Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides an intelligent container 100, where the intelligent container 100 can be used as a storage container for goods for sale. The specification is not limited to a particular type of intelligent container 100, for example, intelligent container 100 may be a vertical display case, showcase, or the like.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the intelligent cabinet 100 includes a cabinet body 10, a lampshade 30, a cabinet door 50, and an adjusting device 70. In some examples of use, the cabinet 10 is placed on a horizontal counter in use. The lamp housing 30 is slidably coupled to one side of the cabinet 10 and is positioned at an upper end of the cabinet 10 with respect to the horizontal table.
In this embodiment, the cabinet body 10 is approximately cubic, and an accommodating space can be formed in the cabinet body 10, and a rack and other structures can be placed in the accommodating space. The cabinet door 50 may be rotatably coupled to the cabinet body 10 to facilitate opening and closing of the cabinet door 50. Is positioned below the lamp shade 30 (i.e., between the lamp shade 30 and the horizontal table surface where the cabinet 10 is positioned) and is spaced apart from the lamp shade 30. The lamp housing 30 and the cabinet door 50 are arranged in parallel at a spacing in the first direction Z such that a gap between the cabinet door 50 and the lamp housing 30 extends along a second direction X, which intersects (e.g., is perpendicular to) the first direction Z. Wherein, the first direction Z is the height direction of the cabinet 10 when placed on a horizontal table, and the second direction X is the length direction of the cabinet 10.
An adjusting device 70 is connected between the cabinet body 10 and the lamp housing 30, and the adjusting device 70 is used for adjusting the position of the lamp housing 30 to change the distance between the lamp housing 30 and the cabinet door 50. The intelligent cabinet 100 further includes a lock body 90 for locking the cabinet door 50 to the cabinet body 10. The lock body 90 may include a locking portion 92 and a locking member 94, where the locking portion 92 and the locking member 94 are respectively disposed on the cabinet door 50 and the lamp housing 30, and the locking member 94 is movably limited to the locking portion 92 through a gap between the lamp housing 30 and the cabinet door 50. Wherein, the specific connection relation between the locking part 92 and the locking piece 94 and the cabinet door 50 and the lamp shade 30 is not limited, for example, the locking part 92 may be disposed at the cabinet door 50, and the locking piece 94 may be disposed at the lamp shade 30; alternatively, the locking portion 92 may be provided to the lamp housing 30, and the locking member 94 may be provided to the cabinet door 50.
In some cases, the cabinet door 50 may sag after a long period of use, such that the gap between the cabinet door 50 and the lamp housing 30 increases in width, which may result in failure of the locking portion 92 and the locking member 94 to successfully lock. At this time, the intelligent cabinet 100 of the present application can adjust the position of the lamp cover 30 through the adjusting device 70 to reduce the gap between the sagged cabinet door 50 and the lamp cover 30, thereby ensuring the reliable function of the lock body 90.

The specific type of the adjusting member 72 is not limited in this specification, for example, the adjusting member 72 may be a telescopic rod that stretches along the first direction Z, the telescopic rod is disposed through the mounting hole 714, and the supporting member 73 drives the lampshade 30 to move (e.g. lift) in the first direction Z when the telescopic rod stretches; for another example, the adjusting member 72 may also be a screw, a lead screw, or the like, which can be driven by threads to move, thereby driving the lampshade 30 to move. In the present embodiment, the adjusting member 72 is a stud 721, and the stud 721 is disposed through the mounting hole 714 and is screwed with the fixing base 71. The "threaded connection between the stud 721 and the fixing base 71" may be a direct threaded connection, or may be a threaded connection through an intermediate member such as a nut. One end of the stud 721 is inserted into the fixing portion 34 and is connected to the fixing portion 34 by the bracket 73. When the position of the lamp shade 30 needs to be adjusted, the stud 721 is screwed, and the stud 721 is screwed with the fixing base 71, so that when the fixing base 71 is fixed relative to the cabinet 10, the stud 721 can move along the first direction Z relative to the fixing base 71, and the lamp shade 30 is driven to move by the supporting member 73. To facilitate threading of the stud 721, the end of the stud 721 outside the lamp housing 30 may be provided with a handle to facilitate operator effort.
Referring to fig. 6, the adjusting device 70 further includes an adjusting nut 74, where the adjusting nut 74 is relatively fixedly disposed on the fixing base 71, and a stud 721 is screwed with the adjusting nut 74. The connection manner between the adjusting nut 74 and the fixing base 71 is not limited in this specification, and for example, the two may be fixed by welding, adhesive or by a clamping structure. In this embodiment, the fixing base 71 is further provided with a fixing slot 716. The fixing slot 716 is formed on one side of the fixing base 71 away from the cabinet 10, and the fixing slot 716 is communicated with the mounting hole 714. The adjusting nut 74 is embedded in the fixing groove 716 and is in interference fit with the fixing groove 716. The number of the fixing grooves 716 is two, and the two fixing grooves 716 are respectively positioned at two ends of the fixing seat 71. The provision of the two fixing slots 716 facilitates the adjustment of the position of the adjustment nut 74, thereby making the fixing base 71 more convenient to install.
In this embodiment, the bearing 73 is connected between the stud 721 and the fixed portion 34, wherein "connected" includes any one of a direct connection, a through-the-middle connection, a physical direct connection, a non-physical single contact connection (e.g., a surface contact connection). For example, the supporting member 73 may be a bearing directly connected between the stud 721 and the fixing portion 34, or may be a shoulder disposed on a peripheral wall of the stud 721, where a surface of the shoulder contacts with a surface of the fixing portion 34, for example, is used to carry the fixing portion 34 so as to move the fixing portion 34. In the present embodiment, the supporting member 73 is relatively fixedly connected to the outer periphery of the stud 721 and protrudes radially with respect to the outer periphery of the stud 721, and the supporting member 73 contacts the fixing portion 34 toward the fixing base 71. In the present embodiment, the first direction Z is substantially parallel to the gravity direction, so the fixing portion 34 is overlapped on the supporting member 73 under the action of gravity. When the stud 721 is screwed, the stud 721 moves along the first direction Z relative to the fixed base 71, and the supporting member 73 moves along with the movement of the stud 721 to drive the fixing portion 34 to move, so that the fixing portion 34 drives the whole lampshade 30 to move.
To improve the stability of the mounting of the stud 721, the adjustment device 70 further comprises a limiting member 75, wherein the limiting member 75 is movably connected to the stud 721 for limiting the rotation of the stud 721, thereby fixing the position of the lamp housing 30. The limiting member 75 is spaced from the supporting member 73, and clamps the fixing portion 34 together with the supporting member 73. The specific structure of the stopper 75 is not limited in this specification, and the stopper 75 may be a clip that is clamped between the stud 721 and the fixing portion 34, or may be a nut that is screwed to the stud 721. In this embodiment, the limiting member 75 is a limiting nut 752, and the limiting nut 752 is screwed with the stud 721 and abuts against a side of the fixing portion 34 facing away from the supporting member 73.
When the position of the lamp housing 30 needs to be adjusted, the limit nut 752 is firstly unscrewed from the stud 721, then the stud 721 is rotated to adjust the position of the lamp housing 30, and after the adjustment is completed, the limit nut 752 is mounted on the stud 721 and is screwed to be abutted against the fixing portion 34. The limit nut 752 improves the stability of the installation of the lamp housing 30.
The end of the stud 721 and the limit nut 752 are exposed to the outside of the lamp housing 30, and in order to protect the stud 721 and the limit nut 752, the adjusting device 70 further includes a protecting cover 76, and the protecting cover 76 may be in a shape of a housing having an inner cavity, and is covered on the end of the stud 721 located outside the lamp housing 30 and the limit nut 752. The protective cap 76 provides protection for the stud 721 and the limit nut 752 from malicious adjustment by non-staff.
In the present embodiment, two adjusting devices 70 are provided, and the two adjusting devices 70 are disposed at intervals along the second direction X and are disposed on two opposite sides of the lampshade 30 respectively. The two adjusting devices 70 synchronously adjust the positions of the lamp housing 30, so that the moving stability of the lamp housing 30 is improved, and meanwhile, the uniformity of the gap between the lamp housing 30 and the cabinet door 50 is improved.
Referring to fig. 7, in order to prevent the possibility of movement of the lamp shade 30 along the second direction X, the limiting portion 36 of the lamp shade 30 is movably limited to the fixing seat 71 of the adjusting device 70. The lampshade 30 may further include two flanges 39, and the two flanges 39 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two limiting portions 36. The flange 39 is connected to a side of the corresponding limiting portion 36 facing away from the body portion 32, and is bent toward the inside of the lamp housing 30 relative to the corresponding limiting portion 36, so as to be disposed at an opposite interval from the body portion 32.
