The application provides an adorn lamp outward, including the mounting bracket, the mounting bracket includes main support 10 and first foot rest 20, and one side of main support 10 is located to first foot rest 20, is equipped with the mounting groove in the first foot rest 20, and one side of mounting groove is equipped with the opening. The application provides an adorn lamp still includes lamps and lanterns 2, locates in the mounting groove. When the main support 10 is connected to the target apparatus 1, the opening is directly opposite to the target apparatus 1, the lamp 2 emits light, and light can be irradiated to the target apparatus 1 through the opening.
In one embodiment, the target device 1 is a cabinet, such as a cupboard, a wardrobe, a counter, etc. When the cabinet body has a certain depth, the cabinet wall shields the cabinet, and light in the cabinet is insufficient, so that an operator can be prevented from taking articles from the cabinet body.
By installing the mounting rack provided by the present application outside the cabinet and arranging the light fixture 2 in the mounting slot of the first foot rest 20. 2 during operation of lamps and lanterns, light passes the opening, acts on target equipment 1, can polish in the cabinet conveniently. In addition, because the mounting bracket setting that this application provided is outside at 1 equipment of mark, can avoid the loaded down with trivial details operation of installation lamps and lanterns in the cabinet, can also guarantee the integrality of the cabinet body, make things convenient for operating personnel to handle article in the cabinet.
In other embodiments, the subject device 1 may also be other items that require illumination, such as rooms, countertops, and the like.
To facilitate attachment of the primary support 10 to the target device 1, a glue strip may be provided on the primary support 10 and/or the target device 1 or an adhesive may be applied so that the primary support 10 is bonded to the target device 1. Alternatively, the main support 10 may be welded to the subject device 1.
Still alternatively, referring to fig. 1, a screw hole 12 may be provided in the main support 10 and/or the target device 1, and the main support 10 and the target device 1 may be mounted by screwing a screw into the screw hole 12.
Further, when the screw hole 12 is provided on one of the main support 10 and the target apparatus 1, a kidney-shaped hole may be provided on the other. When the waist-shaped hole extends in the height direction of the target apparatus 1, the height of the main support 10 can be adjusted by loosening the screw, and after the main support 10 is adjusted to a desired height, the screw is screwed into the screw hole 12 and the waist-shaped hole, so that the main support 10 and the target apparatus 1 can be fixed again. In addition, the waist-shaped hole may also extend along the width direction of the target apparatus 1, so as to adjust the relative position of the opening and the target apparatus 1, and thus the position of the lamp 2 irradiating the target apparatus 1 (for example, by adjusting the distance between the lamp 2 and the target apparatus 1, the position and range of illumination can be adjusted, so as to irradiate a desired place). Of course, the waist-shaped holes can be extended along other directions according to requirements.
Further alternatively, a slide groove may be provided in one of the main stand 10 and the target device 1, and a slide block may be provided in the other, so that the slide block is engaged with the slide groove, and the main stand 10 and the target device 1 may be mounted. Further, the sliding block slides in the sliding groove, so that the relative position of the main support 10 and the target equipment 1 can be adjusted, and the position of the lamp 2 for irradiating the target equipment 1 by light can be adjusted. The arrangement direction of the sliding groove is similar to the waist-shaped hole, and details are not repeated.
In addition, when installing the outer lamp setting that this application provided in cabinet door one side of the cabinet body, first foot rest 20 can also be used as the door slot that makes things convenient for the cabinet door to open. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the cabinet door is a sliding door, the main support 10 is disposed on the outer wall of the opening side of the cabinet door, and the first leg 20 is opposite to the cabinet body; when the cabinet door is closed, the door side is close to the first leg 20, and a gap is formed between the door side and the first leg 20; when opening the cabinet door, operating personnel acts on the cabinet door through the clearance, from this, can save the step of installation handle on the cabinet door.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the mounting frame further includes a second leg 30 provided at the other side of the main support 10 opposite to the first leg 20. Similar to the first foot rest 20, the second foot rest 30 may also be provided with an installation groove, one side of which is open; when the main stand 10 is attached to the subject apparatus 1, the opening faces the subject apparatus 1.
By providing the first and second foot rests 20 and 30 on the main stand 10, when mounting grooves are provided in both foot rests, in an embodiment, the lamps 2 having different brightness may be mounted in the two mounting grooves. For example, a lamp with lower illumination intensity may be disposed in the mounting groove of the first foot rest 20, and a lamp with higher illumination intensity may be disposed in the mounting groove of the second foot rest 30; adjusting the mounting position of the main stand 10 so that the opening of the mounting groove in the first stand 20 faces a position where the illumination of the subject apparatus 1 needs to be small, and the opening of the mounting groove in the second stand 30 faces a position where the illumination of the subject apparatus 1 needs to be large; thus, when different positions have different brightness requirements in the same target device 1, different requirements can be met by starting lamps in different foot stands. Of course, it is easily conceivable that the openings of the two foot rests may also be facing the same location in the subject device 1, so that the operator can autonomously select the lamps 2 in different foot rests for use, depending on the situation.
In another embodiment, the main stand 10 may be connected between two target devices 1, as can be seen in particular in fig. 8 and 9, so that the light fixture 2 in the first foot rest 20 can illuminate one target device 1 and the light fixture 2 in the second foot rest 30 can illuminate the other target device 1. When the same lamp 2 is arranged in the two foot stands, the same requirements of the two target devices 1 can be met; when different lamps 2 are arranged in the two foot rests, different requirements of the two target devices 1 can be met.
It should be added that the foot rest can be used as a mounting foot in addition to the mounting groove for mounting the lamp 2. For example, one of the first and second foot rests 20 and 30 is provided with a mounting groove, and the other is used as a mounting foot; at this time, the main stand 10 is coupled to one side surface of the target apparatus 1, and the mounting legs are coupled to the other side surface of the target apparatus 1, thereby stabilizing the coupling of the entire mounting frame to the target apparatus 1.
The application provides an installation bracket can direct mount in the outside of target equipment 1, acts on target equipment 1 for guaranteeing to set up lamps and lanterns 2 great degree in the mounting groove, can set up the installation bracket and have certain length to make the mounting groove extend the setting along the length direction of mounting bracket.
For example, referring to fig. 8 and 9, when the target apparatus 1 is a cabinet having a certain height, the mounting bracket is disposed at one side of the opening of the cabinet in the height direction thereof, and thus, the opening of the mounting groove extends in the height direction of the cabinet, so that the lamp 2 disposed in the mounting groove irradiates the cabinet in the entire height direction.
However, it is conceivable that the irradiation range of the light is small if the opening is oriented parallel to the depth direction of the target apparatus 1 and the light acts on the target apparatus 1 along the opening. For example, when light emitted from the lamp 2 is directly emitted into the cabinet along the depth direction of the cabinet, the light that can be received at other positions along the width direction of the cabinet is very little, so that only the position where the light is directly emitted in the cabinet has a clear view.
For this purpose, the direction of the opening can be adjusted, through which the luminaire 2 is guided to better illuminate the desired location in the target device 1.
In one embodiment, the first stand 20 and/or the second stand 30 includes: a bottom wall 21 for mounting the lamp 2; a first side wall 22 provided at one side of the bottom wall 21 and connected to the main stand 10; a second side wall 23 opposite to the first side wall 22 and disposed on the other side of the bottom wall 21; a guide wall 24 connected to the first side wall 22 and extending in a direction away from the main stand 10; wherein an opening is formed between the guide wall 24 and the second side wall 23.
Referring specifically to fig. 1-4, the bottom wall 21, the first side wall 22 and the second side wall 23 define a mounting slot with an open top. By providing the guide wall 24 inclined outward on the first side wall 22, the opening of the mounting groove is also inclined outward. Thus, when the lamp 2 acts on the target device 1 through the opening, the light is directed by the opening direction and is obliquely directed to the target device 1 at a certain angle, so that the target device 1 can be illuminated to a large extent.
Specifically, when the opening is oriented to intersect with the cabinet depth direction of the target apparatus 1, the light emitted from the opening can be obliquely emitted into the cabinet body in the width direction of the cabinet body, and thus, the light of the lamp 2 can be emitted to more positions in the cabinet.
It is easy to think that the inner wall of the guiding wall 24 close to the bottom wall 21 has the limiting and guiding function, and the direction of the opening can be adjusted by adjusting the inclined direction of the inner wall of the guiding wall 24, so as to adjust the irradiation direction of the light, so as to enlarge the coverage area of the light.
Therefore, in some embodiments, the guide wall 24 is rotatably disposed on the first side wall 22, and after the mounting frame is mounted in place, the size of the opening and the orientation of the opening can be adjusted by adjusting the inclination degree of the guide wall 24 relative to the first side wall 22.
It should be added that, in some embodiments, the lamp 2 may also be installed on the first sidewall 22 or the second sidewall 23, as long as the light emitted by the lamp 2 can be emitted through the opening when the lamp is in operation.
Further, the first stand 20 and/or the second stand 30 further include a lamp cover 25 for covering the opening.
In one embodiment, the lamp cover 25 may be a light-tight shielding plate, the opening is shielded by the lamp cover 25, so that the lamp 2 is prevented from being projected to the target device 1, and the shielding of the opening is released by the lamp cover 25, so that the lamp 2 can conveniently irradiate the target device 1.
In another embodiment, the lampshade 25 can be a translucent or transparent light-transmitting plate, so that the lamp 2 can be protected, and the phenomenon that the lamp 2 is scalded by mistakenly touching the lamp by an operator in the use process of the mounting frame can be easily avoided.
According to the purpose of shielding the opening, the lampshade 25 can be made of different materials and have different structures and can play different roles, and the details are not repeated.
In order to facilitate the installation of the lampshade 25, the guide wall 24 and/or the second side wall 23 are/is provided with a clamping groove 26, and the lampshade 25 is provided with a clamping block 27; or, the guide wall 24 and/or the second side wall 23 are/is provided with a latch 27, and the lampshade 25 is provided with a latch groove 26; the latch 27 is moved along the engaging groove 26, so that the lamp housing 25 covers the opening, or the lamp housing 25 releases the opening.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 4 and 7, the inner wall of the guiding wall 24 facing the second side wall 23, and the inner wall of the second side wall 23 facing the guiding wall 24 are provided with two locking blocks 27 protruding into the mounting groove, and one side of the lampshade 25 is provided with two locking grooves 26. When installing lamp shade 25, make the one end of lamp shade 25 be close to the tip of mounting groove to make fixture block 27 and draw-in groove 26 relative, along the extending direction of fixture block, also be exactly the length direction of draw-in groove 26 push lamp shade 25, fixture block 27 can follow draw-in groove 26 and move, and lamp shade 25 can shelter from the opening gradually.
Through setting up draw-in groove 26 and the cooperation of fixture block 27, on the one hand, can realize the installation of lamp shade 25 fast accurately, on the other hand, because fixture block 27 and draw-in groove 26 interact for lamp shade 25 only can follow the length direction motion of draw-in groove 26, and can not follow other direction motions, is favorable to guaranteeing the position stability of lamp shade 25 and mounting groove, and then guarantees the stable in structure of mounting bracket.
In other embodiments, the inner walls of the guide wall 24 and the second side wall 23 may be provided with a locking groove 26, and one side of the lampshade 25 is provided with a locking block 27; alternatively, the catching groove 26 may be provided on one of the guide wall 24 and the second side wall 23, the catching block 27 may be provided on the other, and the catching groove 26 and the catching block 27 may be provided on the lamp cover 25 side at the same time. Through the mutual cooperation of the clamping groove 26 and the clamping block 27, the shielding of the lampshade 25 on the opening can be finally realized.
Further, the first side wall 22 is connected to the main stand 10 through the first connecting arm 4; the first connecting arm 4 is located near the upper surface of the main stand 10 in the same plane as the upper surface of the guide wall 24 near the main stand 10.
In one embodiment, the first connecting arm 4 is directly connected to the guide wall 24 such that the upper surface of the first stand 20 adjacent to the stand 10 is a flat surface.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 7, the guide wall 24 is independently provided, and since the guide wall 24 extends away from the main support 10, there is a groove between the guide wall 24 and the first connecting arm 4. At this time, by removing a part of the material between the guide wall 24 and the first connecting arm 4 to form a groove between the guide wall 24 and the first connecting arm 4, the quality of the first stand 20 can be reduced, and the first stand 20 and the main support 10 can be stably connected; meanwhile, the quality of the whole mounting rack can be reduced, and the mounting rack is convenient to transport and mount.
By providing the first connecting arm 4 adjacent to the upper surface of the main support 10 in the same plane as the upper surface of the guide wall 24 adjacent to the main support 10, the attachment of the mounting bracket to the subject apparatus 1 can be facilitated. Referring specifically to fig. 2 and 9, after the main stand 10 is attached to one side of the subject apparatus 1, the guide wall 24 and the first connecting arm 4 abut against the other side of the subject apparatus 1. Because the side of target equipment 1 is mostly the plane, is close to the upper surface of main support 10 through setting up first linking arm 4, is in the coplanar with the upper surface that guide wall 24 is close to main support 10, can make things convenient for the side of the upper surface mark laminating target equipment 1 of guide wall 24 and first linking arm 4. Thereby, on the one hand, the position of the foot rests can be stabilized, ensuring that the opening always faces the target device 1 accurately; on the other hand, since the mounting bracket has at least two surfaces to be attached to the target device 1, the relative positions of the surfaces can define the mounting position of the mounting bracket, thereby facilitating the main bracket 10 to be connected to the target device 1.
Of course, the first connecting arm 4 may be provided near the upper surface of the main support 10, and the upper surface of the guide wall 24 near the main support 10 may be provided in other shapes to match it, according to the shape of the side of the subject device 1 that is in contact.
Similarly, the second side wall 23 is connected with the main support 10 through the second connecting arm 5; the second connecting arm 5 is located near the upper surface of the main stand 10 in the same plane as the upper surface of the guide wall 24 near the main stand 10. In particular, the first connecting arm 4 is similar to the guide wall 24, and will not be described in detail here.
To increase the structural stability of the main support 10, the main support 10 generally has a certain thickness and width, and to reduce the mass of the mounting frame, the main support 10 may be made hollow inside, as can be seen in particular in fig. 1, 2 or 6.
In order to prevent dust from being accumulated in the hollow interior of the main support 10 or the main support 10 from being easily deformed when an external force is applied, the mounting bracket further includes an end cap 40 for connecting the main support 10 and the end of the first stand 20; the end cover 40 is internally provided with a lamp lead 3 for connecting the lamp 2 with a power supply.
Through setting up end cover 40, on the one hand, can seal hollow main support 10 to and the mounting groove in first foot rest 20 and the second foot rest 30 plays the guard action, and on the other hand, because the tip of main support 10 and mounting groove is injectd by end cover 40, when the tip of main support 10 or mounting groove received external force oppression, end cover 40 can support the tip, avoids the tip to warp, thereby improves the rigidity of mounting bracket. In addition, when the mounting bracket is vertically arranged, the end part of the mounting bracket is abutted against the ground or the top of the mounting position, and the mounting bracket is contacted with the outside through the end cover 40, so that the mounting bracket is attractive and reliable.
It should be noted that the mounting bracket has a certain length.
In one embodiment, the hollow main support 10, and the mounting slots in the first and second tripods 20 and 30 may be open at one end and closed at the other end, i.e., the hollow passage of the main support 10 and the mounting slots in the tripods are not through. In this case, the end cap 40 may be provided only at the open end of the mounting bracket.
In another embodiment, the hollow passage of the main stand 10 and the mounting grooves in the foot stool are perforated, and in this case, both ends of the hollow main stand 10 and the mounting grooves in the first and second foot stools 20 and 30 in the length direction thereof are opened, and thus, two end caps 40 may be provided for connecting one end portion, respectively.
To facilitate the connection between the end cap 40 and the mounting bracket, a fixture block may be disposed on a side of the end cap 40 adjacent to the mounting bracket. When the end cap 40 is coupled to the mounting bracket, the relative positions of the end cap 40 and the mounting bracket may be defined by engaging the detent in the hollow channel and/or mounting groove of the main bracket 10.
Of course, a slot may be provided on a side of the end cap 40 adjacent to the mounting bracket, such that the end of the hollow channel and/or mounting slot of the main bracket 10 is inserted into the slot, and the relative positions of the end cap 40 and the mounting bracket may also be defined.
For the connection of fixed end cover 40 and mounting bracket, be equipped with third screw hole 45 on the end cover 40, be equipped with thread groove 11 on the main support 10, screw in first screw 6 in third screw hole 45 and thread groove 11, can fix end cover 40 and main support 10.
Specifically, set up end cover 40 on the terminal surface of mounting bracket to make third screw hole 45 communicate thread groove 11, tie in first screw 6 from third screw hole 45, through turning round first screw 6, after locking third screw hole 45 and thread groove 11, can realize the fixed of end cover 40 and mounting bracket.
Of course, the end cap 40 and the mounting bracket may also be fixed by providing a threaded groove on the first foot rest 20 and/or the second foot rest 30 and providing a corresponding threaded hole on the end cap 40, so that the threaded groove is opposite to the corresponding threaded hole, and locking screws are inserted.
Further, in order to avoid the first screw 6 protruding outside the end cover 40, the influence on the appearance is good or there is a potential safety hazard, an invaginated hole groove can be arranged on the end cover 40, and the third threaded hole 45 is formed at the bottom of the hole groove, so that when the third threaded hole 45 is screwed into the first screw 6, the first screw 6 can be sunk into the hole groove.
