 25, the guide wall 24 and/or the second side wall 23 are/is provided with a clamping groove 26, and the sealing cover 25 is provided with a clamping block 27; alternatively, the guide wall 24 and/or the second side wall 23 are provided with a latch 27, and the cover 25 is provided with a latch groove 26; the latch 27 is moved along the engaging groove 26, so that the opening is shielded by the cover 25, or the cover 25 is released from shielding the opening.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 6, the inner wall of the guiding wall 24 facing the second side wall 23, and the inner wall of the second side wall 23 facing the guiding wall 24 are provided with two locking blocks 27 protruding into the mounting groove, and one side of the cover 25 is provided with two locking grooves 26. When the sealing cover 25 is installed, one end of the sealing cover 25 is close to the end of the installation groove, the clamping block 27 is opposite to the clamping groove 26, the sealing cover 25 is pushed in the extending direction of the clamping block, namely the length direction of the clamping groove 26, the clamping block 27 can move along the clamping groove 26, and the opening can be gradually shielded by the sealing cover 25.
Through setting up draw-in groove 26 and the cooperation of fixture block 27, on the one hand, can realize the installation of closing cap 25 fast accurately, on the other hand, because fixture block 27 and draw-in groove 26 interact for the length direction motion of draw-in groove 26 only can be followed to closing cap 25, and can not follow other direction motions, is favorable to guaranteeing the position stability of closing cap 25 and mounting groove, and then guarantees the stable in structure of mounting bracket.
In other embodiments, a locking groove 26 may be formed on the inner walls of the guide wall 24 and the second side wall 23, and a locking block 27 may be formed on one side of the cover 25; alternatively, the catching groove 26 and the catching block 27 may be provided on one of the guide wall 24 and the second side wall 23 and both the catching groove 26 and the catching block 27 may be provided on the side of the cover 25. Finally, the blocking of the opening by the cover 25 can be achieved by the cooperation of the locking groove 26 and the locking block 27.
Further, the first side wall 22 is connected to the main stand 10 through the first connecting arm 4; the first connecting arm 4 is located near the upper surface of the main stand 10 in the same plane as the upper surface of the guide wall 24 near the main stand 10.
In one embodiment, the first connecting arm 4 is directly connected to the guide wall 24 such that the upper surface of the first stand 20 adjacent to the stand 10 is a flat surface.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 6, the guide wall 24 is independently provided, so that the guide wall 24 and the first connecting arm 4 have a groove therebetween as the guide wall 24 extends away from the main stand 10. At this time, by removing a part of the material between the guide wall 24 and the first connecting arm 4 to form a groove between the guide wall 24 and the first connecting arm 4, the quality of the first stand 20 can be reduced, and the first stand 20 and the main support 10 can be stably connected; meanwhile, the quality of the whole mounting rack can be reduced, and the mounting rack is convenient to transport and mount.
By providing the first connecting arm 4 adjacent to the upper surface of the main support 10 in the same plane as the upper surface of the guide wall 24 adjacent to the main support 10, the attachment of the mounting bracket to the subject apparatus 1 can be facilitated. Referring specifically to fig. 1 and 8, after the main stand 10 is attached to one side of the subject apparatus 1, the guide wall 24 and the first connecting arm 4 abut against the other side of the subject apparatus 1. Because the side of target equipment 1 is mostly the plane, is close to the upper surface of main support 10 through setting up first linking arm 4, is in the coplanar with the upper surface that guide wall 24 is close to main support 10, can make things convenient for the side of the upper surface mark laminating target equipment 1 of guide wall 24 and first linking arm 4. Thereby, on the one hand, the position of the foot rests can be stabilized, ensuring that the opening always faces the target device 1 accurately; on the other hand, since the mounting bracket has at least two surfaces to be attached to the target device 1, the relative positions of the surfaces can define the mounting position of the mounting bracket, thereby facilitating the main bracket 10 to be connected to the target device 1.
Of course, the first connecting arm 4 may be provided near the upper surface of the main support 10, and the upper surface of the guide wall 24 near the main support 10 may be provided in other shapes to match it, according to the shape of the side of the subject device 1 that is in contact.
Similarly, the second side wall 23 is connected with the main support 10 through the second connecting arm 5; the second connecting arm 5 is located near the upper surface of the main stand 10 in the same plane as the upper surface of the guide wall 24 near the main stand 10. In particular, the first connecting arm 4 is similar to the guide wall 24, and will not be described in detail here.
To increase the structural stability of the main support 10, the main support 10 generally has a certain thickness and width, and to reduce the mass of the mounting frame, the main support 10 may be made hollow inside, as can be seen in particular in fig. 1.
In order to prevent dust from being accumulated in the hollow interior of the main stand 10 or the main stand 10 from being easily deformed when an external force is applied thereto, the mounting bracket further includes an end cap 40 for connecting the ends of the main stand 10, the first stand 20 and the second stand 30.
Through setting up end cover 40, on the one hand, can seal hollow main support 10 to and the mounting groove in first foot rest 20 and the second foot rest 30 plays the guard action, and on the other hand, because the tip of main support 10 and mounting groove is injectd by end cover 40, when the tip of main support 10 or mounting groove received external force oppression, end cover 40 can support the tip, avoids the tip to warp, thereby improves the rigidity of mounting bracket. In addition, when the mounting bracket is vertically arranged, the end part of the mounting bracket is abutted against the ground or the top of the mounting position, and the mounting bracket is contacted with the outside through the end cover 40, so that the mounting bracket is attractive and reliable.
It should be noted that the mounting bracket has a certain length.
In one embodiment, the hollow main support 10, and the mounting slots in the first and second tripods 20 and 30 may be open at one end and closed at the other end, i.e., the hollow passage of the main support 10 and the mounting slots in the tripods are not through. In this case, the end cap 40 may be provided only at the open end of the mounting bracket.
In another embodiment, the hollow passage of the main stand 10 and the mounting grooves in the foot stool are perforated, and in this case, both ends of the hollow main stand 10 and the mounting grooves in the first and second foot stools 20 and 30 in the length direction thereof are opened, and thus, two end caps 40 may be provided for connecting one end portion, respectively.
To facilitate the connection between the end cap 40 and the mounting bracket, a fixture block may be disposed on a side of the end cap 40 adjacent to the mounting bracket. When the end cap 40 is coupled to the mounting bracket, the relative positions of the end cap 40 and the mounting bracket may be defined by engaging the detent in the hollow channel and/or mounting groove of the main bracket 10.
Of course, a slot may be provided on a side of the end cap 40 adjacent to the mounting bracket, such that the end of the hollow channel and/or mounting slot of the main bracket 10 is inserted into the slot, and the relative positions of the end cap 40 and the mounting bracket may also be defined.
For the connection of fixed end cover 40 and mounting bracket, be equipped with third screw hole 45 on the end cover 40, be equipped with thread groove 11 on the main support 10, screw in first screw 6 in third screw hole 45 and thread groove 11, can fix end cover 40 and main support 10.
Specifically, set up end cover 40 on the terminal surface of mounting bracket to make third screw hole 45 communicate thread groove 11, tie in first screw 6 from third screw hole 45, through turning round first screw 6, after locking third screw hole 45 and thread groove 11, can realize the fixed of end cover 40 and mounting bracket.
Of course, the end cap 40 and the mounting bracket may also be fixed by providing a threaded groove on the first foot rest 20 and/or the second foot rest 30 and providing a corresponding threaded hole on the end cap 40, so that the threaded groove is opposite to the corresponding threaded hole, and locking screws are inserted.
Further, in order to avoid the first screw 6 protruding outside the end cover 40, the influence on the appearance is good or there is a potential safety hazard, an invaginated hole groove can be arranged on the end cover 40, and the third threaded hole 45 is formed at the bottom of the hole groove, so that when the third threaded hole 45 is screwed into the first screw 6, the first screw 6 can be sunk into the hole groove.
When the auxiliary member 2 disposed in the mounting groove needs to be connected to a power source, the conductive lead may be connected to the outside through the end cap 40 in order to avoid confusion of the conductive lead.
Specifically, the end cover 40 is provided with a communication hole 46, and when the end cover 40 is connected with the first foot rest 20 or the second foot rest 30, the communication hole 46 is communicated with the mounting groove; the end cover 40 is also provided with a wire outlet hole 47 which is communicated with the communication hole 46; the end cover 40 is internally provided with a lead 3, one end of the lead 3 passes through the communication hole 46 to be connected with the auxiliary element 2, and the other end of the lead 3 passes through the wire outlet hole 47 to be connected with a power supply.
In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 5, a communication hole 46 is provided in the back of the end cap 40 for connection to the mounting groove. The outlet hole 47 is provided at the top of the end cap 40 so as to extend the lead 3 from above and/or below toward the power supply direction after the mounting bracket is connected to the target device 1, thereby preventing the lead 3 from being exposed to the outside, and affecting the appearance or presenting a safety hazard.
Further, the lead 3 is partially disposed in the end cap 40, and if the lead 3 is not guided, the lead 3 having a certain length may be wound or even knotted, or during the process of connecting the lead 3 to the power source, since the lead 3 moves in the end cap 40, the stability of the end cap 40 or even the entire mounting bracket is affected. For this purpose, a guide block 48 is provided in the end cap 40, and the lead 3 in the end cap 40 is wound through the guide block 48, and the guide block 48 can define the position of the lead 3, thereby preventing the lead 3 from being wound in the end cap 40.
Referring specifically to fig. 5, a plurality of guide blocks 48 may be disposed in the end cap 40. The guide blocks 48 may be roller-shaped, and when the lead 3 passes through one guide block 48, the guide block 48 is provided with a wrap angle, so that the guide block 48 can guide the lead 3 to be routed, and meanwhile, the guide block 48 and the lead 3 have large friction force, and the lead 3 can be prevented from being easily subjected to force dislocation.
Alternatively, the guide block 48 may have a block-shaped structure with a certain width, and in order to prevent the lead wire 3 from being scratched by the corner formed by joining a plurality of surfaces of the guide block 48 when the lead wire 3 is wound around the guide block 48, the corner of the guide block 48 may be rounded, thereby protecting the lead wire 3 and increasing the contact area therebetween.
Further, it is also possible to provide a convex portion on the block structure, thereby constituting a guide block 48 having a plurality of convex portions. At this time, the lead 3 is wound around the guide block 48, and can be wound around the plurality of protrusions, and the protrusions are engaged with each other, so that the lead 3 can be tensioned, and the routing state of the lead 3 is more stable.
To facilitate the provision of the internal mechanism of the end cap 40, the end cap 40 comprises: a terminal block 41, wherein a first thread groove 43 is arranged on the terminal block 41; a terminal cover 42, the terminal cover 42 having a second screw groove 44; the terminal block 41 and the terminal cover 42 can be fixed by screwing the second screw 7 into the first screw groove 43 and the second screw groove 44.
In specific embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the terminal base 41 and the terminal cover 42 are both provided with a third threaded hole 45, and the third threaded hole 45 penetrates through the terminal base 41 and the terminal cover 42. When the end cap 40 is connected to the mounting bracket, the first screw 6 penetrates through the terminal block 41 and the terminal cap 42 and extends into the main bracket 10 to be connected to the screw groove 11. In this way, the first screw 6 can connect the terminal block 41, the terminal cover 42, and the mounting bracket to each other. By providing the first screw groove 43 and the second screw groove 44, the structure of the end cover 40 can be further fastened.
First, it should be added that the outlet hole 47 may be formed only on the terminal base 41 or the terminal cover 42; or a part of the terminal base 41 and a part of the terminal cover 42 may be formed, and the two parts are opposite to each other to form the wire outlet 47 when the terminal base 41 is connected to the terminal cover 42.
When the outlet hole 47 is formed by the terminal holder 41 and the terminal cover 42 in cooperation, the first screw groove 43 and the second screw groove 44 may be provided near the outlet hole 47 in order to stabilize the structure of the outlet hole 47. Referring to fig. 5, in the illustrated embodiment, the wire outlet 47 is protruded from the top of the terminal base 41 on the side near the terminal cover 42, and after the terminal base 41 is connected to the terminal cover 42, the side of the terminal cover 42 near the terminal base 41 is a side of the wire outlet 47. At this time, the first screw groove 43 is provided below the side of the terminal cover 42, and the second screw groove 44 is provided outside the outlet hole 47 of the terminal block 41. Therefore, when the first thread groove 43 and the second thread groove 44 are locked by the second screw 7, the positions of the terminal base 41 and the terminal cover 42 provided with the wire outlet hole 47 can be well locked, so that the stability of the structure of the wire outlet hole 47 is ensured, and the accuracy of the wiring of the lead 3 is further ensured.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above examples only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application.
